Small Great place to get take out. 1/2 Chicken or 1/2 rack of ribs. Comes with Fries, Rice or salad. The 1/2 rack ribs is like a full rack in most restaurants. The Chicken kabob is always huge and good. This place is located in a tough area of New Bedford. There is always a wait for take out. If you like Portuguese style chicken and ribs, one of the best places in NB to go...

It's ok....Novo Mundo is much better, and you don't have to worry about salmonella poisoning.

Quick note: category says Greek but this Is most definitely a Portuguese establishment. Great fried chicken bbq chicken. Pork just as good. Seasonally (Thanksgiving / Christmas and probably to order during other times of the year) they have decent platters that give you a taste of Portuguese cuisine. Next door they have a sit down restaurant as well as a decent size bar. Prices are pretty reasonable. Their main business is take out but like I said they do have some tables for a sit down meal. For a genuine Portuguese bbq experience (plus other fare) you can't go wrong with this restaurant. Not the best part of town but parking lot is a quick walk to the door. A gem in an otherwise tarnished neighborhood, but don't let that you avoid you from taking advantage of a taste of Portugal in the north end of New Bedford
