I would love to write a great review of this place, but I just can't. Food and drink are definitely 4 star worthy. Their burgers are fantastic (although very expensive) and their drinks are great as well (although also expensive). I went here on my birthday one year and was given a free birthday shot (and charged $8 for the second one for my boyfriend, which seemed quite pricey). But everything tastes great. My issue with this place goes back to an experience I had during a Boston Bruins playoff game. I went with a group of three other people and we got there very early for dinner to make sure we had good seats with a view of the TV. We had dinner, but didn't just stop spending money and expect to keep our seats. We bought drinks all night long and ended up with quite an expensive tab. In the last period of the game, a band (or DJ?) started to set up their equipment directly in front of or table, blocking our view of the television. We asked our waitress if they could wait until the end of the game, or at least push it off to the side a little so we could see. Nothing was done. We called a manager over who said he'd see what he could do. Nothing was done. We were left with a $200+ bill (likely in the $300 range since everything is so pricey but I can't remember) and were forced to stand around with the people who came in last minute just to catch the game if we wanted to watch. We got no apology, nothing knocked off our bill. I went to their facebook page the next day with my complaints and even posted photos of the equipment and how it obstructed our view and never got a response. It's been awhile since this experience, but I have not gone back, and I likely won't. Which makes me sad because I wanted to love Remy's. But I just can't get past the unwillingness of the staff to help out before who had spent hours at their restaurant tallying a bill that cost hundreds of dollars.

When they opened it was ok not its a down right shame they should close food was some of the worst I've ever eaten bartenders where standing around smelling glasses and dumping cleaning solution soaking the blenders in t shirts and jeans looks like they rolled out of bed to go to work. Truffle fries used to be good how can you was a French fries up? Serve em ice cold burger tasted like meatloaf lol what a crappy put together cooks came out with nose ring goofing around while I waited the better part of an hour for my food in an empty restaurant. So if they want to stand around bleach containers goofing off and serve cold food then they should just close 0 pride in this place seems like they gave of when Remmys kit when to prison they pulled the fancy manager in the suite now it's run by getto kids from Fall River it seems while Remmy sits back and pockets the cash till they close the doors because it's not a matter of if he closes its a matter of when because this place is going down! If I could have given a 0 I would have

I went to Jerry Remy's in Fall River when it first opened awhile back, and, while I wasn't thrilled with all of the food (although the appetizers were really good), the servers, and the prices, I decided to give it another shot when my family was in the area. We hit the place at 4:45 on a Saturday afternoon after taking our three little ones to Fantasyland in Seekonk, figuring we'd fight the crowds and get an early supper. When we arrived, the place was half-empty, with most of the crowd sitting at the bar watching the huge bank of TV sets and drinking, while maybe a half-dozen tables were filled in the dining area. We were given a seat in one of the restaurants enormous and comfy corner booths, and our server arrived to take our drink order - a couple of Diet Cokes and two chocolate milks (our youngest is only 9 months old and doesn't know anything but "the boobie"). Our drinks came relatively quick, and we browsed the menu. I was disappointed however, that the restaurant had changed up and downsized its menu a lot (it's a six page menu, and only two of those pages are for food), also "dumbing down" the choices to make the choices more sports pub-like rather than the creative American cuisine they'd originally offered. I especially noticed this in the appetizer section, where they once offered goat cheese stuffed jalapenos and a pretty decent poutine topped with duck confit, but now featured things like nachos and sliders. The waitress came back with our drinks, and we put in our order - a Remy Burger for the wife, a Kobe Burger for me, a Bacon Cheeseburger for the 6 year old, and the junior sliders for the 2 year old. I also ordered nachos for the table as the older kid and I like to fight over the cheesy ones and leave the sad, naked chips to the less aggressive members of our family (ie; the wife and the 2 year old; the latter of which was busy dancing on his seat and trying to pull the Venetian blinds off of the windows). It took about twenty minutes (and a lot of bellyaching from me and the oldest) but the nachos arrived, and they were actually pretty decent, with a spicy shredded beef and bean chili, and heaps of cheese. I liked how the chili was served beneath the chips and toppings as this actually made all of the chips worthy game. Even the wife got some. The nachos went fast, but we were all still pretty hungry, so everyone was still looking forward to their main dishes. And look forward we did. We also looked up, down, and sideways because that's all we had to do for next 40 minutes. During that time, the restaurant was nearly full, the 6 year old nodded off, and the 2 year old became the leader of his own civilization beneath our table, occasionally popping his head up to lob a balled up napkins he'd soaked in his now warm and putrid chocolate milk at passersby. Finally, our waitress returned and asked us if we wanted more drinks. She also said our food would be out "any minute". "Any" turned out to mean 20, but, when she returned, we were all too famished/exhausted/disheartened to utter more than a vaguely thankful grunt. I'm going to say this right up front. My Kobe Burger was pretty damned amazing. It tasted fantastic despite not being even remotely close to "medium rare" as ordered. It had the nice, slightly gamey beef flavor of a high quality cut of meat, and the mellow melted brie and salty prosciutto harmonized with the sweet and tangy balsamic glazed onions wonderfully. The accompanying Parmesan truffle fries were a great compliment to the dish. Yeah, it's white truffle oil - the red-headed stepchild of all things truffle - but it wasn't nearly as overpowering or assertive as it often is, and, when paired with the grated Parmesan, the flavor was actually a compelling argument for the validity of white truffle oil's existence. If only all of the meals were as good as mine. While my 6 year old ate half his burger (which is actually a lot as he HAS to order off of the adult menu because he's "not a baby"), I could tell by the remnants that it was way overdone and bone-dry. That, however, was nothing compared to the two charcoal briquettes masquerading as sliders on the 2 year old's plate. Not only were they burnt, they weren't even burger shaped, bearing more of a resemblance to something one would scoop out of a litter box. My wife's burger was, as she described, "meh." When your namesake burger gets a "meh", you may want to rethink things. Anyway, the waitress scampered by and we flagged her down for the check and a takeaway box (the sliders would be perfect for our lab, as he loves eating cat poo). The total came to $70 bucks. For three burgers and a kid's meal, that's pretty steep but, were the rest of the meals as good as my own, I wouldn't have had a problem with it. I'm willing to pay for great food! Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and this, paired with the slow service makes it unlikely we'll return anytime soon.

If it wasn't for the service from our waitress Brooke, I would give this place zero stars. My burger was saturated in grease, overcooked, and downright terrible. Too bad to. Nice place inside. Only if the food could live up to the building.

I've been here a bunch so I think my opinion is pretty accurate. I've had some pretty good food here and taken advantage of the thursday wing specials. But I just can't bring myself to come here often for a couple of reasons. Recently I stopped in in a Saturday with 2 other people looking to eat and drink. There was a 10 minute wait so we went to the bar, it literally took ten minutes for the bar tender to notice us. We had bar seats and we were patiently waiting. This might not sound that bad, but it happens all the time. You literally get the feeling that the bar staff and servers don't care, as if they think that they are doing you a favor by being there. To that point, beers are 5+ bucks a pop. If I'm going to go to a sports bar and pay that price for a beer I expect the service and food to be pretty good at least. It's not and it rarely is. The bar staff is always the same when I go in and the service is frequently sub par. It seriously baffles me that the management lets these people work here considering all the bad reviews and experiences people have had here. But it's clear, the managers don't train there staff, they don't let the bad ones go, and the managers don't manage. Conclusion, cool atmosphere and hit or miss everything else. As I mentioned about my last time there, we finally got drinks, drank them and went somewhere else where we were much more satisfied. Hopefully the management wakes up one day and makes some changes.

I will start by saying that I want to live this place. I do. I love that Remy decided to open here, but after several times trying to make it work I can't recommend this place to people. Well, actually, just on Thursdays for the wing special but brace yourself for the experience. The staff is the problem here. They all seem to have an attitude problem. It starts from the "greeters" who are anything but welcoming. I've gone on busy nights and slow nights and it is all the same. It is a blah experience. The last time I went with a group of friends on a Friday night two weeks ago. It was 10:30 and there was 4 people there. Four people. The bartender looked pissed that we were there and shut the music off at 12 even though the place closes at 1. These are the types of things that make people not want to go back. I will say though that there is one waitress who is really really great, she is the one who looks really physically fit like a gymnast. I feel bad that she works in such an environment. I mean, the level of respect for diners is awful. I once had a server drop ranch sauce all over my pants and he didn't even say sorry or bring me anything to clean it. Terrible. So if they are blaming no one going here because of construction then they are only fooling themselves. I would fire everyone, except that nice waitress and start over because this business is going down the tubes. Fast.

Went here last night for dinner. Service was good. Went with the Remy burger, def. was good. No wait at all. Wife had the steak tips, she also liked her entree. Buffalo chicken tenders for our app..... was very good. Only complaint was there was no silverware at our table and asked for a 23 oz. beer and got a 16 oz...... otherwise our experience was pleasant. Food and service was good. Def will return in the future.

