This restaurant is close to where I live and was recommended by a few friends. I wasn't impressed at all, service was sub par, and the food was awful. My margarita was pretty bad and lacking any decent amount of alcohol. The prices weren't great either, for $4 I would expect fresh guacamole instead I received frozen slightly brown gauc with no chips...anyway this wasn't the worst experience at a restaurant but I know I won't be returning again.

My husband and I ate at this location this evening for dinner and it was a packed house! The wait for a table wasn't too bad for a Friday night and our server was pleasant and prompt, while keeping up with a number of other tables. I ordered the Arroz con Pollo, which had too much oil in the sauce and also lacked the rich flavor I tasted at the Norton location.) My husband had the Chili Colorado, which he said seemed to be lacking in flavor, as well. We will be back probably to try other items on the menu, but were disappointed this evening. Perhaps, if we'd come at a less busy time the food would have been better. Willing to try this restaurant again...for lunch next time!

In other parts of the country, or other parts of Massachusetts, this would be a 4* restaurant, maybe 4.5* in MA. However, we live in Wareham and have not had decent Mexican food since we moved here. You can not get better Mexican food than this on the South Coast. Add to that a credible $3 margarita! Prices are very reasonable. All the food was great. Big chunks of tasty meat in the main dishes. Really good beans (not pasty). Even the rice was good. Chips were above average and the salsa was great. Service was extremely friendly, but not especially good. It took 10 minutes to get a glass of water. My margarita was empty for quite a while before I was asked if I wanted another. They got us more chips, but didn't refill the salsa. My only real non-service complaint was the lack of salt on the margarita glass. There were only a few flakes on the rim. If this place wasn't so far from Wareham, I would eat here on a regular basis.

The food was just O.K. The dining room is way to cramped . The parking is awful at peak periods. The staff is nice. $2.99 margaritas are watered down.

This place is a go to place if you want to hang out with a fun group of friends. The food is great, not super stellar but very good. The margaritas are perfect for 2.99, how can you beat that?! The service is friendly, and warm. Raphael was a gentleman and treated everyone in our party extremely well. What a fun time!

I went here last night for the first time with my girlfriend. I must say I was a little surprised that no music was playing in a Mexican restaurant and the waiter seemed bemused by that as well, as he related that music is typically playing. The place used to be an old breakfast joint but the new owners have truly turned it into a festive Mexican location, complete w/waiters who actually speak Mexican Spanish. Our waiter was very friendly and personable. The service was quick and the restaurant was moderately busy for 6ish or so. We ordered a few Dos Equis and they came out within minutes. Our appetizer was the Queso Fundido, which was delicious. Once our waiter noticed we had used all of the tortillas he immediately brought us another crock. I ordered the Carne Assada and was very satisfied, but I was able to try the Chile Colorado, and it was even better. The prices were very reasonable and I had visited their website prior to departing and was able to print off a $5.00 coupon. We will certainly return here again.

Enjoyed the fajitas for 2!! Enormous amount of food! The waiter/bartender was very attentive providing extras as needed. $6 margaritas helped compliment the delicious meal. The home made nachos to start the experience were awesome!

My family and I really enjoy this restaurant. We are always greeted by the friendly staff when we arrive. As soon as we sit they are bringing over there freshly made salsa and chips. We (a family of 5) usually go through two servings of them without any extra cost. The margaritas are delish, and cheap. I usually get a burrito and I can NEVER eat the whole thing. I always cut it in half and bring the rest home. The fried ice cream for desert is yummy, and we usually always order it.

We enjoyed our carne asada. It was cooked to our liking. Although we had a long wait before our order was taken.. but the drinks came fast and steady

I've been tired of the taste of tex-mex wanna be's around here in Newport. This place serves great authentic food... the taste that you get in the taquerias in Mexico and in Los Angeles. They have a lunch special during the week that's only $5. You can have something different everyday. This is one great restaurant that I will continue to come to.

La comida aqui es delicioso! And the waiters speak Spanish! And a gal can order as many rounds of Dos Equis as she wants! Exclamatory phrases rock!

