This is your classic dive bar. They have a variety in beer, and in wings, and boneless with lots of sauces and rubs to choose from.

Not my favorite place when they're busy. Sitting at the tables sometimes might not feel like you're getting the best service. I usually sit at the bar when I go and enjoy it much more!! Nearly 50? flavors of wings.. making it a local favorite. Great BBQ smokehouse food feeling and smell.

5 stars for the wing flavor, crispness and flavor options! French fries are thin, flavorless and soft. Almost soggy. Baked beans were ok, not bad, didn't seem canned. Cole slaw was probably store bought and was at least 3 days old. Dry, no flavor, just so sad. I was very disappointed. Wait staff seemed disinterested. I do love the decor-tons to look at. It's probably a great spot for football or a few beers and a quick snack, but don't bother with a full plate with sides.

This is an interesting place but it needs a bit more to be good. Wall decorations were interesting and give many points of interest, The waitress was very attentive and handled everything well. The food is well thought out but it just needs more time. The cornbread is very good. The fries are good. The dry run on the chicken was excellent. I did have to send the chicken back because it was under done. They brought a whole new order within ten minutes. My girlfriend says her BBQ chicken was good, but very heavy on the BBQ sauce. Her cole slaw was terrible. Overall not a bad experience, the place has great potential.

This place shouldn't be allowed to use the term "barbecue" in their name. It's basically a dive bar for bikers and I'm guessing that's the only reason it stays afloat. Worst pulled pork I've ever tasted in my life. As stated by many others the bartenders/servers look like they would rather be literally anywhere else in the world. The only thing that used to be worth eating here were wings and somehow they even managed to make those terrible now. I'm desperate for BBQ and this place is literally down the street from my house and I pass it by without a second thought almost daily. What does that tell you? BBQ on your grill at home and stay away from this travesty.

Servers/Bartenders are nice. Tacky biker decor Can get reaaall busy My bf and his friends had loved this place, so I finally decided to try it out with them one night. I decided to order a flavor which, according to the menu, was to be mild. However when I got the wings, they were pretty spicy. nbd. They were good. There wasn't anything wrong with them. The second time I came here would be the last. This time I decided I wanted to get some wings that were spicy. They were mild as could be, and almost cold. We ordered the house chips which were soggy and really had no flavor. I'm assuming they had been sitting out for a long while. They also seemed to have raised the price a little. Even my bf who was once such a huge fan, doesn't want to come back. Pretty disappointing.

I purposely waited a long time to write this review, for multiple reasons that I wanted to make sure were just random occurrences. After 20-30 visits over the last two years, I can safely say this is a great wing place if you know what to expect. What you need to know before you go: if you do NOT sit at the bar, the service will likely be slow. Very slow! During our first few visits here, we came at non-busy times (like 3pm on a Saturday) and found that even with a less than half full bar, it was painfully slow. Now, this is important, because over the next few visits, knowing that service would be slow, we made sure to arrive early before our hunger set in. I can deal with slow service if I know going in, because to me the wings are that damn good. If you can, I would recommend sitting at the bar, because you'll get extremely fast service and refills on drinks. Otherwise, BE WARNED. If you know this going in, and can deal with it, you won't regret it. Now I can only speak for the wings, not the other food. I find myself never straying from the wings because of how much I enjoy them. They offer alot of flavors, and my sauce of choice is "Mojo." I enjoy really spicy wings and these do not disappoint. They definitely deserve the 5 flame rating, but to me are not so hot that I cannot enjoy them. Other flavors I can recommend are the Hot or X-Hot (I started with lower "flamed" wings before working my way up), Bacon Buffalo, and Black and Gold. I don't typically venture off the spicy side of the wing menu, but others I've eaten with also enjoyed the Buttermilk Ranch, Garlic & Parm, and Sweet N Sour. I typically stick with bone IN wings, but have had the boneless too and they are also good. If you want to try a good wing place, I can say this is one of the best. If you don't like the busy times on their wing nights, try an off hour time. The service will still be slow, but its definitely worth it. I'll continue to come back, and will try to sit at the bar if possible.

Great wings, and possibly one of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had. But the service is terrible with a capital T. The waitresses are either rushed and rude, or completely unavailable, and once you place your order and then receive your food you won't see them again until it's time to pay the check. The manager/owner is the rudest of them all. The restaurant also has a silly policy about seating, so if there is a table available bigger than your party you are forced to wait until they have a table with the exact number of seats. On two separate occasions we have also been asked to move tables to accommodate other parties. Frankly, it's rather ridiculous. So when going to the Boneyard it's deciding how much you really, really want those great wings or the burgers knowing the service is going to be pretty bad. Depends what matters to you more at the time!

Big tasty wings cooked perfectly, cold beer, and a friendly waitress, what more could you ask for in a tiny little wing joint? It's small with not a ton of tables but very worth the wait!! A ton of sauces to choose from and the cornbread is amazing. I just went last week and are already making plans to return, I'm going for the HOT wings this time, wish me luck! Lol

Excellent little dive bar. Great wings, friendly staff, good value. Worth the trip if you're in the area. Try the black and gold, garlic buffalo and parmesan garlic. Our first visit will warrant a second.

I hate negative reviews, but some places just hit it bad on too many counts. I can take horrible service for good food. I can forgive mediocre food for good service. This place had neither. First off, the restaurant had a total of 8 customers in the establishment at the time. Three people at the bar and two tables. No one at our table of 7 received water even though we asked for them. We knew we'd be charged for them on Wing night, but we didn't care. Nonetheless we didn't receive them. We did get our Bacon Bloody Mary that wasn't shaken or mixed well and the bacon was very dry and looked old. The server ID'd one of us and forgot the other alcoholic beverage. Okay let's keep going. It is wing night. Bring it on. The wings were poorly cooked. The texture of the skin was rubbery and the wings looked triple cooked. The dry rubs had no flavor. We informed our server of this and they took two of our three orders of dry rubs to the back and they excessively doused our wings with more dry rub, creating a powdery salty coat. It wasn't pleasant. Our PB&J dry wings had a hint of peanut but no sweetness or jelly. Our order of chips came out like they were five times fried. They were very dark brown. They looked and tasted like leftover fries from two nights ago, fried again. I've had frozen potatoes and chips from the super market that tasted ten times better, so having such terrible quality from a restaurant is extremely disappointing. We asked if they battered their corn dog in house and she said yes. To clarify we asked if they were shipped in or made in-house? Yeah, they're just corn dogs but honest server knowledge should be present. She was wrong. They were clearly not made in-house. Half rack of ribs we got were charred on the outside and not fully cooked on the outside. It was at least a quarter inch of char. Bring a toothbrush if you're craving for ribs and get desperate here. Service: Our server forgot one of our order of wings and she told us we didn't order them, but they were on her list --she crossed it out though so we 'must have changed our mind'. She showed us and we were very disappointed. So we didn't get our drink order, water and a missing order of wings that still ended up on or Bill after she just showed us those Wings crossed off. Bloody Mary, wings, ribs corn dog, chips - not one good thing we ordered came out remotely mediocre. Thoroughly disappointed.

Wings. I've talked about them. I've blogged about them. I've written a paper on them for a creative writing class. Chicken in general as a huge part of my awful diet, and one of the only things that can be considered healthy that I eat. Sure - chicken wings don't exactly fall into the realm of health. Give me a break. I'm a fat kid. Any place that touts wings is on my list. I visited with high hopes. Unfortunately I left with nothing but frustration and the tummy rumbles. I always give service complaints on yelp the benefit of the doubt. I know restaurants. I've been there. But the complaints you may read about poor service here are frighteningly accurate. We weren't greeted. Our waitress could have cared less about helping us decide on some sauces to try or about anything really. We settled on a few - all of which, aside from the buffalo garlic, were overly underwhelming. I found the wings to be small - especially for a place that is known to specialize in wings. They were cooked well, but had a freezer to fryer taste. But considering how long they took to come out I can't understand how they would be using frozen. It was a bit out of the way for me so I won't be returning. But judging by the attitude of the staff in general - I don't think they will care.

