I love riffs!!! I have only ever had delivery- I've never stepped foot inside the restaurant! Their delivery service is fast and food always arrives hot and fresh. You can now do online ordering which i love. I Usually order thur tex-mex food- I love the goat cheese quesadilla, guac and chips, burritos and really everything. They have an insanely broad menu... Asian inspired to sandwiches to pizza to Mexican and salads and more- and they amazingly do all of them well!

Riff's is definitely a hidden gem! Their menu is vast, from appetizers, to salads, burgers, wraps, Mexican, etc. Everything is made from fresh ingredients and the portions are huge. I had the chicken, bacon, and cheese wit chipotle mayo wrap and I should have only eaten half of it and taken it home, that is how big it was. The service is top notch and everyone is very friendly. There's something for everyone on the menu. I particularly like the infused water dispenser. Today's flavor was ginger pineapple. All of the members of our party ordered something different and they all enjoyed their meals. Many brought leftovers home. I would definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to return when I am in the area again.

Please don't go here. Unless you want incredibly greasy, soggy fries that taste heavily of peanut oil. Also, if I'm going to pay $9 for a grilled cheese, I will never bother with Riff's ever again. There was hardly any cheese in my "cheesestique" sandwich and the cheese was not even melted. This place is poorly managed and the food is not properly prepared and not worth the high prices. Don't believe the hype, save yourself the time and money and don't even bother with Riff's.

Dropped in Saturday night after a long day. I had never been but had heard good things. There's a nice bar attached to this place I'd like to check out another time. Menu is straight forward so I don't know why people were so confused in other reviews. I had the thai burrito and the boy had the speedy gonzales burrito. We started with the pulled pork egg rolls. You order at the counter and take your seat. Low key, casual kind of place. The pulled pork egg rolls were good but the dipping sauce may have been what made them so good. Only 4 to an appetizer so be aware if you're sharing with more people. We both had the chips and salsa as our burrito sides. I like to judge places by their salsa and I loved this one. Could use a little more heat but it was really tasty. My burrito was huge and I didn't know if I could finish it all. Great sauce and I love the array of hot sauces on the table so I could add more spice. The speedy burrito was good too but I'm not a fan of their guacamole. The Manager (owner?) was really nice and came by to check on us and see if we liked everything. I can't wait to go back and try a few other things I saw on the menu.

When they get my order right, the food is great! Unfortunately when you order ten times and nine out of ten times (regardless of eating in or ordering out), your food comes out wrong and no one seems to care, you just don't want to eat there again. Also, the food seems ridiculously expensive. If I pay $12 for a sandwich, I want french fries with it. Sure, I can pay $2+ more for fries, but then we are looking at $14 for a burger that will probably come out wrong anyway.

The food is phenomenal! Everything's fresh and made to order. The portions are huge. And the parmesan fries are great tasting...a little greasy but definitely worth it!

A little out of the way, but we are glad we stumbled upon it. Nice bar, really good and creative food. Wide draft selection will bring me back.

I ate here last week at the urging of some local friends. I thought the place was kind of dirty and disorganized. Basic greasy fried food dive. Today they made the news because one of the cooks here used cleaning powder on a sandwich instead of grated cheese. A patron had to go to the hospital. Google it on a local news site. The owners didn't seem to know what happened, and no employees were disciplined. So yeah, if you want to risk eating a place that can't tell the difference between Comet and Parmesan, eat up. Disgusting!!!

I got the shrimp tacos! Yummy! A little spicy but not too spicy and goes well with the fruit salsa. The water was a summer flavor today, and I don't know what was in it but it was great. I don't even like flavored water usually. I didn't have to wait long for my food which was another plus!

Lettuce wrapped spring rolls... yum! Great lunch and a good beer selection in the attached lounge.

We've eaten here probably 10 times now and every time we're more impressed than the previous visit. We've explored the menu and have tried everything from chicken sandwiches to burgers to tacos to pizzas to burritos salads to soups to appetizers. It's All top notch! My favorite has to be their soups. The cups and bowls are huge and the soups are hearty. They recently had a kimchee beef soup that blew my freaking mind. Everything is made fresh and the portion sizes are generous. Our party consists of two adults and two children. We usually order three entrees, a couple sodas, an appetizer and a cup of soup. The bill is rarely over $40 which I think is very reasonable. We always have leftovers to take home with us. We've eaten at nearly every good restaurant in the Northampton area and honestly I don't see a need to go any place besides Riff's. The menu is expansive enough to where I can always find something I want. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The guy with the bow-tie (I think he's one of the owners) has been there on every visit, even Sundays. I have not been able to catch these guys on a bad day. Free wifi, large tables and relatively low noise levels make this a great place for a business lunch. I can't say enough good things about Riff's.