I personally only come for the thursday wing day thats only 35 cents each. First time and came with my buddy and of course had some wings and beer. We gotten it no problem and worries. Me and my friend were happy and all, eating delicious wings and beer that was ice cold, even a little patch of ice is in it (not ice cubes). The place is a typical sports bar and it is expected to be loud and full of cheering new england fans like myself. What i mean is that the draft was so cold that it formed ice in my beer, and in a way I like it. The place is a typical sports bar and it is expected to be loud and full of cheering new england fans like myself. I found this place intriguing and a place i would go to for my sports night if I'm from fall river. My only problem was the waitress herself. She was very good at first but probably the last hour I was there, she had most likely thought that she was practically done with my table. Me and my buddy each had 12 wings and beers and it was the last we ever saw her for probably a half an hour. She came by and asked us if we lik anything else. My buddy ordered fries and beer and she came back quickly with the fries but 2 beers. She most likely misunderstood but i took it anyway even though i didnt ask for it but I wanted more wings. She didnt come back probably another half an hour and just gave us the check even though I didnt ask for it yet. I just brushed it off and left my card on the table for probably another 20 minutes so i just walked up to her to give it to her. I would give this 4 stars if it wasnt for the waitress. The food is a little pricey but i only come for the wings and I am forced to take 1 star because of that waitress, shes a thick one with blonde hair and blue eyes. She's still nice though so it wasnt a terrible experience, i just wish her service was better

To other Yelpers totally dogging this place: keep in mind it's in Fall River and we don't have too many decent restaurants so let's try not to scare them all away so soon, aight? I hate sports. HATE. And I tend more toward the Euro bistro type establishments so I was little nervouse when we decided to give Jerry Remy's a try. Happily, I was very wrong about them. Yes, it's a sports bar and they do have a million and one televisions but the restaurant is designed in a way that's classier than your average sports bar (modern lighting, subway tile, comfy booths and high top tables) and the menu was much more palatable as well. Plenty of beers on tap including local and craft options as well as plenty of mixed drinks on the menu. The menu has good variety and will satisfy someone who's looking for pub grub, steak, seafood, pasta and everything in between. We started with the Asian flare calamari. I really wanted to love this dish. The Asian slaw was very good and the dipping sauce was tasty as well. However, the calamari itself was lacking in flavor and moisture - dry, dry, dry. The Fried Pickle app was sinfully good. Plump, battered and fried, pickles. I had the veggie burger which I was very pleased with. It wasn't your typical soy based veggie burger. It was a bean and rice type burger which, if you're vegetarian, you KNOW the rice and beans make a far superior burger to the Boca crap you get at most places. My table mates really liked the Chicken "Under a Brick" and the Steak Tips. My husband said the buffalo wings were OK but could've been worse. Granted, he's sort of a buffalo wing expert so he's really hard to satisfy in that respect and he did admit that they cured his craving. Overall, food was good, the restaurant is clean, service was super friendly and prices are really good for what you're getting.

I really wanted to love Remy's. It's gorgeous fir a sports bar but I've been here a total of three times and I had a mediocre experience once and bad experiences the other two times. The first time I went was shortly after they opened. My husband and I were sat immediately, and left after 20 minutes of no-one coming over. The waitresses were audibly arguing over who was going to come over and serve us, and they weren't busy at all. We left upset but figuring that they were recently opened so they were working out the kinks. The next time we came we were meeting friends at the bar but there was no space at the bar so they put us at a table right behind the them. After a good 1/2 hour of waiting we assumed that there was a miscommunication and they put us near the bar but we didn't have a waiter so we went up to order. The barman (who may have been in charge) adviced us to order with our waiter and we let him know that we hadn't seen anyone. He then yelled at the guy who was on his cell phone instead of serving us (which was good). Then the waiter came over mad at us! Instead of I'm sorry he said "you guys were here for like 5 minutes" and that was it. He sarcastically cane over every 3 minutes or so... To make sure "we didn't need attention" We just order Naragansetts and left when our friends were ready. The last time I went was for lunch with a friend. It was summer so we sat outside which is always nice. I had the burger with garlic fries. The fries were good; but the burger had too much bun and it kind if tasted like stale Portuguese bread. Overall their pros are the tv's (there even in the bathroom mirrors), and plenty of parking; but the service was horrible and food is mediocre.

Loved the interior and the vibe when we walked in... I've been to other Jerry Remy's though and I've never been disappointed like I was when we came here. My boyfriend and I got calamari for an appetizer. I didn't expect it to be amazing but I've had better at other local bars and it was soggy! For our meals, my bf got a good burger with turkey burger and added fried egg then had sweet potato fries on the side. The turkey burger tasted like it was frozen, didn't even look appetizing either. There was no egg, but the waitress owned up to it and apologized that she forgot so we're ok with that. Then the sweet potato fries was soggy too! I ordered lettuce wraps with grass fed iron steak, that came out good and I actually liked it which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. I don't know if it was just that night or it's normally like that. Kinda disappointing since I enjoy jerry remy's in fenway and seaport. Not to mention, the chef was walking around and then spoke to one table the whole time we were eating!

TERRIBLE! Service was deplorable. My order was wrong....Twice! The waitress was off socializing with the other waitstaff. Thankfully the busboy was able to track her down to rectify my incorrect order! With these prices I would hope to have much better service! The food was nothing special as well! I had heard unfavorable reviews prior to trying this place out, but I figured I'd give it a shot ....never again! Jerry was a better ball player than a restaurant owner!

We decided to go out to eat here because we had a gift certificate. It was a Thursday night and the place was dead NOT A GOOD SIGN and that was the good part. I ordered the Ruben sandwich, greasy and chewy, my wife ordered the turkey and bacon wrap, the bacon was raw, Stone Cold Uncooked RAW. Try to get our waitress over who was MIA. Got the attention of another waitress and asked her to please get our waitress, Once we told our waitress about the RAW bacon she sent over the manager, who could care less. She sent back the sandwich and returned with one with cooked bacon. Sad part, even our waitress said that the kitchen help don't care. Prices are high and the food is BAD.Obviously Paying for the big TV'S and surroundings,I don't eat the atmosphere. Want good food go to JC's Cafe on Bedford St. in Fall River, great food , friendly wait staff, and Food that is cooked not RAW. My suggestion, try the steak sandwich with hand curt fries!, Umm ! This isn't even worthy of ONE star.

I tried really hard to like this place. It is conveniently located for me, and the ambiance is nice for a sports pub. The waitstaff is fantastic, all of them are super nice. The kitchen, however, must be run by poorly trained monkeys. Even a well-trained monkey can tell if a mussel is alive and safe to eat, or dead and ROTTEN and probably shouldn't be cooked and fed to people! That's right folks, rotten mussels. AND overcooked burgers. And the duck confit fries were awesome, the 1 time out of 3 that we ordered them that they were made properly! The kitchen here is BAD. I mean REAL bad. Maybe Jerry should sick his son on the chef or something. When I complained to the manager about the rotten mussels, he offered us a $10 gift certificate. I felt insulted. $10 isn't enough to get me back in there! (especially when 1 beer is $7!!!)

I've been there many times due to the location. The menu has definitely gone down the past few months. With a few exceptions, the wait staff and mostly bar staff and bar staff is terrible. Every time I've been at the bar, the staff is standing around and you need to flag someone down to get a drink. It's too bad because the atmosphere is really pretty good but they need to make some food/staff improvements or this place will fail. You're better off going next door to Red Cedar.

So I frequent Remy's quite often and I've enjoyed it up until now. I was in last week and couldn't tell how busy it was and I haven't seen it busy like this in a long while. I'll get to the point the server I had was phenomenal I think his name was Shane or Shawn he has tattoos great server very attentive and experienced. I have no complaint of your staff besides your kitchen is atrocious I ordered the brick chicken while I could tell it was different just by the presentation it lacked flavor but I ate it otherwise. I went home that night feeling really ill like I had food poisoning thankfully the storm didn't permit me to go to work so I stayed home and rested. Furthermore I went to the doctors and found out I had food poisoning caused by raw chicken. I would like to say I've tried so many times to like this place I think you guys need a do over close shop and hire new kitchen staff everything needs to be rethought or you all will be out of business soon please don't come here for anyone who reads this please take my review into consideration. To the owners it's time to see the light.

Wasn't as excited this time around as I was the first time we came. Waiting to be seated when we came in at 5pm on a sat was an hour wait! There isn't a nice place to wait, your kinda in front of the door.. I ordered the mac and cheese.. it was ok.. my date had the cod sandwich.. that was ok too. Our waiter was fantastic however!! Might come back again, but not any time soon..

I have been here several times since it opened and I have to say, they have steadily improved on everything: food, wait time, service.... My fiancée and I stopped by on a Saturday night around 7:00 and didn't wait to be seated. I was recently diagnosed with a gluten allergy and was happy to see they have a gluten free section of their menu. What impressed me the most, though, was that they even have GF burger buns. Most restaurants list burgers as a GF food, simply by serving it without the bun. So they get points for that! I ended up goi with the steak tips, which were delicious and plentiful enough to provide a second meal for the next day. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Overall, a nice place to visit if you are in the area and looking for a good meal that doesn't come from a chain restaurant.

Stopped in during a quiet lunch. Loved the decor. The bartender Meg was fantastic. 5 stars for her. The food is what has made me give 2. The onion soup was just ok missing onions and for 7 dollars not worth it at all. The Fa Reev burger was good. Nice flavor. Ordered a HORRIBLE bread pudding for dessert. With the price of 8 dollars it was a complete joke. A small Sam seasonal at 6 dollars was pricy as well. May return. Perhaps for a Bruins playoff game. Other than that go elsewhere for dinner or lunch.

My friendTook me out for a birthday dinner last night. We ordered the chicken Mozambique and when it came to the table it looked as if they taken one dish and split it into two serving both of us. The portions were very very small. Yet the price was the same full price. In the past when I have been at Remy's, I have had to take food home in a box. This time around I left hungry! I am seriously going to reconsider whether I ever go there again.

