Good food, pretty diverse menu and a fun atmosphere! It's usually pretty crowded on a weekend night and the wait for a table can get long but the drinks are good (fish bowls are awesome) and the prices are fairly reasonable. We went for dinner this Friday around 7 and put our names down for a table and sat at the bar. The wait was probably about 45 min for a table of 6. Once we were seated we ordered and the food came out very quickly. Service was decent, we did have a hard time getting more drinks once we were seated. The food was really good, no matter what you're in the mood for you should be able to find something on the menu.

Finally decided to try Assembly and I was very happy with the overall experience. We first were sat at a high top by the hostess and no one came over to greet us or anything. Well we were hungry and the bar was pretty empty so we sat ourselves at the bar. So happy we did bc the bar staff was awesome. Very attentive and personable and always on top of having our beers ready. I ordered the chicken parmesean sliders - so so delish! My boyfriend had the smokehouse burger and enjoyed it very much. We will definitely be back to try other menu items and cocktails!

The fact that they sometimes have live musicians and that a handful of my old friends from high school hang out here are the only good things of which I could think to be able to give this place so much as a single star. Other than that, this place is really just awful. It seems to attract some very rude people who just look at anyone who appears different from them like they don't belong there, and if you're by yourself, you're basically screwed. Allow me to vent about this one particularly BAD experience I had one Sunday night. I am an avid user of my TouchTunes iPhone app, and so I played a few, mind you, JUST A FEW songs on the jukebox with it, and then a group of a**holes started complaining like a bunch of big babies when the first one came on (not surprising, since they were RAP fans), and when they went so far as to make a fuss about it to the female bartender on duty... My goodness, I kid you not, she gave in, and handed THEM, the customers, the remote control that allows the staff to bypass songs, and, needless to say, they skipped the ones I played, that I PAID MONEY to play! Plus, NONE of the songs that I played were even remotely anything that would have frightened the average person. The heaviest it got was AC/DC! Also, when their stuff (which, by the way, I hated with a passion) was playing, I didn't even make the slightest bit of a fuss; I just endured it like an adult would do. Typical RAP fans - they just cannot accept anything that differs from their taste even the slightest, and when things don't go their way, they throw a tantrum. Such babies these guys were! However, when I told the bartender what the deal truly was, she was VERY apologetic, and told me that if she had known the songs were mine, she would not have accommodated these jerks in the way that she did. I understand some people might say that I should have told her that I was going to play a few songs before doing it, but the TouchTunes app is becoming more and more widely used, and it should become known. But still, nothing like this had ever happened to me before, and despite her apologies, I left no tip for my drinks. In fact, I wish I could have gotten my money back. I will NEVER come here again! NOT after knowing the type of scum this place can attract! Thank you.

Good food, great portions and getting a table or bar seat is hardly a struggle. Their mixed speciality drinks are on the weak side 8/10 times I go there. Their beer selection isn't too great if you enjoy your craft, or local beer selections. Long story short, in this end of town flooded with Asian restaurants, Assembly is a nice slice of traditional bar food and atmosphere to meet up with your friends on the weekend, or after a long day at work.

Great first experience at Assembly. Staff was accommodating and friendly. My boyfriend and I each got two beers and the grilled mahi mahi taco entrees. Tacos were HUGE, I could only finish one of three, but he finished all three. The chipotle sauce they put on the tacos are out of this world. Comes with a simple but delicious jasmine rice. The best part about this place is the price. 4 beers and two entrees were under $50! I feel like I'm never shocked at how inexpensive my bill is. Highly reccomended!

The calamari & muscles with red sauce are so good! For a Thursday night it was very crowded, but we got a high top table within 5 mins of arriving. Service is quick and friendly. Everything was clean and I love the industrial decor. It wasn't too loud and they played a variety of music, not much rap which was nice. Country music was a plus!

Totally recommend their Asian Salmon Salad!! The salmon is well cooked and sooooo soft and I love the teriyaki dressing! Super refreshing. My friend ordered the southwest wrap and that's a bomb as well. Substitute the jack cheese with cheddar cheese and u won't regret it ;)

The only good thing about Assembly is the location. My co workers and I come here often for after work drinks since we work so close. The ambiance is nice as well but that's pretty much it. Food is mediocre. it's your typical bar food. The fries are actually pretty good though. Cocktails are okay but the beer list is just lacking. It'd be nice if they threw in a few craft selections here and there. But the real reason for the 2 stars is the service. I've been here countless times and service has always been sub-par. I've noticed that the younger servers love to congregate in the back left corner to gossip and mingle. If you're going to do that, at least stay out of sight of the customers or act like you're doing something.

Ordered the steak special med rare, came out well done. Hate sending food back, worked in restaurants a long time. Bartender asked me to cut into it again to prove it was over cooked, what a joke. Friend got the the lamb special ordered med rare as well, came out well done. Told the bartender 10 minutes later I was OK with the steak. He asked me if I was serious and told me that's two steaks I wasted. Asked for the check and couldn't get out fast enough. Only thing that was done well was the butchered meat we were served. Don't sit at the bar if mediocre tattooed bald bartender is working.

Came here with a friend who's a regular for some drinks. Pretty busy for a Tues night. Bartender was very nice observant and attended us very professionally without even asking for refills. Food Nothing special but nothing bad just your average bar food. Ambience is nice. Summers they have the rollout windows. People are mostly local but if your looking for something different then stop by and have a few drinks. You'll be glad you did and maybe turn it into a place you can come to more often.

Great food. Great space. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Just awesome. I live nearby and have visited Assembly twice, once on a Friday afternoon (when I ate and drank at the bar), and once on a Saturday evening (ate and drank at a high top in the bar area). Both times, my husband and I must have commented to one another at least five times each about the great food and great service and great decor and general feel of the place. The first time, at the bar, we shared the pulled pork and Assembly Chicken sandwich, both of which were fabulous. Great fries, too. The bartender (a lovely guy from Ireland) was friendly and attentive but not TOO friendly and attentive. My husband also got clam chowder, which he deemed one of the best he'd ever had. I tasted it. It was great. I think we just had beer. The second time, it was nachos and cocktails at a high top. The server (a lovely girl from Ireland) was as friendly and attentive as the bartender from our first time. The nachos were great. The vodka & club soda was great... Can't wait to go back.

Why is the service so awful here? So hard to get a drink and get it right! All the bartenders and staff are fully occupied taking shots amongst themselves.

Great atmosphere, food and bar! Try the steak tips and the nachos, they will not disappoint!

