CAB#1 = SMELLY, DIRTY ,DUSTY, BUGS.... We book it for 4 days and we did a check in late around 11pm, no body was there !! No security !! The gate open with out no body in there!! This Cab # 1 when we get in side was a very smell of mold, very strong !! Very bad and all dusty and dirty every where!!Me and my wife was looking to sleep in another place but was nothing available at that time. and I am not sure why but you can ask anything to any stuff and no body knows anything... I love this place for camping with a tent but no CABINS or Cottages ...

The memories...the family came here several summers when I was younger. Fishing, boating, swimming, bingo, arcade games, etc., we did almost all of it here. Or I did anyway. Racoons and skunks would come out at night. This park, or RV resort, has RV sites, cottages, and one teepee to rent when I was last there.

This place can be packed and very loud. The privacy isn't was minimal where I stayed. I haven't had experience with RV resorts or parks but the activity and sound is maximum here. Kids, kids, kids. Everywhere. Lots of dogs as well. We just stayed for the night so my rating is very neutral. Nice pool and water park for the kids. It was packed so I'm assuming it's decent. There are 2 beach lakes. Bathrooms are sufficient for each area. Coin laundry. The water was luke warm, closer to the cold side, though I'm not certain if we were supposed to insert quarters for hot water. Arcade/Recreation room/Snack Bar are all still there. Better keep your eyes open at all times because again, kids everywhere!

Overall clean sites.. Need to be labeled better. We pulled into the wrong site due to improper labeling. Got camper all set up.. Outside and in and were asked to move over to our correct site.. Heard of many doing same thing during our stay. We are somewhat new to camping this year.. But our previous experiences ( Normandy farms and KOA Middleboro) were excellent.. Both had teams for activities.. Kids were never without excitement at our past trips.. Here at Peters Pond "pool activities" at 1:00 consisted of someone placing a bucket of dollar store toy guns and beach balls poolside".. Tie die was do it yourself.. No dye.. No elastics.. When it ran out we had to go in and ask for more and return empty bottles. The Aqua park as shown online and in map is no where to be found.. "Not running". Constant let down.. But we enjoyed the clean beach and fun pool. With a bit of personal touches this place can be 5 stars!

STAY Away! They are marketing this as a hotel resort but it is a campground. Be careful with their false promised of activities for your kids. They have major cash flow issues and will constantly be calling you for money. Stay away unless you are ready For a hassle. Manager leave every year and can't make decisions to help campers BEWARE!

We've been here several times and it is truly "hit or miss" with respect to the cleanliness of the cottages, how well appointed they are (warning!! don't believe them when they say they supply sheets and towels...my kids slept the first night on a bare mattress and I curled up in beach towels until I could go to TJ Maxx the next day), and the helpfulness of the staff. Also the new pond bounce house is an accidental drowning waiting to happen as there is no supervision other than a teenager on a golf cart with a badge around his neck who explained to me when I reported roughhousing and attempts to tip it over, that there was nothing he could do as no one was listening to him. However the coup de grace occurred on our last night when I saw a golf cart tricked out with a large confederate flag decal. Checking out the next morning I asked the office staff if there was no policy against its display. The woman at the desk replied that the owners of the cart had had it on the property for ten years (who knew one could have their racism grandfathered in?!), and that it wasn't really a confederate, confederate flag but rather a Dukes Of Hazzard confederate flag. I asked again if there was a policy against this and she again said no. I then asked "So if I want to put a swastika on my golf cart, that would be OK?" She replied their was no corporate policy against doing so. Her manner throughout this exchange suggested she found me and my questions quite unwelcome. Not feeling I can let this one pass, I have since contacted the Cape Cod chapter of the NAACP which was extremely helpful. They suggested, and I followed through, with calls to the Sandwich Chamber of Commerce (outrage expressed but nothing they can do), The Barnstable County Human Rights Commission who are opening an investigation and Sun Community ,Inc. the parent company Peter's Pond, not as you'd expect located deep in the heart of Alabama, but rather Michigan. The woman I spoke with said she was "sure" they had a policy about this but didn't know what it was. She seemed pretty appalled by my report but no apology was forthcoming. She'll, "get back to me." So unless you want a little good old boy, racist hospitality mixed in with your sun tan lotion and s'mores, give this one a miss.

It is very clean & kid friendly !! Staff is great !! But management has no idea how to deal with people . We where there on 4 July . We where seasonal . Well my new neighbor put in a complaint about the noise & my campground lights where to bright . So the manager came over in front of everyone & yelled at me like a child . So I packed up and left that day . It took months of call to get are money back . I can I tell you are fire & everything way shut down at 12 . We did everything by there rules & get treated well just wasn't nice the way it was handled . I will never go back !!

I invested in a membership for my RV with Morgan Resorts, who owned this park. Morgan was bought by Ideal Private Resorts, Saratoga, NY. Now Ideal Private Resorts has sold Peters Pond, and I cannot visit. iPR said they'd buy out my membership, but now refuse to call me back. Do Not do business with these people.!

This park was one of the cleanest I have been. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. This is one of the only camp grounds that is 100% pet friendly. I will certainly be returning to this park.

This place has nice level sites. Great pool for kids and the lake is very clean. The bath rooms and shower house were very clean as well...the location was also convenient to the area.. Downside if ur looking for planned activities for kids they r pretty lame here and the camp store is a rip off