My family visited for lunch on a Friday afternoon. We had a very pleasant experience. From the atmosphere to the food to the service this is a great addition in Fall River. This is a classic sports bar with many TVs playing local sports or ESPN. The room was fairly large so my wife, 4 year old, and I didn't experience sensory overload from the massive size and quantity of LCD TVs. The atmosphere was quite nice. The place is set in a rehabilitated factory building with great original brick, high ceilings, great rich woods, and nice lighting fixtures. The bathrooms were clean and very well maintained. There were quite a few business folks dressed in business casual and formal suits. (Friday lunch crowd) Upon entering the hostess seemed aloof, at best, so we were...concerned about our choice. Once we met our server all our fears were laid to rest. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. He was knowledgeable on the entire menu, including several beer choices to compliment. He answered all our questions, including non-menu, restaurant related questions. He graciously told us all about the live music &.karaoke events, to which he often enjoys attending. I ordered the ribs, based on the server's recommendation. I selected the beer pairing recommended by the server. My wife had the Cuban, and my daughter had chicken fingers. Our food took a little while to arrive which is difficult with a hungry 4-year old. The server had to head to the kitchen for status several times. He was VERY apologetic and accommodating by not charging us for an extra side of chips. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the sauce was delicious. My wife and daughter loved their food. We tried the home made chips and they were very good. I look forward to visiting this place during the heart of football season. I imagine it become s a hometown bar/grill and is a great time. Certainly ANY seat in the house will have a great view of a TV. Overall our experience was great and we intend to visit again.

Terrible service, overpriced food, nice place but nothing else to offer the city of Fall River. If you want a similar restaurant in the city go to barretts alehouse, better tasting food, cheaper and good service.

The place looks amazing and is going to be a new Fall River waterfront hot-spot along side the new Red Cedar restaurant next door - Tipsy Seagull watch out especially if they plan on opening a boat dock. I've been hearing how busy this place is lately since its only been opened half of a month, but we didn't have a problem being seated right away at lunch time on a Saturday. Score! We were seated at the high top tables by the bar which were small but enough space for two. And yes, there were drink and food menus with prices when we went. ;) Hello TV screens. This is a sports fan heaven! From the restaurant to the restrooms (no joke). Being a new restaurant in the area, I asked my waitress many questions and she was very pleasant and quick with responses. I tried the gluten free beer which was actually really good, my boyfriend had the beer on tap with the tap handle that looks like a Barbie Mermaid and it actually is a really good beer I just forget the name. We ordered the mussels to start, which were very good just a bit spicy for a both - though again we agreed they were very good. Big chunks of chourico with every bite! For lunch we both ordered burgers, I got the Remys Burger and he ordered one that had chourico on top and of course I forget the name once again, but both served on sweet bread - yum!! A waitress brought us the burgers (food runner - not our actual waitress) and placed the wrong burgers in front of us, we both started eating the burgers before realizing we had each others meal. Not a problem for us, we cut each burger down the middle and split them. Therefore we both get to try two different burgers! We ordered our burgers with their homemade chips which were also really good, leaving no room for dessert. I really enjoyed my meal here and honestly can't wait to go back. When we were leaving the place had a line down along the wall, but by then it was dinner time and again, the place is brand new. Its expected. See you soon Remy's!

I don't know about those nachos...I think they came with a side of indigestion...I had a cape codder which seemed entirely without vodka -- a seven dollar cranberry juice. They did have TVs in the bathroom mirror, though.

Wow, not great. High priced food that is nothing special. 6oz wine pour. Yeah, lots of TV's, we expected that, it IS a sports bar after all, and even though that's not our scene, we wanted to give it a try. Preppy beers, but also some blue collar options so that was a plus. Not the most pleasant bartender, not awful, just not special, seems to just be doing what's necessary. Wing night, great deal, no? Sure, if you like under-cooked, pink in the middle, goopy fatty slimy skin and so-so sauce. Plus we ordered 12 and got 11. Wasn't even worth making a fuss about. And stay away from the house made chips!! They would be awesome if they weren't covered in salt (a not-so-subtle attempt to make you drink more?) Seriously, back away from the salt and these would be fabulous. Hubby barely got up and didn't get a chance to turn to the guy standing and hovering that he was welcome to the seat when a rude old hag in the next chair slams her purse on the seat! Can I at least get up off of the seat and my coat off the back??? You see a line here? Overpriviledged and unclass in abundance here. Which wouldn't bother me if the food was good, it would be worth going just to annoy those kind of people! But I'd rather find a nice place and let them have my $$. We won't be back.

Let me preface this by saying, I know that this is a new restaurant so I understand that the "kinks" still need to be worked out. With that said, here is my honest feedback on our first visit to Jerry Remy's in Fall River. The restaurant is great, lots of tvs, great decor and a very upbeat atmosphere. This was the highlight of our night. We made a reservation so we avoided the 15 minute wait on a Tuesday night. The hostess seated us at a table that was one of five in a row of two tops. There was a booth on one side and then a chair on the other in the bar area. The space between each table was about 2 inches. My girlfriend, who is not large could barely fit between the tables. The hostess pushed the table to the side and hit the table next to us because they were so close. Once my girlfriend was in the booth, the table was moved back and she was "locked" in for the rest of the dinner on a wobbly table. The waitress was very prompt in greeting us. We had not had a chance to look at the menus so we asked that she give us a few minutes. We overheard (because we were sitting literally on top of them) the couple at the table next to us complaining because the beer they ordered wasn't on tap. When they inquired, the waitress said "the wrong menu was printed". My feedback would be to tell the customers before they order. The woman then ordered a pumpkin beer and once it was delivered was let down because there was no cinnamon on the rim. The waitress quickly let her know that she would go have the glass rimmed for her, which I thought was very nice. Unfortunately, she returned within minutes letting her know that they do not have any cinnamon. Again, something you should know as an employee. There was no "drink" menu, so we ordered Cosmos with a selcetion from their "Vodka Menu". They were good but not worth $10.50 each (Fall River not Boston). In looking at the beer menu, a 23 oz Blue Moon will run you about $8.75 each, so if you are going there for a game, bring your credit card. We ordered nachos and they were great. A runner brought them out to us but did not bring plates. We had to wait for the waitress to come to our table to ask us how they were to actually get plates. When she brought them, she offered to take our dinner order. While ordering, I asked how the "homemade potato chips" were, since she offered them to me. Her response? "I have not eaten anything on the menu"...really? My girlfriend ordered the steak tips, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans and I ordered the turkey and bacon jam (yes jam) sandwich. Once my girlfriend could eat her meal (the waitress did not provide a steak knife), she said the steak tips and potatoes were reasonably good but lacking in flavor but the green beans were perfect. My sandwich was actually very good and my french fries were delicious. Overall I was disappointed. I had such great hopes for our visit to this new waterfront restaurant that is just over the Brightman. I hope that in the upcoming months, the managers train their wait staff better which includes having them sample ALL the food on the menu. The seating plan needs some work and the prices should be adjusted based on the location.

Had another very good meal at JR's. Plain grilled Salmon with brocollini and potato fingerlings. One of the best I have had. Nice to see that they have healthy options. I recommend.

Went there with a friend to have a drink and appetizer. We ordered two beers and two appetizers. The crabcakes; two tiny little crabcakes for almost $10 and they were dry and very little crab. The calamari; again almost $10 and you get a tiny little pile on a fancy plate, again a bit overcooked. After ordering one more beer and including a reasonable tip the bill was $55. It seems like they're trying to be some upscale, fancy sports bar but I'd rather have bigger portions of quality food than fancy plates. I could have had an entire dinner somewhere else for the same money. The place is clean and modern and if you're into sports they have giant screens, but if you're looking for value and quality I'd say stay away.

While not that easy to find, I was pleasantly surprised by a visit to JRSB in Fall River, to start the interior is Boston steakhouse meets sports bar and very well done, it being a warm afternoon in Aug. we opted for outside and were glad we did. The mist fans did the trick and despite the power lines, the waterview was nice. The food did not disappoint either, the chicken wings had an added twist of a deep fried light coating, and came with good sauces. The burgers were good as well. The service was attentive and timely although the uniforms the staff were wearing were not to the level of the interior or quality of this restaurant. Over all a great experience, I will return to watch the PATS some Sunday.

Worst service ever! I was in a party of 6 last night. The waiter didn't even ask if we wanted anything else after dinner but just slapped the check on the table. Then when I pointed out we wanted to order dessert and coffee, he served all the decaf-requested people regular coffee (obvious to me later when my heart started racing and I couldn't sleep all night). Also, when he delivered our desserts, the ice cream was dripping ridiculously down the waiters arm almost falling off the plate as he struggled to hold 4 dessert plates and get them on the table nearly dripping ice cream all over us as well. As far as the food goes, mediocre at best. The fried calamari was dry and not tasty at all, the shrimp scampi was small and served in a child's plate and I think had cream in it which is just gross. The crab rangoon dip was actually good and all I'd recommend ordering. The only dessert worth eating out of 4 ordered (bread pudding, molten lava cake, cinnamon sticks and apple crisp) was the apple crisp....but figures, how can you screw up apple crisp?! Getting bacto my drink order at the start of the meal, I asked for a "Martini-like drink straight up" and he served me his suggestions which was a pineapple Margarita on the rocks! Learn bar terminology! And of course to top it all off, I ate something bad as I woke up at midnight after finally getting to sleep after the regular coffee faded a bit, and puked up the whole awful meal. I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

I like it here. The drinks are a little expensive, but it's nice out on the patio on a nice day. I've had the Cobb Salad and some of the sandwiches and I've always enjoyed it. Not too many places to go in Fall River, but I like this one now. Nice place to meet for drinks after work.