There's really no reason not to check this place out. We have been twice now and were so very happy both times. The place is always busy but we have never had a problem getting a seat at the bar. And it's plenty big enough that I can't see where there would be any issues with a wait for a table. The food is the best part; plentiful and tasty!!! The salsa is scrumptious and not chunky just like I love it and spicy good, the chicken tortilla soup is amazing, the burritos are huge like the size of one's dome just about, the quesadillas are almost bigger than the plate they come on. I've made myself hungry just writing this. The drinks are good. They free pour so that's helpful to this alcoholic...ummm, this social drinker. They have a house margarita for five bucks that doesn't taste like "well tequila" or otherwise known as what the bathroom floor of a rave night would taste like if you licked it. (And you might just have licked it if you've ever participated in a rave...) I have no pictures at the moment because I haven't been in so long and now I'm mad I have the crockpot going at home right now because I want to go back tonight. I see a weekend visit coming up!!!! Go and enjoy!

I really enjoyed the food and ambience of this establishment. The food was seasoned and brought out in little time since ordering food. I ordered two margaritas that were very good. The customer service was excellent and very attentive to ensuring my group enjoyed our evening. If you want authentic tasty Mexican food try this place.

Probably one of the better Mexican places in the immediate area. I've tried many if their dishes and have liked everything (except for anything with mole sauce, but that might just be me...). The drinks are pretty good, except the house margarita which tastes cheap, and watered down. Almost as if they put ice in it, let the ice melt, and then put fresh ice into it when they served it. And speaking of alcohol, most of the waitresses pressure you to drink a lot while you're there...which is fine if you're not driving ... And that reminds me...My only real complaint is the parking. The parking lot is tiny and oddly shaped. It's hard to meet friends there unless you carpool. I always worry someone is going to hit my car while I'm having dinner...especially after all the margaritas.

Fiesta has great food for the most part. I LOVE the chimichangas! The chips and salsa is eh, not much body to the salsa. The chips are fresh and homemade. Service varies greatly, but is usually better at the tables than at the bar. It could use more draft beers as well.

    (4)
  • Nicole M.

Love this place!! Cheap delicous fast and fun. Love the endless chips and salsa. I usually always get a spinach quesidilla...sounds boring but so flavorful. Also the steak burrito loco is delicous and huge.

Great place for Mexican food, there menus is extensive and the prices are very reasonable plus the staff will always help you if you need it

This restaurant's parking is a nightmare! There is limited spots, people box you in, and the neighboring stores leave nasty notes on your car if you dare park in their empty lot. The food itself is pretty good. The chips and salsa are warm and plentiful. The chimichangas are my personal favorite. Crispy on the outside with the most delicious cheese sauce on the inside. I have dreams of their chimichangas. The fajitas are gigantic and full of meat; a nice change from the mostly cheese restaurants. The drinks are cheap. We usually share an el presidente pitcher, which goes for about $25. I've sat at the bar and watched them pour the house margarita. They store it in a drink mixer and do not add anything additional to your glass. I definitely watch way too much Bar Rescue on Spike TV and they always warn you about alcoholic beverages that are premixed like that, a breeding ground for bacteria! My biggest complaint about Fiesta is the push to drink more. As a young 20-something I enjoy my nights out with friends and I'm far too familiar with the college sorority party scene. So when I come out for a nice dinner and feel I'm being pushed to do shots, it makes me a little uneasy. Living in Providence, this location is a bit of a drive for me and becoming too intoxicated would definitely be an issue trying to get home. I just feel like restaurants shouldn't have waitresses trying to push shots on customer's, especially since most people have to navigate quite aways away from this sleepy area of Somerset. The food is good but Fiesta should evaluate the hard sell for alcoholic beverages done by their wait staff.

