Sunday morning, I left Foxborough at 630am and was FREEZING. Immediately I thought "New England, Boston & Foxborough run on Dunkin", right? I decided to try the Vanilla Chai- it was pure perfection! I've been craving it ever since and am looking for any reason to stop at Dunkin to have more. Made to order, hot beverages, convenient location and friendly employees. The only thing that would make this location better is if there was a drive-thru.. Plaza pitfalls. I grew up going to this Dunkies and with so much changing in Foxborough (technically Sharon), I'm glad it's still around (:

On a quick stop on a road trip, my girlfriend and I stopped for quick caffeine boost and a snack. I went for the sweet tea and a sausage egg and cheese on bagel, while she got the pepperjack bagel and a latte. Somehow, even though we were the only people there, they forgot to make my sweet tea and started making drinks for everyone that came in after us. Then they tried to stop me from taking a tea they apparently had made for someone else. For some reason, when they gave my girlfriend her bagel, they didn't toast it. Isn't that standard?

Mid-commute, the cravings started. Need hot chocolate... Now! I pulled off the highway and landed in the Sharon, MA Dunkin Donuts. The store is located in this sleepy, outdated shopping center consisting of a movie theatre, dry cleaners, grocery store, Kumon, and a few other random stores. The shopping center looks like it's ready for a bulldozer, but the Dunkin Donuts appears to be fairly new. Only one teenager was working at this time of the afternoon, but there was no line and I was back on my way in no time. My hot chocolate was as expected and my munchkins were fresh--a little too fresh, actually. I'm one of those weird people that likes slightly-aged donuts so they are hard on the outside and soft inside. These were a little mushy. One thing was that donut selection was pretty poor--one whole case was sealed up for the night.

I will never be back! This location is close to my work and I have ignored the MISERABLE staff in the past. Service has gone to hell, they are not friendly and definitely can't make food properly.

Where do i start...the old tough in the face women working register always has the "god take me now" look stank attitude on her face. Everyone else in there speaks broken english. The cute brasilan girl who cooks the food just threw my hash browns in a bag all mushed up couldnt even eat them. Also my steak burrito was ice cold. Words of advice to employees if your unhappy with your job quit. Some other foriegner will take your place with a smile.

I just wanted an ice coffee for the long ride so I pulled off the highway. Not a great experience here at all. Didnt have my flavor, so I got another. The young girl was speaking to me like Ive never been to a Dunkin Donuts in my life. I asked her for a cup for under it which she explained my cup was too large & its $0.25. BUT THE KICKER .......... Not only did she tell me she'd have to charge me but gave 2 other customers a few of them for free. Really!!!!! A customer came around me and asked for another cup and she just handed to her. I wasnt even done ordering yet. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! PLUS THE COFFEE WASNT MADE RIGHT AND HORRIBLE, I DUMPED IT OUT.

Not bad for a Dunkin Donuts, staff was friendly and efficient. The only real unfortunate part is that they do not have a drive thru.

We wanted a quick breakfast and this was on the way. The line was long, but i insisted we stay; how long could a donut line be? First, I asked what kind of veggies were in the "egg, veggies and cheese" bagel. I repeated the question three times to a blank stare, then a "what?" Finally the other cashier interrupted and said, "it has peppers and mushrooms." I said, "okay, I'll have that." My cashier approached the other cashier to ask what I'd ordered (and no, I don't have an accent or speech impairment). Then she filled the room with smoke as she burned my bagel, so no one could get toast for the next five minutes. My boyfriend finished placing our order. Then our cashier asked, "cream and sugar?" I said, "No thank you." She twisted her face, put up her hands in a gesture that was arrogant and confrontational. My boyfriend clarified, "nothing in it." She said, "Black!" with a tone that said, "duh, just say so." The boyfriend then clarified by asking, "you'll call when the sandwich is ready?" to be sure she re-started my sandwich with an unburnt bagel. She said yes. We sat down, the boyfriend ate his breakfast, and we still waited for mine. We approached the counter and asked, and a co-worker who had been working hard and hustling quickly made it for me, as it had been forgotten. (Note that when she saw us approach, our rude cashier told him my order quickly--and incorrectly). I was astounded at how awful a fast food breakfast experience could be.
