This is a summary of my expericence at this Wendy's location for the past 6 months. The food is very much the standard Wendy's fair. Depends on when you visit and who is working, you get either nice and fresh burgers, fries, chicken sandwichs, and chicken nuggets or you get something that seemed to have been sitting there for hours. For the most part, the food is fine. The service at this location is what ultimately drives me away for good. Out of the 7 to 8 times I have frequented this place, the folks behind the counters are always less than pleasant. I have been short-changed 3 times when paying with cash. I can see it was only 0.10 to 0.50 each time, but imagine if they do that to every other customer each day, they are ending up with stealing more than $100 a day in change. One time, I was overcharge for an additional burger, they only wanted to refund me the exact amount of the burger, but not the taxes that they had also charged me. I tried to get the counter-person to understand that when she charged me for an extra burger that I did not order or want, she had also charged me for taxes related to that burger. She then said she can't open the register to give me my full refund until someone else buys something. I waited for another customer to buy something before she gave me my money back. The worst part of it was that she didn't immediately give me my money back, she made me wait until she took care of the other customer and made me feel as if I was wrong, The last straw came when I bought a meal that was listed for one price, but it rung up for $0.50 more. So I basically charged $0.54 more for the same item that was advertised. (No, I did not up size and the price that rung up was not for any up-size) I told the counter person that their price list indicated this meal would cost such amount as advertised, the price is right there for he and I to see. He said, sorry, I can't do nothing, it rung up as charged. I asked to speak with a manager. He came to the front and asked what is the problem. After explaining the "problem" to him, there was no apology, he just handed me $0.54. This leads me to think they know exactly what they are doing at this location, scamming unsuspecting customers by either short-changing them or by charging more for advertised items. I had told him that they advertised one price and their registered rung up a different price and that seems kind of unfair and he should fix that. He said he can't do anything about it. Well, I will. I will do something about it with my feet by not going there any more.

I have banned this location for life.First of all theres the amazingly rude Hispanic girl.How about leftovers from the night before that were reheated and served to me.Or botched drive through order.Soggy french fries.Or how about the time I got a chocolate shake with 3/4 filled with chocolate syrup.Avoid this place at all costs.

This location is great!. The food is good. The nuggets and the chicken sandwich's were hot and crispy. The place is kept really clean. They've also got one of those cool soda machines, which apparently has over 100 different drinks. There is free WiFi at this location, which is a great plus! Definitely will be back.

This is the best Wendy's that has ever existed. I have been going here for years. I drive my car there, get a spicy chicken sandwich meal WITH a slice of cheese, sit in my car, and eat the food while listening to metal. There is no finer way to spend your 12:30-12:42am on a weeknight. Did I mention I love this Wendy's? Seriously.

I enjoy wendys more so than other generic fast food joints. The problem with this wendys is they dont give a flying f*** about you...which is impressive, given the basic minimum service and hospitality required of fast food. Undercooked fries, cold fries, incorrect orders. If only they spit in your drink theyd've hit for the cycle

The service from the manager here is great. He's friendly and helpful. They have great deals and for the most part, great food. For DriveThru folks, there is a sign that states (on the speaker): "If we don't suggest Chicken Nuggets, you get a coupon for Free Chicken Nuggets for your next purchase", so if they don't offer Chicken Nuggets to you, ask for the coupon. Who doesn't want FREE food!!

This location has never done me wrong, the staff is always friendly, effective & effective. I usually will use their drive thru which is average, good clearance for my truck & it not a maze like some of these new places. They recently had a renovation which makes the place up today but I do miss the days of the salad bar, old fashioned tables with old advertisements on them. I wish that the driveway in & out was easier to manage especially given the amount of fast moving traffic on route 9. Inside the location, it is clean & bright plus they still kept the brass coral from the older restaurants. It's not as busy as the new McDonald's with all the added televisions & such, Wendy's seems to try harder than most fast food places & locations like this show.

Have avoided Wendys since they did something different with the buns a couple of years back. Wife wanted to try it again so we did. Buns still taste funny, fries were not hot, too much mayo and gave my wife a single even though we paid for a double! Won't repeat especially with Five Guys nearby!

Food is ok but they have this hispanic clown working as a cashier, she's very rude and bitchy. She obviously hates her job. I wouldn't show up to work with bad make up and in a bad mood.

For whatever reason, I always think of Wendy's as the least generic out of the big 3 fast food restaurants (McDs, Wendy's, BK). I always get their 9-piece chicken nuggets and medium fries. Their switch over to "natural cut" fries actually tastes better, although I doubt it's any healthier. I've been seeing the same woman behind the counter for years, and she's actually pretty alert for a suburban Wendy's cashier. This place is good if you're in a hurry and need to pick up something fast. I'm not a regular, but I have no problem stopping over occasionally to get my daily grease intake.

This Wendy's used to have the weirdest/most awesome guy working behind the counter. He was kind of like a voiceover guy who happened to work the register at a fast food restaurant. After you ordered, he'd say "FOR THE DINING ROOM!!" in this booming voice and it was awesome. They stopped doing the buffet here, apparently after a lot of people got sick, but I used to really like the buffet with the tacos and whatnot. Regardless, it's a Wendy's, so it kind of tastes like all the other Wendy's. The big plus for this one is that there are not a lot of restaurants open late night in the suburbs, so the late night drive-thru here makes it a favorite spot of many Newton/Needham high school students. It's right on the way to the Natick Mall if you're coming from the east, so it's a nice place to stop if you want to not pay mall prices and can deal with how this Wendy's is consistently pretty busy. Late at night, look out for the cats near the dumpster! Unless they've somehow solved the problem, it was quite the cat hangout.
