For those of us who live in the secluded Wendell, MA area, this is THE one and only restaurant in town (and any nearby town). Thankfully, it's great! The owner and staff are all really nice, and take the time to make sure you're enjoying everything. There is always local music, and while I don't drink, I've heard the local brew selection is fantastic. They have gluten-free options (including pizza), and the food is fresh and made with local ingredients. If you have kids, there is a place outside they can play... and local kids tend to always find each other here, as do the adults. This is the kind of place that is friendly to every demographic at once... dates, families with kids or babies, older adults, friends, large parties, etc. I love their fresh beet salad, and they always have specials of the day. Their soups are always great, as are their homemade bread sticks and fresh greens salad with goat cheese. I've had great gnocchi here as well; their pasta dishes always rock. I'm a vegetarian as well and there are always plenty of options for me here, but I suppose there could be more vegan options. Overall, great place with a wonderful friendly ambiance, in a great small town.

Boring menu, lethargic waitstaff, limp salad. Not for me.

Great place in a great town with great friendly people and great food and beer. Attached to the post office and general store, in the town's only storefront business that isn't a turkey farm. One of the few places that gets Berkshire Brewing Company's limited-release beers (the ones that rarely, if ever, get put into bottles, and appear only at select pubs on draught - Imperial Steel Rail 8.5%, Bourbon barrel aged strong ale, etc). Small but high quality overall beer selection with Dogfish Head, Sierra Nevada, Guinness, always on. Good luck finding Wendell. One of Massachusetts' most wonderfully isolated, obscure, unique towns. There's not even a numbered road to help you get unlost, and that's probably the way they want it there. Nice low prices - most food under $10 and extremely vegetarian friendly. Drinks bring it up to the $15-20 range per person.

Wow I've lived in the area for 25+ years and never knew of the jewel called Wendel. Now they just happen to have a great place for really good beer and some of the freshest food choices in the area for a good 50 miles. Went for the first time a few weeks ago with my wife and 10 year old. The back room seating is great. I love the tap pulls along the ceiling and the space just feels right for a good night with family and friend. Please make sure to go next door and grab some small brewery beers. This place has it all, just wish it wasn't in the middle of no-man's land, but then if it was someplace else it wouldn't be this good.

Great food. Good atmosphere. Good music. Service a little slow.

Chances are, if you live in the area and are looking for a bar option beyond the standard choices in the bustling metropolis of Orange, you already know about Deja Brew. If you've heard of it, but haven't gone yet - go - this place is a gem. The food's good, and the beer selection extends beyond Miller Light. The owner is fantastic, and the staff are all friendly. They also throw a mean halloween party/costume contest! Check this place out!

Gluten-free pizza! The best pizza crust ever! Idk how they make it, but I would prefer it to any other crust I've had in my 54 years on Earth! Ask for a pesto/red sauce mix...really good!