Expensive restaurant for a city with one of the highest unemployment rates in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Service is ok. Bartenders are not too friendly. They seem lazy. They talk about customers after they leave. The portions are small and the food is your standard bar food. Nothing special.

Okay. I had been warned before coming here that it was terrible, but I wanted to try it for myself. But I guess everybody was right. My first attempt was on a Friday night, and we were told it was a sixty minute wait (they said sixty minutes, literally. Not 'an hour'). So we left. Then I came here on a Saturday afternoon around three. Needless to say, it was close to empty and my girlfriend and I were seated instantly. Seated instantly- but waited for twenty minutes before being acknowledged. When we WERE acknowledged- it was by a very awkward girl claiming that she would take our drink orders as we waited for our waiter to arrive. Okay, fine. So we ordered our beers (23 oz Narragansett for $3!). Another ten minutes passed before our beers were delivered by the same girl. Who took our food order. We assumed that this girl had taken over our table and we had accepted this fact. Before she came back fifteen minutes after and told us that she was going to be taking care of us in place of our phantom waiter. We were now more confused than we had been before. After about fourty-five minutes of being here, we had only gotten our beer and put our food orders in. I need to repeat that this place was EMPTY. Not to mention the fact that it was the first day of the year where the weather was nice, and we had been hoping to just stop in to get lunch and be in and out since it was off hours at a bar that wasn't even busy. About an hour and fifteen minutes after our arrival to Jerry Remy's, we finally got our food. By a totally different person than had been waiting on us the entire time. This new waiter apologized on behalf of our waitress who apparently was "overwhelmed". When I inquired if she was new, I was told that she was the best waitress there. This troubled me, as I have received better service pretty much every other place I've ever been to. I expressed my concern to this new fellow, and miraculously our waitress happened to check in with us every five minutes afterwards. Whatever. Too little too late, really. The food was fantastic, though. That's the only thing saving Jerry Remy's for me. I was planning on giving this place one star until I tasted the food. I got the veggie wrap with sweet potato fries, and my girlfriend got the chicken caesar wrap with garlic parmesan fries. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the food. So, a little more than an hour and a half later, we finally get the bill and are able to leave. The prices aren't bad, the wraps were both about $9, with a $1.50 upgrade for "fancy" fries. Which is a bit more than usual for the side upgrade, but I won't complain because I think it was worth it. The service, however, was bad enough to assure I won't be returning here. There was a total lack of communication between the staff, despite the fact that is was close to empty and I saw at least fifteen different employees just kind of...standing around. Looking confused. If there are so many people working, why is it so difficult to get decent service? Whatever. Maybe I focus too heavily on good service? Maybe the reason I go out to eat is for the service? Who knows. All I know, is that Jerry Remy's has a lot of work to do if it wants to be successful. I heard several complaints from the table next to us, too. So I know that I'm not just crazy.

I've been to Remy's about a dozen times, and completely forgot to review it. Oops! Whether it's for after work beers, week day lunches, or weekend dinners, Remy's doesn't disappoint. The beer selection is great and reasonably priced. The menu is awesome (and frequently gets updated as new seasons roll in)! And now that it's nice out, the patio is open. It's awesome to eat a quick middle-of-the-week lunch here and get some sunshine in the process.

Place was packed. We had reservations (highly recommend). We got table right away and server was nice enough. Drinks are expensive and week stick to beer or wine. We had buffalo wings and it was very good. I got the prime rib and the person i was with had chicken Alfredo both very good. The manager came by twice and apologized for taking so long. We didn't really notice but it was a nice touch. The place is full with huge screens and great ambiance. I will be coming back for sure

Thought we would check out the "new" Jerry Remy's Sports Bar in Fall River. I think if you were looking to save yourself a ride 50 miles north and couldnt make the game, this place would be a good alternative. For a sit down meal with the family somewhat uninterested in baseball, I think you could do better going somewhere else. We sat outside on a pretty brisk night. Overhead heaters were not on. My daughter is a steak lover and she had only two choices.. tips or plank steak.. Not impressed with the plank steak.. nothign to write home about. I stuck with a simply Remey burger and it was pretty much what you would expect at either a Applebee's or Chillies type place. Honestly, if you removed the wide screen tv's, youre pretty much sitting in an Applebee's... the food is no different. It was ok to try to see what its all about,. but I don't think I would go back.

I have been here a few times usually decent but this time a complete let down the waitress would vanish for 20 minutes a time the food was greasy and cold it was a real bad experience and the worst part was the fact the draft beer i ordered was like 70% full

I had fried calamari with some friends there and it was ok. I found a piece of hair almost at the end. I had this pasta dish and it was bland. This was my first time there and I am not going back. I've had better food and cheaper elsewhere.

I will make it simple, our waitress was nice but the kitchen staff could not get the orders right. Steak and turkey burger were cold after we waited forever. If i were to come back here, it would be for their wings and beers only. But i would not go out of my way to this place though.

Place is incredible. Good Looking and nice Waitresses. Huge TV's. I mean Huge. Biggest anywhere. The food is good - basically pub food kicked up a notch. I don't think it's overpriced at all. I thought it was going to be more expensive actually. I have nothing bad to say about this place and I usually have lots of bad things to say about places.

The place is beautiful and a sports bar dream with all the large screen TV's. That said the drinks are outrageously priced and not very good. Hard to screw up Margarita and Bloody Mary, but they did. Both were undrinkable . The Margarita was ordered without salt, came with salt. Sent it back and I swear they just poured the original into a clean glass. Was so salty nobody at our table could drink it. The Bloody Mary was weak and no better. Both drinks were over ten bucks each. Not a price in Fall River you would expect We ordered the Green Monster, a three plate dish with Cheddar Fries, Buffalo wings, and eight slider burgers for 29 bucks! The burgers were ok, the wings also ok but not impressed. The fries were wet and salty too. I think it would be a nice place to watch a game with friends but bring a big wad of cash! Not very impressed at all The servers were outstanding but even she didn't see the errors with drinks and we still were charge for them. Not really professional!

Very ordinary. It's obviously one of the new places to be seen at in Fall River so it is always crowded if you drive by, but it was par. The interior setup makes it hard to actually see the sporting events that they always play on the huge multi-monitor TVs. There are three giant pillars that are right in your way if you decide to eat at a table or booth. The bar area was very crowded the night I went and I imagine it was hard for the people sitting there to arch their necks way up at one of the three TVs. They even have TVs in the bathroom which was kind of cool but unnecessary. I ordered fish and chips and I wasn't a fan; the batter was off. The servings were decently sized though and they do make their own potato chips.

Really good. Friendly waitress, delicious app (nachos), girlfriend had a Belvedere on the rocks for $12 (2 1/2 oz. of Belvedere). For $2 more, they take your "usual" 1 1/2 of vodka and (when you order it on the rocks) add an oz. Great deal! Love that Ciroc is more than Chopin and Belvedere when it is clearly (no pun intended) inferior. Gotta love the power of marketing and advertising. Anyway, the flat iron steak (both my gf and I ordered it) was deliecious as was the double order of green beans I ordered. Portions could have been a tiny bit bigger but overall, a very sound meal.

We are big fans of the Red Sox and big fans of Jerry and we saw his commercial during one of the broadcasts. Since we live in Taunton we decided to check out the Fall River location. The place was packed at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon which was a good sign. The place has a nice sports type of atmosphere with a huge TV at the bar. I liked the rich wood used for the interior walls. The menu was diversified with a good selection of dishes. They also have a great selection of local and craft beers on tap. The waitstaff was friendly and the service was excellent. We each had the Remy burger and it was fresh, crunchy and tasty. Those are the positives. The major negative was with the appetizers. My caprese salad was very good with firm tomatoes, smooth mozzerella and sweet balsamic. My wife ordered the shrimp cocktail and it was very disappointing. Cooked shrimp should not have a strong odor but we could smell these shrimp from 5 feet away. They were obviously frozen and they were not thawed naturally. They also had a strong fishy taste. We would definitely go back but we would not order the shrimp again. My advice is to stay away from the shrimp.

About the only thing this place has going for it is the familiar Boston sports celebrities name. I've been here twice and both times have had one of the worst meals I've ever had in a restaurant. I went twice because I'm always willing to give a place a second chance but, never again. The one thing that did make the experience a little pleasant was our server, Kara. They really need to reevaluate their kitchen. Bad food will kill a bar in no time.

Would have been four stars but the price requires a lower score. Our service person, Stephanie was very good, helpful and attentive. Drinks were good, food was average pub fair, nothing special. But the atmosphere was great, largest TV screens in the area, great place to catch a game. We were there around 1 on the 4th of July, it was somewhat quiet. I can imagine this place will be hopping later for the evening celebrations that are in the water! I'd go back, not so much because of the food, but more for the experience .

This is the epitome of a sports bar. Lots of Televisions, somewhat loud atmosphere, great taps. The place is brand new so it's clean, high ceiling and looks nice. It feels a little cramped as they jammed as many tables in as they could. The food was quality pub grade food. Fried items were crispy and not greasy, ribs were surprisingly decent. Sliders were okay. Sysco all the way, but done proper for what it was. I can see this place being a good hangout in the summer as they have a front porch which overlooks the water. They did have walls of Televisions though and excellent beers on tap, I would catch a game here without question if nearby.

