I have been to better Popeyes restaurants in the south. The food is okay, it is very dry or overly oily. The service is not the greatest, it is a shame too cause in the south this is one of my favorite places.

Food was so and so - old and fresh mix on the Nuggets and popcorn shrimp. Had to wait long on the order, almost every table was dirty and the staff was not really interested in handling the orders. First and last visit to Popeyes.

I had the pleasure of eating lunch here with my sister today in what I thought was a massive, clean and beautiful looking Popeye's. I actually did some research and it was featured and filmed this year on Food Network's Unwrapped and this restaurant is one of the flagship Popeye's to unleash the new branding image, signage and graphics. Seriously, whatever they are doing new image wise is kick butt because for once I was happy to sit inside and eat at a fast food restaurant. Service is great with a lot of people working in the back and well, you can't really argue with Popeye's chicken. It's a chain restaurant but it still kicks the pants off of KFC any day. I believe after the meal, the general manager waved hello to us, and that always gets brownie points from me. Overall, really good vibes in here and like I said earlier, probably the best and cleanest looking Popeye's restaurant I've ever been to. Extremely pleasant experience. Too bad it's in a weird part of Fall River, but this restaurant impressed me so much I'm sure I will be returning.

Food yum! I go at noon everytime I go sometimes they have chicken sometimes there's a ten minute wait. If you have a short lunch be prepared to get something other than what you came for

Foods very good,I'd say better than kfc,but the service is shitty,slow,and very unfriendly,no one smiled made eye contact,in fact it seemed liked it pained the two girls to even breathe.I think the manager was just getting out and he said hello as he screwed the hell outta there,which was the only sign of customer service.Expect to wait a few as they had limited stuff out,which i guess is a good thing as fresh stuff is being brought out,and the fact that slugs are more happy than the pieces of art that work the front.Happy eating!!

Good food. Got a 4 piece spicy today .. mashpotatoes and Cole slaw. .really miss the grape soda. .. very quick. Very professional and the chicken is fresh and tender.

Great fried chicken as well as shrimp and other sides. This is the only place i will eat fried chicken. The staff is always pleasant and everything is clean.

Not much difference between kfc and Popeye's, but still I'd say the chicken is pleasantly spicier and more juicy.

If you were to look up the word dive it would be a picture of this popeyes the person that reviewed and said it was better then KFC has got serious issues first of all I ordered the $5box the $5 box is $6.49+tx ? I ordered mild and was told there would a 2min wait after 10 I had to find out if they were still waiting to butcher the chicken finally got my $7box bit into the chicken and was horrifed how much grease came out the other end enough to run an automobile tried the slaw and found they use relish terrible and of course the hard fake potatoes with watered down gravy the only good thing was the hot biscuit with honey they could offer free meals for a year and I would still do KFC

Tryed the chicken for the first time.. I had the rip & dip w/ fries & vole slaw .. I thought the prices were reasonable.. Friendly staff at Fall River location.. The cole slaw was very tasty and the place was very clean... And yes I would go back it tasted better than there competitor I won't say the me but the initials are K. F. C. ... Great job .