I moved to hampshire county a few months back and just discovered Riffs. I have been 3 times since I have discovered it. The food is excellent quality. Prices are fair. The variety is great! The salsa is somewhat hot, but great.

Riff's is the perfect hole in the wall, out of the way restaurant. I keep returning because their specials are innovative, and everything seems to be made from scratch with fresh ingredients. I am mainly vegetarian, and am impressed that the veggie burgers are actually homemade! My fiance can attest that all the actual burgers are really good (he's tried almost all!). My only complaint would be that the place is small, so sometimes, seating is tough. (You might end up against the bar on the wall with little elbow room.) BUT I guess it's a good sign the place is always packed.

While driving thru Mass we enjoyed this very eclectic hip joint. Perfect for us was the variety to select from and the casual speediness definitely a place to stop at! All we ordered was very good and we have our next meal picked out for a future stop. I ordered the Thai burrito sans meat...next time I would add a meat as it was a bit boring plain. Everything else hit the spot for the entire clan.

This used to be the go-to place in town to get high quality, quick food. And when you get the food you order, it's terrific. However, lately my orders have all been coming wrong. Whether I order for take-out, delivery, or dine-in, large mistakes are being made. Twice while dining in, my father ordered a meal without cheese. Both times it came with cheese. My most recent order was a pizza with hamburger, bacon and cheddar. It came with chicken, bacon and cheddar. Previously I ordered a build your own hamburger for dining in. Instead of the Cajun spice I ordered, I got chipotle mayonnaise. And then one time I ordered a hamburger for delivery and got a chicken sandwich. I could go on and on. Note that I'm not ordering anything that isn't an option on their menu or some kind of weird special order. I'm ordering options directly off their current menu. Now, I'm okay with mistakes. They happen. But the problem here is not only have they happened far more often than reasonable, the staff doesn't seem to care when they screw up. When my burger came with the mayo and I told them that it was wrong, they needed to be prompted to fix it. The general attitude was just, "So?" When we called this time to tell them about the pizza, they were very rude almost as if they didn't believe us, saying that we would have to bring it back ourselves and wait for a new one rather than deliver a replacement. I love the food at Riff's but unless they start caring about their customers more, I'm through with them. There are other great choices in this town.

Loved the decor, ordered the buffalo chicken & brisket sandwiches. We each got fries for sides, one the garlic Parmesan with truffle oil, those were fabulous! The chicken sandwich was great, full chicken breast with bacon lettuce with a buffalo sauce on roll. The brisket would've been better if it was sliced thiner, and put more evenly on the bread. Also was very fatty. Tasted good, but surely would've been enjoyed more if sliced thinner.

Ugh i luv the place they have the best burgers, try the Rodeo Clown. The menu is huge and vegetarian friendly. But i wish they were in different building, Eastworks has a strong smell of mold.

My wife actually got me a $50 gift card for Christmas, that 's how much I love the place. It's my favorite food in the Valley. Everything is fresh and the flavors are great and it's super consistent. Only negative is the specials are hit-and-miss and the fish & chips should be on the regular menu.

  • Rich K.

Most of the food from this place will melt in your mouth. I usually get one of the specialty chicken sandwiches, such as rhe Godzilla. They are all great. The sweet potato fries are fantastic. I would also recommend the Chop Shop salad. The portion size of a small salad is huge. The only disappointment for me so far has been their burrito. There is an additional charge for meat or chicken and you needed a magnifier to find the beef in that burrito.

  • Dawn R.

Riff's is my go to in Easthampton! Not only do they deliver, I get airline miles for eating there AND the food is delicious. I love their chopped salad, their fancy grilled cheese (with goat cheese), and their Parmesan fries. I have to say, their new menu did remove my favorite item, the Angry Greek burger, but I can still build it as a burger. On site, the restaurant is cute and the staff are friendly. The Hideaway lounge is almost always packed.

Super tasty food at reasonable prices, with a great beer selection. This is my go-to when I'm craving a burger -- and their home-made tortilla chips are awesome!