Fiesta has a special place in my heart, and it would be tough to for me to ever give it a poor rating. So I'll admit up front that I am a little biased... I love this place! I've been going to Fiesta since it first opened, and I really used to be a regular when I lived closer.... Stopping by sometimes weekly, even if it was just for margaritas and their delicious queso dip. There have been some changes at Fiesta over the years-- some of the staff is different, for example. But the food is still fantastic, and the prices are still reasonable-- especially their house margarita which has been $2.99 since day 1. And trust me-- its a steal. Sometimes I get tipsy after just a couple! And they taste great. My go to meal used with me the fajita quesadilla (with steak), and I can promise you that it's delicious. But I haven't been back to Fiesta since beginning my mostly-gluten-free-diet, and was looking forward to seeing if I could find a new favorite meal without cheating. My fiancé and I went in a Friday afternoon for an early dinner, just missing the lunch specials. We started out with the house margaritas (great as usual) and the chips and salsa (of course). Their salsa is also great and the staff is always on top of making sure your chip basket is never empty. He had the carne asada and really enjoyed it, and I decided to go with an enchilada since they are made with corn tortillas, and tried the Suizas enchiladas, which are made with chicken. Both meals came with refried beans and rice, and I thought the enchiladas were delicious and the perfect amount of food. If you haven't been to Fiesta, you are really missing out. It's small and the parking lot is tough but if you are looking for (Americanized) Mexican food, this is really the place to go.

I have eaten basically everything on the menu in this place and had every single kind of margarita that they offer and they are all delicious and they know what's now. We know basically everyone on staff unless they were just tired. That is how much my friend and I go there. Any and every time we're going to dinner we go here. Our favorite waitress who somehow is always busy when we go in there now her name is Vanya and she is awesome. She's very personable cute cheeky a sweetheart and. I was saddened to find out that now she's basically at the Dartmouth location that just opened up so now we're going to have to go there unless its on Sunday and she's at the one in Somerset. Overall everyone's great Cameron's great as a new manager and it's just a good vibe in there.

The service is usually a hit or miss, my lay visit was definitely a miss. Food and service wise, I ordered water because I don't feel the need to drink for every meal, and the waiter was mocking me because I was "boring" great...the nachos were disgusting I will be sure to never order those again! And the tacos weren't really anything to write home about..I wanted to try something new because I was sick of the same ol' stuff, but I was greatly disappointed

When my wife and I moved back east from CA we were disappointed with our options for Mexican food. Our preference was always the family owned cantina style joints..strong margaritas, good spicy salsa, friendly staff, and good food (in that order if importance). The good news is that Fiesta fits this description to a T. We have tried pretty much every reputable (expensive and dive) Mexican place from eastern CT through Providence to the South Coast and this is the closest to our ideal. Check it out!

This is our go to place for Mexican food! My husband and I go here almost every Friday night. The food is always great and the drinks are strong. The staff is awesome and has gotten to know us. So much so that menus are optional and they know what we like. You won't be disappointed!

The margarita pitcher is perfect! The food is just ok, got the fish tacos which were really dry and the fried ice cream was like chewing on cornflakes. Just go there for drinks and chips, I wouldn't eat there again.

Re-visited this establishment after a few years since my first visit. The service is very prompt. The place is relatively clean and bright. The menu selection is good. The parking is rough. We actually parked at Auclair's Market next door, which I'm not sure if they appreciate that. They bring tortillas and homemade salsa as soon as you are seated, they were tasty. I had the Chorizo burrito my boyfriend had the Burrito Fiesta. My burrito was served with rice and black beans. The burrito was very tasty and a decent size. My boyfriend seemed to enjoy his burrito as well. The rice was dry and bland, the beans were fine. I left feeling unsatisfied, I'm not sure why. It was as I rated, ok.

I went to this place because my fellow yelpers gave it a 4 star rating out of 52 reviews. I went here for lunch with my mom. We wanted mexican but didn't feel like nacho mamas because its a cold day and its cold in there and we were between trying something new or going to titos. So we get there and greeted and we get the complimentary salsa and chips. The salsa was very fresh and tasted delicious. I got a margarita which was about meh average. Not really much of a kick to it. and I got a combination plate that had a bit of everything. When i got my quesadilla i was confused. also with the burrito and enchilada. but the meats and cheeses were fresh and my mom had the taco plate and they deep fried her taco and she enjoyed it. its nothing really to go out of my way for. I think next time ill go to Titos unless if a friend wanted to go

For the price and the quality of the food, I contend that Fiesta trumps Tito's Cantina and the super creepy El Mariachi in Seekonk in that hotel. Truly. I defy you to find a better deal on a massive plate of nachos. The Nachos Fiesta is my ultimate go-to. I am sort of a boring regular here I guess because that is my exact order every time. Nachos Fiesta, with pork, extra sour cream, side of guacamole. A couple things lacking that fifth star- service is so-so (not that it matters- food comes out lightning fast and fresh so the servers are more expediters than servers) and to be honest my litmus test for a good Mexican dish (well, TexMex place) are the refried beans. These refried beans are always... liquid and borderline flavorless. I've had better. Aside from that- tip top.