Decided on Assembly for lunch since the exterior was always so appealing to me. Their interior is very eye catching with their choice of decor and furniture. NOTE: they do have outdoor seating and it's in the back of the restaurant. I wasn't aware of this until I saw people walking in the back and I was done with my lunch :[!! I was looking to eat outside too. The menu is your typical bar food (soups, salads, sandwiches) but oddly they didn't even offer wings only tenders ( I look for odd things on a menu?) I should have asked about portion sizes because the Bf and I ordered fish tacos to share, apple&goat cheese salad for me and he did the house special chicken sandwich. The fish tacos were wayyy bigger than we expected. They came in a pair which was perfect and it was the size of my hand. Pretty hefty for an appetizer! BUT it was pretty pretty gooood...crisp with the fish being oh so flaky, they sit right on top of this delicious slaw that really tied everything in. They give you a side of guac and you really don't need it. I think I'd be satisfied with the fish taco app next time. The salad was mediocre but then again you can't say much about mixed greens, cranberries, goat cheese, pecans and balsamic dressing lol? Their portions are big for $10/salad so you'll get your filling of veggie goodness. The serving of each item is pretty generous as well. The bf was pretty disappointed with his sandwich :[ because the chicken itself was poorly seasoned and there wasn't any type of sauce with the sandwich. It was very basic from my POV but he did applaud the huge cut fries that came with it. Overall, the food options are your basic bar food with some other unique touches. Maybe it's better to opt for the non-traditional food here and try something different. I'll be back but only for fish tacos.

"SHE KNOWS THE OWNER." This is the response we received on a Saturday night, when we asked why we had to leave the bar while another girl was allowed to finish her drink. If you know the owner too, I'd give 5 stars. Otherwise, you can apparently go to hell. Additionally, there is an actual bouncer there, but also a tiny elf-like man who thinks he is a bouncer.

One of the newer additions to the North Quincy area, offering pub-style eats and casual atmosphere - I love the industrial feel inside with the neat hanging lights and dark wooden walls and ceilings. I'd give the food 3.5 stars, all the dishes I've tried are solid, and the portions are large, good, but nothing amazing. A popular dish here seems to be the fish tacos, they definitely are hearty in size, and the guacamole is great, and love that it's included. However, I didnt realize the fish came out fried, oh wells, I felt the breading was soggy. Their steak tips are another staple, can't go wrong with this option either! The service was great, they were very accommodating to special requests and again no added charge to swap out certain things (like broccoli instead of fries). This helped bump this review up to a 4 star. Only thing was, the servers weren't very attentive. Even though we sat right behind the cashier area, it took awhile for us to have someone come back to check on us, and for us to get our bill.

Always good - this is a classic neighborhood bar - great food - fantastic bar. Been here a number of times and the food and service are consistently good. My only complaint is the noise level - it's wide open space with high ceilings so I guess it's unavoidable. It can be super crowded at night Thurs, Fri, Sat - it's a super popular place! I love going here!

Food is wonderful and cheap. I go to many 5 star restaurants and we wanted something quick. It was noisy Sunday afternoon. Service was prompt. Food was so worth it. Fish tacos $8 app was my meal and bigger than most meals. Fish fried in clean oil and two big tacos. Dis have to ask for sour cream. Mash is the real think and brown gravy with it is super nice. Husband got pizza with stake and mash and he loved it. Nice twist on something different.

Good food, but awful service. This was my second visit and I was hesitant because the first visit had poor service as well. The table did not have napkins or silverware when we were seated. This theme continued through the appetizers and we had to ask specifically for those items. Service visits were at least 15-30 minutes apart. We were delivered food and didn't see service for the next twenty minutes. Then from the time we finished eating it took 30 minutes to clear the plates and then another 10 to get the check. The waitress spent most of the time talking to friends or customers at the bar and not really paying attention to seated customers.

It's a cool space and definitely worth a visit for a drink. I like the lighting. Like any place, you have to keep ordering the food to see what they do right and what they do not. If you're young and looking for loud tunes and lots of young people, it would be good for you on a thurs, fri or sat night. If you're older and want a pleasant dining experience, go on other nights or in afternoons only on the weekend for peace. I went here with 5 people on a fri. night. I told friends, it's not going to be pretty, but they still wanted to go. As I told them, it will be loud and too packed. It was. We left. For me, the music has always been too loud at night. I've even asked for it to be turned down. It's out of control loud. Don't even dream about having a date here or meeting up with an old friend. Very stressful to try to talk and get to know each other. Not attractive watching each other's veins are popping out of neck while trying to converse.

Good Quincy staple. Have gone there several times, for dinner or to watch a game. Went there last Saturday with my boyfriend and was told we would have an hour wait for dinner. But were presently surprised when a drink later a table was already ready! Started with the chicken quesadilla and a fish bowl. Both very good. For entree I got the black and blue steak salad my boyfriend got the steak tips. We were both pleased with the seasoning on the steak and the overall meal. Solid pub grub, no frills, great atmosphere.

Service was awful! We came here on a Sunday for lunch. It was definitely on the busier side. It took about 10 minutes before the waitress even came over to greet us and take our drink orders. Food came out of the kitchen pretty quick though. Once the food came out, our waitress kind of just disappeared. We asked for another round of drinks. And she never came back with them until we were almost done with our food. And we also were left to find our own ketchup, which I thought was pretty ridiculous!

I go there all the time, fish taco appetizer is awesome, good for a meal. Salad with steak tips are awesome and great bartenders and drinks. Never had anything bad, We always sit at the bar and service is excellent. Good food, drinks, bartenders and TVs- what more do u need!

Come here for a beer; don't go out and buy a thirty, The bar is nice and long; you could find a girl that's flirty. Laid back vibes and walls that are brick, Plenty of TVs and decent myoo-zick. This is my favorite place to come when I visit my buddies in Boston. They have an extensive selection of draft beers and I can usually find something new to try. Beer prices are the best I've found in the area for a place this nice. There's always plenty of room to hang out at the bar or one of the adjacent bar tables. Cool atmosphere. I've eaten here a few times. Have gotten nachos, pizza, and a burger. Can't complain about the eats. Good bar food.