  • Joe B.

first 2 times it was good, after that very inconsistent as far as what I got on burger, size of patty itself and how it was cooked (got the same thing 5 times in a row)...just has to be better for me to be a customer, other places get it right more often and are cheaper.

This place was great, once we found it (see my tip). I had a McLovin burger, it had home made 1000 island dressing and caramelized onions... mmm... I wish I was eating it right now. Anyways my girl had a very fresh and home made black bean burger that was actually very good for not having any t. We share sweet potato fries and onion rings that were both delicious. I definately will be hitg this place up when we are in town again. Don't miss out!

  • Jason S.

The McLovin is perfect...with the onions taken off and extra pickles added. :)

Riff's employs kids as cooks. Order anything on the menu that needs to be fried and it will arrive dry and dark brown. Order anything on the menu that is barbecued and it will arrive drowning in the sauce. If you like barbecue sauce ask for a straw -- you'll need one. Stay well away from anything on the menu that is pricey, for example, whole belly clams will set you back $18, roughly $2/clam. Remember they will be fried to an ultra crispy dark brown dry lump. Your plate will be swimming in French fries some of which will be soggy under a topping of very bland coleslaw. The prices are inversely correlated to the quality, I.e., high prices v. Low quality. This place is always hopping though which makes me think of HL Menkin's line about how clueless people can be.

At summer camp my friend Noelle and I spent all our money on "Mad Phat Malted Frappes Yo" and somehow managed to put on 10 pounds in a single summer. Regardless, we thought it was the most fun item on the menu at the Summer Shack to order. We were (and still are) easily amused. I found myself equally as easily amused to order a "Thai Dyed Slammin' Chicken Sammie" at Riffs. Did I mention I am a huge loser? Oh, that was already implied. The sandwich was delicious and I further killed any dieting attempt by getting a side of sweet potato fries with chipotle ailio. The menu is creative and fun and the food is fresh and tasty. Definitely worth a try.

Heck to the yeah!!! This place is amazing. I've tried it all but my favorites are the burritos. The staff is always super nice when I call and pick up and as always, I'm so happy to see a local business do so well!

I have been a fan of Riffs since they opened years ago in their original location. The food has consistently gotten better if that is even possible. Fresh and local ingredients. And I think they have the best burgers and sandwiches in the valley. And lately I have totally been eating their burritos like crazy! Awesome. Have yet to have a bad meal here.

  • Emily B.

One of my very favorite places of all time. They have vastly improved since they changed locations to Eastworks. Their food is incredibly fresh, hot, flavorful and CONSISTENT. It's so nice to see a restaurant actually put time and effort into developing excellent sandwiches, salads, and burritos - their flavor & ingredient combinations are absolutely delicious. If their menu doesn't suit you, they also have build-your own sandwiches & pizzas. You can't go wrong! Staff are awesome and friendly also. Give it a try!

  • Joe L.

Stopped in for a quick lunch last week, ordered the chopped salad with chicken and it was amazing! All ingredients were beyond fresh and it actually was all chopped which often I find restaurants don't take the time for a good presentation. I will definetely be back soon! The ambiance was laid back and fun which I always opt for too.

Today was my first trip to the new location. Wow what a great spot for what they're doing. Plenty of parking, ample seating, and great decor. I have to say, the burger that I had was better than when they where at the other location. And now that I can have a beer with it, I can't wait to go back and try other things. 5 STARS

What can I say....Delicious Food! Amazing burgers rivaled only by Local Burger and everything else is equally as good. A little pricey but portions are really good and quality of food is second to none. You gotta try it for yourself!

Fantastic food, a great addition to Easthampton cuisine. Not only are their burgers and fries hand cut and organic, but the food is unbelievably good (and relatively cheap!). If this place was in Northampton it would be packed every night. I had a burger straight up with swiss cheese and sweet-potato fries, both of which were cooked to perfection and hot off the grill. No frozen stuff here. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great, some fun music and really cool interior design. Free (blazingly fast) wifi, BYOB (and sodas), this place is a winner in my book.

  • Sandy B.

Have been here several times and the food is always fresh and delicious. Black & Blue burger is great and the Thai-Dyed Noodle Salad is my favorite -- have had that at least 3 times! Their new location in Eastworks is a real plus and an improvement over the original, small location.