Cool Concept A Harley bar that serves manly BBQ, multiple varieties of chicken wings, and plays heavy metal music. I have to say, it's right up my alley. Tried several types of wings, the ribs, and a burger. All items pretty good. The wings are the key. Tip: Try the garlic buffalo wings. This place has food deals pretty much nightly like BOGO burgers or 30 cent wings. They also have Boneyard Brew, which is some garbage like Keystone Light, but for 2 bucks why not. The only issue I have, which for the business is good, is that the place is always too busy. I tried to go last Monday and I couldn't even get in. If you can get in the Boneyard, give it a try, it's a pretty cool spot. Expect to wait. Thanks

Boneyard Barbecue and Saloon is the type of restaurant you would only come to if you were around the area and didn't know what you wanted for lunch. The setup and design inside is a biker themed bar with rock n roll music playing. Parking is the worst thing about this place. It's a tiny lot that can only hold about 13 cars and if it gets busy the sign at the door says not to park across the street or next to the restaurant because your car will be towed. Pretty stupid but whatever. The waiters could careless about there jobs. Only two waiters were working at the dining area with 5 bar tenders working the bar doing nothing but talk and drink. Our waiter was nice but failed to meet expectations. All she asked was if we needed more drinks or anything else to eat not asking how are food was or is everything ok. The other waiters were the same thing too with other customers. Food was good overall. I got buffalo chicken wings and ordered homemade chips. The homemade chips were stale and very very crunchy and didn't taste anything like regular chips. Wings weren't the best as they are to when I've been here before. Some were well done while like I said to the waiter to be and some were soft with no buffalo taste. My grandmother got regular wings no buffalo and said it was tasteless. I would come back here since this was the first time I had issues with the restaurant and give it another try, but this experience I'd give the restaurant two stars but before this experience I'd give it 3 or 4 stars.

I love this place!! The wings are amazing and fall off the bone!! The biker dive ambiance is fun and the decorations are great to look at! Draft beer is always cold and the waitresses never leave your glass empty for long!! Ribs are good too!!!

Myself and my family used to go here at least twice a month. Unfortunately we find more and more reasons not to go as often. If Sandy is your waitress I can just about guarantee good friendly service. If you don't get Sandy it could be a bad dining experience. Sandy works her ass off and it's obvious she cares about her job .She will keep an eye on when you need a drink etc. It seems other waitresses you have to flag down. I have found the other waitresses lack training. They seem to be moody. They act like they're doing you a favor when they're serving you. They show no sence of urgency . Some of the bartenders seem very friendly with the regulars but can get carried away with there language. The chicken wings are fantastic. There's a bunch of different flavors. I seem to always order the general tso's. Great flavor. This place could easily be 4-5 stars if the waitstaff were trained.

As I write this review I am again thinking about how I'm looking forward to go back to this place. I finally decided to try this place out with a couple friends as they have raved about how good the wings are. So about two hours ago we went searching for this place. We gave the hostess our name and waited outside until she came to get us. We sat on the bench provided and the time passed quickly. The inside to my opinion was actually pretty cool , with hoods of race cars on the wall, old license plates and comical looking tables. Everyone inside was friendly and just looking to eat and grab a couple of drinks. The food was amazing. The honey mustard wings were the best I've ever tasted! Fountain drinks come in a 16 oz cup!! Curly fries were also exceptional!!!! My only gripe with this place is that you have to wait outside but it's one thing I'll do to have some of those wings again!

Worst customer service I've seen in a while. When walking in, there is a sign to wait to be seated. We waited. And waited. And waited. Some other customers told us to just sit or we would be waiting a while. Once finally seated, we told the server about a coupon we had, which she didn't know about. She verified and said she'd redeem it since "even the owner didn't know." We ordered wings, loaded fries, and Mac and cheese balls. The balls were super greasy and adhered to the paper they were served on. The fries were cold, but the bacon was tasty, so we ate the top layer of the fries. The wings were the worst. They still had feathers on them. They were dark in spots. Disgusting. I never throw away food. I did today. When we complained, the server refused to comp anything and gave us an attitude. She literally walked away from our table telling us to have a nice day. I asked for the owner and she said he was gone already. Convenient. I'll never ever ever come back here again.

Meat is heated and drowned in "BBQ" sauce. Frozen pre-cooked meats and canned sauce. A monkey can work and cook here. No talent required! Smelly garbage stench coming from the trash container, in the parking lot, says it all.

Tried this last weekend (6-14-15) with the family. Awesome wings! I got the buffalo, medium. They were just the way I liked them, also got to try the house, (great) black and gold, (omg awesome) and the garlic pam( also good). The place looks like a biker bar, ambiance is not an option here but ambiance is not something you normally get at a wing place. The shoestring fries are good, the sweet potatoes fries are pretty dandy as well. Service was slower than I like, it's a good thing the drinks were so big. Great wings, fair service Definitely going back for the wings, maybe next time I'll get take out,

I wanted to update since my last review.. They have added new sauces, even pb&j which I had been hoping for.. What a let down it was though. The pb&j sauce is thin, and had a citrus-y taste, not a thick sticky peanut butter and grape jelly sauce that I was hoping for. And I have to add in and remove a star because id say 7 out of 10 times you will get over cooked, dry, super chewy chicken chunks ( on tender days). I could barely even cut through it. Bummer

Boneyard Barbecue & Saloon is a great place to go for a casual, fun meal. Cheap wings Monday ($0.30 a pop), BOGO burgers Thursday, there's always specials going on so you can really get a good meal cheap. The quality of the food is great for the price. I am usually not a big chicken wing fan but I *love* the sauces at Boneyard. The house sauce, the garlic parmesan, and the mango habanero are fantastic. I got the mushroom burger the last time I was there and it was cooked perfectly and served with a side of warm, house made potato chips. Only word of advice is that the Boneyard *is* a biker bar, so if that sort of clientele/atmosphere might make you uncomfortable, you should avoid eating here at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting, poorly managed, and very unprofessional! We came here as part of the RI food fights wing passports! We walked in and waited to be seated, just as the sign said. We waited, and waited, and waited. After about 5 minutes a few customers said that we should just sit. We were finally acknowledged by a bartender and was told to sit anywhere. We ordered our wings and after eating 2 we found that they still had feathers on them! The meat was dark in some places and was absolutely disgusting!! We were given an attitude when complaining about the wings. The waitress response was that they ran out of wings and had to go to the store to buy more. This is unacceptable. We had also ordered fried mac n cheese which was stuck to the lined basket they came in. Cheese fries were gross and cold as well but we managed to get through half of the basket. We asked for our check and nothing was comped off. We asked to speak with the owner whom she said was "in the back" and conveniently "he left for the day". I will never ever return to this place again. If I could give zero stars then I would.

Go here regularly for a great burger. However have to give 1 star now as the flies are just too much to take while trying to eat. Restrooms could use an update and hand soap. Hope they don't have this removed again from yelp! as I think it is really important information.

Went in for lunch and even tho they were slammed with take out orders the service was still really good. The wings were amazing. I will definitely make the trip back out to go again

Last couple of visits very disappointing. Wings and the poorly named "tenders" were tough and chewy. Was tempted to go two stars because of the rude server but will give it one more try before writing them off.

Reading other reviews we must have hit the place at a slower time if I recall it was a Sunday about 1:00. It had some guests but no waiting. Service was great my husband is a huge fan of the boneless wings he says he's only had wings like that at umass amherst so he was a bit nostalgic. My first time there the food was good my husband and I ordered two 6 piece boneless wings to share with different flavors. Both were great and we took some home they were so large. The black and gold I think it's called very yummy. Worth a try for sure thanks

My first Boneyard experience was a Monday about 4 months ago (read: during the school year). I learned rather quickly that the 30 cent wing night has an allure that brings forth not only the mid-20 poor chick (read: me) but also hordes of high school kids that come in Caravans with the $10 that mommy gave them. Silly me, I showed up to watch a Bruins game, drink some beers and eat some inexpensive wings. At 6pm. Amidst the tweens, the staff provided EXEMPLARY service, kept pumping out the plates of delicious wings. Despite this somewhat frustrating start, I have come back several times, usually once a week or so. It's a bit small on the inside, maybe a dozen tables and a dozen bar seats, but the wait is never really long. They have more flavors of sauce than I have phalanges, a standard beer selection, pretty unique drinks and staff that make you feel like a long lost best friend. Just to quench a curiosity future guests may have, I'd like to explain the random wadded up dollar bills stuck to the ceiling that you'll undoubtedly notice upon entering. They will supply you with thumbtacks, which you use along with a quarter and a bill to create a "rocket" of sorts. If you can get your "rocket" stuck in the ceiling on a target, you get some free wings. BONUS FEEL GOOD FEELS: all the money that ends up being "stuck" gets donated to charity.