Been here a few times. I love the ambiance here...it's a pretty chill place for lunch or for a late night drink (only times I've been here). TVs with several sports channels showing surround the room and the noise level is pretty tolerable. I would've liked to give this place 5 stars, but the food is just so-so. I've had their Santa Fe wrap, and as much as they didn't scrimp off the avocado (love me some avocado) it was just missing something to it that would make it better. I tried a bit of their buffalo chicken salad and that was delicious. Second time I went here I had the shrimp scampi pizza... Absolutely delicious! Although I had it without the onions so I'm sure it would've tasted better, but I'm not a fan to red onions. It's a big serving, so I'd share this with 1 or 2 others. My friend had the land and sea which was half disappointing. The steak was made to order and was really tasty with it's gravy. The mash potato and sweet potato sides were yummy too. The problem was the crab. If you don't intend to work for your meal, don't order it. It comes whole and with a cracker. If you like this kind of thing, I would suggest to ask if the crab is fresh. My friend had a problem cracking the shell and once he did, you can tell it was either not fresh or it was over cooked as the meat was sticking to the shell.

Usually I only go to assembly to sit at the bar and drink. Just recently I see everyone ordering the fish tacos, decided to try it and it was one of the best fish tacos I ever had. Came with the three large fish tacos and fries. Each of them can get you full. The salsa/sauce and the combination of all the other things in the taco goes so well together it makes you taste every last flavor. Service is fast and always checking in when they see my drink is running low. Have not tried any of the other foods yet, if they are just as good as the fish tacos, I will going here more frequently.

We walked in just past 5 and most of the bar was full but there were empty tables and we were told in a very strange way that if we wanted to sit there we would have to order food or get up once someone who wanted food arrived. I understand this, but the lady was confused about it and it just made for a very awkward interaction. If she had been assertive about it it would have been fine, but she wasn't. Drinks were fine. Service was a bit slow. Decor was nice.

I'm always pleased when I go to assembly. It's clean, the bar has a nice updated look and the food is always tastey. I've enjoyed the pizza, steak salad and the classic burger. I've had the shrimp salad as well but that wasn't a favorite for me.

I love this place. The portions are incredibly generous, the price is right, and the waitstaff are friendly and attentive. My go-to are the fish tacos. If you like fish tacos, you will not be disappointed by this very flavorful ensemble. Second best, the appetizer crab cake: it has a lightly fried exterior and a filler-free interior. The aioli is also very well done as an accompaniment . I would steer clear of the fries; however. That's really the only shortcoming in terms of food. If the chef stepped up the game with the fries, this place would be unstoppable. I'm drawing a blank on the name, but they also make a killer cucumber cocktail that's extremely refreshing if you're nursing a little bit of a hangover from the night before. Personal opinion: I prefer to come here for brunch and lunch over dinner. The interior, while beautiful, makes for a very loud atmosphere when it is filled to capacity. Between folks at the bar and the TVs, the din can be overwhelming and often will make it difficult to hold a conversation. Overall, I'm so glad the Assembly is an option in Quincy...it's definitely my first choice every time.

I went out for dinner and drinks here last night (a Friday night) with my fiancé and another couple. It was my first time here. I loved the modern and trendy interior.. urban chic/industrial chic. The crowd was a mix from people 20's-50's. Each of us loved the dishes we ordered and the appetizers. The beef teriyaki stick appetizer was SO good! There was a nice drink menu as well. The waitress, Katrina was quite friendly and on top of her game. We ended up staying until about 9:45. By about 9-9:15 the lights dimmed a bit and the DJ came out and the bar scene got bigger. I would definitely recommend this place both for a sit-down meal as well as for drinks and nightlife at their bar. The atmosphere was very nice. I also loved that the whole front of the restaurant was wide open to the street so that fresh air could flow in. I would compare this place to the Yardhouse (which is one of my favorite spots).

Pros: - $35 for two people delicious turkey burger, decent chicken dish, blue moon on tap, and one of the best triple chocolates cakes I've ever had for desert! - Service was great! Don't usually get service this good anywhere. Something came up a dollar more on our bill, I mentioned it to the waitress and she got it fixed immediately. Quick service, super nice and sweet lady! - Ambiance was GREAT. Superb lighting. Nice and dimly lit. Had cute decorations for Halloween. I loved it. Cons: - The chicken seemed like it could have had a bit more pazzas but still tasty. - The turkey burger was supposed to come with chipolte mayo and I think they forgot it. I just used ketchup and it still tasted really good. Overall, a great choice for a place to dine out! Celebrated my health after 6 months clear of cancer. Will definitely go back and I recommend highly!

I walk up to the front door. The bouncer looks at me. He says nothing. There is awkward silence. I break the ice and say "ummm, you want my ID?" He nods. I give him my ID, he gives it back after looking at it as if I am a source of irritation. We walk past him sort of weirded out. We sit down at a table near the bar. There are many employees. I see 5 employees at the end of the bar chatting with each other, enjoy light banter. I look at my date "Do you think a waiter/waitress will come by?" "I would hope so." "Let's give them 10 minutes" Waitresses seem to be more into their own conversation than helping us. 10 mins goes by, nobody gives a crap that we are here to spend money. We leave.

I loved this place when it was Murphy's Twin Shamrocks, and I was honestly kind of put off by the new design and décor when I first drove by Assembly. Murphy's was a very Townie bar with really good food at excellent prices. I was glad to see when I actually entered Assembly that it is essentially just a prettier Murphy's with a better layout. The food is still great without ridiculous pricing, and the Quinck Townies are still regular patrons. It's also still great for watching sports with lots of high-def TVs and a fun atmosphere. The Pats recent Divisional Game was very fun. If you're seeking an extensive drink list and a beaucoup mixologist, look elsewhere, however, if you're cool with a tasty heavy-hander at a good price, this place is great.

This is our local and go-to for when my SO wants to watch a game at the bar instead of at home. The food is good - I don't think anyone has ever gotten something that they wouldn't recommend - and service is typically fast and reliable. We almost always are there lingering over drinks over the course of a game, so getting servers that know how to keep an eye on you and be there when needed without being annoying or overly persistent is great. I'm a big fan of the fish tacos (now only on the app menu - there used to also be a main dish). SO is a big fan of fish sandwich. The Southwest wrap is almost always ordered by at least one person in our group. I had the Chicken Parm entree last time we were there and it was enough for three meals (which says a LOT coming from me as someone who is constantly fighting of runger). Always ask what they have on tap - the menu is never updated but they do keep a decent rolling selection on tap.

A modern renovation with a long bar along one wall. large TVs placed around the restaurant. For a $10 burger, it sucked. Everything on the plate was flavorless, the patty, the fries. Definitely overpriced for Quincy with no admiration. Second time I went, I had a Cesar and chili. The salad was OK. It is kinda difficult to screw up salads after all! The chili had no kick to it. I was digging around in search of beans, but to no avail. The service is sketchy, sometimes OK, sometimes lacking. Do note: coffee is not bottomless! My second cup was on the bill!! What a rip off!

