For years, Harry's La Casa Mia had been my favorite Italian restaurant. Not anymore! The restaurant was doing well for a Wednesday evening. We both ordered Sangrias which took much too long to arrive, as did the salad and soup (which arrived only about 5 minutes before the meals). Since the main entrees took a much too long time to serve, there should have been plenty of time to serve the simple drinks and salad/soup beforehand. As usual, the food was very good. However, that did not overcome the long delays in the delivery of the the food (not including the bread, which was served by a separate server). I thought that the minimally attentive waitress had been assigned too many tables until she brought the bill. I then waited for her to collect my payment, but she did not because she was too busy chatting with the bar customers. (During the ensuing wait, I commented to my wife that their prices have increased a lot.) I then brought my bill to the bar register myself. Only then did the bar server call the waitress over to ring up my tab. I had not planned to post this online review. I had first wanted to contact Harry's management. However, I could not locate an email contact method on their one-page website (I prefer putting my thoughts into an email rather than making a hurried, emotional phone call). We had expected much better from Harry's. We will be dining elsewhere the next time.

I would like to start this out on a positive... The decor in the restaurant was pretty good. The wait staff was also decent and very friendly. With that being said it took 44 mins for our food to come out; The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered tortellini with Alfredo sauce but What it should've said on the menu is tortellini with oil sauce. I couldn't finish my dinner as it was nothing but over cooked tortellini with an inch of oil in my plate. Needless to say I will not return to this restaurant. I was very disappointed to say the least

Pros: service was excellent (milek? Was our server), food was very good! Cons: very loud echo. There was a party of 2 sitting next to us and all we could hear was HIM! Our entrees took at least a half hour to cook. We literally live right down the street but due to how noisy it was (and not very busy), I'm not sure we will return!

Food was bland. My meal wasn't prepared as portrayed in the menu. The bar has too many seats, overcrowded. The bartender was busy socializing, so the drinks were slow arriving. Basically an eh experience.

I've been meaning to try this place for years now and unfortunately, it wasn't worth the wait. The restaurant itself is pleasant enough. The dining area on one side of the restaurant (there seems to be a function hall on the other side) is small but comfortable and relaxed. There's a fireplace in the back of the room. Service, eh fifty/fifty. My waitress was fairly quick and efficient (but then again, I was her only customer) but appeared very disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. There was another older server/bartender who helped out and she had a much more pleasant personality. I started off with a Caesar salad. It was a generous portion and the romaine was nice and crisp, unfortunately it was saturated in dressing. To make things worse, the dressing was very thin, almost watery in consistency. The flavor was average but the consistency was off putting. As an entrée, I ordered the eggplant parmigiana. Admittedly, I'm pretty picky about my red sauces but this sauce was pretty one note. It had no complexity or depth of flavor. I will say the consistency was good. Not to thick, not to thin. The eggplant was sliced to thinly and as a result became completey limp and soggy. They were also a little skimpy with the mozzarella cheese. It comes with a side of pasta but they don't offer whole wheat pasta so I skipped that. Overall, a disappointing experience. I'll stick to the North End. Not recommended.

Came here for a private party so I can't judge what it's like when it's open to the public... but I would think when they're solely focused on a small group of people, things should be pretty good. Unfortunately, the food was not too good - a bit greasy and overcooked. The bread was the lone bright spot. And the service, despite only being needed for drinks, was also not great. One person at my table asked for a soda 3 separate times and finally got it on the third try. Needless to say, I probably won't be back.

Great Atmosphere. Little disappointed the Caesar didn't come with anchovies or were they available. The lobster ravioli was very tasty. The sauce was plentiful and flavorful. The service was above average. it is a hidden treasure of Raynham. Give it a shot.

Pros: - Service was prompt and friendly. - The food tasted good. Cons: - The wine glasses had spots all over them from the dishwasher. There were plates with the same problem in addition to cheese or something that was stuck to a few plates I saw. - The chicken Alfredo was greasy. I thought the pasta and the broccoli were overcooked.

Where do I start? The over an hour wait for the cook to even start our meal? The 18 year old "manager" in a t-shirt who insisted there was nothing they could do to help us other than "comp a drink" and then still run the check through for the entire amount? Or the fact that he essentially called us liars even though we laid out the timeline of events? When you, a customer, have to wait over an hour for your meal and you see numerous tables come in, get seated, served, eat, and leave it's a bit disheartening. It's even more so when the "manager" (and I use that term in quotes because he couldn't have been more than 18) is sent out to "help" with the situation because the actual manager is "too busy in the back to come out" (his words). It had taken more than an hour for our meal to even begin to be cooked (a fact presented to us by our waitress), yet we were informed there was nothing there could be done to help ease our anger. Let me set the record straight. It's not that there was nothing that could be done, it's that there was nothing that would be done. We left there paying full price for restaurant service that was beyond unacceptable and customer service that was deplorable. If I could give zero stars I would.