The 1st time we went to this restaurant service horrible rushing us within 5 minutes after we arrived to order. Appertizer and meal came out at same time. Sent food back to kitchen so we could eat appetizer then food came out cool sent that back to get it hot again. Wondered if we are expecting to much. Went there last night again told waiter we were not in a hurry so let us eat each course then bring out next. Food was hot and plates could not be touched with bare hand they were HOT HOT. When we were finished some strange girl dropped off our check did not even ask us if we wanted dessert. I called her over and explained that this is the 2nd time here and felt like we were an inconvenience to them. She said No so this might be the last time we go there again. Food is good, tasty service is horrible.

I ordered a fajita with steak and shrimp. The the steak was so grizzly I couldn't eat it. And beware when ordering the fiesta margarita. It's priced on the menu at 2.99, but they serve it to you in a tall mug which is really six dollars. The food is one step up from Taco Bell. The place is very noisy, like a Mexican Chucky cheese. Will not be back.

    (1)
  • Karen S.

The food here is always solid, as are the margaritas. My preference is the top shelf margarita made with Don Julio. I am a margarita snob, I admit it. ;) There house margarita is only 2.99 and is decent for the price. Service is always super friendly and attentive. The complimentary chips and salsa are good. The best thing on their menu is the tortilla soup. I can't rave about it enough. It's different from the tortilla soups you get in other restaurants. It is not a tomato base. It is LOADED with chicken and avocado. I highly recommend it. The rest of the food is typical Americanized Mexican restaurant fare, although better than some of the other Mexican restaurants in the area.

We've tried 3 locations in the Fiesta franchise (Norton, East Bridgewater and Somerset). The food in East Bridgewater didn't seem to be quite as good and Somerset was INCREDIBLY noisy (couldn't really have a conversation) so I'd say Norton remains our favorite..plus Norton has Raul.

Great food. Mango and strawberry margarita was awesome . Really didn't care for the regular margarita . We ordered fajitas , burrito , and chimichanga all were very good. We will be back

Okay so I love fiesta but my last visit I left disappointed. It's Christmas time..they have a special gift card purchase 50$ and get 10$ free. When we asked for two cards 25$ each for a gift to 2 family members they wouldn't give us the 10$ free. If we are spending 50$ total I don't see why they wouldn't give us the 10$. Lame.

All I can say is FLAN! It has coffee liqueur and "a hint of caramel" and is made in house. Everything was delicious, great service, and fun, cozy atmosphere. I'll definitely go regularly.

I went here with my boyfriend for the first time on a Tuesday before Valentine's day which was on Friday. It wasn't that busy on Tuesday, but we liked it so much we came back on Friday anyway and waited in line for a table, knowing it would be worth it. The parking situation is pretty miserable, difficult to find a spot, difficult to get out. Some of the waiters are better than others. The environment is fun. The food is great! We ordered burritos the first time we went, which were huge. If you aren't too hungry, you could even split one burrito with another person. The quesadilla serving is also big, and very tasty. If you order a side of guacamole though, that will be disappointingly small. The fried ice cream is a nice treat, if you like cinnamon. Overall, the portion sizes and quality of the food make it worth the awful parking lot.

  • John L.

Good service. The waiters are attentive and polite. The food is good. The refills on the drinks are free. I like their location, it's easy to find. Sometimes the parking is tough at night; That sort of speaks to the popularity of the restaurant though. At night, I've been there for a family dinner and the noise of just casual conversation from neighboring tables has ricocheted everywhere. So just be prepared for noise, at night. Overall, good place to eat though. Reasonable, great service and good food.

Choices for Mexican food in the area are limited for sure. Having read the good reviews on Yelp, I decided to drive the 40 minutes to get here. So Fiesta is a decent Mexican restaurant. The food is good, seems fresh with nice sized portions. The restaurant parking is not good, but there are places to park in neighbor business parking lots. During my visit, the staff were friendly and professional. The atmosphere for me was not great, hard to describe, seemed loud and rushed, not a place to relax. I will go back but only if I am in the area.