A few friends and I stopped by for a late drink at midnight on a Friday night. We sat at a high top only to be told it was bar service only. We walked to the bar and were ignored by the short blonde female bartender for about 10 minutes. There were only 4 guests in the whole restaurant sitting at the bar besides our party of 4. We finally ordered 4 drinks and returned to the high top next to the bar. The bartender informed us when it was last call, 12:30. We got up to order another round when the bartender asked, "Are you ready to pay your tab?" I replied kindly, we'd like to order 1 more round then pay. The bartender paused, gave a look and grunt of disgust and after another pause, replied, "Ok." I have never been treated with such disgust by a bartender at a chain restaurant before. You would think she would appreciate that 4 more people walked in to give her a tip, especially when the place was completely dead on a Friday night. The customer service was awful, as well as our weak and extremely sour margaritas. I would never recommend this place for a drink or for good service and will never return.

Definitely will go again. We had reservations but still waited 25 mins for table. I checked in with two hostesses on three separate occasions. Finally at the fourth time she looked at her book saying they have tried to "page" me. My husband deeply annoyed asked "How? With what?" The hostess stated by text and they assumed the reservation number was a cell. We were never told this and we did use my cell. When we got to the table I had two missed calls from a minute earlier that we never heard. A new "call" system needs to be put in place. Once we were seated everything was 5 stars.

Have been a few times and enjoyed the food. Recently I purchased gift certificates online for Christmas gifts. Purchased on 12/06, PayPal account charged on 12/06, still have not received, today is 12/21. The owner John has not responded to e-mails or my PayPal dispute. He answered one Facebook post and then once again disappeared, not answering personal messages. I've sent him my confirmation number from his website as well as the PayPal payment confirmation. No replies. Please stay away from this place.

Heading out from Battleship Cove, we stopped in here for dinner. Turns out that Wednesdays are kids eat free nights, so 2 meals were free ($12 savings). The restaurant interior is clean & upscale. Food was delicious: tasty salads, yummy turkey wrap, great sirloin tips. Had nachos that were fair; meal portions are generous so I'd skip the appetizer in the future. Our server was very efficient at the start, but we felt a bit rushed to leave. Not sure if she was trying to be nice since we had young kids with us or if she was trying to flip the table sooner. Have to say the restrooms are awesome!!

Decided to try something besides Portuguese or Chinese tonight. Jerry Remy's seemed like the best choice. The place was packed on a Saturday evening at 5 o'clock. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait, but thankfully it only ended up being around 10. Control your expectations!! This is not a 5 star restaurant, and I don't think they aspire to that. It's a sports bar with good drinks and pub food. The drinks are overpriced but well made. I had a beer cocktail made of hard cider and cinnamon liquor which cost $10. That's high. Ordered the nachos for an appetizer, and they were good. Bought the Kobe burger which was a waste of money . I know I've had better burgers at Chili's, Applebee's , insert burger joint here. If that's the big deal about Kobe beef, I will not waste my time or money again. Bland stuff! I'll probably stick with O Gil's or TA next time. I'll eat better and walk home with more money to go with my slight buzz. P.S I amended this review because the next day I was violently ill from food poisoning! The "chef" recommends the Kobe burger cooked medium or rarer. Maybe that did it, but I will never go back there. Service was slow and non attentive. Not worth it at all.

The food is okay but the welcoming staff is anything but..This was our 2 nd visit and again found the hostesses rude. My husband and I entered the restaurant at 530 and was asked if we wished to be seated inside or out? The entire restaurant was quite empty and only 2 outside tables were occupied. Since it was a warm night we chose outside. After the hostess said okay we stood there at least 5 minutes as the 2 other hostesses were having a long discussion. Then one of the hostesses turned back to us and said we would have to wait 45 minutes for a table as there were reservations . No apology no offer of any other seating. Really ?? We have been in retail management and customer service for many years and know this is a sign of poor management which eventually leads to its's own failure.I hope Jerry and his crew focus on their hospitality as well as there decor!

Yesterday (11.3.12) was my first visit to Jerry Remy's. I was not at all impressed. Sure, if you're a sports fan the HUGE TV's will do it for you. If your a drinker, than that's the type of good you are getting. It's really just drinking food there. Burgers, fries, etc. Basically, they serve food to keep you drinking all night long. They didn't even offer chicken fingers! Because this was my first visit, I had hoped to try something else other than just a burger, so I opted for nachos. They were really good $8 + an extra $4 for added chicken (barely any & chopped into tiny pieces) but not worth the price. When we were sat at the table, the waitress took a very long time to come back with our drinks. After we got our food, the other 2 adults I was with, had dry pulled pork sandwiches & needed to order extra sauce. My nachos had no jalapeños (which is how they come, but they decided not to put any on.) The French fries were really good, crispy on the outside & warm in the middle. I had to constantly make sure that our chairs were tucked in perfectly as the food runners wizzed plates by our heads, bringing orders to tables. I didn't like that the straws were already put in our drinks. They had no protective wrappers on them, to keep safe of the waitresses germy hands. Kind of grossed me out. Overall I would never eat here again. Just not a good experience! Great location. But not for me!!

The service was 4 to 5 star. I had a reservation and was seated immediately, the restaurant was busy. The waitress was wonderful, she did a great job! Had the 3 tier Appetizer, Sliders, Cheese Fries and Buffalo Wings. The sliders were dry and do not have enough cheese, I would not recommend. The wings were standard pub fare, nothing special, but good. The fries are hand cut, that was really great to see! Apple Crisp, fake whipped cream and nothing to write home about, would not recommend. I had high hopes, which were diminished, but I haven't tried a dinner plate, so I will go again and update my review then. The inside is nice and kudo's to them for the great job they did renovating the interior of the mill. I'll check back when I go back next week, but they may need to renovate their cook... As promised, I went back yesterday 1/12/13. Service remained 5 Stars. Started out with a dirty knife, which they did replace. Order the Spinach Artichoke dIp for an appetizer - presentation was wonderful in a sour dough bread bowl!! Dip lacked flavor, was potentially overpowered with canned spinach?? It was OK, but I wouldn't get again. I had the BBQ pulled pork Sandwhich - I'd give it a 3, it was good, not great. Another person in my party got the Grilled chicken ranch sandhich and gave it a 2 out of 5. And the 3rd person in my party got the Remy burger and gave it a 4 out of 5. Someone else on this blog posted there weren't many good restaurants in Fall River and chastised the folks who aren't in love with Remy's. The person is clearly not from this area with restaurants such as Liberal Club, Sagres, Caldeiras, Patty's Perierogis, I could go on and on and I haven't even crossed the 1/4 mile bridge into Somerset and Swansea yet. This is a great place for a group to get together for burgers and beers and watch a game. This is not the place for a foodie. You're going to get standard fare pub grub, you're going here for the sports ambiance of watching a game on multiple large televisions in a comfortable, new, clean restaurant that has about the best service you're going to find in respect to the waitresses.

I've been to this Remy's location about 1/2 a dozen times. It's a great sports bar with decent sports bar food that is evolving and improving. The space is great. I'm a big fan of any business that makes an effort to utilize their location's features to their benefit. In this case, they've converted a waterfront mill space into a great restaurant space. Utilizing an old mill gives the restaurant far more character than it would have in some suburban strip mall. Beyond that, it makes use of space that would have likely sat vacant for quite some time in Fall River. Bonus points for commissioning local artists to do some murals and paintings. Remy's did a beautiful job all-round job at maximizing the potential of their current digs. Because of their masterful work with the old mill, the atmosphere is unique and fun. It's tasteful and not overdone like some Fall River restaurants have a habit of doing (I'm thinking of a certain restaurant/"club" that shares the same name as a recently cancelled long-standing HBO series starring Adrian Grenier). It also doesn't feel like a complete dive. The Big screens are nice (though if you're sitting close, the frame rate appears to be a little slow on the middle screen and it's a little fuzzy) and the other HD TVs mean their's not a bad seat in the house. The staff is good, especially by Fall River standards. Fall River is not a town that is renowned for their customer service and it's clear that management has gone to great lengths to train the staff. Each visit has been pleasant. My only gripe is that service can occasionally be a little slow. The beer selection is commendable but needs work. I think the prices are average. A lot of people who are complaining haven't spent much time outside of local dives. Any place remotely decent will charge you $4-5 for a widely available domestic craft (i.e. Blue Moon or Sam Adams, etc.) or common import (Corona, Heineken, etc.). Premium crafts will be more. Where I think Remy's could improve is in their lower end offerings. At a sports bar, you should be able to get a $3 Bud Light/ Coors Light/ Miller Light draft. Throw a Rolling Rock or PBR on there for $2.50, just to appease those who are going for quantity, not quality. Big kudos for using local breweries on some of the taps. Food has been pretty good and has gotten better since the opening. On the positive side, the burgers are tasty and have been cooked as requested (medium-rare) each time I've ordered one. I've tried the Fah Reev, and the Remy Burger. Both good. The Fah Reev is a nice twist using some common local specialties (Chourico in particular). I really like the Mango-Habanero wings. Sweet with just a little bite. Many restaurants serve a "sweet asian" type of wing and this is Remy's answer to that (and it's better). Mac and Cheese is pretty good and I like that you can add your own toppings. Still not as good as Taphouse Grille's Buffalo Mac which is a Fall River legend at this point. Prices are fine. I get that Fall River doesn't have any expensive restaurants, but Remy's isn't expensive. Not by any standard, really. Fall River has a gold mine of dirt cheap Portuguese places where you can get a heaping portion of Pork and Littlenecks for $10, but we can't expect every restaurant to follow suit. Remy's is on par with what most sports bars anywhere charge and well below Boston and even Providence prices. If you want a dive, there are plenty in Fall River (although one too few... RIP Billy's Cafe). Remy's is not a dive and nobody should expect it to be priced as such. The big negative when it comes to food, in my opinion, is the fries. They're essentially the bland, unseasoned thick frozen fries. The type you pick up a big bag of at Shaws for $1.50. Fall River is a city with dozens of top notch Portuguese places, all of which serve the fresh, never frozen hand cut fries (Both round and stick form). This would be a minor complaint, except that Remy's now has a variation of one of my favorite dishes in the world on the menu; Poutine. It's a French-Canadian dish that's made with french-fries, gravy and cheese curd. They top theirs with Duck Confit and call it "Duck Confit Cheddar Fries." It's not good, and I love poutine and duck confit. The fries are the biggest problem. The thick, frozen fries don't lend themselves to a poutine dish very well. They also use what appears to be shredded cheddar cheese instead of real cheese curd. Finally, the gravy is almost a little too sweet. The duck is fine (not fantastic, but not bad). If they only changed one thing, make it the fries. That would make a world of difference. Still, I found the dish disappointing since I'm such a huge fan of poutine and most places don't serve it. Overall, Remy's is a good restaurant and a great addition to the city. I'll continue giving them my business.