I've been here many times. Always enjoyed cooked to order authentic Italian. Broiled haddock is the best around....BUT....stopped in to sit at the newly expanded bar to grab a quick bite and a drink. There is no excuse. Tortellini with Bolognese sauce should taste a little better than frozen Stop and Shop Tortellini with the worse excuse for Bolognese ever tasted. It was nothing more than red sauce with a meatball chopped up on top of it. Horrible. Perhaps they ran out of real Bolognese, tell me and I'll order something else. Don't treat a customer like they're stupid and won't know the difference.

Horrible. I ordered the broiled haddock. It seemed fried and drenched in butter... Not in a good way. My husband ordered the broiled seafood casserole which was ok. Back of the seats were filthy. Cobwebs on the lights. Service was lacking... Still waiting for the waitress to ask how my food was. Souls have turned around when I saw the "patio" area filled with trash. First and last time there.

We discovered this restaurant last year and fell in love with it. Went back Friday night for Valentine's day and were seated in a different area which, unfortunately, allowed us to see how run down the place has gotten. Chipped paint on windowsills, lightbulbs missing, carpet is worn and dirty, spots on glassware. The food is generally excellent but my shrimp Parmigiana was overcooked. There was a new busboy and our table had no napkins, no salt or pepper and incomplete table settings. Slow service but they were busy. All in all I still think it's a good place to go but I left thinking this would be a great project for Restaurant Impossible.

People that give this place a good review have either. 1. Never had real Italian food 2. Work here This place is typical Italian for Bristol county. Which isn't saying much. It's like PaRaffas in New Bedford - which means it taste like Chef Boyardee. Awful. By the way if you want soup to go - bring Tupperware. Yup. You heard me. TUPPERWARE. Drive 5 miles up the road and go to Porticellos in Easton. - that place is great. I'm shocked this place remains open - but - people in Taunton and New Bedford have no idea what good Italian is. By the way I ordered veal from here once and it tasted like rotten zombie meat and smelled like sulfur. Awful. Also are their once with my kids and was getting rude looks from some wanna be Real Housewife with her fat Guinea husband who thought he was a gangster. The waitresses were always nice and I'm sure the people that own it mean well, but they should be ashamed to call it Italian. If you HAVE TO EAT HERE - get the Chicken Exquisito. It's pretty good but can't outshine the flaws.

Low Key Italian restaurant that has great home-cooked food. Very well decorated which provides a decent ambiance. I ordered the baked scrod and the waitress suggested a special that came with a house sauce on it, i thought that would run it but decided to give it a try. It added some great flavor to the dish! Prices are reasonable but i will caution my friend had a dessert (some sort of square that was supposed to be like cheesecake) it turned out to be lemony and definitely wasn't home made. I don't order dessert much when I go out so it's not a deal breaker for me but i'd use caution if that's your thing.

This place has been in my town for a few years and I've never noticed it, shame on me. La Casa Mia looks just like a regular house when you drive by it, but when you go inside it has a nice little setup. The downside is the parking lot, which is really unsafe feeling as they dont have any lights and it's pitch black. Service was good, food was good. I will come back again, but I will make sure its not night time.

Harry's La Casa Mia is a great restaurant if you're looking for high quality Italian dining and fantastic ambiance. The food is excellent and the wait staff are very friendly as well. I took my girlfriend there to try something different (we were getting tired of the chain restaurants) and we had a wonderful time. The prices are a bit expensive but you get your moneys worth in food quality and environment. A great place for a first date, anniversary, or special occasion. If you order drinks at all don't expect to pay less than $80-$100 per couple.

After goofing on making a reservation at another restaurant my friends suggested we try Harry's La Casa Mia. The outside of the restaurant is deceiving (it looks like a house) once we entered you are swept away to Italy. The place was packed and we had to wait for a table so we sat at the bar for a drink. The menu was set up nice (two pages), you had pasta choices, chicken choices, veal/fish choices. Due to how busy it was the food took awhile to arrive (we filled the time with conversation and drinks). When our food finally did arrive it was amazing and the portions are huge (I had two additional meals). You can tell that everything is made from scratch and that it wasn't sitting under a food lamp. If you like martinis I suggest the pomegranate martini the wine selection is also decent. The only down fall was the wait-staff. Our waitress could have been a little more attentive (she was busy playing with another customer's hair). Was too full to try dessert (next time maybe) Overall if you are in Rayham and want some good Italian foods stop by Harry's

Please read... Having worked here I know for a fact freshness is not there forte I once threw away old green roast beef after that I got yelled at by my boss and he pulled the roast beef out of the trash and placed it back in the fridge(witch is not cleaned often might I add) and told me it was fine. Well at that time I went in the fridge and threw it away again and walked out I can be apart of giving bad food to people and not to mention they use low quality expired in some cases food. For your health and safety stay away from this place not to mention the food flat out sucks especially for the price. But hey if u don't trust me then try it yourself but take a good sniff of the food before you eat it you will find that some of the time it's well expired meat that may have been pulled from the trash. Also they make the past early in the day and it just sits in a pot and get reheated before they serve it