Best Mexican food around - love their sangria and $3 house margaritas. Service is always great as well as the atmosphere. I love the arroz con pollo (rice with chicken), quesadillas and tacos three amigos. My husband loves the chimi changas (sp?) and the burritos. We both love the salsa so much we buy extra every time. OH and they have $5 off coupons that print out if you shop at Somerset S&S (on the back of the receipts)! Always affordable and a good time. We visit at least once every two weeks, so glad this restaurant is so close to home!

We were in the area and Yelped for a mexican restaurant. We could not have been happier with our choice. This restaurant knows how to do it right. Waiter was attentive and went out of his way to answer our special menu request. Everything that we ordered was delivered surprisingly fast. Drinks were reasonably priced and tasted great. Free chips were refilled when they got low without us asking. Plenty of menu choices. Food was served on heated plates. A nice touch to keep it warm. Both of our meals were very good. We'll be back!

We have a friend in this area and whenever we visit, this is where we go! Small restaurant but we have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a table. Nachos are fantastic and their salsa has some serious flavor as well. I usually skip the salsa at mexican places but theirs is actually really yummy! I love their quesadilla as well! Overall, we love it!

Fiesta is a great local mexican restaurant in the area, and it definitely delivers on flavor. There is a broad selection of items to choose from and the staff is always grateful for your business. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the onions in most of their meals. They are EXTREMELY..."flavorful" is the word I suppose I would use. They completely overwhelm the other parts of the dish and tend to be bitter. They are happy to leave them out whenever I order though so no hard feelings!

    (4)
  • Evangelina M.

Craving some authentic Mexican food? To hungry to wait to long for your meal? Fiesta is the place to be. They are authentic and the waiters are so kind and never keep you waiting. While you wait for the most delicious meal (my favorite being the fajitas) they bring out freshly made chips and dip. All is made to order within the time span of 10-15 minutes nice and fresh but be careful HOT PLATES!

  • Jaclyn P.

Fun atmosphere, cheap drinks, large menu and some of the friendliest staff around. The food and drinks aren't my favorite Mexican by any means but the atmosphere more than makes up for it and you won't leave hungry because it certainly isn't bad, just not amazing. Fiesta is a great spot to hit up with friends when you want to feel like you're in Mexico. For a few hours, atleast. They've got a great bar decorated like the palapas you find on the beaches in Mexico and they are always running some sort of drink special. The margaritas and sangria are pretty good but my favorite thing here is the chips and salsa! I just love those warmed tortilla chips that are so thin and crispy and that fresh, fresh salsa. It's fun for a date night for two but even better with a larger group and if you come for a birthday they'll bring you out a birthday shot of tequila and make you wear the giant sombrero! Stay away on Cinco de Mayo - it's CRRAAZZYY! and you'll most likely have to wait 3 hours for a table. (Literally, no exaggeration.) TIP: Parking is a total bummer here and the people next door at Auclair's Market WILL yell at you if you try to park in their lot.

Excellent service, great food, and strong/reasonably priced drinks. It's awesome to have a more authentic Mexican restaurant in the area than Chilis/Margaritas, and I will definitely be coming back!

This place has some of the classic style Mexican food that you are looking for. Enchiladas, empinadas, tacos, burritos, fajitas, and they are all authentic and delicious. Unlimited free chips and salsa are on the table when you first sit down, which is a very nice touch. The staff is friendly, and even on a busy Friday the server came to the table often to check up on things. One major problem is the parking. They have a lot but it hold near to nothing, which makes you spill over into the next door grocery market lot, which is littered with signs not to park their unless you are a customer.

Delicious. Everything is delicious. Chimichangas are to die for and the fresh salsa is yummmmy. Fast service and friendly staff.

  • Laura B.

Authentic, delicious Mexican food for a really great price. The whole place has a kitchy vibe and lots of personality to it. When eating here, you feel like you're in a real Mexican restaurant and not a big corporate chain place. Parking can be weird due to the sloped lot, but that's really the only inconvenient thing about the whole place. For $3 margaritas, that's hardly a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend to friends in the area.

