Stopped in on tour- wanted to have a full lunch but our generator on our tour bus came off the tracks.. (A geni on a bus is basically the size and weight of a motor) I met the mgr Bradley, who had said "good morning" as we were parked in their lot from early am. I told him we would be in for lunch and he said it will be great to see us.. Back to the geni- had to ask Bradley if he had a floor jack or pry bar- he rolled out his 2 wheel dolly AND helped push it in.. Even got dirty with us.. This is what it's all about kids.. People helping people.. So as far as Service goes.. 5 star plus I sadly only had time for a bowl of seafood soup and cold beer- both were awesome! But this is more about the service than the food this time...

Can't even express how unhappy my meal was here. When we got there we were seated immediately which was good. When the waiter came back she asked us what we wanted for drinks and for a meal. While doing this , she mentioned something about a free appetizer while we were waiting because of some event that had occurred. So we are thinking score! A free appetizer. So we wait and wait and wait. The service from here on was slow and the waiter never came to check on us again. Our food comes . The people I had come with were equally disappointed as I was. All of our dishes were either unedible or just able to scarf it down. Not only was the food not good and the service terrible , we also never got our free appetizer mentioned! Waste of time and money. Never coming back again.
I was not overly impressed with my experience at this restaurant. Went on a Saturday night, early, around 5 pm. Seated immediately. . . .at a booth with a window overlooking another group's table. Both parties looking awkwardly at each other for the first few minutes. After wishing this window had blinds to close, my attention turned to how uncomfortable my booth seat was. Although the cushioned surface was bearable, the hard wood backing was not. I found myself leaning forward for the remainder of the meal. After a fiasco shared by 2 waiters, our drinks and meals were finally ordered. I had the Double BBQ Turkey Tips, which sounded appetizing but turned out to be much the opposite. The turkey was certainly not fresh, and tasted similar to something warmed up in the microwave. On the plus side, I was able to substitute many of the standard sides for a variety of others offered (rice pilaf for fries and corn for mixed veggies). Serving sizes were decent, I was pleasantly full by the end of the meal. After yet another fiasco, simply to get the correct check for our dinner, it was almost time to go. As the exchange of money neared completion, I hear from across the room a loud surround sound test bit shown at the beginning of movies. Are we at a theater? No, just a portable dvd player playing Toy Story at full volume from the booth opposite our windowed view. My cue to leave. . . If you are looking for mediocre food with mediocre service, this is the place. Will I be returning to use my other $5 off of $20 coupon? Perhaps at a different location. . . perhaps. P.S. The later on in the night, the more families that seem to show up with their young children. . . count this out if you are looking for a quiet, intimate environment.

used to work there....gross. GM Cory is awesome, but the kitchen manager Kristen has no idea whats goin on in that place. I guess a JWU degree is more important than experience of running a corporate place. And I said gross because there is a leak in the bathroom somewhere that makes the whole place smell like poop. If you go in hungry, go take a pee and tell me if you still want to eat there. I bet you five bucks you wont. A chain restaurant should have that under control.

Don't go here! My salad was ok, but my husband ordered a burger medium-well and he got it practically raw, just seared on the outside. He took a bite realized it wasn't cooked and sent it back asking for medium well. It came back blackened and burned, the same burger with the bite missing from it.... and it had hair inside of it. Gross. So he didn't eat it....luckily they did remove it from our bill and gave us a coupon for a free entree..but don't think we will go back....

I must admit, I was a bit phased by the huge GRAND RE-OPENING sign hanging out front this weekend but my friend is a fan of the gold fever chix wings and so we proceeded to go in. I asked why the restaurant had been re-opened, was it a fire, an ecoli outbreak, swine flu epidmeic requiring intense overturn and cleaning or maybe a foreclosure issue that resultted in new management???? I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the owners simply wanted to give it a bit of a face lift. All of the old country nick-nacks had been eliminated. Now on the walls are pictured of local high school sports teams (cozy) and local sights and views. The staff seemed to have gotten a customer service make-over as well. We observed the host to be extremely personable with everyone going thru a polite and somewhat gracious speel with all who walked in. Our server- need to give him a shout out because he was the best- Jonathan!!!! He accomodated our every whim...he even picked the bacon out of my pre-made cobb salad and ensured there was no meat in sight. I had salad, dining partner had the boneless wings. I saw the COLLOSSAL LOBSTER ROLL platter come out for another table and immediately regretted not ordering it- 7 ounces of lobster meat....yum. I liked it here.

This is a chain restaurant that seems to only be in the East Coast. Nothing really stood out. I had a salad with grilled chicken. They had a spice on the chicken that was not too appealing to me. We actually were there for Easter lunch and they had a easter bunny coloring eggs out in the lobby. Great for the kiddies.

Our waitress Caitlyn wasn't very attentive. She took our order, then seemed to ignore us once she checked back in for the first time. We left our empty drink glasses on the edge of the table in order to get her attention. Fifteen minutes passed as she continued to walk past our table (head turned away) and still no attention. Empty plates and cups in front of us I finally got her attention via another waitress. She asked to take our empty plates but was about to rush off before we could order another round of drinks. I wanted to order a dessert but that seemed like a burden to her to wait another minute to give us a menu. Ten minutes passed before our drinks and dessert got to us. Caitlyn seemed overly eager to give us our check and to take our money. All in all the restaurant was not busy when we were dining and the food wasn't that great. By the time we left about a half dozen tables around us were empty. So there really is no excuse for the poor service.

I WOULD review the food here, but it seems that vegetarian food options are not high on the 99's list, so I can only review the bar. I got there during a shift change, and it seems that (perhaps because it was shift change, perhaps because I was cashed out), they never even looked in my direction after I got my beer. I wanted to ask if there were any vegetarian items I missed on the menu, but alas I could not and as I was not eating, it wasn't terribly important. I was just wondering if in the future I could come back here to eat. As for the bar itself, it was clean, and the décor was a typical 99. There is live team trivia here, but the prize is a $50 gift certificate for the restaurant (cheapies!) which is good if your date night or the night out with your friends is always at this restaurant, but if not, it does me no good. I'm sure that doesn't include alcohol. This place is, as you would expect.