Love this place-it is my go to for the Hungry Man special-Wings, homemade chips and a drink. Best Buffalo Wing Sauce in the business; Other places have better appearance or service but the Boneyard gets its done with their Sauce!!!!!!!!

Had my first experience a recently, and what ruined it was the service. A warning would have been nice on how quick the wings come out.. we didn't even have time to barely start our appys. The waitresses we had was a veteren, and was overall pleasant, however getting our food and our drinks was a different story. It's not often when we have to beg to get refills on beer and alcohol, and especially the wrong drink (?) I give the food 3 *, you can tell the wing quality lacked, but they made up with the sauces. And if I could, a have deduction for service. I can't really give the place a 2 rating, but a firm 3 is due. A good selection of sauces, I think over 30 or 40 flavors. I would recommend it for your typical amature wing-eater, but I personally won't be going back... many better options IMO.

ask for extra sauce. i have a gluten allergy, no where did the menu say the wings were breaded, so much to my disappointment when my bone-in wings came out I couldn't even eat them.

This is one of those places you go for the wings and nothing else. The service was good. Friendly, quick waitress. My boyfriend got an order of the wings with the house sauce. He said they were yummy.. big portion too. I got the pulled pork sandwich which was smothered and i mean SMOTHERED in bbq sauce. To the point of mushy bread and mushier meat. The sauce was nothing special.. to be honest it tasted like it came from a bottle. I would come back here for the wings and some beer. Other than that, I wouldn't choose this as a dinner option again.

I have been going to the boneyard for years and have never had a bad experience with them. These people complaining about dumb things and saying the food is bad are most likely the type of people who will complain about everything and are never satisfied. So the heck with their opinion, come down here for yourself and try this place for yourself then make a judgement. I promise that you'll be impressed! The decor is awesome, the wings and all of the wing sauces are fantastic!!! On top of that the meals and apps you can get here are always great! You get your money's worth too. I have been going to the boneyard for years and will continue going for years to come! If you're in the area looking for great barbecue at a great price then the Boneyard is the place to go!

Service is absolutely terrible. I'd advise you to sit at the bar. This is a really cool place with great food but there is no front of the house organization. Ill give the food 4.5 stars but the service 2.

I love Boneyard, the food is great, wings and ribs and pulled pork, I love it. But, very often I get the food to take out, because I can't stand the place. Aside from a couple waitresses, the service is a bit messy. The bathrooms are dirty and since it's also a bar, it's not unusual that someone's puked in the sink and urinal, during dinner time. It's also very loud, between the (good) but loud music, and the drunk people, it's a very grating experience to eat there. Why am I a fan? Because I still go and eat there, the food is the best in the area if you're into BBQ and the prices are fair. Don't get the deserts, they are frozen and the turnabout is very rare.

I tried Boneyard Barbecue for the first time last night for takeout. Great small little Barbecue bar, and the staff, bartender were great. Very attentive, great place to hang out and have a beer with friends!! I ordered the boneless tenders and full rack of ribs. The tenders were very fresh and great tasting. But I have to say the full rack of RIBS were the BEST I tasted in a long time...Really good!! I will be ordering food there again!!

Went to boneyard today, ordered two orders of wings mango, and general tsos my buddy order extra spicy buffalo, and spicy teriyaki, Curley fries and Mac n cheese. I'll start with the mango habanero wings they needed to be saucier if that makes sense. The general Taos were very good, my friend also said the extra spicy buffalo was comparable to a Mcdonalds buffalo sauce, not impressed, which sucks considering this place claims to have the best buffalo sauce around, the spicy teriyaki were tastey, but lacked the spice. Curley fries were a great bar treat! Mac n cheese was very good. The service was pretty good. I will come but if your looking for spicy buffalo wings go to Wendell's in norton

Outside of the atmosphere (rocker/biker bar feel), this place disappointed me. From the moment me and my two friends walked in, people were rude. Our waitress had an attitude and our server didn't even know if the food she brought out to our table was even ours! Before we dug in she said "wait, hold on let me make sure this is right", after we waited a long time for our food. The dragon play wings we ordered were good but none of the food was actually "hot", more like Luke warm, including my burger and fries. The specialty drinks were weak, all but the moonshine soaked cherries that accented them. I sent my burger back because there seemed to be no visible bacon on it, and it was sent back cut in half with my tomatoes missing. Before we could finish eating, our waitress came over with boxes without asking us if we were still working on our food(which we clearly were still eating). At that time she still had an attitude. Overall I was not pleased with this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Oh, and this was a Saturday night mind you.

Finally got around to checking this place out after a few years of hedging on whether I really wanted to try it. But I heard the wings were good, and decided to give it a try. Now.. first of all, I don't eat BBQ out. I make my own, and therefore refuse to pay outrageous prices for bad BBQ. Not saying that this place had bad BBQ, but I've yet to find anything that compares with my homemade, so I don't even try it. That being said, I went for the wings. I tried an 8pc medium buffalo wings, and a smokehouse burger. The wings were lightly breaded, with a nice coating of sauce. I was told I could get them "naked" or "extra crispy" also. They were averaged size, not overly huge, but not tiny either. But the best thing is that it came with GOOD blue cheese. Nothing worse than getting good wings, and crappy blue cheese. The burger was good, although a teeny bit overcooked for a "medium" burger. The BBQ sauce was tasty, and of the sweet variety, and it came with a side of homemade potato chips which were a treat in themselves. So.. overall... I liked it. the wings were good, the burger was ok.. the decor was interesting.

My wife and I have been going here regularly since we moved to North Seekonk two years ago. Food is always top-notch, beverage selection excellent, and service always very good. We're usually there for dine-in or take out at least once a week. As I'm writing this review...I think we'll be there for lunch today.

I was surprised. From the outside, it does not have great curb appeal, but on the inside... it still does not have much curb appeal. But that is okay. It is a place for wings, beer and loud conversation with your friends. And for that, it gets 4 stars. The wings are big and flavorful. They have lots of great sauces. Their ribs are middle of the road. I do like dry rub ribs, which is what they serve, but even with the sauce on the side, it was still lacking a little something. Not sure what, unfortunately, but something. That is not to say they are not worth a go. They are priced really we. Great specials and combo all nights of the week it seemed like. Only down side is that one the night they do 30 Cent wings, you can expect wot wait to get in. But if you are not in a hurry, it is worth the wait. Okay, another down side. For 30 cent wing night, they have a list of rules. So this is that nickel and dime you to death. Here are the ones I remember. - You must order a drink (water does not count) - You do NOT get free refills - You can only order 10 at a time - You can order your next batch only once you receive the previous order - If you have an order that ends up not being touched (still whole order) you will be charged full price for that order - You are not allowed to share - A to go box is $1.00 But the drinks are big and if you eat one of the last order, you are good to go.

We had won a gift certificate for food for 20! So we made arrangements and made it my Birthday party. We arrived and were greeted by Sandy, who was our waitress for the night. The food came out hot and delicious!! My crowd started arriving and we ate all we could! I still had about 10lbs of wings left to take home! Delicious wings ribs and chips!! Waitress kept up well considering there were 20 of us! Myself and my crowd all agree we will be back!!

This place comes highly recommended! The place itself is like that classic biker bar dive, walls a decorate with all types of items, pictures, license plates, and even a few dollar bills high up on the ceiling. Yes, there is money tacked to the ceiling. This place epic for their wings. They come variety of flavors, so many, it is very difficult to decide. There is a variety sides to go along with the wings. Oh yeah, the ribs are pretty good as well. The price is right. Around the place, there are signs with different combo specials, mostly including beers with the food. Not overly price though. The service was a bit slow, but friendly and well worth it for the wings.

I'm a big fan of wings but feel like there are better places in the area (or even in the same town) than Boneyard. I was very impressed by their variety of sauces but after trying several, none really stood out to me as a MUST HAVE. Their wings were a little undercooked for my liking (not undercooked in an unhealthy way, I just prefer mine with some crisp). With the other places in the area I probably will not be returning here.

I love the wings!!!! This is the only place I go now (once being a fan of Wing 2 Go)! They have so many flavors, with my personal favorites being the teriyaki, garlic parmesean, and honey hot wings. The cornbread is a huge portion, and I love the mozerella sticks! The reason for four stars: The salads are basically lettuce...thats it...maybe a string of onion or a piece of tomato. The macaroni and cheese balls arent very cheesy, but instead dry and oily. Lastly, the waitstaff is less to be desired. They are very abrupt and unfriendly. I mean, I'm not looking to make a best friend, but being a waitress I know it pays to take the time with each table. They seem annoyed if you ask them a question, especially with such a large menu. Also, be prepared for a long wait....most of the time...

