You pull up to the drive thru and you have an amazing experience with a woman taking your order; she is polite , happy and it's great. The time between that and the time you actually get your purchase could be lengthy but when you get to the window you usually get someone who is either very rude or in this case grunted at me. this was the case of someone ruining the experience that the first person created.

I went to this Dunkin donuts and they were friendly but they messed up my order. I wanted cookie dough ice coffee and I didn't get that. I also ordered a green tea and it was bland as my co worker said. She's also a diet and they put sugar in her green tea even though I didn't say to.

I go to this location frequently due to its direct proximity to my office. There are so many things not going right for this location that it's time to write it up. It is directly off Highway 95 and is on a busy street, so business is good for this location. However, the logistics of getting in and out of here make Logan Airport seem like a 7-11. It is really too bad, as this is a newer building, and is a nice store once inside. They seem to cater to the drive thru line almost exclusively, but I always prefer to try to park and go inside to avoid that lengthy cluster of idling cars. The issue here is the staff seem oblivious to the walk in traffic as the drive thru is ridiculous with huge volume. The parking lot if you can call it that, is more like a narrow strip of asphalt with half a dozen spots. Why bother? I have almost been hit several times getting in and out of here, and have actually seen two fender benders over the past several months. Thankfully, I was not involved in either one. This morning was the last straw for me. I went in and tried to order my usual large coffee and was told we are out of that size of cup. OK, so how about an extra-large? We are out of those cups as well. I ended up with a medium coffee and when I got to work realized they forgot to add the cream and sugar. Seriously! Running out of cups at a coffee shop is like running out of chicken at KFC. I love Dunkin Donuts but will be seeking out another location for my morning java fix.

This DD drives me mad. I do not know how every day they can mess up my order but they do. When I say "2 Milks, 2 sugars" they give me "Skim Milk" and when I correct them and say "No, not skim, regular milk" I get a "Boston regular" which is 3 cream/4 sugar or something like that. What I should do is combat this by going inside and ordering... which would be lovely if I happen to get one of 6 spots on the left of the building. Otherwise you'll be waiting in the drive through line regardless of going inside because there is no other way out.

It is a Dunkin ...serves great coffee. It has the craziest drive through but it serves all the goodies you want a Dunkin's to.

The drivethru line is always at least 8-12 cars M-F. It takes a little while to place your order due to the line. They are very accurate with the orders, although the coffees are usually not very well mixed (not a big problem). But check out has been absolutely terrible. I try to pay with the DD app and am repeatedly yelled at by the cashier. I turn my brightness all the way up. She tries to scan from feet away. Then scolds me for not paying cash. Eventually, she calls a younger worker over and my order is paid for no problem. Please please use a tech savy person on the window. They are very quick with turning out orders but this slows the everything down. If you are going to offer a mobile app, you should train your employees how to use it effectively.

I just recently moved to Wakefield and this is the closest Dunkin' Donuts from my house. Good: The building is located off route 95 in a vase on main street. The people are really nice. Bad: there are so many bad things without blaze. First of all getting to the building from the main street on the parking lot is a true nightmare the traffic comes and goes from any direction and it makes no logical logistical sense. You have to be always aware of your surroundings and its really really frustrating driving on the air parking lot. Now when you get inside the place is small and clean. However the tables are close together, they only have small tables, they do not have any cow cheese or armchairs. Now if you go there to do some work on the Internet just forget it. The Internet kicks you out as soon as you sign in. I've gone there a couple of times and I have not been able to work on my computer, because the Internet gets interrupted multiple times and literally as soon as you sign on. It seems that the reception is very weak as well.

The workers were nice but my sandwich was burnt and cold at the same time. Of course I ate it anyway...

It was a frigid Friday morning and I thought "Hmmm hot chocolate sounds perfect!" I was making my way in towards work this morning looking forward to the upcoming long weekend. Then I had a thought, how about some hot chocolate and breakfast sandwich from DD! Yes that will definitely hit the spot and there is a DD a stone throws away from work. Perfect! Well it didn't go down that way. This is a funky little location and kinda of a pain to navigate thru especially during the morning rush peak. However, my craving had no boundaries. Hot Chocolate and Sandwich here I come! After finding suitable parking I still had visions of hot chocolate in my head. Here is a tip: park away from the building because it is easier to leave cause driving around can get tricky. Damn this frigid weather but I have a plan for it: Hot Chocolate. I trudged my way inside. I waited in line with visions of my order dancing in my head. I made it to the counter and could almost taste it. SORRY WE ARE OUT OF HOT CHOCOLATE! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I pulled myself together and placed my sandwich order. What a bummer! The staff here is always friendly and quick but alas no hot cholocate on this frigid Friday morning to warm my belly. ;( C'est la vie....no Hot Chocolate for moi!

Last night went here to get some work done, the hours on the door said this particular location closes at midnight and I figured i would be done by around 11:45, so I bought a hot chocolate and hunkered in, the rest of the store was empty. However by 11:30, the cashier, a Ms. "Vanio P." according to the receipt, told me they were closing, to which I replied about the store hours on the door. At sometime between 11:35 and 11:40 she threatened to call the police on me. I will be calling Dunkin' Donuts customer support to demand a written apology for this employee's actions, if I get it, I will retract this review, but if I don't I will never purchase products from Dunkin' Donuts again. Until then, please heed the warning from my visit: if you purchase a beverage from this location, there is a good chance the staff will try to call the police on you.

Hands down the worst dunks I've ever been to. I used to go here everyday because it's the only dunks close to my office. The coffee is ALWAYS severely burnt...not to mention all I order is BLACK coffee...probably the world's easiest order to not mess up. After the red Sox won, the DD app had an offer for free medium coffee...When I drove up and gave my phone to the cashier to scan he said "sorry it doesn't work..you're holding up the line" ..and he charged me for the coffee. He was so rude!! The ladies that work there in the morning are nice but c'mon..Please stop burning your coffee !!!
