This is by far the WORST Dunkin donuts there is. The staff is rude and vulgar. One guy that worked there made sexual remarks against me. Also I have a friend who works there and say that they are serving expired food I.e meat and dairy. They only switch the date labels not the actual food. Plus a lot of the staff will pocket the money and not even put it in the register. There is another dunkies on needham st and I suggest to just go there . This should be shut down.

I never thought I would have a problem with a place being overstaffed. Too many teenagers in a confided place, very noisy, and they never get an order correct. Maybe it's because they can't hear over each other. Everything with foods is a half assed job at least. How does a Dunkacino sound like a strawberry coolata?! Or an iced tea?! Just go to the Starbucks down the street. It just feels like a social club in there.

Every time I go here they screw up my order. Legitimately EVERY single time I have went. There is 0 consistency at this branch. EXTREMELY annoyed. Update: Greg, the manager, contacted me, offered his apologies, and also offered to give me 2 free meals due to the mistake. The next day, I came in and saw that Greg himself was making the food to make sure it was right. Pretty awesome effort. Thanks for listening.

Service is okay, but they charge me the full price, when I bring in a coffee cup to be refilled. Which sucks, some other branches in this chain at least honor something, and give a little discount. I mean I'm saving them money by letting them use my cup. And if they are going to charge for an extra cup, they should charge less if I am not using one (two way street no?) But the staff is friendly, and it is clean. I'll try the other local coffee places when I need my ice coffee fix in the future though. Sorry Dunkins

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been in. I work in the area and this is the only DD in walking distance so that's the only reason I go here. The staff is extremely rude and extremely slow!!! Even the man who I presume is the manager is quite unfriendly. Every time I go in here it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get my order. Today with one person ahead of me it took 6 minutes for anyone to even take my order (mind you there were 4 people behind the counter!). The staff is much more concerned in bitching and complaining amongst themselves than taking care of paying customers. Then when I got my order (another 7-8 minutes later) I got an English muffin that was hard as a rock! The staff here should go check out the DD on Needham St they have it down to a science! You can go in there with a line 20 people deep and be in and out in well under 10 minutes. I'll be frequenting Peet's and Starbucks more often from now on. Every time I go into this Dunks I leave infuriated!

This is the ONLY Dunkin Donuts in Newton Center. I am a Dunkie's lover. But they are terrible here. I don't have a choice but to come here. My advice... 1) Plan to spend at least 10 minutes for one coffee 2) Make sure you repeat 3 times. They always mix up the order 3) Double check your order. Eight out of ten times, they are missing stuff or giving you someone else's order. 4) Taste your coffee before you move away from the cash register or you'll have to wait for another 10 minutes. *Starbucks coffee is too strong for me, but I'll get use to it.

I stop by everyday for my morning coffee. The staff is usually pretty friendly and efficient. I've learned that the 7:30ish-8am time slot is the worst time to visit. Not only is the location tiny, they aren't always staffed with enough people to handle the rush. The line can get so bad that it goes out the door - literally. Not particularly what I want to be doing while waiting to my morning coffee on a snowy winter day. Over time some of the staff has gotten to recognize me and can usually recite my standard order. They have it down to a science. The newbs are the ones who usually screw up the sugar portion and put enough in my coffee to give me diabetes in the first 5 sips. This is probably my preferred coffee stop...unless it's a snowy winter day and there's a drive-thru available somewhere.

Dunkin, I wouldn't have made it through many days without you!!! Grew up down the street and even think I had my first coffee EVER at this Dunkin Donuts. The staff are friendly, efficient and constantly changing (haha) Go with a large French vanilla or coconut iced coffee, you will not be disappointed!

I grew up on starbucks, so dunkin donuts coffee tastes really bland to me, but donuts are good. GOOD FOR: Large iced coffee with skim milk and four splendas is pretty awesome.