I'd been wanting to go here for a while after driving by several times. I really liked the open windows concept and the ambiance. It was worth going to! I went during the Triple Crown and the crowd was lively. Got a few apps and clam chowder which were good- what you'd expect. Glad I went- probably will be back.

Assembly is a great new restaurant and bar in North Quincy. While I was a big fan of Murphy's (the prior restaurant in that space) Assembly is much nicer - it even looks like it could be in Boston somewhere. It's much more than a boring neighborhood pub with trendy industrial lighting, exposed brick and dark wood. And the food is great - my fiancé had the steak tips and said they were juicy, tender and very tasty. I had a huge salad with their homemade white balsamic dressing which was delicious. Overall we had a great experience and plan on going back very soon!

This was for a long time the location of the Legendary "joy King" Chinese restaurant. I thought it sucked. The wife loved it. The bar was a freak show of propped up male and female cadavers. Next, it was "Murphy's Twin's". They spent a ton of doughto remodel from joy King. Early on, the food was pretty good, but they seemed to make less and less of an effort, and it slipped off the list. Now it is "Assembly". It is nice to look at, as was the curvaceous Irish server. DRAFT BEER SELECTION: 3 STARS. Guinness, Bass, Honkers. BUFF FINGER APP: 3 STARS. The sauce was unimaginative, Frank's wing sauce out of a bottle, too heavily breaded. BACON BURGER: 2.5 STARS. She said the bacon was burnt. She did not like the fries. SOUTHWEST CHICKEN WRAP: 3.5 STARS not bad. I don't like most french fries so I substituted for the "Jasmine Rice", which was a ball of plain white rice, with zero additional flavor. So this is a solid 3, as in we will go back, but not in any rush.

Fun and spacious pub for large groups of friends. We came here on a Sat. evening and it was pretty busy. We came right before the kitchen closed and were lucky to get our dinner orders in on time. My friends and I shared some burgers and teriyaki beef skewers. I have to say for an american restaurant/bar, I was impressed more with the skewers vs. the burger. The beef was delish and the rice had a nice fluffy, slightly buttery taste to it. Although it can get loud at times, the ambiance is pretty lively and the music was pretty good. I would def check this place out again if ever I am in the neighborhood again.

Food is okay; nothing extraordinary. Service takes a while and isn't the best. Beer selection is meh, but their cocktails aren't bad. The lighting is nice. The music's too loud. I wish there were a late night menu. I kinda just go here out of convenience.

I had a few well-prepared gin & tonics along with my Cinco-de-mayo burrito special. The burrito was very good, and I enjoyed the FF that came with it. My date had the Asian Salmon salad, and she liked it. I did manage to snag a bite of the salmon and i thought it was on the fishy side, and that's not normally a complaint I lodge against salmon. Overall, I like the vibe of this place. The music did get more lively (clubby) when the clock hit 10. Service was good! I'll be back.

This place is gorgeous, too bad the food is not up to par with the ambiance. For starters we order the crab cake and the stuffed fried mushrooms. The crab cakes are huge and could be an entree for one person. They tasted pretty good and you knew you are eating crab. The mushrooms were alright, they needed to be seasoned more along with the cream cheese. Not sure why I wanna dip fried stuffed cream cheese mushrooms in a mayo sauce. Heart attack? Entrees Roast beef: special of the night. The bread was nice and crunchy and soft. Meat tasted good And the problem of the night is the shrimp scampi pasta. Sauce comes out tasting like lemon and shrimp is over cooked and rubbery. This place is eh... Mediocre food (btw they can't even afford Heinz ketchup, some cheap "fancy ketchup"). Won't be coming back anytime in the near future.

I headed to Assembly on Saturday to catch the Kings/Ducks playoff game after discovering Irish Pub was only playing Dateline. Service was decent, which is the only reason this place is getting 2 stars. The waitress was nice and attentive, despite the crowd. It ended up getting pretty busy, which I expected for a Saturday night. When the game was on intermission it was fun to watch the plethora of drunk 20-somethings looking for people rub up on. I don't know if it was the stress from the close game, but the overdressed chicks blocking the TV bugged me, but oh well. That's what I get for trying to watch non-Bruins hockey at a bar, people don't really care about the TV. Mixed drinks were weak and too sweet. The "craft beer of the month" was Sierra Nevada's pale ale. Oh, come ON. Ended the night with whiskey on ice, which was a decent pour. I wish I could combine this bar with a few other local staples and then I'd be content. I'm pretty bummed I have yet to find a decent bar in Quincy. Maybe Alba's rooftop atmosphere, Assembly's service, the Fours' beer selection, and Irish Pub's heavy pours. I'll probably be back, considering this is walking distance and I'll need to balance out my visits to Irish Pub. Plus, with the only other bar in the vicinity being the disgusting, The China, I'm out of options. Menu looked interesting and may be back to try something. I'm sure it's strange for this review to cover more of my night than of the actual orders, but at $14 a drink, I think experience should be considered.

The food is really not good and the service is so rude from the hostess/manager to the servers. This has happened on multiple occasions too. Over this place.

I've been here a few times. The food is great and very generous portions. The waitress however was slow and unattentive. We waited 20 minutes for our waitress Adrienne to check on us and mt BF ordered a drink. 15 more minutes later I got the hostess to get our check. The waitress never put in his drink order. She was probably the worst waitress I've ever had.

I think Assembly will be my new hang out. I live a walking distance from there, a major plus for me :) It is clean, has plenty of space, bar quite long, bartenders friendly and can mix a good drink. Friendly staff, good crowd, and good food! Last time, I ordered the fried calamari (delicious!) and the chicken Tandori flatbread, a current special (also delicious!) Good music, good vibe in general. No complaints from me, I love that place! A customer for life.

I think this place is pretty good. Buff chix quesadilla is prob my fave. Next is the fish tacos. I don't get fancy with drinks I'm a gansett kinda girl so I could care less. Def come before like 7 pm or your waiting a really long time for a seat. I have always had decent servers so no complaints. Decor is nice , love the doors. Bathrooms clean , always a plus.