Really enjoyed Boneyard BBQ and Saloon. It is small with a really fun atmosphere, the decor is lively. The waitress was very nice, personable and friendly. I have many more trips there because so many of the flavors look amazing. I had the Garlic BBQ was decent, the curly fries with malt vinegar and the fried corn on the cob, which was surprisingly good! The price was reasonable for the boneless wing meal. Good meal. Love 30 cent wing Mondays. it is packed so be ready to wait but it is worth it.

Would've given it a five but service is only one step above a fast food restaurant. The server took our order , brought our non alcoholic drinks, brought our food and tons napkins and never came back. Another tabel with a pitcher of beer got her undivided attention. Now on to the food. So yummy! Wings cooked delightful. The old school music themed decor was so awesome. Sauces are great and fries were great too. Daily specials makes eating inexpensive any day of the week. If you love wings they have delicious ones!

Foods pretty good. We usually go with a group from work- we all arrive separately. Even when we call ahead the girls are ALWAYS confused and reluctant to seat us, even though we've been almost every Thursday...they should know us by now. WATCH YOUR BILL ...they automatically ADD GRATUITY and it's steep steep steep! They soaked EACH of us for around $9 in looking back at the receipts. The last time were were there it took our (9 of us) waitress a HALF AN HOUR to come GET the check. Some of the girls say SURE! no problem! We can split the bill for you! The last one said, NO they didn't do that. They really really need to brush up on training! We're moving our work 'wing night' somewhere else from now on.

Do NOT go here unless you want to be "served" by bitchy girls with no respect. Waited almost 1 hour for a seat, purchased drinks at the bar while waiting...finally was seated to a dirty table & waited for 15 min with nobody even coming to take our drink order. When we asked if we could place an order to a waitress that passed by a minimum of 5 times, took another tables order that was seated after us the waitress gave u a dirty look and went an complained to another waitress. We got up & left and on the way out she told us to f*ck off. I called and asked to speak to the manager & they were SO disrespectful & said "they saw everything that we did". Waiting for a waitress to come take our order must be the wrong thing to do I guess. Save your time & go to Wendell's in Norton Ma.

The first time we tried Boneyard the place was really busy for a week day. One of the waitresses told us we could seat ourselves as she walked by. That was the last we saw of her. That was the last we saw of anyone. We sat there for 20 minutes without anyone even attempting to make eye contact with us, nevermind give us a menu. That's the first time that I can remember that I've ever walked out of a restaurant without getting to eat. We swore we'd never go back. Like most people who claim that they're never going back somewhere, never had an expiration date. We really did want to try their food so we figured we'd give them a second chance. We had a pretty uneventful meal. I like their beer list. A place with a few good options for beers can really win me over. The wings that folks are raving about were ok, but they're not really my favorite. I'd rather have my chicken wings fried without any breading and they're not exactly smothered in sauce. A lot of people seem to really like them, so you don't need to take my word for it. I'm just saying I'm not a huge fan. The last time we went, it was actually our second choice, but our first choice was having problems with their draft beer so we moved on to Boneyard. If we had a plan C in mind we likely would've walked right out because the weather was absolutely disgusting outside, touching 90 with a lot of humidity, but it was actually worse inside. Apparently the AC wasn't working and the place was packed full of people who didn't seem to mind. We got a couple of beers, placed our order, and managed to eat our wings, but we couldn't go much further. We flagged down the waitress and asked for our dinners to go. The steak tips were charred little bits of meat and the pulled pork really wasn't very good. Overall it was a terrible night. So 2 out of the 3 times we've been there we've had issues with the place and the food really isn't that good. It's certainly not good enough to make up for the negative experiences we've had there. This time when we say that we're never going back, we mean it.

Been a few times now. Once on 30 cent wing night and I'm plenty pleased with what I've experienced. First time I went there with a couple friends, I tried out a burger and got ridiculed since I didn't get anything they were really 'famous' for. Well, I showed them since it turned out to be one of the best burgers I have had in a *long* time. -Smokehouse Burger with pepper jack cheese and jalapenos. I highly recommend. Of course I went back and tried some wings and BBQ, I had to, or my friends wouldn't shut up. So far, I've tried out: -The Mango Habanero( regular and kicked up a few notches) extra spicy was fabulous. -Dragons Play & Dragons Breath -Cheriaki: very sweet, good balance with some crazy, spicy ones -Buffalo (I have tried mild-extra hot) I feel this is just for entertainment value. Same as Dragons Breath. Dragon's Play is still very spicy but has a delicious garlic flavor. -Something ranch ( it was off a friend's plate, but very delicious) So, the point, their wings are large, in charge and very tasty. I had their pulled pork. It was good, although, I prefer the wings.

Been there twice. Service wasn't really that good either time and the wings were so-so. Sauce flavors a good concept but, idk, just not anything I'd write home about. Can't say I'll be returning next time I'm in town.

My boyfriend and I went into this restaurant expecting exceptional wings and not so great service upon reading the other reviews. However, this was not the case. We went on a Friday night and not only were both of our wings delicious but our waitress was extremely nice and attentive. I got the garlic and butter wings and they were the best wings I've ever had. My boyfriend got the buffalo wings and said they were great as well. I can't do hot wings so I can't say firsthand but I trust his judgement. The prices were extremely reasonable too. I highly recommend this place! Good service and amazing wings!

My dad and I decided to meet at the Boneyard Barbecue for dinner because it was roughly between where we were each working (He in Cambridge MA, me in Newport, RI) and we had gotten a recommendation that it was good. We both decided to get the Single Combo which is 10 wings (with your choice of +/- 2 dozen sauce options) a 1/2 Rack of Ribs (+/- dozen sauce options) and a Side. I went with Hot Buffalo Wings, (the middle of their 1-5 heat rating), Spare Ribs with Missouri Hickory and a Side of Mashed Potatoes. The wings were pretty large and loaded with sauce. The hot sauce was very flavorful but I was expecting more heat. It would've been medium at the places I usually get wings. I'll definitely go for a 4 or 5 heat rating next time. The ribs were excellent, juicy and flavorful. The sauce was also very good, nice and thick with a rich smokey hickory taste. I do wish the sauce was cooked into the ribs instead of in a little cup on the side. The mashed potatoes were decent, although I only had a forkful or 2. That's because I was so full from the wings and ribs, I couldn't eat the potatoes. Honestly, I didn't finish all the wings which should tell you all you need to know about their portions. My dad, who's no little guy either, ended up bringing some of his ribs, our remaining wings, my mashed potatoes and his fries with him and eating them for lunch and dinner the next day. All that, plus drinks and the bill was under $50. I'd definitely go back, even if I had to drive an hour each way again.

The only reason this place gets 3 stars is the fact the wings and tenders are fantastic! The issue with this place is the staff. They seem to be a bunch of rude biker hags. They look at you like you're stupid when you walk in and wait to be seated even thought there is a sign plain as day out front that says "Please wait to be seated." After one of them raises their eyebrows at you and motions with their head in the direction where they want you to sit (left or right side of restaurant, you walk in smack in the middle), prepare to wait 15 minutes to place your order. Even on a slow day. I've been here numerous times with friends and every time we come in it's the same old story whether it is busy or not. Usually the waitresses are congregated out back smoking and talking to one another and can't be bothered to actually work. The owner needs to take this place by storm and enforce some server etiquette. I get it, it's a biker themed joint but there's no reason to act like an outlaw biker's "old lady." If you can get past that however, the food is really good and worth a shot. Maybe you'll have a better experience, but I'd doubt it!

Best. Wings. Ever. 12 beers on tap too. Over 50 wing flavors, they're all fantastic. And the prices are very very reasonable. Black & Gold and Honey Flustered are my fav. 1 huge TV, 3 smaller ones, clean bathrooms. Only downfall is they don't have enough servers and bartenders so the wait for food/beer can be long at times. Parking is also tight (about 20 spaces total). It is a biker bar, so crowd/atmosphere isn't for everyone.