  • Brian B.

The food is bland, they screwed up all of our orders, including my wife's water (they gave her sprite) and my daughter's grilled cheese. How can you screw up grilled cheese? It looks like they tried to flame broil it then stick a cold slice of Kraft in there. It was awful. The steak had twice the fat than meat. The only good thing about my experience was walking out the door. I hope we don't get food poisoning. Avoid this place like the plague. It was so bad it prompted me to create a yelp account just so I could warn others.

Its ok, looks like a dump from outside, but inside its cute. Theres one bartender who does make decent drinks, usually there on friday nights. Dont know his name. Food is ok, i tend to get sick often after eating there, ...so I no longer do. The free chips and salsa they give with cocktails is nice. Its ok for a little local mexican place.Cleanliness wise? that could use improvements.

This place is a staple for us when we are craving Mexican food. Between the beef, pork, and seafood chimichanga and the fish tacos, it all tastes great. The free chips and salsa are endless and make great bar food if you're just going for drinks. While I'm not a fan of margarita's, they are cheap and very strong (upon request). The staff are always friendly and we've never had a problem with service. We've been dozens of times and it never disappoints. I personally like it better than than Tito's in seekonk and its comparable to Sam Diego's which we also enjoy. The parking can be a pain as its a small lot that fills up quickly between 5-8 on a busy night.

I'd have to say that this is my go-to spot after having a long day at work to have drinks with my friends and finally enjoy myself. They have $2.99 margaritas and they are pretty strong for the price. The food isn't the best mexican food I've ever had but for the price I can't complain too much. I almost always get the pretty decently sized chicken taco salad and usually add the delicious guacamole to go with the free chips and salsa. I think what honestly makes this place so great is the service. I always feel welcome and the people are very friendly and accomodating. My friend is allergic to dairy and as hard as it is to not get cheese on any mexcian food, they are very understanding, and she has never been sick from eating there. One of the greatest things about this place is going for someone's birthday. They give a complementary dessert of your choice ( the fried ice cream is pretty good) and then place a sombraro on the birthday person while singing a spanish birthday song. I laughed pretty hard and my friend was completely mortified that he had to sit through it. Overall a great restaurant to take anyone for a good time.

One word, delicious!! This is by far one of my favorite Mexican restaurants around me. First of all, how can you go wrong with $2.99 margaritas? That's right you just can't! They serve you chips and salsa before your meal. Last time I went there were 8 people with us and everyone loved their meals. One of my friends is vegetarian and they were accommodating to her requests. I had tacos (I can't help it, one of my favorite foods!) and they were yummy. Affordable food and drinks and great quality food and service, with nice decor and some window seating!

I was very excited to check out my local mexican restaurant just moving to the area, however I was very disappointed by the slow service and bland flavors.

Warm and responsive staff, kitchen is generous with portions and refills. The patron energy and aesthetic are muy bueno, Food is good but not the best tex mex ever. I had the fajitas which were somewhat savory (meat seemed to lack that marinade punch), while my friend had the enchiladas and couldnt stop singing their praises. The margaritas went down easy and the beer selection ok. Only reason my review missed 5 stars is due to the challenging parking situation and my dish being less than life-changing. Definitely would return, though!

Food was decent, no better. I got steak fajitas that werent as good as Chili's. Seating was crowded, crappy parking, I thought service was slow.

While I'm not necessarily a big fan of Mexican food, the wife is... Although I do love me some Tequila! The Margaritas here are great... We usually order the Cadillac but even the $3 house ones will do the trick. The free chips and salsa are very good. I also like the nachos, chicken quesidilla, Steak and shrimp Fajitas. Did I mention how good the Margaritas were? Parking is tight and the place can be busy so timing is everything. If you can find a spot at the bar this place makes it seem like you might actually be somewhere in Mexico...

I have been here numerous times now and I can still only give it 3 stars. I would give 5 for the service. I always seem to have the same waitress and she is always awesome. But the food is where it's lacking. I have tried a lot of different things on the menu including soups, appetizers and meals and nothing really wowed me. I go here out of convenience because it's so close to where I live but I wish there was better mexican food closer. The one thing that can't be beat is their 2.99 margaritas. But i get them with a sugar rim instead of salt because the salted ones are loaded with salt! It's very unappealing and hard to choke down.