Went to Assembly over the weekend for dinner. Party of three, no hassle getting a table. Parking is a horror show over there, but it's to be expected. Everything about Assembly was just...ok, like a cake made with a box of cake mix. It's good, and provided everything that I want in a cake. But it could be better. The decor was nice, but not really trendy or clever -- just leather, brick and wood. Typical sport bar/American grill stuff. The food was pretty good too. Everyone enjoyed their plates, but everything was on the cusp of greatness, but just not there yet. For example, the fries are great, and are served in a cool bucket. But there was no salt on them. Why? And the chicken tenders were fresh and had a great flavor, but no heat at all. So weird. Assembly also has a gorgeous bar, but a lackluster beer and cocktail list. Again, so close to perfection, but missing the mark. I will definitely be back to Assembly for football season. Those TVs are awesome, and are perfectly placed for all to see. And I will add them to my list of places to get good take out from. I like Assembly, and I'm sure anyone who goes there will as well. But I'm not in love with it...yet.

Have to say ...my first time wasn't a pleasant experience (maybe because it was near kitchen closing time). No waitstaff stopped by to take our drink order and by the time they did - the kitchen was closed. All I could do was drool over the food from the nearby tables. The bar decor is like a gastro-pub (brick walls with clear lightings) and with flat tvs on both sides of the walls. Didn't think I was going to go back because I thought the service was somewhat lacking. Well, I'm glad I went back and gave them a second (maybe ninth and counting) shot and now they're on my top fave places to go in Quincy. So far tried the following food items and all has been good thus far: Vegetarian pizza Crab cakes Buffalo chicken nachos Grilled Salmon salad Turkey burger The food is tasty and generous without hurting the piggybank.

Love the atmosphere (read: light fixtures are amazing!) and the food was great too. The group of us ate everything from burgers and sandwiches to the pasta with seafood special and all of it was fantastic! They also have a great beer selection with someone on tap for every taste.

So I came to this bar for the World Cup while I was in Boston. The food was pretty decent, they have changing specials and we had the pita chips and spinach dip and finished it fast. Beers are about average like $4 a pint, and of course no happy hour specials because this is Massachusetts. The atmosphere was awesome though, definitely had a good time.

Awesome food at great prices. We got an appetizer, pizza, and salad to share. The fish tacos were amazing!! sweet and crunchy. Goat cheese and asparagus pizza was thin and tasty, though a little on the greasy side. Chicken salad was fresh and topped off our meal. Friendly service and great atmosphere. Will be back!

Service a bit slow, but food was very good, if a little pricey. And although they are listed as "open late," that applies only to the bar. The kitchen closes at 10 PM, even on weekends.

When Assembly opened up I was so excited for a new bar/restaurant to open up in North Quincy. The decor was cool and modern and the bar area was spacious. Too bad that's all I felt was going for them. We stopped in on a slow Tuesday evening, the place wasn't full. The service would've begged to differ. We were seated and it took about another 10 minutes before someone came to even take our drink orders. The service continued to be slow the whole evening. Luckily we weren't in any rush but I felt sorry for anyone who was. The food was just ok... Everything just seemed bland. I'd return for maybe drinks and appetizers. There are other places in the area to go for a tasty dinner.

It really depends what you want. If you want to go out on a Saturday with a bunch of friends and you want to talk, don't come here - loud reggae band is playing and it's impossible to hear each other. But any other day is great. I've been here before they did the renovation and this place looks so much better and it is now attracting much better crowd, not random depressive lonely alcoholics. Now there are people with friends and family, and it is a happier looking place. The atmosphere is much better. I come here pretty often and I find their food and service to be very good. I tried beef skewers with spicy Thai peanut sauce and garlic mushrooms (my favorite appetizers). I also tried chicken an cranberry salad. This salad is huge and filled with cranberries, goat cheese, and chunks of grilled, tender chicken - delicious! Burger is not that great. I had better and I can cook better. My boyfriend tried steak and he seemed to have liked it. Waitresses are mostly Irish, fresh of the boat, with cute accents and they are very very nice and seem to care.

Been here many times as we live right up the street. The food is always good, it does get a bit loud however the service is horrible. Your server takes your order and you never see her again. We really like it but the bad service will keep us from returning.

This was a decent spot. I ordered the steak tips. They were...interesting...that's the word. The steak tips have a somewhat teriyaki type taste which took some getting used to. They varied wildly in how they were cooked tho which made me dislike them. I ordered M and half were well, 1/4 were MR and the other 1/4 were M. I'd visit again to order something else. It's a great location and fun vibe.

Fantastic seafood special when I ate there on 10/27/14. Seafood Picatelli? It was pasta, swordfish, scallops and shrimp with a creamy sauce that tasted like it had a touch of mustard powder. The seafood was extremely fresh... The shrimp must have been swimming only hours before! I am a seafood snob and I ate every bit of it, which is amazing simply because the portion size was quite large. Dave Matthews and other great music in the background made it feel like home!

Came here for dinner with hubby. The place was packed and we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. The waitress was friendly enough but the service was slow. We ordered the wings and nachos as appetizers. The wings were good, the nachos not so much. It was so dry and over baked. I ordered the surf and turf and only the steak tips came out. The crab cake came out later but wasn't even hot. Overall the food wasn't as great as other yelpers have claimed. The restaurant was extremely loud with the bar and TVs. Also, I noticed the waitresses kept flicking and touching their hair and then serve. As long as I don't see it happening then I'm ok, but sadly I did. We probably won't come back and give it another try.

I will start by saying, yes - it is St Patrick's Day, and the restaurant was busy for 5:00pm on a Sunday. We opted to dine at the bar, so once two openings appeared, we sat right down hoping for an enjoyable early dinner. After a few minutes of being invisible, we got the attention of a bartender and asked for menus. After discussing options for a few minutes we had made our choices and were ready to order. Unfortunately, the bartenders were more intent in turning drinks than tending the patrons seated in front of them. Several times, when there were breaks in drink orders, the staff would gather to talk or lean back and pause a moment. We waited 20 minutes at the bar with menus turned down, waiting for a little attention. Finally after giving them a few more minutes, we left. Un-noticed. Such a shame, the place came highly recommended.

I'm currently sitting at a table and coming up on 15 minutes where no staff member has greeted me. I can count the number of guests in here on two hands so it's clearly not busy. I'm a server myself in Boston and know that this is completely unacceptable. Been here a handful of times and like it but it's as if I'm being blatantly ignored right now.

ASSeMBLY is a new restaurant in Quincy, and it is really one of the nicest bars in this area. I went in on a Saturday night to meet a friend for dinner and drinks.THE ATMOSPHERE WAS super cool!!!!! There was a big assortment of their special drinks, and the food was extremely tasty- our LOBSTER ELEGANTE was amazing, giant portion of delicious seafood and pasta on top of a big lobster!!!!!!!!!!! i really enjoyed it!!!! we also liked a lot spinch and 4 cheese dip !!! they probably have a professional bartender as the drinks here are YUM-YUM-YUMMMM-MEE. Don't leave here without trying their Dreadful Dead! my friend loved that place. and we definitely want to come back here again.

