To a new customer there was really no direction on how the Gimmick worked! There was a small sign of .49 an oz which finally led you to figure out the cost and there was a one size that fits all container that led you to figure out that you put the for yo in it and then topped it and weighed it and paid. Problem I have is I do not want to think. I am on vacation and I also know that if I am doing ALL THE WORK and it is self serve why in gods name would there be a tip container at the end of the line at the check out station. (This is just a pet peeve; tip for service not laziness) Decor was hip and happening if you are into Hip and Happening so that was a plus. I love a place with great lights. It was late but I was a little miffed when I stepped on a maraschino cherry on the floor that the staff did not sweep up. It was messy. Price, was I guess reasonable but I would pay the same for ice cream so why not just go to the other established joints in town where they do the work for you. Taste. Pretty Good if you are into Fro yo. The reality is this place will be out of business in three years unless they have another gimmick up their sleeve like hot chocolate come fall or soup as people were not knocking down the door to get in..... Why is staff spraying the "pump" stations that distribute the fro yo w/ cleaner "we clean these every xx hours", and not wiping the spray off so that customers can use the pump? When you clean a kitchen counter don't you wipe the cleaner off be4 putting food on it? Also, don't put your fingers in you armpits while pulling up your "strapless" in the middle of the store and then proceed to clean the pumps w/out washing your hands!!! GROSS!!

In my opinion this place is one of the best Frozen Yogurt places in the area. With tons and tons of them coming to this area (Walpole / Norwood), it's hard sometimes to choose one.... but I've coming to the conclusion that I'll come here for the most part. Depending on the area, etc, etc, etc.. This place is great because it's comfortable and has lots of space, and is not cramped as other frozen yogurt places are (Orange Leaf, etc). It also has lots of different flavors and has lots of toppings. They also have a stamp program so every time you come you can bring your card and get points, ten stamps and you get a fro-yo FREE!

Took my grandmother out for some frozen yogurt, which was tasty, but it came to $15. Yup, $15 for 2 frozen yogurts. Thought that was kinda pricey! Price has gone up to something like 54-55 cents/ounce, & I guess berries must weigh a lot?! Can't help but wonder if we were overcharged after seeing other reviews say it was cheap there. Staff was nice & facility was clean, but not sure I can afford to go back anytime soon! Plenty of other ice cream/fro-yo places in the sea, so to speak, so I'll be taking my grandmother out elsewhere in the future.

Similar set up to other frozen yogurt places of this era - select your flavors, add toppings, pay by the ounce. But...they offer a wide variety of flavors AND each yogurt machine offers two distinct flavors plus a third which is a combination of the other two. A nice "twist" (get it?) on froyo service, and lots of topping options. One suggestion: post the price per ounce so customers know what they can expect before they get to the register*. Otherwise a fun froyo option in Walpole! *it's $0.49/oz, btw...

I agree with Marc's review. Pretty standard fare, but making the combo flavors is a nice option. There are lots and lots of topping choices. For five people getting frozen yogurt, it was only around $20. The atmosphere is very bright, clean and kid-friendly with a couple of outdoor seats.

the wait staff at this red cherry are way too young to be working here. completely immature because they we're on their phones the entire time while we we're getting yogurt and while we we're paying. it is incredibly rude and for that I will not be coming back here.

These new ice cream places are so trendy. ...load up with as many toppings as you can and then pay too much and eat too much. I do like them, since sweet is basically my middle name. How could I not? The flavors at Red Cherry are abundant, but typically have way more fruity flavors than chocolatey/normal ice cream flavors. I don't like fruity ice cream cus you should just eat fruit if you want the flavor. My favorite part about Red Cherry is the toppings. They have SO many options. Its overwhelmeing, but awesome. In result, it is pricey.

Occasionally after school I bring my daughter here, the staff is very friendly. They often have a disney movie playing. They don't offer coffee, but the owner felt bad and asked if she'd make me a keurig. So nice. Also they have a frequent flyer card they'll stamp. Love it. FYI, I have NEVER seen anyone on their phone behind the counter. I always find if you talk to people whom are 'immature' like people.....guess what?!?! They talk back to you like a person.

Great variety of toppings and flavors of frozen yogurt, but $7 for a frozen yogurt for one person seems way too pricey for what you are getting in the end.
