Live nearby and have gone several times, nothing special, and the staff was somewhat rude each time--just kind of weird and resentful attitudes; act like they're bothered to have customers and have private conversations throughout interactions..that sort of thing. What prompted me to write a review was the hideous treatment my husband had there last week. He has an accent, Euro, and when he ordered the women behind the counter snickered and stared. He addressed it right away--a it went quiet and no one replied. One woman changed her tune, was solicitous, but a younger woman continued to be rude, even gave him his hot drink with the top not secure. My husband addressed that too and she didn't say anything in reply, but looked away guiltily. It was really out of line and an anomaly for this usually pretty great chain. We go elsewhere now, and encourage friends/neighbors, etc. to avoid it.

For a Dunkin Donuts, this Milton location is fairly run-of-the-mill. Small and fast service. Fairly nice employees who get your order right and down the line. Besides that, there isn't much to review considering it is a Dunkin Donuts.

So this was my first time at Dunkin' Donuts, and I must say I was impressed! The staff was super friendly and they made us coffee while talking to us and asking us about the west coast. The food however, is another story. It was like Starbucks meets McDonalds. With that said... Would I go back there for coffee? Probably .. maybe... only if I have to.. Would I want to eat there again .. most likely not.. However.. for the awesomeness of the staff.. I give them 4 stars :)

I usually don't review chains, but the service here was spectacular! I was really grouchy one morning (I'm not a morning person) and ordered an iced peach tea with a hint of sugar and two lemons plus a complicated food order. Not only did they get it right, the person behind the counter actually spoke to me! "Have a nice day. Stop looking so down!" It just took two simple sentences to make my day. I went to work with a skip in my step.

I have been to many Dunkin Donuts in my day. This was by far the worst one I have ever been to. The drive though line always takes 15-20 minutes, and it's not because of people ordering big orders. The place is waaaay over-staffed. I have frequently been given the wrong order and when I ask for it to be rectified, I get attitude from the employees. For example, today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. After waiting 25 minutes in the drive through, I pulled up and paid. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes for my bagel to be ready. The cashier at the drive through was miserable, not polite at all. Come to find out as I pulled away, I wasn't given a bagel, I got a breakfast sandwich. I went back inside get my correct order, and it took forever to be served. There were two cashiers not serving anyone, and the woman who finally served me helped me right away (the only reason this place got a star at all). Another time I went inside and the people at the "pick-up" station gave my order to someone else, then they were rude to me when I asked where my food was after 25 minutes. They insisted I was wrong and that they had already given out that order. After finally convincing them that they gave it to the wrong person, it took another 15 minutes for them to re-add my order to the list. These situations are not a one-time occurrence. I have never had a good experience at this place. Never again.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts in the entire Quincy area. I have no idea how they manage to mess up a black iced coffee every time I go there. It ends up as a watered down mess with poor flavor. I get DD coffee from all over MA, and this is one of the worst when it comes to coffee quality. The attitude of the staff varies from apathetic to annoyed. There are a few good people that work there, but I can't guarantee they are always going to be there when I want a coffee. The place needs to work on consistency with their service. Manager needs to pass out some smelling salts because that place needs to WAKE UP.

By far the worst DD I have ever experienced. They always, always screw up our order to the point where I have written them off several times. The problem is my young son loves DD food and they are the only one in Milton, so I end up going back there to make him happy. Inevitably our order is shorted, or the sandwiches are completely wrong, and we always get takeout so it's not worth driving back. Checking your order before leaving is absolutely necessary, but often you can't catch the mistake until you get home and actually open the wrappers. Today was the absolute last straw, even my son said never again. Two simple items, egg and cheese croissants, for some reason came with their inedible "sausage" which was heat bonded to the croissant and cheese so removal was not an option. Nor was eating them. F this place.

I visit Dunkin Donuts daily. This is the best Dunkin I've ever been to. It's clean and the staff is so friendly. The staff stay for years - there is a low turnover. The manager usually has my coffee ready when he sees me. There is no drive-thru but there's plenty of parking.