Not bad. That's how I would describe Assembly. I've been about 5 times, I would say. Food is decent, but nothing special. I've gotten the fried calamari, cajun turkey tips, a salad, and burger before, so a good variety. It could be better, but not terrible. What I do like about the place is that it seems to be well-maintained and clean. It is a good place to watch any sporting event, as well. Parking can be difficult in this area, but it is on a main street, so that is expected. I'd say 4 stars for the bar aspect, and 3 stars for the restaurant aspect.

Assembly is night and day from the cheesy, award ceremony assemblies you grew up with. This place is a nice change for North Quincy. Honestly, I am a fan because of the amazing decor. The lighting fixtures alone give this place a cool hip vibe. The exposed brick doesn't hurt either. The beers are cheap at $4! The nachos are yummy and loaded with toppings, the fries are served in a tiered holder (sort of like an ice cream cone holder), the buffalo chicken pizza was not my favorite but mostly because I didn't realize it would come with bacon on it. Now for the major downside. It seems like they hired newbies because the service feels so lack luster and slow.

I've been here a couple more times. Food is just ok. Main entrees I think are lacking. If you stick with wings/ chili nachos, pizza, you're good. Bartenders are really good, always prompt. One annoying thing is they insist on putting every tv on the patriots when they are playing and turn the tv sound on very loud. I like football, was rebuffed when I asked to put one tv corner on red zone to try and have something to keep an eye on the over week 17 games. I couldn't believe it. The bartender complained everyone would keep asking him to switch it. Well, people are stupid, grow a backbone. A three hour nfl game is two hours of a cgi pig bragging about his insurance smartphone app every ten minutes.....sound is cranked, mind you. I go, I like the place, but then again I don't. Just don't go during football I guess.

I really liked Assembly the night we went. The windows were open and the breeze was great. My husband likes eating inside, I like outside so this place is perfect for us. The decor is rustic and modern, light fixtures are cool. Salad and burgers good, pizza was not good at all. They need to work on this, it was soupy not what a pizza should be. There are seasonal beers on tap along with bottles available. Really a fun laid back place to hang out for a while.

Not sure why everyone is so negative about this place. It's a lot more organized and cleaner than Murphy's. The food is way better than what Murphy's every had to offer! No more of the bar awkwardly placed in the middle where you would have to scream through the bar to talk to someone. I like how it was moved over to the left, so now there is actual room to move around. I haven't had much off the menu for food, but the pizza and apps were delicious. I've been in there a handful of times just for drinks and all the waitresses and bartenders were more than pleasant. All the beers are pretty much the same price as the old Murphy's, so no problems there. The prices are decent, the food is great, the atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is a delight. It's a bar in Quincy, just drink a beer and enjoy yourself. And to the person complaining about the "Irish BLT"... relax. It's a BLT, what do you expect.

I liked the place and am thrilled to have somewhere new to go in the Q. Places and menus have become very tired so it was great to have a new place. pros: great decor, comforatble bar seating, nice layout of space, huge bar cons: parking, inconsistent martinis like another reviewr said, maybe they will have time to work out the kinks. martinis were inconsistently made and none were that great in my opinion. $8 french fries were a total joke. they came with 2 dipping sauces, one pretty gross. served in a fancy cone with wax paper so made for a very small portion. i am baffled how they justify the $8. pizza was excellent and resonably priced. i will be back

Been there twice: Simply put, it goes like this: 1. Service Sucks! 2. The food is good Best part of how bad the service was is that my waitress tonight essentially tried to blame the cook and the runner for her crappy service. "They made the mistake, so don't take it out on me..." Lol At least own up to your own mistake and don't blame others.

Well since I've been back the past few times, the pizza is great, the burgers are great and the special short rib Mac n cheese was tremendous! Wish it was on the menu all the time. Bartenders have vastly improved. Only reason for 4 stars was my friends burger was over cooked. Other than that, I am here once a week now.

I'd like to give it 2.5 stars, but I rounded up for the awesome hostess. I went to Assembly Friday night w/a friend who had gone there for dinner before and raved about it. I'm always up to try a new place so I was happy. We got there a little after 7 and only had about a 15 minute wait. The atmosphere was great - open, noisy and bustling; it's modern but comfortable. We ordered the cream cheese stuffed deep fried mushrooms for an appetizer, my friend had the pasta w/shrimp and I ordered the fish tacos. The mushrooms were ok - fry anything and it's usually tasty but these were nothing special. My friend enjoyed about her pasta and it seemed to have a good amount of shrimp. The fish tacos...both good and bad. I didn't quite get it - there were two 'stacks' of soft tortilla shells and three pieces of fish across the top of them. My guess is that you're to divide the three pieces of fish among the tortillas. But there was only sauce/lettuce on the top two tortillas that was minimal, at best. Anyway - the fish itself was awesome - fried perfectly, and I don't usually order fried fish b/c I'm super picky. The sauce was good too but I wish there was more, along w/the lettuce for the taco shells. For the side I ordered rice. It was just white minute rice in a bowl. This is the second place I've tried fish tacos where the sides were non-existent. Maybe some cilantro-lime rice and mango salsa? Service was ok - she was nice when she was around; never did bring the waters we'd asked for. I don't know if I'd ever suggest this place but I certainly wouldn't say no to going either...

I have only sat at the bar the many times I have been here. Food has big portions. I enjoy most of the items they serve. For an appetizer I suggest the teriyaki beef skewers. Bartenders are good and it's a good place to watch the Pats and Bruins.

I went to Assembly on two occasions recently. The first time I took my brother who was visiting , to assembly for dinner and beers. The place has a ton of potential. I liked what they did architecturally. The bar is situated nicely and there are various tables with bar stools situated up front near the large glass windows that open to the street. The TV's where large and perfectly situated. We sat at the bar. I ordered a Magherita pizza and my brother the Fish Tacos. I received a cheese pizza which was not what I ordered. I wasn't in the mood for drama so I ate it. it was decent. My brother said that his fish tacos where just OK. The 2nd issue I had was the tap beer. it was definitely not cold enough. it wasn't warm but not really cold. I went there a 2nd time a few nights later and the beer was a proper temperature. It would seem, that if they could bring someone in to run the kitchen and manage the bar a little better, that this place could really take off. A bar that looks this nice should have above average food. The food at assembly is not above average.

