Kick me! Tucked away inside a Mobil station in beautiful downtown Cedarville, Boston MoJoe has great coffee! Delicious, medium roast, no bitterness about it, good coffee. I've been here many times since they opened, replacing a DD drive through (the drive through still exists). I've tried the hot mocha latte as well and while you won't find it to be the same as a Starbucks mocha, it's a litle more aggressive, I like it . Not too sweet, not too bitter, very tasty! They definitely have more of a muffin selection than any chain DD, the blueberry muffins are flavorful without that heavy as a rock feeling two hours after you have one, just a nice big muffin. A big seasonal item is ice cream, both regular and soft serve with toppings and cones to choose from.I haven't tried a cone only because I'm working my way through the muffins. When you stop here, you might just be filling the car and looking for just a quick coffee on your way from here to there, but wait - there's more! Breakfast sandwiches, croissants, lunch-ish sandwiches, tasty dessert treats. The drive through window shows you the menu, but you don't really see what's there unless you step inside this spotlessly clean, always friendly Mobil station and see what's up that day- always a surprise. However . . .as tasty as everything is, there's always a but - the coffee can be really good BUT there's one particular employee who is so hit or miss with her preparation that I've learned the hard way to walk (or drive) away rather than take a chance with her. In a place where great customer service seems to be the norm, everyone is always friendly and helpful - I encountered her the first time when I ordered a large mocha latte (you can't simply say a "mocha", it confuses them for some reason) and I received a medium regular coffee. I handed that back and after a frustrating conversation drove away. That scene was repeated with variations three more times. I actually gave up on the place for a month or so at that point and returned one day when I was jonesing for a blueberry muffin lighter than you'd find at The Blueberry Muffin down the street. The counterwoman (the one with the short dark hair, super efficient & friendly) made a perfect coffee and it's been that way ever since. Until two weeks ago, when I encountered The One Who Makes Bad Coffee and in place of a large mocha latte, received - something weird. It seemed to be a lukewarm mocha, more mocha than coffee. In fact when I took it home and nuked it it was like a weak hot chocolate. So be warned - check your beverage of choice to be sure it's what you ordered -BUT - as long as it is, you will be pleased with Boston MoJoe.