The ONLY reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because I've only tried the one burger and I don't think I'm qualified to dish out a 5 star review here. Seriously tho, NO qualms.. you should eat here. I've only been here once, but i liked it a lot. For all the bright colors and eclectic burger names, this place is actually run in a no nonsense fashion. The service is friendly, the place is clean, and the food comes out pretty quick. This place has great burgers. Had the deputy dawg burger. I took one bite and was instantly really impressed. Plus there's a huge hot sauce selection if you're into that kind of thing. try this place, you'll like it.

  • Jacob A.

This is my go to place when I'm craving a great burger. I enjoy sampling their creative selection of burgers. So far my favorite is the "Angry Greek" burger (the name has taken on a whole new meaning lately with the Eurozone crisis). It's got Feta cheese and I load it up with hot sauce, mmm good! Personally I enjoy how creative their menu is, despite the fact that other reviewers felt confused by it. There's plenty of run of the mill restaurants to choose from, I applaud Riffs Joint for taking a risk and getting creative.

Been here a handful of times. Everytime the food is very consistently good with a generous portion. Unfortunately the wait staff on the bar side is consistently bad. Unattentive to the point of almost rude. We had to ask for more beverages (twice). I am hoping they upgrade the staff so we can make this out go to place instead of going into Northampton. I hear this alot. It doesn't matter how good the food is if you are treated poorly. Please get it together on the service side. Thx.

New favorite burger joint. Ever. Have loved everything we've tried here - rodeo clown, hangover helper, chicken ranch wrap, sweet potato fries, onion rings, milk shakes... Fresh ingredients, local items, creative flavors.

  • Ryan M.

Update: everything kinda tastes the same. Truffle fries aren't bad and worth the up charge. Unfortunately I always end up feeling like it should be better than it is. It's just a once in a while takeout default option. At least they're open a lot of hours. Most of my town is closed on Monday, but these guys are open to serve ok burgers (local beef, actually grilled medium rare), passable burritos, thin crust pizza, and lots of ok little bites. It's cheap, fast, and edible. They don't do anything too well but it's a sleepy town and way better than nothing. I wouldn't make a pilgrimage to this place but I'd be bummed if they were gone. Keep them in business Easthampton!

Riff's is quickly rising on my go-to list for lunch places in Easthampton. Had their Godzilla Chicken sandwich today which was a great combination of flavors! My wife had their mushroom cheeseburger today, which was "very very good!" according to her. Don't miss this place when looking for a bite to eat in Easthampton.

What's not to like!? Our favorite date night burger spot in the valley. We have probably been 20 times over the last two years and it's almost always great. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. A few times the fries were soggy and cold and they replaced them with no fuss. They also have gluten free bread which local burger should do! They use Meyer beef which is good, but upgrading to local grass fed would even be better. (probably raise the price a bit) Try the Rodeo Clown, pulled pork, the Hangover Helper, Pesto chicken sandwich. These guys know how to make high quality comfort food. The Hideaway lounge is also a great addition. Go Easthampton!!

My wife and I are frequent customers at Riff's. Every single thing I have ever ordered there has been good, and I really like their new location, especially since they have a cozy little bar. There's not much I can think of that's more satisfying than the Black and Bleu burger with hand-cut fries accompanied by a pint of Steel Rail...except for maybe a McLovin burger with a Steel Rail! I also love their salads and the pulled pork wrap. Check it out, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Searched for a wi-fi restaurant and found Riff's Joint. What a great find! Friendly people and clean comfy atmosphere. I started with the soup, a hearty beef portabella barley and then had the day's special fish sandwich. the soup was home made with care and fresh stock and ingredients The fish was fresh thick haddock with sauted onions served with salsa and tortilla chips. All the food that came across the counter looked awesome. Everything looked fresh and there is nothing skimpy about their portions. If I used the term fresh too often it's because it is. A definite Home Run. Enjoy, James

The food here is good overall. The negative side of this place is that on both occasions that I visited, they make mistakes with our orders. Not only that, when told about them, they said they were sorry but did not offer to correct. For one, we asked for no jalapeños on our order of nachos. There were jalapeños covering every inch of the chips. Needless to say, we could not eat them because they were too hot. The girl who delivered them was not at all concerned when we reminded her that we asked specifically not to have them, since she was the one who took our order. She giggled and said OOPS! As she walked away. We should have demanded them to be redone, but my husband hates to do that. Anyways, they do not have the attitude that the customer should be happy, because we certainly weren't.