Their web site now has menus and I noticed the beer prices went down. That Blue Moon is $7, down from $8.75 when I was there. They deserve credit for adjusting their prices.

Fun atmosphere, friendly people. Poor service, bartender didn't check back to see if the food was okay and I almost had to reach over the bar to refill my drink. Burger was good but bun was stale. Worse part is I just about had to beg to pay. Jerry should stick to his little hot dog stand at Fenway.

Best ambiance around. Went on a Saturday for lunch and lucked out - they serve brunch until 3pm. Husband had the steak breakfast burrito, which he RAVED about... My harvest salad rivaled one of the best salads I've had in my life (@ Yemanja in Aruba).

I attended for a football game with a large party (about 15) on the 21st of December. The waitress was fast and attentive to all of us. All of our orders where taken and arrived quickly without any errors (at least none that ever came to my attention). The only issue that I had was that we came specifically to watch an entire game yet we had a giant pole in our view of the large mutli-tv setup; though there were many TVs around the whole room. Food was hot, beers where cold, and all the games were on. No big complaints.

This place used to be good. Now they must have a bad kitchen staff. I've gone twice in the last two months and the last time we sent all of our food back and Applebee's. The chicken WAS NOT COOKED. Not just one order, but both. My friend got "truffle fries" that smelled like lighter fluid. (Not an exaggeration) which he later developed a stomach ache from eating maybe 5 or 6 of them. The burger was cooked well done when we asked for "medium rare". Not to mention they do not have ESPN 3. Or so they so rudely said. It's a sports bar and you don't have ESPN 3?! The place has went down hill. I do not suggest going and if you do, get a salad. Their cooks have no clue what they're doing.

Jerry Remey's Sportsbar In Fall River Is a Great Place to Relax, Chat with Friend's Or Family & Watch Baseball Games On Their Several Huge BigScreen Tv's While Nibbling On An Appetizer & Drinking A Coupla' Cold Beers. The Atmosphere Is Somewhat Dim & Low-Lit & Moderately Casual. The Service, If it's not too busy, Is pretty friendly & Attentive for the Most part. I Like That The Men's Rooms are pretty Clean & Spacious with A CooL Feature: Above Every Urinal & a Mirror, that Have Small HDTV's to Enjoy While Your taking a "Whizz". ;D lol Not Something you See in Most Public Restrooms. Everything Seem's to Have a "NightClub-Like " Ambiance to it. The Food or The Appetizer I Ordered wasn't bad, Basic Bacon, Cheese Fries were tasty with a reasonable size plate portion, Good enough to Share with Someone while washing it down with a few Cold Beers. I went there for the first time on a Slow Sunday night, So, I Can't really tell you what It's Normally Like On a Busy "Weeknight" Or Friday or Saturday night. I may Have to visit At Another time to Update This Review On A Future visit.

This place is nice and new. Big and bright. If you are going to a sports bar in Fall River it has lots of TVs its really well designed its a nice place. The bar is beautiful with big tvs. Lots of seating in the restaurant too. They have an outdoor patio overlooking the water. Bummer part-the parking lot is in the way. I loved the place. You need a good sports bar but it was over priced. I think it has to be to survive. The food was decent but not to justify the price. The bathrooms were really nice too. There is a TV superimposed behind the mirror so you don't have to miss a minute of the big game, even when you are in the facilities! The bar is really hard to get to with all of the construction.

Go with low expectations. I can't really complain about my meal, which was a veggie wrap. Surprisingly good. However, all the others I ate with seemed to have problems with the quality of their food: chicken was cold, salmon was under-cooked (that's inexcusable), and the hotdog wasn't that great. Maybe we hit them on an off night because they've been okay or other friends/family in the past. Items (food and alcohol) are definitely overpriced. I would not say many of those items should be priced over $10. Still not a bad place to have a drink with someone or share an appetizer. Not sure I'd recommend going purely for the entrees. Atmosphere is pretty cool with the giant televisions and high ceilings. Parking is easy.

I'm giving three stars because I think my experience has been based on bad luck. I love the atmosphere, and certainly it's a fantastic place to watch any sporting event. I think the food is very good and the menu is diverse enough for everyone to find something and it's not just typical bar food only, there are other options as well. Here's my issue. The last 2 visits there, spaced several months apart, I had hair in my food. Really disappointing especially when you really like the food! It grossed me out so much the first time it took me several months to go back . Then it happened again. The worst part was when I reported it the first time , (it was in my salad)they didn't even offer to tell the manager , they just brought me another salad ! Umm NO I don't want another hairy salad! I wasn't looking for anything to be taken off the bill but perhaps a quick word of apology would've been appropriate. Disappointed that something as simple as a hairnet could've made us regulars.

I wanted to love this place but 3 times it has failed me , it's in my hometown and I'm a huge Red Sox fan donut had me when it opened . Sadly the last time I went with my wife and mother we all ordered burgers well done and got medium rare burgers . My mother sent it back and my wife too and it came back still bleeding. The manager gave me a 25 dollar gift card I have to a friend I won't go back that was the third strike I can't waste my time with awful food at top dollar , good luck if you go!

My husband and I came on a non big game Saturday. We made reservations for 6 but arrived 20 minutes early and we're seated promptly. The restaurant was quiet for a Saturday with many available tables. I was very pleased with the seasonal pumpkin sangria! Delicious. I have been making chicken mozambique at home and had never had it out. I was excited to see it in the local flavor section of the menu. I can honestly say my recipe is better. It wasn't bad but didn't have the flavors of my recipe I have. My husband order shrimp scampi. He ate it but said he's had better. Getting our waiter's attention was difficult, we wanted Ketchup and waters with our meal. He was talking with the other waiters in back of where we were sitting. Had to wait a bit. We weren't overly please or overly disappointing, hence the 3 stars.

Three stars instead of four because some of the prices on some items were a bit high. When this place first opened there were so many stories of one and two hour waits for tables. We waited until now to go and went on an off-hour. There were plenty of free tables both outside and inside. We opted to eat inside. It's nice inside with plenty of massive TV screens if you wanted to catch a game there. Since there was no big game while we were there, in our case, we got to watch investigators search Aaron Hernandez's home on 17 foot and 14 foot screens. What more could a person want? ;) Hey, it was better than watching the screen that had the Yankees game on. Service was great. No complaints about the server at all. They have a good selection of draft beers, wine and cocktails. My husband had the Pretty Things Jack D'or on draft and I had a blueberry cosmo. Thumbs up on both. We started with the mussels which were nice and spicy and had a lot of grilled chourico in them. My husband had the salmon for his entree, which was served with potatoes, broccoli and asparagus. Any of the burgers can be made with beef, turkey or a black bean patty. I had a turkey burger. and didn't want fries so decided to pay extra for a side salad instead. It was a good-sized salad. Thumbs up on both of our meals. My husband decided to end his meal with some of Don Julio tequila. $14 was a bit much for a middle of the road tequila. In my opinion the entree prices are reasonable. Some of the appetizers are overpriced and some of the drinks are overpriced. We would return, but I think my husband would pass on the after dinner tequila and just wait to have some at home.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. Gave it three different tries and each one was worse than before (if that's even possible) between food sent back each time and the lackluster service its a joke. Not to mention we went on a sat night and were charged a cover to eat dinner that was sent back. Three strikes your out , Jerry.

Horrible horrible service I didn't see one waitress smiling including ours. Yes it was busy, kid's night, kids meal free with adult plate...my son and I reconfirmed he wanted a grill cheese but with NO cheese. I made sure I reiterated myself so she fully understood he wanted grilled bread (toast) NO CHEESE wish I could tell you our waitresses name, but she never introduced herself. Being a waitress myself (part-time) idc how busy it gets if you can't remember something write it down but she never ONCE came back to ask how everything was, I then would've told her my son was crying and didn't eat his sandwich because there WAS CHEESE!!!! By the time she came back of course it was pay the bill...I said to her you brought his meal with cheese, oh it's comped anyway!!!! I said no you don't understand he didn't EAT!!!! She's like it was free, as if I don't know what comped means! Really???? My kid didn't eat the price wasn't a factor or we wouldn't be at a sports restaurant!!!!!! I never not leave a tip BUT I didn't leave her a tip she wasn't apologetic nor did she understand the fact that I know I have to come home and make son food when I was just so I wouldn't have to cook!!!!! My first experience there was NOT anything to brag about...no pizza either...at a sports restaurant/bar??????? Will not be recommending or going back on my own some anytime soon...tell your waitresses to smile...it's contagious! Oh side note...the door manager looked like a greasy scum ball from an 80's movie...keeping it classy Fall River!!!!!

