Updating my review to give it 5 stars because those 1 star reviews are preposterous! If anyone has had a bad experience here that's one thing, but it doesn't make it a one star establishment. The new pretzel burger is the bomb too, I hope they keep it as a permanent item.

This Wendy's is bad news. Careless and aweful. Stale bread, no whip cream OR cherry on my Frosty shake, stale fries... Never again.

Waited about 5 mins for someone to take my order because the staff was to busy talking with each other when I got the food the fries was cold when trying to enjoy the food all u can hear is the staff yelling at each other not the best Wendy's I been too

This is five stars, as far as Wendy's go (so take that for what it is worth). Staff is generally friendly, they have always gotten my order correct, and you can be off and back on rte 1 with a JBC in a couple of minutes.

As an owner of 2 pizza shops it's Very Sad that i have to go into a food establishment and listen to another language as i order AND as i eat. The place was clean, i get up to the counter as 2 spanish speaking employees are going back n forth at the register. As 3 customers are waiting patiently to order. There was absolutely NO hustle in any of them Including the manager who was all bundled up like he was goin to alaska ? Took me atleast 10 minutes to order my food for my 2 & 4 yr olds. Mgr stood there staring as 1 register wasnt even being utilized ? He then walked out back after looking at the 3 of us. The register girl (very bad broken english) was in no hurry to take orders as she stood near the fries ? Finally get food, it was decent but couldnt enjoy it too much as all i could here was the Mgr and 2 employees speaking very loud in spanish next to the front counter ? This is my 2nd very similar experience at this Wendys location. I WILL NOT return here again. All i can say is 'time to reevaluate employee performance' Cuz i'd fire them all personally. No Hustle , No Job - its called fast food for a reason.

As Liz P. mentioned, Solid execution of what they do here. I've been here a few times over the past month or so and they haven't messed up the order yet. Knock on wood! If you're parking here, it can get tight during lunch/dinner.

This Wendy's is terrible. I have sped off in the drive thru more times that I can count and ended up at their Endicott St location. They are ALWAYS out of something! Always rude and always mess up the order. The place is usually very dirty inside the dining room so, I'd hate to see the kitchen.

3/23 9:45 pm Went here the other night! It was gross the attendant at the drive-thru his nails were gross (black). When I got home and opened the food up GROSS!!!!! Cheese was bad (pic attached). Got overcharged ! PLUS RUDE!!!!!

Hmmm, I ordered a sour cream & chive baked potato and a water. I had to ask three times for my water. My potato had no chives. Seriously?

Solid. Food is consistent, drive-through service is quick and painless, and they rarely mess up the order. Dining area is large and open with plenty of tables. Cleanliness is rarely a problem. Convenient location on Route 1 North in Peabody.