Solid Mexican food, cheap, super-fast Mexican waiters. Warm tortilla chips keep coming, drinks refilled without asking. Great, Happy Mexican Ambiance to boot.

Typical Tex Mex. But affordable and very clean restaurant. If you're in the fall river area this is your best Mex choice. Fun servers with fast service. I ordered one of the most expensive dishes @ $12 and the brews were cold. Recommend.

The best in the area, if not the state of Massachusetts. The most depressing thing about Massachusetts, is too few, authentic Mexican choices to dine out. Somerset is worth the trip because I have not had better and I am from California!

Went for my first time last week because of all you ravers here on Yelp. At first, I was skeptical because of the building's exterior, but was pleasantly surprised. Even though the food could be better and more authentic, it's a great spot to go in the neighborhood. The ritas were yummy and Beto, the waiter, was fun and nice!

Endless chips and salsa are awesome. Their lunch specials are worth the trip and the pitchers of margaritas can be a good deal too. Overall, delicious food at a good value. The decor is kind of like a tiki bar, but that's part of the charm.

I think the food is great, I just wish some items were a little less greasy. I went with my boyfriend and he got a watery chicken ceasar salad for lunch. The prices are a little steep for the food quality but their 2.99 margarita is the best deal Ive seen a restaurant offer to customers in the last 10 years.

Staff is really friendly. Atmosphere is fun and clean. Food is great - large portions, excellent quality and fair prices. Although we didn't have a pitcher of margaritas, they looked great and everyone else at the bar ordered margaritas in pitchers. We'll do that next time!

It is rare to find a place with such fun servers, cheap drinks AND great food. Endless chips and salsa (nice and flavorful) warm chips too! to start off every meal. Plentiful portions nicely presented with the friendliest waitstaff around.

Fiesta is a great success. The restaurant is always packed sometimes you have to wait quite a while so think about a reservation on weekends. The service is great. The drinks are even better. Good prices. The food is ok. It really needs flavor, rather plain. But after a few margaritas who cares right? I still enjoy it.

My reason for being on Yelp is the need for this sort of thing that can really help people with food allergies eat out without complication or embarrassment. With that said, the Spanglish aspect of Fiestas tends to be prohibitive in helping in that department. When you ask for wheat free- dairy free you always get cheese. Or sour cream. You have to specifically ask for NO sour cream NO cheese- saying NO Dairy never works. The waiters speak rhetorical Spanish to the guests and then rip on said guests within earshot in Spanish. The food is nasty, everything is dirty. Bottom line: the two gentlemen sitting next to me at the bar asked for their tab; the waiter brought it. The two well-heeled gentlemen (they were bespoke for Somerset and for a Sunday, shall we say) then proceeded to place the cash required into their beer glasses and depart. I was shocked. But then once my food came, with the relentless Americas Funniest Home Videos playing in the back ground it sort of made sense. I leave with this question: when refilling my soda, is it too much to ask for a full refill? I mean I have no problem paying for whats fair (total check one person $15.60 tax no tip and no alcohol) but can a girl get a full refill? Obviously they are doing right by a lot of people... sad I couldn't have been one of them.

I just love this place! Whenever I go to Somerset, this is always my vote for dinner. I love the atmosphere (ask for a booth under the hut), not to mention great drinks, unlimited chips and salsa, yummy food (the vegetarian fajita it my FAVORITE!), and authentic waiters that always greet us with their friendly, "Como estas mis agos?" Best restaurant in Somerset! :)

Great mexican restaurant! Complimentary salsa was delicious...It had a nice little kick to it. I had the fajita steak Chimichanga and it was very tasty. I also like that they give a perfect portion of rice and beans. Cant wait to go back to try the seafood chimi:)

I went here last night for my for 21st birthday dinner. The service was incredibly fast and the drinks were delicious and priced right. The food was fantastic! The portions were a good size and at a good price. I didn't come across a single employee that wasn't smiling. Very friendly waitstaff, comfortable atmosphere, great authentic mexican food and cheap drinks... what more could I ask for?! Oh, and the fried ice cream.. "best in town" was a total understatement! Needless to say, I will definitely be back... again and again!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
