Wendys in Revere Ma last night was horrible. It took a long time to order while we were stationed at the drive thru order speaker. $10.50 for a double cheese burger value meal.... Are you insane? My job i make $9.50 an hour after taxes i would have to work an hour just to eat at a fast food joint. There is something wrong with that. I cancelled that order and ordered 2 jr bacons with pretzel buns and my room mate ordered nugget meal + jr bacon. When we got to the window they said our order was double cheese burger meal, spicy chicken meal, 2 jr bacons with pretzel buns and 1 jr bacon. We corrected them and told them what we ordered. When we drove off we stopped to check the order and the jr bacon was missing and my burgers were cold so we got out and went inside the restaurant. Also they gave us no receipt. We got the order fixed and still the pretzel buns seemed old and now the next morning my stomach is killing me. Super disappointed =( Keep in mind this was Thanksgiving Eve and I am writing this from upstairs in bed while my family has thanksgiving dinner because i am stick to my stomach the next day

Extremely slow service, and employees who work there don't speak much English. Avoid going there when you are in a hurry.

Wrote this review when I was still right in the restaurant!!! Horrible service! Slow order process! The girl took orders and yelled so loud as if i was deaf. Ketchup were all out, and she was so grouchy handed out ketchup packages to everyone....Come on....

I've been here 2x and it gets worse!!!! My Asiago Club was drenched in sauce, gross. I asked for shake to replace the drink & was charged FULL price. They didnt tell me! The fries covered with salt and limp/soggy. Expensive here! 2 menu meals came to $20+ NO THANKS!

Decent Wendy's. Didn't take long to order and get my food. Nicely done inside. Unlike what people have said in other reviews, the place was clean and service was fine. Nothing extraordinary, but it wasn't bad. Would come here again if I needed a quick bite. Only ordered things off of their value menu, FYI.

This is a new wendys and all the workers are mean! I walked in one day minding my own buisness and the worker comes up to me and says "We're closed" In a VERY THICK JAMAICAN ACCENT so she had to repeat it a few times. Then she said "how could u come in here after you slept with my husband?!" I was very confused then i remember that little racoon i slept with the night before was a person. woops. but still. i once had a diarrhea explosion in the bathroom and it overflowed the toilet and they pressed charges! NOT FAIR ONE BIT

This is a relatively new Wendy's as it is part of the also relatively new shopping center across from Suffolk Downs, which includes a nice Target and a Super Stop and Shop. You'd NEVER know this Wendy's is on the newer side, though, as it is FILTHY. The dining area is always atrocious. There is never a clean table to be seen, even when the place is EMPTY, at about 5pm on a typical Thursday Also, the amount of time you wait for your food to be prepared is really much too long, and many times they will put your fries out before the meal is even ready, so they are ICE COLD and like rubber. On more than one occasion, I went through the drive- up window, and ended up going home with cold, rubbery fries, as well. I suspect they figure that someone in a car isn't going to notice the crappy condition of the fries until they are well on their way down the road for home. But this doesn't explain the reasoning behind cold fries served directly in front of you when you are actually at the service counter, having ordered inside.

Wendy's is like one of those bug lights you put in the back yard. You are drawn to it and eventually when your close enough you get zapped. My wife and I go there when we know we shouldn't and almost always between the food and the service something goes wrong but we go back again. Its lazy and its easy and you hope that one of the items in your combo is ok and its usually the soda. Sigh...

I don't write bad reviews as I don't like to effect small business owners as a result I take extreme caution when I have to write my first negative review. I went to Wendy's a week from the day I wrote this review to the drive through that evening. I ordered their pull pork cheeseburger, large fries, and jr. Cheeseburger. A few hours after eating I experience the worst food poisoning in years. So bad that I ended throwing up on myself as I could not make to the bathroom. I was bed ridden for 3 days straight and missed work. As a result I lost money since I don't get paid for sick days. I called Wendy to not ask for reimbursement rather to inform them of what happened to me along with the day and time I ordered their food so they could do a quality food check. The lady who I spoke to seemed nice but did not impress on me that she was going to check the ingredients that I ate. Lesson learned never eat here again! Food safety is not their priority

How hard is it to get an order right? If it's a salad, I would think you'd just go into the fridge, pick the one that's PRE-MARKED and give it to me. That's all.. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to get that right... doesn't even take a monkey to do this job. But that's asking too much for this particular establishment. I wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't a perpetual problem. Missing items in my bag after I get home which happens way too much. This place should definitely get a handle on their training. If you're looking for good employees, try the zoo. I'm sure there are plenty of monkeys that are more competent than the employees I've seen here. Speaking of which.. do the fast food establishments around here have some secret society bent on providing the worst possible fast food employees money can buy? This place and the Pizza Hut down the street seem to have some secret understanding with one another to piss me off. Not just me, but the general populous as well (judging by their reviews). Blah I'm done with this place. No more updates, nada. I won't be coming here again. If I could vote negative stars I would.
