I enjoy this one because it's 24 hours. My friend actually lives down the street so very often at some crazy hour like 2 or 3 AM, we'll end up going to dunks, getting coffee, and just sitting there drinking it, having a good time. The staff is friendly and they love to joke. "Can you open the bathroom please?" "$5." "Medium Vanilla Chai?" "$20." A sense of humor is always good. They always get my orders right (unlike the one closer to my house, further down eastern ave.) and the food or beverages are always yummy.

As a red blooded American who needs coffee in the morning in order to formulate coherent sentences, I can say I have a good amount of experience with Dunkin Donuts. That's why it's unfortunate and somewhat astounding that a chain restaurant where the quality of food should generally be uniform nation-wide, could have such a weak link as this one. It seems as though all the food was left out overnight before purchase as even in the morning it is always stale. The staff is hopelessly rude and it makes me wonder how they were even hired in the first place. One specific event comes to mind. I ordered a black coffee with extra sugar. One would think that's what I would get, right? Well I was handed the coffee, and then made to take sugar packets from my servers hand... from my rude servers hand. While it may sound snarky to complain about something so minor- imagine walking to work stirring in sugar from packets into your coffee. This is something I don't think I've ever experienced before and that's why I will avoid this place the best I can, despite its close proximity to my home.

Typical of any other DD. The go through staff quicker than most people change their underoos. My husband jokes around with the manager and the owner when they're around. (We drink coffee ALL DAY LONG ) so we're there some days a few times. The owner wants only over 18 employees so although my 17 yr old is an extremely responsible young lady with a genuine desire to work they won't hire her. I don't know why they're constantly getting new staff...I can't venture to say. It's clean, if there is a local increase on the average price of coffee at the other DDs you can guarantee this location will be on the band wagon ASAP.

Dont let the line in the drive thru on weekday mornings scare you... THEY FLY... I am always satisfied & have yet (in all the years) to receive my drink wrong... Which is hard to say considering all the other Dunks I go to they usually screw somthing up... Love this one!

I am not a big fan of Dunkin Donuts. I love the donuts but I think the quality from location to location is very inconsistent and I think service and attitude sucks. This however, is a very well organized and run Dunkin Donuts and the people who work here are great. Most of the people who work here are Indian and they seem to take a lot of pride in the work they do. Be careful in this parking lot, it is a very tight squeeze.

Can't believe this Dunks location's got no love. This one is my favorite by far. First of all, it has a drive-thru. Secondly, the employees are on their game. They repeat the order back to you and never mess it up. Love. It's true the drive-thru does get a little crazy in the mornings, but don't all "red blooded American"s? Love this Dunks. Keep on keepin' on.
