We were at a soccer tournament in nearby Lancaster with 4 hours between games, two hungry kids, and a puppy. What to do? Get breakfast. Found this little place in Leominster and it was like a journey into another world. An older clientele, photos of war vets on the walls, ceramic duckies in the bathroom, a wall-hanging with tigers lying in a pride in the savannah (yes, tigers, pride, savannah). So a real informal atmosphere. But what can I say? An egg is an egg, and my egg sandwich cost $1.50. My kids got pancakes ($2) and 2 eggs with sausage and homefries and toast ($4). Simple fare, unbelievable prices. And no one seemed to mind that we stopped by, although I suspect everyone else who was there eats there 4-5 a week.