Had Nachos, they weren't terrible, they weren't the best. They were just... nachos. On my search for the perfect nachos, these aren't it, but these aren't inedible either. I got a black bean burger, and he got a Remy burger. We both had the same problem eating our burgers, they were squishy as anything, which was terribly annoying. We also got our fries with garlic parmesan flavoring and that was amazing, however if you don't like garlic, this isn't for you! I could literally see the garlic chunks on top of my fries, which I loved! All in all I would give the food three stars this time around, but makes the difference was the customer service. The bartender was excellent for starters. Then while we were eating, we were approached by: 1. The bartender 2. The manager 3. One of the chefs To ask us how our meal was. If That isn't customer service, I don't know what is!

After a day of flying back home from Peru i decided to go to one of my favorite restaurants with a couple friends, which was clearly Jerry Remy's. A portion of my order consisted of those boneless buffalo wings. Now these are usually really good, but it wasn't even hot ( the temp of the food). However, i was so hungry i just shut my mouth and ate it. Then comes my friends food and it had HAIR in it and more than just one piece of hair pretty nasty! Now granted that the manager took it off the bill i still feel obligated to write this review because i mean two screw ups with two different meals at the same table come on. Granted i ate all my food but i let the manager know that it was cold when served, and how i was so hungry i didn't care.

My wife and I have been here numerous times. Normally once a week and usually twice a week in the summer. Overall we have had hits and some misses but usually nothing that disappointed us to the point of no return. Our last visit on 11/02/14 my wife was totally disappointed in her meal. When the waitress finally came to the table and saw my wife's meal 80 percent uneaten I was stunned by her reaction to my wife's complaint. When asked how everything was my wife stated "this is horrible, this is the worst meal I have ever received at a restaurant". My wife has ordered the same meal (chicken under a brick) numerous times in the past and always enjoyed it, not tonight. The waitress simply removed the plate from the table and said I'll let the manager know. That's where I have a problem. We sat for 15-20 minutes waiting for the manager to come to the table as I drank my coffee. No manager, no attempt to fix the problem, no apology. We spend a minimum of $80 a visit. We have purchased numerous gift cards for others and as I already stated visited this establishment on a regular basis. Not only disappointed by the lack of concern that night, but the icing on the cake was the following day. My wife was so upset that night she choose to leave instead of seeking out the manager. The next day she called to complain to no avail and thanks to the lack of concern and effort on the management at Jerry Remys' we will no longer return. I estimate we spent a minimum of $5000.00 here this year and know next year we will be spending it elsewhere. BTW, they keep blaming their decline in sales to the construction. Open your eyes and take a hard look at your customer service, that's the real reason people are not choosing Jerry Remys.

Not my favorite place in the city. Drinks are over priced and weak. The food is average pub food. Tap House is a much better choice all around.

  • Justin M.

I am going to keep this short, sweet and to the point. If you really want to over pay for average American style food and for different craft beers you can get anywhere else for cheaper money than feel free coming here. I have been here a few times just to try and get passed the initial impression of the overly priced average food but I just can't. I most likely won't be coming back to this location nor any others just because I would rather overspend on better food. I guess you could come here and watch sporting events BUT there are other places I would pick first.

Came out for dinner with my son. Ordered the nachos that were absolutely delicious. The portion was huge. We then ordered our entrees. My son loved the Clam Chowder in a bread bowl! I ordered the quesiddalas. Which were great but I could only have a couple of bites. Because I indulged in the mound full of nachos. The server Josh was super nice and attentive. I never had to ask for a refill. And came to our table often. Most places the servers are too attentive. But he nailed it. Try the lava cake!! So much deliciousness!!:) I will definitely be back as a regular with my son for a night out!!!

My wife and I went here not long after it opened for lunch and although I thought it was just ok.... We decided at the last minute to try it again for lunch. Chris was our server, and he was ok, friendly. We ordered a side ceasar salad for my wife a cup of broccoli cheddar soup for our son and I got the stuffy. All was good, the stuffy was a bit greasy, but had damn good flavor and texture. It took quite awhile to get our apps though and I was surprised at this because there was only two other tables in the place. Or.... eight guest as a total. 2 being babies. My wife ordered the chourico and chips. She didn't finish it. The chourico was over cooked and dried out. The roll on which it came on was just cut open, not toasted no nothing. I'm a line cook and have been cooking for years, and if I produced something like this Id probably be ashamed. Perhaps the cook was jonesing for a cigarette and just threw it together. The chourico had to either been sand bagged or sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. Maybe reheated in a fryerlator. Definitely not cooked to order. I had the fish and chips. Whats great about living in New England is the fresh and easy access to the local seafood. Our restaurant... ( The Boathouse in Tiverton) serves locally caught seafood) This here was locally fetched from the freezer. Its easy to tell the difference as frozen is bland as hell. They must buy frozen beer batter filets. The batter was tasty I guess. My sons grilled cheese looks yummy as hell though. I even snagged a bite. My Coke was delicious too. All in all, Id have rather spent the 49 dollars as a co pay at St. Annes Hospital but thats just me. Ill never go here again. I might be more lenient if it had been a slamming Friday night, but 2 in the afternoon with 8 covers in the house is pretty sad. Youd think the head chef would have better standards in the kitchen, but I guess not. If your in the area, try Almacs instead and save yourself some money and heartburn.

Have only been once since they opened. Service was slow even though we were one of maybe 5 groups of people in the restaurant. Getting drinks was slow, food took a while to come out but was good. Not as good as I thought with all the hype of the location Boston. You'd think with Jerry growing up in the area he would have more pride in this location.

Stopped in for lunch on the weekend with a few friends. I have been here a few times and enjoy the location in Boston as well. It is a great place to have a beer and watch a game. The food is usually pretty good but we experienced a few issues this time around. Myself and a friend ordered the Kobe burger cooked medium rare and they both came out well done. This was frustrating, especially when starving and with a group of friends. We sent them back and they were returned perfectly 15 minutes later. The server was very appologetic and mentioned that the manager would be over to "take care of us" immediatley. This was the most annoying part because we waited about 20 minutes for the manager to come by and she only asked how everything was. We told her about our issue with the food and then she walked away... we waiting another 10 minutes and finally found our server. She brought over the bill and nothing was changed, which was confusing since the manager said she would "take care of us". We brought this to our servers attention and the manger came back over and offered to pay for a round of our drinks. It all worked out and we appreciated the free drinks, it was just frustrating to wait to eat after your friends and then having to wait another 35-40 minutes to have the bill resolved. Let's just hope it was a busy day!

I'm now a Yankee fan... Our party of four was seated promptly for our 8:30 reservation. That was the second best part of the evening..... We ordered 3 draft beers and a glass of wine. Well, we tried to. The server informed us that a power outage down the street knocked the power out to the draft lines, and the particular glass of wine ordered wasn't in stock due to snow. So we ordered nachos as an app as we took to the drink menu again. The nachos came out surprisingly quickly. However we still didn't have our drinks. Or water. Or utensils. Or napkins. So we just kind of sat and stared while our food got cold and we waited for the basics. We gave up on the basics and used the drink napkins that laid on our table waiting for drinks. Finally our drinks arrived, we asked for water, utensils, napkins. Our food arrived. We asked for water, utensils and napkins second time. Some other server dropped us utensils and napkins, still no water. Asked for water a third time. Now we're thru with out beers and halfway done with our meals. So we are kinda thirsty.... So we went to the bar and grabbed some water. Self serve was the only option to quench your thirst apparently. Then our waitress, who looked and behaved like Rene from Mob Wives, showed up with water. Now we have 8 glasses of water on the table and no food left. I told the waitress she could bring us the check. And her reply was "Can I?" My response was a death look, laser beam eyes. We paid, then came the best part of the night. Leaving Jerry Remy's.

This was the 3rd time I tried this location of Remy's and the third time I was disappointed. As Jerry knows it's 3 strikes and your out! It's a shame too, because it's a very nice looking sports bar, in a great location that has so much promise. We visited on a Sunday afternoon during a Pats game, now your probably thinking the place was packed...it wasn't, which tells you something in and of itself. Ok here goes my review, first off the hostess was not energetic nor did she seem very interested in seating us, she slowly strolled us thru the restaurant dropping the menus on the table not telling us who our waiter/waitress was going to be. Our waitress showed up quickly before we had a chance to check out the drink menu we politely declined saying we needed a minute and she just turned and walked away, then she made us wait while she chatted with a couple of the other waitresses just a few feet away never turning to look back to see if we were ready. Finally when she did turn she went to the table next to us to see if they needed anything before she took our initial drink order. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer of boneless buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing. Drinks arrived quickly and the app soon followed, the BBW's were good but a little dry, undoubtedly frozen but OK. We then ordered our meals, a salad with grilled chicken, greens were waxy and the chicken over done, I had an order of mussels with Portuguese chourico the mussels were over cooked but the broth was nice and the chourico spicy, the third meal was a Rubin with house potato chips which was good, not great but good. $66.00 spent including the tip for a mediocre lunch... A new chef is needed here or it will never reach its potential as a must go!!!

