Another bad experience on the 9. Ordered a bowl of soup and a turkey panini to go. After about 9 (no lie) people that ordered after me got their food I went up to check on it and was told they made our sandwich wrong and that it'd be up in just a min. We get home to find they gave us a cold ham sandwich and the "bowl" of soup was about half filled- literally 2 inches of space left in the bowl. The process took over 20 mins to get this lame excuse of a $14 lunch, too. After calling the manager I was told they'd only be able to mail out a gift certificate to make up for it and that they'd "try to mail it out tomorrow." After reading the consumer complaints online about how this is is a common promise to disgruntled customers, it seems they rarely ever make it to the consumer. 2 stars just because I'm hopeful the refund actually makes it to my house, I'll update to 3 stars if I receive it. What a horrible experience!!!!

A Monday at 8:00 pm and they are out of bread- REALLY the cashier comments that they were really busy earlier.

Last stop at this location. Panera is really going the wrong way. Out of baguettes and tortellini alfredo, guy says they always run out of bread, and they don't order enough tortellini.

Always fresh, nice casual atmosphere. Iced Green Tea is great. Great place for good food, quick.

This panera bread is pretty good. Its very clean, and the workers here are always friendly and helpful. I usually order a salad from here and the greens are always very fresh as well as the vegetables. The rapid pickup is perfect because you can just pay for it online and walk right in and grab your bag and leave. Super convienent. Alot of people may think its overpriced but I would say for the freshness of the bread and food that you get, it is worth it.

Do not order catering from this location. I order catering from them once or twice a month for two years and they were consistently late, missing food items, bringing incorrect orders, missing plates, cups, napkins and utensils... The final straw: they did not make or deliver my last catering order. I placed my order online a week in advance. I got an email confirmation. I called three times the day of the event and was assured that the food was on its way. Halfway into my event they finally admitted to the website "messing up" the order and suggested that I call in the order next time, and sounded like they thought they were doing me a favor by canceling the order and not charging me for food that wasn't delivered or even prepared... Something's up with this location. They are either understaffed, mismanaged, poorly trained, disorganized or some combination of all of it. They do lots of deliveries to the university and I know for a fact that I am not the first person to not have my order delivered on time or at all.

This particular location is absolute garbage. My sandwich and salad were both measly. In addition, maybe it's because I've never ordered an Asiago Steak before, but it was literally roast beef, lettuce, tomato, and onion haphazardly thrown into a tiny baguette. Disappointed- find another Panera if you want quality.

Solid place. Can't really go wrong with any Panera Bread. Love the soups. Broccoli cheddar and clam chowder are great. Nice people, a little more pricey then the usual sandwich place but always good.

I love their food. Especially the chicken Cesare sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup! I would do 5 stars but sometimes they don't clean well near the soda fountain area so there's alot of ice cubes and soda on the ground.. I almost busted my ass from that. Other than thay good food and staff

The bread is great! Their soup is good as well. The people sitting on their Mac books typing away at their screen plays or what ever they are doing. I feel like I am going to trip over a cord every time I go there.

The sandwich that Panera makes that is simply bread, cheese, and tomatoes is awesome. Get that! This Panera is really clean so you should eat here.

I don't care about this chain, or the menu for the most part, but the bacon, egg, and cheeses on their bread makes my morning everytime. Bread is always good, the cheese actually has some flavor, and the eggs are cooked well. The better choice for the breakfast sandwich. I'd choose them over, McDonald's Dunkin Donuts, or Burger King breakfast anyday.

This is my first time at this Panera Bread. This place is pretty big and there's plenty of seating. I have tried Panera Bread in Chicago and in Boston. I always have been a fan of their bagels. This time I didn't buy any bagels. I ordered the Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bread bowl. It comes with a side and I chose potato chips. The soup was very good and I recommend it.

So it's just a bit pricy for basic soup/sandwich/salad fare, but the fresh bread is so worth it. My favorite sandwich is the mediterranean veggie. Try the orange scones!!!! So delicious, and unlike other scones I've tried, not at all dry! Moist, perfect, amazing.

I have generally thought panera to be a good place for a quick bite. However, the order my office got the other day was disappointing especially since I worked there in highschool. There was live bug in one of my friend's sandwiches. In addition there was a hair in my other friend's turkey sandwich. To top it off, there was a long hair in my boss' salad. There were about 10 orders and it was ridiculous that there were so many issues. (my sandwich based on inspection was ok) They need to start wearing hair nets or something because that service is unacceptable.

The food isn't bad but this store is sort of a mad house and you can ready yourself to wait in line for a while. That said, for me it's not worth it if I have to wait. The food is average and it's anything but cheap. Besides, if you;re with a few people, you may not find a spot to sit once you've paid and have your food.