This is the worst food you will ever have. BBQ is dried out and stringy. Cheese Fries are bland, no salt and the cheese has no flavor. Hot wings are mild and somewhat spongy. Quite revolting actually. However, pretty decent atmosphere....I recommend stopping in for a beer and possibly some karaoke. If you attempt to go here for the food you will be sorely disappointed.

Favorite bar yet. It's too small for such a great bar. Biker style bar and no lack there of. Staff is 100% awesome, they are so busy trying to keep everything in order so YOU have to be quick too. Great bar selection as well. Be prepared to sit at a bar style table... Never assume you'll get a booth, won't happen... The guys/ girls like to linger and watch the tv's and huge projector! A must try at least once.

This is a fairly good place. The BBQ is good but I thought it was over sauced. I think the buffalo wings are some of the best I've had...they give a good amount and the all their different flavors are perfect for buffalo wings....especially the original. Great atmosphere and service. I can't wait to go back.

I'm reviewing the Boneyard after this, my second visit. I'd really give it 3.5 stars.. but I'm feel generous with my stars today, hehe. Good BBQ places are becoming few and far between in RI/MA. So when I get that craving to make a mess of my hands and face with sauce I find myself at a loss. - Get your mind out of the gutter! LOL. My first visit to the Boneyard was decent. The service and food was decent and it even had a more grungy/local feel to it. It's a mix between a biker bar and sports bar. There's music paraphernalia on the walls, and that tack a dollar bill to the ceiling game (I always forget how it goes). Of course there can't be real fires, but there are mini electric fire pits above the bar - still not sure how I feel about that though. My second visit, admittedly, was the day after Christmas. Everyone had the day off, and to be honest it didn't look like they were prepared for the after holiday crowd combined with Wing day. This place was packed! There were 2 waitresses and one bartender. My impression of the decor was that it was a lot cleaner than the last time. I liked a bit of that local edge it used to have, and would trade it over this more kitschy corporate look. But Cie la vie, to each their own. Towards the end of our stay, it seemed backup staff was coming in to at least greet and host, but we probably stood at the entrance for about 10 minutes without even a glance of acknowledgement from a waitress. I grabbed someone's attention to a potential open table, and was denied because it was a slightly larger table than we were a party. So we waited again, for about another 10-15 minutes as a smaller table opened up. Note: need more bussers. I'll overlook the second visit's busy-ness and lack of attentiveness from the waitresses (although it seemed their friends were a little more important than anyone else) and recommend this BBQ joint, as well as come back. Overall, I gotta give the Boneyard props for daily specials and wing/beer deals, as well as, an extensive menu and huge chicken wings. The food quality is pretty damn good and they have many sauce flavors to suit your fancy. Maybe next time I won't feel so rushed and get a little more adventurous with that one. :D

I have been here 3 times and it's always been good the wings and sauces are amazing so far I've tried the smoked out, chipotle ranch, not at your ranch, and honey mustard and they have all been good the only thing is the service can be a little slow but the atmosphere and food makes up for it. I have a feeling I will be coming here on a regular basis!

I hate giving bad review but the Boneyard deserves it. I've been there 4 times now (twice by my own admission and twice since friends/family eat to try it out) and have had pretty lousy service and mediocre food. Don't get me wrong the wait staff seems very pleasant but there is definitely a lack of communication and they seem very rushed even on weeknights. My recent take-out experience should sum it up: called for 2 orders of wings at 1817 on a Tuesday and was told to pick then up in 20 minutes. Showed up at 1845 thinking my food would be waiting. Instead I waited another 15 minutes before I received my food then had to ask the bartender to cash me out because the waitress never returned to take my money. To top it all off, by the time I got home (less than 5 mins away) the wings were cold and one order of wings was the wrong flavor. Again very nice people, great place to stop for a beer but stay away from food service unless you have a lot if time to kill.

My first time at boneyard was during the winter of 2012 and even though the food was good the staff was down right awful and rude. It took forever to get our food and when we did some of it was cold. When we complained to our waitress she was nasty. I decided to give it another try last week because my fiancé really likes the food. We sat for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our drink order and because the waitresses have such a bitchy looks on their faces your almost afraid to ask them a question. When we were able to get someone's attention they got our waitress, Sandy who had no idea she even had customers because she said she was supposed to be doing take out. Sandy was pleasant but not super friendly, but once she realized we were her table she was very attentive. The food did take awhile to come out which was surprising because it wasn't busy. The wings weren't the greatest but they weren't the worst I've had. You can get better at other places that don't specialize in BBQ. The over all vibe of the place is blah. The bartenders are rude, none of the waitstaff was friendly, the food was mediocre. I don't see this place lasting very long if the owner doesn't start keeping an eye on what's going on outside of the kitchen. Shitty customer service will be the down fall of the Boneyard if they don't get some new waitstaff in there.

My husband and I had been considering this place for a while-we drive by it on occasion, and finally one afternoon decided to try it out. It was a super hot summer day and we were starving, so we were thrilled to get cold drinks in 32-oz cups (huge!) as we placed our orders. The menu looked pretty good and we placed our order (a wings app, a side salad, and a lunch special) at 1:45. We admired the decor, an homage to rock and bikes that works well for a BBQ place. At 2pm I looked around, wondering if the waitress had forgotten our order, but she was bouncing around behind the bar and looked plenty busy. Two men came in and sat at the bar to place their order. At 2:10, their food came out, while I watched and grumbled to my hubs how hungry I was, and where was our food? Being more patient than I am, he suggested we give it 5 more minutes before walking out, so I agreed. At 2:15 I started to head out while my husband inquired as to our food. The waitress and the cook were chatting at the bar at this point, and her response? "Oh yeah, you ordered a while ago, right?" Turns out some computer glitch kept the kitchen from receiving our ticket. Did anyone (including the owner, who came out of the kitchen at that point) offer up more than an apology? A free app, perhaps? Comp the SODA we hadn't finished? No-no, they did not. So-will we be returning? No-no, we will not.

I would elaborate more about my experience if they would have taken my take out order over the phone. I was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up and tried to call back, only to get a busy signal for the next 5 minutes! I had read a similar experience from another customer...guess their poor service has not changed after all these years.

Well, I can say that I did give Boyard another try. What I can't say is that they've really redeemed themselves very much. I've added a star to my original 1 star review, but that may even be a bit too generous. The second time we visited was unremarkable. Mediocre barbeque food and a grumpy server who looked/sounded like she smokes 2 packs a day. The wings were okay, but there are certainly several other local places where the wings are far superior to Boneyard's. I will say they have a decent beer selection, at least. The second time we returned, it was because the first place we'd gone to had an issue with their draft beer system, and since Boneyard has a decent draft selection and was right around the corner, we picked it as our backup plan. This was during the heat wave a few weeks ago, and in order to avoid heating up our house by cooking, we opted for some frosty cold beers and dinner in a nice, air conditioned restaurant. The problem was... Boneyard's AC didn't appear to be working at all that day. I'm not sure if it was just too hot for the little wall unit to handle, or if it was just broken all together, but after polishing off a beer and some buffalo wings for our appetizer, we decided we couldn't handle the heat for the rest of our meal. We asked for our entrees to go, and upon leaving discovered that it was actually COOLER outside than it was in the restaurant! Bleck! So, we took our mediocre BBQ food home and decided once and for all that we won't be going back to Boneyard again.

Went here Saturday night (karaoke night!!!!) for our weekly wing date. He ordered his normal Mojo, which is his favorite and I actually tried something new. I tried the mango habenaro, which was spicy yet sweet. They were really good and I have never been disappointed with what kind of wings I've ordered. We had our usual waitress, Tori, who as always was attentive, took time to talk to us and was just all around great. We used to go Sunday afternoons, but started going on Saturday when we discovered that they had karaoke. Always have a blast & love the people who sing. There is a guy there (Kel) who raps like Eminem, he's awesome! Never a disappoinment.

I am a huge fan of BBQ, so after passing by Boneyard one day my interest was piqued. This place is a BBQ and wings place and I want to be clear that I did not try the wings. When my girlfriend and I were seated it took almost 10 minutes just to get a menu. Following this it seemed like forever (in actuality it was another 20 minutes) for her to take our order. So 30 minutes in and we are just now ordering. There were barely any patrons present either so the wait could not even be justified. There was at least a big screen TV and interesting decor to check out during this time; the only positive remark I will have about this place. I ordered the ribs, which came with 2 sides. I went with corn bread and Mac&Cheese as the options were scarce. Neither side dish was impressive. The ribs themselves were very dry (they use a dry rub and no sauce on them, weirdest ribs I have had) despite picking out a sauce from the menu, which was given on the side. They were most definitely not fall-off-the-bone and actually rather tough and bland. The BBQ sauce wasn't so great either. I will not be returning to this place. Poor excuse for BBQ and terribly slow service.