Went there recently was greeted by a very rude bartender. Asked how her day was going and how business was her response was " how would I know I just got here" Ordered a beer and waited about 0 minutes before she approached me for food. Ordered the fish and chips which were horrible. There were less than 10 people in the whole restaurant but I still waited almost 40 minutes before my horrible food was brought to the bar. At one point I sat there and took at least 3 pictures of the bartender and the other female manager talking with there back to myself and the rest of the guests. I was wondering during there conversation if my food was ready in the kitchen, I was in fact more concerned then they were. Like I said it took close to 40 minutes for my food to come out, it was soggy and sad which leaves me to think that they were more concerned chatting then being on the lookout for my food. All in all nice location and pleasant décor but poor poor poor service and poor attitudes on behalf of the bartender and manager. Other staff were continuously walking by joking about " I cant wait to get out of this place" At one point there were three or four staff, including the bartender and manager ( she was wearing black) at the end of the bar. The " F" word was very much used in their conversation. Food over priced and low quality, poor service... sad!

Myself and family finally went last night. Probably the last in the area to go. Ok here is a quick review. Atmosphere is great. Inside has the biggest TV I have ever scene, decor also makes you forget your in Fall River. Service was good no complaints. I had Bison burger and wife mad Nachos with Boneless Buffalo chicken. Burger was good, Nachos were good. Nothing that would blow you away. The problem with this place it a SPORTS BAR with HIGH PRICED FOOD. Burger was $14.99 and 20 oz Blue Moon Beer was $9.00 Yikes. Just not worth the price. I guess they are keeping the prices high is to keep rift raft out and prevent over drinking. My daughter had 1/2 rack boneless ribs. I tried very tasty but again over priced. I don't know, maybe more affordable prices might make me return, just not worth the money. I might sound CHEEP, but BAR food should be that way.

Great setting but once again after giving this place at least a half dozen tries it just doesn't get better than 2 stars. The food was good not great. Visited on frozen night and it was a total mess. Manager has no clue and clearly let that show with the lack of organized help and left the poor girl at the front door to fend for herself at the front door. The only person that deserved a tip was the hostess for having to deal with the mass of upset people because they could not handle the mob of people.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! Went out for a nice meal with family and everyone at the table left disappointed. We will all NEVER be returning here. This place will be closed within a year or less. Dead on a Friday night with patriots on television, what does that tell you. The service was ok. Our waiter was a nice guy but could tell he was very fed up with how things were going. Looked like he had a rough night. They didn't have enough menus for our table when we were sat and the place wasn't even full! We received our calamari app after waiting about 20min. It was luke warn and the smallest portion of calamari I have ever honestly seen. Then we sat there and looked at it get cold for another 10 min because they didn't have any small app plates! Finally we got plates and each were able to share a portion of about 2-3 pieces each. Not even worth it whatsoever. We put our orders in and waited. . And waited. . And waited. After a good 30-40 minutes the food comes out of course not all at once. In my head I was already saying I know something will be cold because of the wait and how the food was coming out. YUP here come my ribs STONE COLD. I ordered a full rack. It came in two halves, the top half covered in BBQ sauce to make it look ok and we're stone cold only to cover up the actual warmer temp half underneath that was burnt to a crisp and had no sauce on them whatsoever. I also will add the side of coleslaw that looked like they threw on the plate with a spoon from a foot away, half was on the ribs and half falling off the plate. The waiter comes over and asks if everything looks ok. Well absolutely not. I honestly never send food back anywhere but this was just not edible. He sends it back to the kitchen and the waiting game began again. After another good half hour I told him to just forget it. The manager took it off the bill which was still outrageous for the portion sizes alone. My wife's food was also a joke. She had the watermelon salad. If you like wilted pieces of arugula, watermelon with thumb prints in it, brown avocado and no dressing then this salad is for you. Also ridiculous portion size. All in all just a terrible experience here and we will never be back. If you want to overpay for tiny portions, wait forever for your meal and leave upset with the food quality then try this place out. Otherwise don't waste your time or money on this place what a joke.

Went here 3x, not by my choosing but because I had gift certificates bought for me... each time I came, either myself or someone else I was with had sent food back because it was cold, soggy, overdone, or fried by the heat lamps. It's so overpriced for cliche bar food and I'm pretty sure half the stuff on their menu is bagged frozen food. The beer selection is decent and at least the bartenders can pour beers because that's about all they can do. I asked for a simple Bourbon Manhattan made with Bulleit. The bartender didn't know what Bulleit was even though it was on a shelf behind her. After I pointed it out, she took said bourbon and shook the crap out of it. You stir manhattans... take another bartending class. No good whiskey drinker likes watered down whiskey. My manhattan was so diluted and had no bitters (1 of 3 ingredients in the drink) and was $13... I understand it's Fall River but seriously??? Never again....

What a great place to watch a ballgame! Massive televisions offer all the sensory overload a sports fan could ever dream of. And on a warm summer's day, the outdoor deck can be very nice place to enjoy a sandwich and a cool breeze, too. But the food? Not bad.., but not so great either. Following a longer than expected wait on a slow weekday afternoon, my fries (an odd item for a menu specialty) arrived less than hot and my burger was thick and flavorful, but leaked enough grease to turn my bun to mush. Would I return? Yes! I'd drop in, order a cold beer and enjoy the Sox in a fun atmosphere -- I'd just might think about having dinner somewhere else first.

Let's keep this short. I don't think you should eat at Jerry Remy's. I have eaten here twice and both times were a mistake. Sitting at the bar each time taught me enough to not want to come back. PROS: *Do you like sports TV? There's giant TV screens showing sports at all times. You can see these screens from anywhere in the facility. Watching a big game here is a helluva experience with a good crowd. *Free house made potato chips. *Nice outside area for live entertainment. *Good beer selection, lots of ciders and shandys on tap. CONS: *Came in the winter and there were fruitflies all over the bar, particularly around the taps. Came back in the summer... and there's still fruitflies everywhere around the bar, now including regular houseflies. There's also gunk collecting behind the taps holder on the leftmost tap area- right near customers. The bar needs significant cleaning to get rid of those flies. *Food is overpriced, no specials for dinner. *Appetizers are no good. Last time I went I got overcooked pretzel sticks that were rock hard and salt free. This time I ordered bruschetta and what came out was a slice of tomato slapped onto a warm piece of bread with balsamic glaze on top- not bruschetta. Fall River needs all the solid businesses it can get so I hope Jerry Remy's gets its' act together and fixes things before they end up closing like the Boston location did.

The food was pretty awful. The first issue is that their menu is really just burgers and sandwiches, so if you don't like any of that well this is already not the place for you. Once you actually get your food it's really only downhill from there, prepare yourself for greasy food dripping without flavor. My sandwich was dry and Walmart quality meat. The service isn't too great, but it's nothing insultingly bad. Won't be going back.

Very mediocre...in every sense of the word. Atmosphere is great, fiendly staff and a good place to watch a game but it ends there. The food leaves much to be desired. I've been back several times, giving it another chance, just hoping to be wrong, but was dissapointed every time. My wife and I got a gift card for Christmas and we used it last week. That will be the last time we eat there.

I would have to say I was bouncing back and forth between a 2 and a 3, but this place has one redeeming property thats sticks out and puts it in the 3 category. Overall, this place is a place I would go to watch a sports game. I would never go again for a dinner greater than a cheese burger. The redeeming property I was talking about earlier is the incredible sports watching atmosphere. This place has two enormous (and when I mean enormous like I mean larger than I have ever seen (I think?)). The area is open so that everyone in the restaurant could watch the game on the same giant screen. While sitting there I was imagining the Bruins 2011 Stanley Cup Games or this year's Superbowl! It must be an incredible experience; the energy, the community. Do you know what I mean? To go with the game watching experience, you have a selection of cheap beer and a selection of craft beer also. I noticed they had Westport Vineyards Wine, which is real good wine. The food on the other hand was incredibly bland. I got the full rack of baby back ribs. It came with a mound of homemade potato chips and coleslaw. All 3 items on the plate were bland. The ribs had no rub on them, just an overly sweet sauce with no heat and monotonic flavor (in my opinion you need a rub for flavor and texture). They seemed to rely solely on the sauce (which seemed to be a theme). Neither the potatoes or the slaw had any seasoning; salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, paprika, celery salt, anything would have been nice! My fiance got the Steak Tips. Once again, the tips basically were just smothered in A1 stake sauce after being grilled. They lacked any other real seasoning. The one thing that did have flavor were her green beans which had an abundance of garlic (which I loved, I love garlic) but it was terribly overwhelming. You couldn't even taste the green beans. Go here for sports, beer, burgers (hopefully they're decent), and apps. I will be back for burgers to see if they are good soon. I will let you know.

Wings on Thursday night. Yummy. Love the stuffed quahog to go with the wings and $5 margaritas.

Save your money and go to a lovely portuguese restaurant in the city. Better food! Better service!

While the atmosphere and location is terrific for a sports themed restaurant, I have to give it a terrible review. My meal, a kale and Apple salad, never came until after my five friends had FINISHED their meals and we had repeatedly inquired as to its whereabouts-always being told it was coming. They then said it had been made wrong so would make it again. Overall the service was painfully slow and three of the five meals were cold upon arrival (burgers, fries, kid's meal). When my meal did arrive it was a bowl of raw kale (no massaging!) Apple slices, red pepper and carrots. The menu listed it as having roasted almonds, avocado, Jimica, cucumbers and a few other ingredients. The manager and staff were really disappointing. They just did not care and it's pretty clear they are not interested on repeat visitors. This is a shame as the location and vibe are great.
