Soooo I have been going to sagamore Dunkin donuts for a loong time and hated every experience, til a few months when I found WENDY!!!! Omg!!!! Shes phenamonal , sweet and amazing!!! She gets my order right every time and she even recognizes my voice in the drive thru talk about making someone feel like a VIP!!! She makes the beginning of my day a unforgettable one!! my day just kicks off right with her smile and warm and welcoming personality thank you Wendy!!!!! Keep up the fabulous work I think everybody should learn from her.

Great coffee and fair donuts. Good service. Not a fan of the sandwiches. Convenient location on our way to scusset. Only 3 stars because the bathrooms are always filthy!

Average DD but the bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy. This is a go to stop on the way to or from the cape. Easy to get off & on easier from 3 North. My one complaint is the bathrooms. They range between dirty to gross. I get this is a high traffic location but you know Sunday is a big day, have a cleaning crew come in to knock down the filth to a third world level.

THREE DAYS in a row ordered BROWN SUGAR Oatmeal in Drive Through and got PLAIN OATMEAL instead after asking cashier this is BROWN SUGAR OATMEAL and being told YES - only to find out at work that is was plain oatmeal !!!

Unfortunately today was day two of the worst dunkins I've ever had. Day one I thought maybe it was a fluke that the coffee was burnt and watered down, but day two proved their consistency for horrible coffee. I really need my morning coffee lol. And like so many others would prefer not to throw my money away for bad product. I'll be going out of my way now to the dunkins in Bourne, so I can atleast enjoy my only vise.

Worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Extremely rude and wouldn't even pass out an extra side of hash browns, had to dig the receipt out of the trash to prove them wrong. Never will give a cent to them

This DD is always different every day you go there. I have the same complaint as always. There must be a standard for how to make a coffee.This should be listed if not on the wall as to how to make a coffee. If I like a coffee dark and the person making it might think that its to dark because they like there's with extra cream they might make it light. If I like extra sugar they might not put enough or to much in it due to there perception of how it should be. With that being said when going through the drive up, people are on there way to there destination and might not take that first sip of coffee at the window to know that you ordered it with extra sugar and got no sugar at all. yes, we all make mistakes but now DD has dummy proof what a customer says by filling in the ovals on the cup. They read it back correct. but filled the blanks in wrong and make it wrong. I drive away today thinking they got it together only to find no not again and Im now on my way and the coffee is ruined. So I decide to taste it before leaving and most of the time I will except it, and wouldn't you know the time I DON'T check it, is the time they do screw it up. I notice that it happens with the same person taking the order. Maybe new headphones would help. Maybe when you get the coffee they should make sure what you have ordered. Also with the donuts you get that sometimes is wrong too. This is a customer service job and service should be exceptional. As a review that was posted someone had a great experience. When driving up to order and you have someone who is tired and has no personality some may tend to reply back that way. As with someone who is overly happy can turn some off. Maybe this person at the window who cant get my order correct puts her name on the coffee cup and see how many complaints they get and divide the tips accordingly. There are people who can pay attention and make a coffee. And Please when you make anyone's coffee, when you put the cream in it and its clumpy its SPOILED, this is a visual, a no brainier. DON'T send me away with it. You can make people sick and if that's what you do you don't belong in the food business. Find a passion not just a job.

Some folks have comfort food, I've got comfort coffee! There are few things better in life than being back home and able to run into a DD and order a medium regular knowing that it will taste exactly like it should. Yeah, it may be a little sweet, and definitely lighter than I normally drink it these days, but ohh this is where the love affair began; do you remember your first time? This one is a 24 hour shop so bonus point here!