It's been a long time coming going to Boneyard and off the bat I promise to go back as it was the day after a holiday and they didn't look well prepared for all the visitors. We arrived mid-afternoon and upon walking in immediately thought we were in just the right place to be. Great ambiance, total cycle daddy, motor momma, eat ribs & drink beer joint. +10 for not being cookie cutter and make me want to search the whole place for things I haven't seen yet. Problem is I didn't go there to look at the walls. We weren't greeted, but it was busy. Barely acknowledged would be more appropriate, but still going with just leave it be for now. After about 15 minutes just standing there my friend asked about the empty table that had left and we were told it was for larger groups...ok, i'm not upset, i get it, but at least be like can i get you a drink while you wait, or feel free to step up to the bar and rest your legs? no, just walked away. this comes into play later. So a table finally opens up just after 20 minutes, no big deal. No menu's were given and she seemed pretty disappointed when we needed more time to figure out what we wanted, this girl is a prize at every corner. So we decide what we want and move onto the food portion of this afternoon. Now here's the sketch part, it was technically wing night there, monday, which means you get charged for ordering water, not a joke, and all additional soda refills. We read this by accident, wasn't discussed but fine, again, I get that it must be crazy fulfilling all those drink orders on a regular night. But when our wings get out, no blue cheese or celery...that's extra on wing night according to the waitress. Where the hell did all these rules come from and can we have a freaking sign so we don't have to bother you and irritate you even more, it seems... The ribs were pretty awful. Dry rub is one thing, this was dry period, flavorless, and hardly any representation of true baby backs. The wings were decent, as long as you don't mind genetically modified chicken, the drumsticks were humungous but that doesn't me in the slightest, lol. Sauce was a whole other issue, I order a 3 flame sauce (out of 5) which didn't have any heat at all, tasted good, but no heat. This means had to ask the waitress for hot sauce, now she's had it, I've asked her to do her job over three times, whoa! My date got plain bbq sauce, honest it was sugary dark ketchup. I hated it. I am not expecting everyone to be turning out sweet baby rays, but god damn you are a bbq joint. How do you serve wings with cold, bland bbq sauce on them? The food was disappointing, but I will be going back, have to try again. Why you ask...? I had a restaurant.com certificate. I read all the rules and it didn't stipulate that alcohol wasn't part of the deal. Obviously at this point what's the point of arguing, she was obviously done with us, I did after all have to ask her for hot sauce, so I just accepted defeat and paid. This is the kicker, remember when we stood there for over 20 and then we treated like 2nd class citizens because we asked her to do her job? That's not that case if you "know" her. The tables across from us that knew her name got convo's and smiles, drinks and ample service. Hell a set of guy who weren't eating that just wanted to chat with their bro's behind us not only got to sit behind me so I couldn't move but were offered beer from the bar while they waited? WHAT SERVICE! *hangs head* So I have to go back to use the credit, they have wings and other sauces to maybe redeem the ones already tried. They do have a handful of craft on tap to go along with redeeming pitcher/wing deals. They do have great aesthetic and just enough rock to make them stand out. I was really excited about this place so maybe I just need to take my expectations down a notch and try again. We will see...

Boneyard is a very small & clean place with excellent decore!! That said the wing are AWESOME I had the jalapeno ranch wings ( crispy) OMG, they were the best, my hubby and daughter had wings and one had boneless, both had the house sauce which was also good but they both asked for seconds of my jalapeno ranch wings. The boneless fingers are a bit large. The service left something to be desired, service was slow. We where charged someones elses bill, which was credited by our waitress after being brought to her attention. We also overhearded a group of servers/waitress arguing over tables! All that said we will be back at Boneyard to try some more AWESOME wings *On a lighter note the waitress did ask if we would be back and we said yes, as she said good as the first visit is always the worst!!!! lol

Had lunch there. Four of us. I asked for Tonic water and waitress, who was MISERABLE brought me soda water. I pointed out the error and she tells me they don't carry tonic water. OKAY! Ribs were luke warm and terrible. My daughter's chicken salad was all mayo. Their homemade chips were chewy not crispy. A total bust. And the waitress was just horrible.

Cold and rainy days always make us look for something new to add a little "zing" to the day. My boyfriend is on a constant hunt for RI and MA's "best ribs ever" so we decided on trying a new BBQ pit. I remember hearing about a joint on 152, so we drove down till we hit Boneyard. The atmosphere was an immediate win for me. The place is strewn with rock memorabilia and biker decor from ceiling to floor (and bathrooms) and it was obvious they had their "kick back enjoy wings and a beer with a smile" regulars. We get a stare or two coming in, but nothing cold or lasting. I imagine this place to be packed on the weekends, especially in the summer, since it's a rather small place with a seemingly big following. I ordered the steak tip dinner which came with 2 sides for $12.95, and my boyfriend ordered the ribs for $13.95. This is where the love/hate relationship comes into play. My meal? Awesome. Steak was marinated just right, mac and cheese wasn't runny at all, and the tater salad- although not as chunky as I would of loved- was still good. His dish? Edible. Being a rib guy, he was expecting "fall off the bone juicy suckers" from a proclaimed BB joint- but the ribs he got were dry, low in flavor, and left much to be desired. His fries seemed like freezer aisle fries. This place seems to be about the chicken wings and beer though, so we'll be back to enjoy their $20 special - a pitcher of beer and 30 wings... perhaps on one of their two karaoke nights. So, bottom line, if you're looking for a great time with a rowdier crowd, this is your place. If you're looking for the "special secret southern BBQ joint hidden in New England" .... keep looking.

What's the first thing one should do after weight training and running two miles? Go to the nearest BBQ joint and house some wings and baby back ribs, of course! And wash that sticky meaty goodness down with copious amounts of ice-cold soda! Exactly! I had a serious craving for meat and Diet Coke after an intense workout on Sunday, and, as I like to try all the BBQ joints in the region at least once, I headed to Boneyard BBQ, a newbie in the Konk. When I walked in, I immediately had to flash a tongue-out two-handed sign of the horns. This place didn't go the taxidermy route for décor, but instead was a serious homage to rock music - rock art everywhere! Even the formica tabletops were made of concert poster images (Phish, Alice Cooper, Oasis all in perfect harmony!). It was all well done, didn't feel restaurant-in-a-box-like. This is a BBQ joint by bikers for bikers, but because of my past relationships with Metallica and Candlebox, my sweatpant-clad butt felt right at home. The menu was quite varied - they offer baby backs and spareribs, about twenty flavors of wings, a good selection of sides (homemade chips OR shoestring fries....salty carb joy!), and some great combos. They have a full bar, about ten beers on draft including their own uber-cheap brew, and a jukebox of epic proportions. You can even buy a pink thong with the Boneyard logo on it! My one complaint thus far was that they had Pepsi, which is a serious no-no in my Diet Coke worshipping book. Eh, I sucked it up and enjoyed a ginormous Mountain Dew instead. We got baby back ribs, 'black & gold' (Jamaican jerk honey mustard - our server Sandi's suggestion) wings, shoestring fries, and some mac and cheese. I shook a little salt on the fries, dipped them in ranch dressing, and ate half of them before trying anything else. The mac and cheese was good, but would have been better if it was warmer. I am sad to report that I was not in love with the ribs. Personal preference may rule here, though. I am a wet BBQ kind of girl, not a huge fan of the Memphis-style dry rub, which is what Boneyard serves. Once I smothered them with some of the BBQ sauce on the side, though, I was happy. Finally, I WANTED TO MARRY THE WINGS, and ripped into them like a wolf on a full moon. They were meaty without being freakishly, hormonally giant, flavorful without being an MSG nightmare, and super-duper moist. My meat crush on those wings would definitely bring me back. Awesome game day destination, so my friends who actually pay attention to sports will be happy; and I will selfishly be able to rendezvous once again with my beloved wings.

All this talk about barbecue, just try the wings and be quiet. Meatiest and most flavorful anywhere south of Buffalo and always hot. Beers are cold, crew is fun, and patrons are always interesting. Keep up the good work, you've got my vote.

