It does not live up to its name. I decided to go here right after it opened. I was the second person in line behind someone who was just receiving their coffee. I had to wait over 5 minutes to be served because the cashier and the customer kept remaking the coffee to make sure they liked it (not sure what they kept changing). I was finally served by another employee and finally got my donut. It was comparable, if not a little worse, than dunkin' donuts; definitely not worth the horrible service. I tried going again and decided to get a muffin. It was lackluster at best. The Donelan's supermarket down the street has better donuts and muffins than Gourmet Donuts.
