I had saw a lot of reviews most bad. And a friend made me try it anyway and let me tell you I am glad he did!!!! A lot of the reviews are from ex employees and want to make people think it's a bad restaurant and it's not best pizza and wings ever not only that they have almost anything you want. Verry good thank you empire!!!

I usually order from the pizza place across the street from Empire, and have no issues, but I was with a friend who wanted these guys. NEVER again. I ordered a salad which clearly states on the menu that it has chicken on it. After an hour wait (and it wasn't dinner time), the food arrives... and there's no chicken on the salad. When I called, I expected them to bring some chicken out, right? Nope. I was asked if I had "touched" the salad (yeah, I opened it?), and because I had, the owner wouldn't do anything but give me a $5 credit for "next time"! The girl on the phone profusely apologized and said she knew it was ridiculous but that's the way he is. Don't order from here. My friend's food (wings) looked like they came off a chickadee, not a chicken, and with my $12 chicken-less salad, never again.

Customer service is terrible. The food is OK if it gets delivered in a timely manner. I think the delivery people drive around for awhile with the windows down.

By far one of the worst dining experiences I've had. My biggest problem was the service aspect. The girl taking my order didn't listen I anything I said and I had to repeat everything twice. Only to have her give me the wrong soda and my order was incorrect. She delivered my food with no napkins or silverware and the conversations amongst the staff were not acceptable for customers ears. Oh and because I paid with a debit card and my order was less than $10 they charged me $1 extra! Not pleased. I understand its fast food but ill give my pizza business so someone who values their customers more.

Horrible. Ordered the pastrami deluxe sandwich with fries to go. Waited 15 minutes to receive a small sandwich and cold steak fries. Also missing the coleslaw that should have been included. There was no need to make me wait 15 minutes just to give me cold fries. Avoid this disaster.

Nothing but a cheap imitation of liberty pizza..... you can find a lot better pizza in this town!

I waited for about 15 minutes to get my two slices. One was pepperoni and the other was black olives. The place was all but empty during prime lunch hours. It wasn't bad, it wasn't great, it was just average.