This is one of my regular hangouts, typically after baseball with my son. This place is an odd mix between barbecue joint and biker bar, but it really works. The owners and staff are very friendly, don't be afraid to ask them to put the game on if it isn't already. Lots of beers on tap. As for the food, it's good to know what to order, here goes. The steak tips are great, same goes for the wings (a gazillion different sauce choices), ribs, homemade chips, grilled chicken sandwiches and burgers. Don't be in a rush, everything is made to order.

The place can get packed very quickly. Softball teams which play down the street as well as bikers often fill this place up on weeknights and weekends. Also, when they have their wings/beer specials the place is normally pretty packed. I've been here multiple times. Its a good place to go during a lunch hour although your going to have to wait for your food. I'm okay with that because it shows you that the wings aren't warming up underneath a heat lamp in the back. I'd suggest some variation of the hot wings as I've had a few of the "wild" selections and haven't been that impressed overall. Supposedly the onion rings there are pretty A-plus but I don't think that they are anything special. The pub chips are pretty good as well. The food is reasonable. I think that an 8 of wings goes for something like 5 dollars or so and they're all ala carte they just typically come with some celery on the side. I've never gotten any of their BBQ or burgers but just looking at some of the fair coming out of the back it doesn't look like anything special but I'll stick with the wings, they do them good and right. The place is a typical BBQ style/themed place, guitars on the wall, heavy metal and hard rock on the radio. The waitresses are pretty tattoo'ed up and they're nothing special and sometimes are a bit difficult to deal with but then again you're at a BBQ place and not at Luciano's down the street, they kind of add to the overall ambiance. Go there for wings, don't go when you're busy or want food quick and have a few beers and an appetizer while you wait for their food.

Boneyard is not at all what I expected but everything that I wanted. The wings were a size big with great sauce. The garlic buffalo I thought was way better than the house buffalo. Tried and learned. The fried portobello mushrooms were awesome even reheated they were the balls. Many a bar I have seen where the ceilings were low and people tape dollar bills to the wall with their name or to the ceiling whatever. Boneyard a tack's it a little different...literally. You take a dollar bill. Put a tack through the middle. Place a quarter on top of the tack...obviously not on the pointed side, then fold the dollar almost making sort of a badminton birdie. Then you huzz it at the ceiling and it sticks. At the end of the year the money goes to toys for tots and other charities. They have a lot of combo specials pitcher and wings for short money. I am def going to go back on my bike next time for a biker night.

My all time favorite wings! I'm obsessed with the 'garlic buffalo' mmmmmm. In addition to excellent wings, awesome curly fries, large (and I mean LARGE) cups of fountain soda, and a good selection of beer, the atmosphere is awesome. I love this place and love bringing people here for their first time!

If you die & go to Chicken Wing Heaven... You'll find yourself at Boneyard. Wings are AMAZING & Hot. Spicy too! The staff is slow but easy on the eyes. A great biker destination minus the retarded Massachusetts helmet law.

It's a dive bar so I didn't expect good service and didn't receive good service. Fine. The wings were so good! I don't order wings anywhere usually so I don't have much to compare to but these wings were meaty and juicy. My favorite sauce is the sweet chili sauce.

I went here for the hot wings, not for BBQ so these stars are for that reason. Have not tried their BBQ. My girlfriends insisted on bringing me to this place, and upon walking in, I was wondering how she found it. It is definitely a biker bar. Big projector TV on the right side wall. Darts and bathroom on the left. Full bar in front of you. Tables at the seats on your side. The first thing I noticed was all the old school AC/DC, Zeppelin, etc. paraphernalia on the walls. Loved it. We sat down and a cute little waitress wearing a "Bone me" tank top came over to take our order. The drinks are like a fast food restaurants "Extra large" size. Very happy with that, because I ordered the buffalo wings. The first thing I noticed about the wings was the size. Although Wendel's in Norton is one of my favorite wing spots, these wings must be 2-3 times larger. The prices aren't too bad. I think it was like $.75-$.95 a wing or something like that. I was so full after 8 wings though, I was very pleased. Something else cool that they had was a ceiling littered with dollar bills stuck to it. On your table there is a little sign that explains. "Ask your waitress for a thumbtack and a quarter. Stick the tack through a dollar bill, and put the quarter on top of the tack. Wrap the dollar bill up around the quarter, and throw it into the ceiling. If it sticks, you get a couple free wings of any flavor you want. At the end of the year, they take down all the dollar bills and donate them to Toys for Tots. From what I could tell, this "biker bar" had a lot of charity work going. Great food. Great portions. Great service. Great place.

Great local place if you're looking for good wings. I recommend asking for well-done to create a crispy barrier between the sauce and the meat (I always opt for the "not your house" sauce). Great beer selection, great deals...I really dont have any complaints about this place.

Food is dull sauces are mediocre at best, ribs served on top of sides so everything was mush. I wanted it to be great. 3rd visit, think it was a charm not so much.waitress was sweet but not big on anticipating your needs.

I'm basing my review on this and this alone... they have the best hot, hot wing sauces I've ever had. The "Not For You Sauce" is THE best super hot sauce i've ever had. It's not punishing, so much as it's delicious and nuanced. There's not any butter in it like most traditional buffalo wing sauces, and they sell it by the pint for like 5.99. Compared to most neighborhoody type lunch joints, this one blows my socks off. The hush puppies are also delicious and are my fiance's fave. I can't really comment on much else because I can't help myself from ALWAYS getting the wings when I go there. They are big and delicious. But the man prefers the tenders, and those are stellar as well. And it's not a rip-off.

Ive been here only a couple of times and the only reason I initially came was becasue I got a great deal on a resturant.com to go to this place. Im a huge fan of wings and hot sauces and it seems as there no quality wing locations in the S.E Mass/RI area. First time I went there I literally tried 4 sauces with the wings, loved them all. I got the mild sauces including Buffalo Ranch, Garlic Buffalo, Garlic and Parm, and Chipotle Ranch. ALL DELICIOUS. Second time, I tried the Jumbo 18 peiece Chicken Tenders with the house sauce, it was delicious and I had a meal for the next two days! So many chickens! We also got their Mozzo Sticks and curly fries as an app. which takes me back to camp days when I was growing up. Both times we went we went on an Thursday when it wasnt too busy since there are not many deals going on that day besides some type of a rib deal that I had no interest in. Did like the fact that there is a GIANT GIANT Screen to watch somethings on. I like the bruins and I dont mind watching them, but do all TV's have to have the same thing showing. At least put it on ESPN2 or the news or something so the ladies in the house that arent interested in sports have something else to look at! Waitresses are okay, not too attentive and do the minimum even on a slow night. I would have liked to see my App trays taken away when empty but hey its a semi biker bar with a do it your self attitude. I love the chicken and Ill be sure to head back over there when I need to get a wings fix sooner than later.

My all-time favorite restaurant, with the most delicious wings that I could eat all the time. I only go on wing night, and if you do this and are trying to stick to the price of 30c/wing (more appropriately 10 for 3$) then BRING A WATER BOTTLE because drinks are very pricey on Monday and refills are not free! Service is slow and the wait is ridiculous on Mondays, but the atmosphere is fun and the food is fantastic. Boneyard is not for the stuck up, the impatient, or the high maintenance clean freak. The place is well maintained and interesting to be in!

this place has some of the best wings around. I compare wings anywhere form here now! They also has cornbread to die for! The only thing is that you have to ask for extra butter as they will only give you 2 small containers per piece of bread and these pieces are huge!! It is the first thing we order when we go in! they also give you HUGE glasses of whatever you order to drink! I highly recommend this place for wings. Just remember, this is a bar, so yes, it will be noisy!!

quality wings when served right. sometimes they under sauce and really rip you off. waiting is atrocious and they don't care about customer service at all (except for a small select few..) if you can put up with a snobby girl waitress for an hour forgetting about you while she is out on a smoke break, then you'll be alright. the monday and wednesday deals are awesome though. overall, good place to go with your friends for some good eats.