I agree with Emily D. I was SUPER excited to see a new, cool place in N. Quincy. The atmosphere was great. I went in on a Friday night to meet a friend for dinner/drinks. There was a short wait, so we saddled up to the bar for about 15 minutes. The crowd was mixed- locals, younger, older, etc. I got the turkey burger and it was just OK- nothing to write home about. The pizza looked really good, though, so next time I stop in I'll make sure to try that.

I can't honestly remember my server's name tonight (I'm so sorry! I usually do!). Either way, she was friendly, smily, and attentive enough without being overbearing- I never wondered, "UGH WHERE IS MY SERVER?" but I never felt, "GIVE ME A MINUTE" either. Our drinks were great, our food was good. My friend and I filled up on our appetizer so we opted to take our entrees home. The one thing I will say is that any time I have been to the bar here, the staff has not only been unfriendly but they have full on ignored customers if they had friends at or near the bar. I remember one time my friend and I tried to sit at 2 open bar stools, but a friend of a bartender decided to go chit chat with him and put his arms around the stools- we waited probably 5 minutes just to sit, half-heartedly expecting the bartender to invite us to sit down, which he never did. The bartenders never smile or seem happy to serve you- can't say the same of our server tonight. She was tiny and blonde, great experience! Thank you!

Was great when it first opened. I go on a fairly regular basis with some folks from work. Drinks were cheap at first. They used to make a great dry martini. The crowd used to good, too. Now that people are catching on, it's started to attract some scummy people. Whatever. The martinis are now $11 a pop. Let me say that again: eleven dollars. For a bit of gin and vermouth, regardless of what kind of gin. Not only that but the quality has deteriorated...big time. My most recent experience consisted of me getting a martini that came dirty (no, I didn't ask for it that way) and not only that, but there was so much of the olive juice in it that each sip was like a mouth full of the Atlantic ocean. Whatever toilet they scooped it out of. Sending it back would have meant another half hour waiting for a drink. I don't know. I really liked it at first, but really the only positive about the place now is that it's not terribly crowded, even on friday nights. 3-4 months ago I would've given 4 stars, but now? Meh.

I should've know better. The bar changed from a dive bar known as Murphys to Assembly. I think everything changed but the food. Terrible! I liked Murphys. Atleast the food - value was better. I call this the Lincoln - Southie of Quincy. Yes. Great atmosphere. Yes. Great beer prices. But the worst food eva! Turkey burger was like styrofoam and the fries were well, well, well, hell overly done. I've eaten here a couple times but tonight seals the deal. Never ever again!

  • Melissa M.

Assembly was actually a pleasant surprise compared to what it was ( Murphys) the inside has had a complete renovation, its clean, and I love that all the windows open to the sidewalk, the food is yummy I have tried the Beef Skewers, Fish tacos, the cranberry walnut salad with white balsamic dressing is my favorite! A great healthy choice. Every server or Bartender I have had has been very informative and friendly :)

Great addition to the neighborhood. I like hanging out there. It's kinda hip in an otherwise nonhip area. It's non pretentious, well designed and all the patrons are very very nice. The bartendress' had irish accents which is awesome but I kept thinking that I would find some irish dishes on the menu. Pros: Awesome hangout in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. Great place to grab a drink and a chat. Very friendly staff and patrons. Beautifully designed space. Well priced. Good tasty brunch menu Cons: The food. It's not terrible, but the quality doesn't seem to match the design of the place. I wonder if there is a different chef for dinner service as opposed to brunch.

So disgusted with my service writing my first review to point out how incompetent this place is, was told a twenty minute wait, waited an hour and a half only to be explained why a larger party that arrived an hour after us would be seated ahead of us, discourteous and horrible wait staff, hostess and manager, couldn't pay me to go back here

Amateur hour at the Assembly. I gotta agree with Ryan's review and it sucks writing this cause I live so close to this place that looked promising. Service from a particular waitress was terrible and the worst part was, the waitress and the manager were made clearly aware of the shortcomings of the service and didn't put forth the effort to make it right. I get it, we all have off days and that's fine, but when you find out that even the manager doesn't give a flying puck about your complaint and doesn't offer a resolution, then that's a HUGE problem.

I went here again & met a friend at the bar. We had the spinach dip, which seems a bit too cheesy, and we had the steak on a stick, which was awesome, but looked like it had just come from the Chinese restaurant down the street. We each had a glass of wine & the total was $40, not including the tip. I'm debating a return visit because service at the bar wasn't the greatest.

I only went in for a drink and an app. Kitchen closes at ten, which is corny. The margarita was gross...too much sour mix in the pre-made mix Finally, when they started playing the banjos it left....lame. closes at 1.

The food was good, the drink service wasn't bad either. They billed my card for another bill that was not mine. I found out about this two days later when I reviewed my Credit Card bill. After calling back, they were able to tell me that it will take up to 7 days to put back on my card. Ruined a good experience at the place. If the waitress would of just told me when I was there, instead of me having to follow up I would not of been upset. Beware!

Great to have a new place in Quincy! Clean, friendly, and well taken care of, I was greeted with a smile. The space is well designed, large, warm and inviting. The Guinness was absolutely perfect, took their time "building it" the best I have had in Boston in a long time. The menu is great, priced very well, with many options from pizzas to entrees. Give it a shot again or try it for the first time, it won't disappoint!

You're thinking about it? Don't do it. AWFUL. So we just moved back to Boston after three years in NY. We've been spoiled with the restaurants there, but we wanted to find our little neighborhood spot and though Assembly might be it. Like I said, we just moved back, so funds are tight. Assembly seemed to be a great fit considering it's cheap, just renovated, and the yelp reviews weren't so bad. Here's what happened start to finish: We enter the doors, expecting a hostess to greet us since that's what happens when you go to a restaurant. She stood there, staring at us, completely overwhelmed at the fact that we had just walked in and there was a party of 6 waiting. Clearly nothing else for her to do, yet my boyfriend had to go over to her after about 3 minutes of waiting before she let us know there was a 40 minute wait. 40 minutes? Definitely didn't look that crowded but whatever, we were fine with it and just grabbed beers at the bar. Can't beat $4 Sam Summers! So then, after about 15 minutes she seats us. We get to our table which is super cute, a hightop right in the front window. Loved it. Our waitress comes after about 15 minutes, which was too long, but we weren't in a rush so it was fine. She takes our order, and we put in for our apps and dinner at one time, obviously thinking it'd come out like it should. We ordered the crab cakes (not good, basically just a fried thing with barely any crab at all), the terriyaki skewers (my boyfriend loved but I thought were just ok), and for dinner we ordered the lobster mac and cheese and the grilled chicken sandwich. Lobster mac is good, not a lot of lobster but the taste is good, and the grilled chicken sandwich was exactly what you'd expect, nothing special. HOWEVER, ALL of our food came out at the same time! Huge no-no. The girl who brought us our food had zero clue as to what was going on. I asked her why everything was coming out at once and she said, "ask your waitress" and basically threw the food on the table. I get that she isn't the waitress, but she doesn't need to be rude about it. Obviously there was miscommunication somewhere, whether that was between the cooks or our waitress we'll never know, but all they did was give us two free beers. Thanks for the $8 bucks. This is my first yelp review and I am not a complainer by any means, but we literally haven't gone out in a month since we moved back to Boston and we thought Assembly would be awesome and the $60 we spent to go out tonight was such a disappointment it literally makes us sick. And, no AC. It was 101 degrees today. Really Assembly?

