Went in this snowy morning for a quick bagel for my daughter on her way to school. Never again! Only two people working, they were pleasant enough but service was glacial, and they seemed unconcerned about speed. Plus the cream cheese they put on that bagel tasted *awful* -- fortunately they put far too little. DD on Mass. Ave. in North Cambridge (between Porter and Arlington) is FAR better than this one.

Coffee is always burned and order is often wrong. Walk down to the Porter DD instead.

Four stars alone for the friendly service we received today on a rainy Sunday afternoon. My "Little Sister" and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. The young man at the counter saw my lil' sis in tow and gave her some free munchkins! That was super sweet. :) And I don't know if he was flirting with me or forgot he had already given us one bagel, but he also gave us an extra bagel with cream cheese to go. We were so delighted about the freebies that we were able to tune out the drunk man screaming, "You c**t" to his lady friend a few tables over.

Come here for verbal abuse, dirty dining, and bad coffee. Or not.

Dunkin' Donuts coffee tastes like it contains Windex. There are a number of alternatives within walking distance that serve better tasting, organic, or fair trade coffee (probably all three). Dunkin' Donuts bagels contain Azodicarbonamide. It's primary use is in the production of plastic. It's use in food is banned in Europe and Australia. Try Diesel Cafe across the street instead.

The new dunkachino is great, it is about time they brought it back. Why do places have something that works and not keep it. I understand the "its a special" well if people like it, put in on the permanent menu. Other than the line from the SSI building next door, this is a nice store, with nice people.

As far as Dunkin' Donuts go, this one is the cleanest and friendliest in Somerville. So there. The rest of you haters can suck it.

I love this Dunks at Davis Sq., They have just remodel the place and it is looks great, I always have the best service here and my latte costs a lot less than other coffee shops in the sq. Go DD at Davis.

I used to work at a job that started at 5:30am, so i would wake up and make my way to dunkin. They stated on their sign that they opened at 5am and 60% of the time they were on time. i understand its hard being up at that hour. They get only 3 stars from me because the place just isn't kept up well. They really let it go. The sandwiches are standard and the coffee is decent but come on, your in Davis at least make sure the place is clean.....

If you go here instead of Starbucks, Diesel, Blue Shirt, etc. for any reason other than complete lack of funds, you need to evaluate your life choices. Starbucks or local always. All that said, this is a crappy Dunkin Donuts with some sort of construction overhang outside of it.

They only mess up my order half the time. Fortunately for them, I prefer paying less here than at Starbucks or Diesel Cafe. Cheryl and Kelly are the best employees here.

I normally stay away from Dunkin Donuts. #1 I think coffee is gross. #2 Their donuts make me feel like I ate a sugar coated candle that magically turns into a rock once it hits my stomach. #3 The color scheme really weirds me out. I went today to grab a Maple Donut for my boss (sucking up is the key to breaking the glass ceiling girls) and zipped right through the line. The dude at the counter was so nice and he asked if I wanted my "usual" double espresso. I don't think Ive ever been in this Dunkin's before in my life, so he was obviously confusing me with someone else. But you know what? I like to live dangerously, so I said YES. I slammed the DE, chatted with the dude about the weekend and then got on the T and realized I forgot to get my boss the donut.

Finally they seem to be hiring great employees. The woman "Cheryl?" she's great, she actually listens to your order and gets it exactly right. She recommended the cheese bagel twist when I asked to tey aomething different, WOW it was delicious! They seem to have turned a new leaf with a great new team. Finally I have a great DD nearby!

Employees were extremely rude. Spoke in another language to eachother arguing for about 5 minutes rather than making my coffee. Then tried to charge me double the actual price. Not impressed.

I'm not a coffee snob, and I luv me some Dunkin coffee as well as unsweetened peach iced tea. Except here. This is the first and only Dunk I've visited where the staff was uniformly rude, incompetent and just awful. My iced tea order was charged as an iced coffee - guess which costs more. The clerk not only did not correct the charge and reimburse me, but she didn't speak to me at all - totally ignored me. Meanwhile, she was busy swearing with her coworker who was snorting and giggling for them all to "QUICK -, HIDE YOUR CELLPHONES!". Never mind that a line of people was waiting - these folks had important games to play. The counter was dirty, as were the counter staff's mouths. Save yourself the disgust and aggravation and go elsewhere.

This is a better than average Dunkins, perfect for picking up a coffee on the way to work. The line moves really fast and my wake-up wrap is always ready within moments. The workers don't necessarily go out of their way to be friendly, but the service and the prices are great - I can't drop $8 for a coffee and pastry at Diesel every day so this is a great alternative.

I'm not happy with service. I usually went there nearby my home I wanted to celebrate Irish but price up which I had discounted. They are new to me. I want to file the complaints they won't provide even though I have it happened plus pay drink and free one any donuts it happened coupe days ago. I'm still feel that they fooled. Now u understand but I'm going to tell that two staff is not friendly to me. So far other staff is friendly. .

Boston Cream, yum! English muffin breakfast sandwich, nomnomnom! Croissant donut, no - it's indistinguishable from a sugar glazed donut, despite the high price. Got a much better croissant donut at the bakery in HMart in Central Square.

Horrible service, not even remotely good. Either they're always short-staffed and the cashier is both taking orders and filling orders or over-staffed and people standing around when the line is 10-deep. Without fail when the line is long, one of them will be overfilling the donut case or doing extra inventory when it could be taken care of at a quieter time....prob. 3 out of the 5 days I'm there. Ordering is even worse, regardless of how clear you are: Me: "lg. iced latte, skim one sugar" (only thing I ever order....past 2 years) DD: " you said a dozen munchkins?" Me: "nope, lg. iced latte, skim one sugar" DD: "Oh, ok....how do you want your coffee?" Me: "I said lg. iced LATTE, skim one sugar" FIVE minutes later...."LARGE ICED COFFEE LIGHT AND SUGAR?" I can't tell you how many times I miss my bus because they either take way too long or screw up my order, and with the lattes it is automatically measured and i can't tell you how many times the girl has handed me the thing only 3/4s filled. I've considered buying this place just to close it down.

Not a bad stop for a quick and cheap cup of coffee. Stopped in one night for the new dark roast coffee with a few friends. They guy brewed it fresh and it was great. Sat and talked for a while, and wasn't bothered at all.