I can't even fathom giving this place even a half a star! A few friends of mine and I decided that we were going to a "wing night" and had heard that this place was the best....boy were we misinformed! At first glance the decorating of the place is really cool, there's lots of guitars on the walls and the tables look like they have some really neat stickers or fliers laminated into them. Appearances can be very deceiving. We walked in and were greeted by a less than personable "hostess" who told us to sit anywhere, we chose a booth and ordered our first round while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive, no sooner did we have our drinks and the menus did our "sunshiny hostess" return to tell us that we needed to move because the booths were for parties of 4 or more. Not a big deal. It was the Pats first game of the season and I'm sure they were expecting a crowd. We moved over to a smaller table and ordered our appetizer while we waited for our other friend to arrive.....and wait we did. At first it didn't seem so bad when the waitress as soon as our other friend and asked her what she wanted to drink...15 mins later her drink arrived, but no appetizer. Please note this was not any odd concoction...it was a pumpkin beer with cinnamon and it was not a full house in the place either. Needless to say we ordered our wings and were barely waited on...until we were asked if we wanted to box up the remainder of our meals, this is when our non present waitress kept asking us if we wanted our check. umm no...we were there for the wings, the beer and the game...which was still on. she explained to us that the tables were for people who were dining and that we'd have to move to the bar if we wanted to stay. My friend asked for the menu and we were told that we could not order any more wings, but we'd be welcome to order anything else off the menu. we asked to talk to the manager...and we did. he told us that there were other people waiting for tables and then asked us if we cared or not that he wouldn't be making money because we decided to sit at the table and drink and that there were others waiting for tables. He then proceeded to explain how he wasn't making money off the wings...to. which we explained that with a $13-$14 per round table he would be making money as opposed to losing money on the wings. He pointed to the box of our take home stuff and said "so you're done, but you wanna order more food?" we would have ordered more wings...but even he said we couldn't because we were costing him money by sitting there drinking. This got to the point of us paying our bill and leaving only to be followed out by the owner telling us not to come back. Never in all my days have I been kicked out of a place for being a paying customer...ever! The waitresses were barely around, the drink orders took forever to be filled and when the waitresses did grace us with their presence they were rude at best. Top this all off by the owner asking paying customers to leave so that he could make money on something that he admittedly was taking a hit for anyway and this place will never ever see my business again! If you're looking for good beer, good wings, and a super friendly staff...head over to Doherty's in Pawtucket. If you're looking to be herded like cattle from your table before you've even swallowed your last bite of food then stop by the Boneyard and you won't be disappointed!

I'm only giving this place two stars because nothing was truly BAD... unfortunately, nothing is particularly good either. The biggest complaint is that nothing has much flavor. I'm a KCBS Certified BBQ judge, and do a LOT of barbecuing at home, so I know my 'cue - and this isn't actually barbecue. The only wood that the pork in this place has seen is the cutting boards it was cut on. No smoke flavor whatsoever. They have a large selection of wings, and the sauces are good and interesting, but the wings themselves are coated and fried, which means you have to eat them quick before the sauce makes the coating soggy. I personally hate breaded wings when served with a sauce. I don't understand why someone would do that. Our ribs and pulled pork were unremarkable at best. I was shocked when I saw that the membrane on the underside of my ribs was still intact. This is barbecue 101 - you take it off before cooking so it makes for more tender and less greasy ribs. That was on the underside of the ribs - on top, I've never seen ribs with so much dry rub have so little flavor, and there was a huge strip of fat running through them that either should have been trimmed or cooked out if barbecued for real. I will say that the meat itself was tender and juice - possibly some of the most perfectly cooked ribs I've ever had in a restaurant. But it is easy to do that when you're cooking in a steamer... The pulled pork was very salty, served in a plastic container that did nothing that convince you that it had been microwaved before serving and was sitting in this weird juice that was tasty but disturbing. Pulled pork shouldn't be swimming in liquid! The sides were disappointing at best - the beans were mushy and bland. Worst beans I've ever had in a barbecue joint. The sweet potato fries were really good, as were the homemade chips they served before dinner. So they got the potato thing done. The cornbread was bland and a bit on the dry side (and served wrapped in foil, clearly indicating that it too was sitting around waiting to be served) and the macaroni and cheese... I love macaroni and cheese. It might be the ultimate in comfort food as far as I'm concerned. And this was the worst macaroni and cheese I've ever had - it was onion-y and garlic-y and was SO OVERCOOKED that it the pasta was mush and the cheese was starting to separate. Terrible! So overall - don't come here if you're expecting real barbecue with a good smoke flavor. Or nice crispy wings. It does have a huge big screen TV with sports showing and a decent selection of beers (nothing on draft though). So it is an OK bar and a bad barbecue place.

I haven't had the BBQ so I cannot speak for it but if you like a relaxed atmosphere and kick ass wings, this is the place to stop. It's a biker bar with a friendly feel. If you are fussy and insist on your food arriving at the table in 15 minutes or less, do everyone a favor and just go to TGIFridays. If you have some patience and just wanna watch TV while you wait, the wings are worth it. Its pretty crowded in there, they could double the size of the place and it would still be busy. The waitresses could do with being a bit more on the ball but given how busy it gets, have a little heart.

We went here for NYE dinner and expected it to be busy...and it wasn't so we were like, "awesome, we should get super service and not be there that long!" Well, we were wrong. Took a good 20 mins to finally get our beers (the wrong Sam Adams ones) and then when the waitress took our orders, we had to tell her that it came with sides. We ordered a wing order to go and that seriously took nearly an hour. If we knew that, we would have ordered them when we ordered our food. Despite the poor service (prob cuz it was new years) there were some redeeming factors....the mushroom app was great and the food in general was pretty good. We may try it again with hopes that we'd get better service.

If I could rate the atmosphere separate from the food it would probably be a 4-4.5, that part was awesome. Good music, legit biker hangout- in fact there were like 9 bikers with their harleys hanging out front when we got there. The food was decent, not awesome. The medium wings are very good- definitely would get those again. We also got the jamaican jerk and chipotle ranch wings which were ok but not great, probably wouldn't get them again. I also prefer wings that aren't breaded and that are crispy. They only had breaded/sauce covered wings. The beer selection on tap was alright- the did have Troegs Summer on tap which we were happy about along with a few others that were good. The prices were reasonable, we got 32 wings, 2 salads, 4 beers, and 2 koozies for about $50. All in all we do plan on going back but would probably plan on going during a night they have 30 cent wings or some other deal going on.

I'm no expert on barbecue, but I do know my chicken wings. I moved here from Buffalo NY, and spent much time at the Anchor Bar and LaNova. For the most authentic chicken wings in Massachusetts, this is the best you are going to find. Are they as good as La Nova? No. But they are the best we have found in the 4 years we have been here. Are they cheap? NO, but they are good. The atmosphere is goofy, but that is okay by us. It is a biker bar wanna-be. Okay for families, okay for people to wind down after work . Okay for people like us, who miss a good Buffalo chicken wing

Funny like many of the past reviews the waitresses and by far not the friendliest. This is an under statement. I ordered a ton of food to ge catered for my boyfriend and brothers surprise party and the food was on time and phenomenal. Other then the rude waitresses I had to talk to on the phone who thought she put me on hold or thought that I couldn't hear as she told others in the background that she had no idea what I wanted and was asking too many questions. The food was good and cheapest I had found to cater large party(130) would def use again

wings are awful, service is awful (except for one, amber), and they only thing they have going for them is a generic beer selection. but lets be honest, its hard to mess up a bud lite.

A friend said that Boneyard served the best baby back ribs he's ever had. High praise from a trusted source. I wasn't impressed at all. I verified with the waitress that the ribs I received were baby back and not regular. There was nothing special about the ribs aside from the high price and, as others have commented, part of the problem is that they are cooked in a dry rub and not slathered with a sauce. Other dishes ordered by those in our small party included fried haddock and a pulled pork dinner. These too quite ordinary and not worth the drive or the price. The waitress was far from attentive and the clientele consisted a bad Halloween party's worth of aging posturing bikers. We won't be back.

I love barbecue. My family loves barbecue. This restaurant is terrible. Derek, I don't have your "certifications" but I do understand what you're talking about. My ribs were tough, cool to the touch, and tasteless. I also thought the pulled pork that my wife had, came with some sort of a mystery sauce at the bottom, the waitress told us it was water. Lovely. I'll never go back. Worst $70 I ever spent. The plastic dinner ware and cheap 50's decor just didn't have enough affect on us to bypass the poor service and cheaply prepared food. One thing I know about eating good barbecue, there is a great appreciation for the preparation and thoughtfulness present during a barbecue. Tossing meat on a grill is such a small part of the process; although Boneyard's got that part down, next they have to work on comeliness, timing, and oh yeah, barbecue. If you're looking for an expensive night out with bad food and drunken karaoke come on down but really folks, a better choice can be had here in New England, shop around.