I really like Assembly...great bartenders, good wait staff, good food for a bar. But the DJ on Friday nights totally not necessary!!! They are WAY to loud and the touch tunes juke box is all anyone really needs. I will be back but not on or Friday or Saturday when there is live music. Keep it simple people just want to hang out and have drinks. If I want loud music I'll go into Boston.

So Murphy's always smelled of heavy cleaning products and dirty mop water so when I heard the Shenanigans people of Southie were taking over, I couldn't wait. We finally went for an afternoon beer to check it out and see what they were offering on the menu. This place has so much potential. For a night out with the guys or girls, kicking back to have a few drinks-it's great. The layout is terrific and it feels open and spacious. The decor was done right-you could be in anyplace in downtown. Now, for the menu. The pizza the couple across from us ordered looked tasty. And while it is a bar, and I imagined they would have bar food, i'm just so disappointed at the lack of creativity. I got perked up when I saw an "Irish BLT." I imagined some inventive corn beef creation, but alas, it is just bacon, lettuce and tomato on bread. Don't try to pander to my heritage my putting "Irish" before food unless you're going to slap some serious meat and/or potatoes on that plate! Just standard bar fare, though. Such high hopes. I had hoped this place would parallel DBAR in Dorchester: Great bar, FANTASTIC martinis and a really creative but simple menu (please, God, get the gnocchi if it is still on the menu and you try the place after reading this-you won't be disappointed.) I really wanted this to be my go-to place for any weeknight whim. And for a drink with some friends, it may be occasionally. But I will not pay for an over-priced "Irish" BLT or other standard bar food. I make better food at home. Assembly - get creative, or at least slightly adventurous on the food.

We've been to the Assembly 4 times in the past month. We love the margherita pizza and the salads. The waitresses are very attentive and the price is right. I highly recommend it.

Can't say enough great things about this place. Had the Lemon Drop Martini, EXCELLENT I had chicken parm and my husband has the salmon. Fantastic. I am so happy there is someplace GREAT to eat in NQ now. Service was very good and attentive. Pumpkin Cheesecake for dessert was great, they should sell them. Believe me I'm a hard sell; but this place is the bomb. Made plans already for a girls night next week!!!

My second time there and was really looking forward to it...their Fish n Chips are yummmm. Pretty simplistic beer options but really nice atmosphere. Great night until my friends crab cakes were raw, flavorless and well, gross looking, and my boyfriend had a giant piece of plastic (edging?) in his salad. He told the waitress and she took it away..came back with the bill with the charge for the salad. He said there was no way he was paying for it and she said she guessed she could take it off the bill. We noticed her go to the manager and they all turned and laughed. No thanks. Won't be back.

the food is pretty good, but the service makes me not want to go back. Don't ask your waitress if you have questions about the menu because she doesn't know. And when your food finally comes, it's not at all what's described on the menu (and don't nicely say that, because you will get attitude).

Refreshing! Friendly! Good food! Yummy steak skewers, fish tacos and burgers. That's all I've tried so far, and they get high marks from me. Service is very friendly, professional and attentive. Plus I felt I knew the people who work there, because I recognized them from Shenanigan's in South Boston. I am impressed at being remembered there despite crowds weekend evenings. They are open for lunch, too, if you like quieter time to have a conversation and gossip a bit ... for instance, I learned the twin brothers who owned the previous establishment "Murphy's" are making a movie with the money they made from selling the bar. Can't wait to see it, and to catch up on more gossip the next time I visit Assembly. One more note, the decor is quite unusual and appealing... A rugged, industrial, open feel puts you at ease, with gorgeous teak paneling, high ceilings, brick and really cool light fixtures. And what was it I heard from a friend I saw there last week? He thought the bolts in the teak panels are made of silver? Or so he had heard... Pure conjecture!.... I asked and they are not made of silver!! Very nice addition to North Quincy!

The only negative I can say about Assembly is if you like dumpy dive bars then Assembly isn't your place... this place is a first of it's kind in Quincy, the interior is nothing like you'll find in Quincy or the South Shore, it's as hip and chic urban as the exterior is unassuming. A group of 6 of (1 local, 3 Manhattanites, 1 Bostonian & 1 Londoner), we were met with a smile from the gorgeous hostess, seated promptly and service was great (we told our server that we"ll be drinking till we stay stop and she was spot on, not once did we have to order, she delivered our drinks with a sip left in each, the food was fantastic (chili was over top good) and the Manager Beejay was just like the chilli, great! Made sure we were happy with everything, just great! The crowd filled with mainly mid 20's to 30's (Saturday night) however there was a sprinkling of folks in their 40's through 60's... Overall, a great place to catch a game or just for a chill evening for better than the average bar food. To close, hopefully other places in Quincy and the surrounding areas will take a page out of this playbook and duplicate their brilliant efforts.

Met here recently for dinner and a drink with a couple of friends. It's comfortable, and was pretty decently populated for early on a Tuesday evening. The service was great, and the BBQ Chicken pizza was exactly what I needed. There was more than enough for me, I took the remainder home for 2 more meals. The friends both ordered buffalo chicken sandwich and though it was enjoyable, it was slightly unmanageable - we recommend it being cut in half before attempted to be eaten. The chicken is pounded so it's a large piece - made sort of flatish - and therefore hanging out over the bun,m etc. The list of wines is not extensive, though the bar certainly still had lots of offer. The layout makes more sense to me than the place that was there previously did. I imagine it's very lively on Wed when they have trivia night! I would go back again, and my friends would too, maybe they'd just order a different sandwich.
