I love all the 99's locations around the south shore! Always delicious food! Alcoholic Drinks aren't very strong but I don't go to the 99 for the drinks! Buffalo sauce is amazing, fish and chips is to die for, steak tips also great! Nothing is ever bad here!

Hubs and I came here with friends of ours and their kids. There is only one word to sum up "The Ninety Nine Experience" as I like to say: consistent. The food is always consistent. Great? Nah, not really. Terrible? Nah, not really. We were seated quickly in a large booth for the six of us. Our server was very polite, she knew the menu inside and out and rattled off the specials with no hesitation. Drinks first, then came popcorn, and then came our entrees. One person in the group ordered prime rib that was served more rare than "medium" but our server quickly remedied the situation and the problem was taken care of. I stick with the balsamic chicken that although isn't "authentic" (I can tell the sauce is straight from a bottle), it's never really disappointing. When paired with steamed broccoli, it's not terrible health-wise (just don't look at the sodium content). Overall, consistent food, good service, and okay prices. So, don't write it off too quickly.

5 stars based on comparing it to similar chain restaurants... no this is not a 5 star dining kind of place. This 99 has great, friendly service. Consistently reliable food. Good prices. And it is in an easy to access location just off the highway on Rt. 123. The 99 is clean and they are often giving to local charities. The steaks have come a long way and I feel as though this location is constantly improving. It is definitely better than it was several years ago. New menu just came out too and there are a few more tasty options.
My mother is a huge fan of the Ninety Nine. She's always talking about how she'd go there on her lunchbreak and get a 99 cent burger (back in the 1970's). The food and service at this location seems to be constantly improving and evolving.

I eat here at least twice a week. The food and service is good. I did not say great....good. It is a chain and I am sure there is plenty of turnover in staffing. The menu changes trying to find the perfect mix. The company is trying. I have even been asked to be on the panel picking new menu items. Listen to this...The new menu items are picked from a picture. You do not get a chance to view or taste. What a joke. I quit the panel. A place to go when you are hungry. The value is quite high; although I have noticed that similar restaurant chains have kicked up their offerings. Average food at an average price.....final rating.........AVERAGE !!

This 99 was a complete let down. My boyfriend and I rarely spend our hard earned money on food, and this was an exception. We decided on a spontaneous trip so we stopped at the 99 before spending some time at Brant Rock. My boyfriend had gotten the Crispy Cod BLT. We didn't end up going to the beach because he wasn't feeling good when we left. Late last night & starting at 5am this morning he had gotten violently sick & still is. It most definitely was the fish from the 99. Extremely disappointed, don't waste your money. At least if you go to a Wendy's you don't get bad fish... Never going back.

I drive by this place on the way home from work every night and it's always mobbed. So last week I stopped here with my husband. It was about 8 and full as usual. We grabbed the last 2 seats at the bar. After lookingat the wine list which had no prices, the bartendress came by and I asked if she had any wine-by-the-glass lists WITH prices and she said, "No. Most places don't now." (Puh-leeze! Insulting policy and then insulted.) And no, they do. Most places do. "I can tell you", she offered. "Okay - chardonnays" "Kendall Jackson is $7.67" "Okay. I'll have that." ($7.67?) The service was slow with boring, unwatched sporting events on all tv's despite the fact that it was the night of the Democratic Convention which someone might have actually watched. The whole place felt overmanaged. I felt like my steak was 6.5 ounces, accompanied by 2.5 ounces of vegetables. Oddly, all mentions of blue cheese are "bleu" in this very un-French, suburban, steak house. The food was okay. It was oddly depressing. We won't be back.

Just got back from having my expectations greatly exceeded... Hello LOBSTER ROLL!!! These folks have some sort of special going on lobster rolls, and I'm more than happy for that. Fresh lobster [as far as I can tell] and plenty of it - nice snappy cole slaw & french fries. Quick service, no hurrying us out. Drinks o.k., but what a nice meal!

Go on a Sunday to the bar and be lucky enough to have either Carly or Lisa serve you. Lisa is professional and friendly. Carly is the bomb as a bartender! Outstanding, spicy bloody Marys. She doesn't just pick up a mix, she adds the horseradish, olives, celery, pepper-rimmed glasses. Also, the three cheese nachos are great here.

Reasonable Prices...Popcorn for the kids...great family restaurant very clean location and well maintained off of rte 3 exit 12 on way to cape. Kids love it and the food is good. The bar is fun with TVS for sports... This one is better than most of the chains restaurants.

These aren't generally on my top list of places unless it's beer and nachos at the bar. Had the kiddos and needed something quick. Went with a chicken wrap sandwich. Not too bad, first time I've had asparagus in a wrap. Decent services and we were out the door quickly.

Suckpump city!!! The Ninety Nine's has consistently gone way downhill over the past 10 years or so. I mean this place is awful. The only good thing about going here the other night was our sweet waitress...that's all folks! The boy got the seafood chowder to start....he made me try it and honestly I was pretty sketched out about partaking lol. The flavor was decent...but seafood...yeah...I was fishing around in there and I saw some clams and baby shrimp (like the ones that are the size of your finger nail). Like anyone should be surprised by this....what a joke! I got the mushroom blue entrée which featured the "prime" sirloin, topped with blue cheese, accompanied by steamed broccoli and grilled tomatoes. I knew it was going to suck, I'm such a jackwagon for even ordering it, tisk tisk. Obviously the steak was overcooked and tough, shit piece of steak....when the veggies are the best thing that you ate that's a problem. The boy got the fried seafood platter...eh..schmeh...whatever. ARGH I'm not going here again! People mainly come here for the apps....why I don't know! They barely even have anything to choose from aside from your run O' the mill wings, tater skins, fried mozz, nachosm etc....wicked pissah...not!