My family loves this restaurant. We have not encountered the negative aspects noted in other reviews. Instead, we have consistently received delicious, well-prepared food by a pleasant (albeit busy) staff. Prices are decent considering the high quality ingredients and generous portions served. We dine at Riff's once a week--a ringing endorsement!

I am certainly intrigued by this place. Having been to the Riff's Cafe in the Smith College Art Museum, I figured I'd might as well just go str8 to the SOURCE!! And that I did - today, the 1st day of spring, WHAT a better way to spend a later afternoon than eating at RIFF's?! Soooo, first of all, it's located in a super sick warehouse - I mean, it's a mall in there, not your average warehouse art WHATEVER space! Total posi vibes, from front to back! One thing to note, the walk to the bathroom was quite long, but if it were shorter I'd be bummed! A really enjoyable walk. I must admit the menu is chaotic, but it's not a baddddd chaotic...it's like playing lazer tag! Or playing manhunt. IDK. Best onion rings in the USA. I thought it was cool. This joint has a notable cold beverage selection - grapefruit Pellegrino (ya don't friggin see that everywhere!) and they run deep with the Boylan's drinks! Don't go there if you're in a super serious mood food-wise. Go to Riff's if you're feeling fun, want to drop some money on food you didn't make, and looking for a good casual time. The counter staff were VERY HELPFUL, nice people, I wanted to eat outside and they recommended a spot down the road by the bike path, so helpful. Namaste.

Tried them out after purchasing the $10 for $20 promotion here on yelp. I guess I didn't read the fine print because you have to spend all $20 of your gift certificate in one go. So, we were forced to order more than anticipated but it was all delicious. The chicken bites were moist, deliciously breaded and the dipping sauce was yummy. They were also very affordable. I had the Bandit burger and the grilled onions were perfect, as well as nice big sheet of a roasted green pepper - yum! The corn tortilla the burger was on was messy, but nice tasting. The chips and salsa were also yummy. My boyfriend got the McLovin' and was also very pleased with it. Edit: I've been going here consistently since they opened and now they're in the Eastworks and are as good as ever! I wish their Fish McLovin' was on the menu full-time because it is amaaaazing! Their beef sticks are intensely flavored, succulent and very beefy. Unforunately, my dog agrees because I only got to eat one before he stole the rest! Try this place out! Their burgers are WAY better than local burger's!

Discovered this thru Groupon. Inventive menu of sandwiches, fish, Mexican food. Organic. Only time I've had sweet potato fries that weren't mushy! Very friendly staff and clean dining area but there are only 6 tables if you want to dine in. They have live music on some nights. Good prices too. Highly recommended!

When they first opened they had some issues, but since then I've become a major fan of this place. They have some of the freshest food and most inventive menu I've ever encountered. Their Chop Shop Salad is amazing, and so is their Thai Dyed Burrito. Very consistent, and very good.

Amazing food. Their black bean burger is great. I love that they will sub it into any of their yummy burgers. Great for vegetarians :)

I've only tried the veggie chili and fries so far (both sweet potato and regular) but in a word- WOW. This place really exceeded my expectations. I may only be able to eat some of the menu, but it's very tasty. Chili has a good texture and flavorful medium spice. Fries are fresh and come with a pretty zesty aioli sauce. Riff's is definitely going into my rotation.

Delicious, hunger-satisfying pizza- a nice big one for only seven bucks. I've also had the butternut squash soup, which was a soup of the day, and it tasted like pumpkin pie! Yum.

All the good stuff being said about Riff's is true!! I had the Deputy Dawg with a vegie burger, my husband had the Davy Crockett and we shared chips and salsa and sweet potato fries. It was all very yummy! We'll be back for sure! Glad we read about this on Yelp, as we wouldn't have known how good it was without the reviews.

I love this place. Their food is simple but excellent, and the people are super nice. Only drawback is the very limited seating. If you're planning a casual event, the catering is awesome.

I love local business, especially here in Easthampton and have wanted to be a strong supported. The menu is confusing, the food selection is varied which is nice, but all tends to taste like chipotle and onions. Finally, the last time I picked up one of their quesadillas, it had a nice hunk of black plastic in. When I took the plastic back in, I was offered a sincere apology but no compensation, i.e. a new quesadilla or the money back on the item. Too bad.

What a wonderful place! I usually order food next door at their counterpart The Hideaway. Today, however, I ventured in with my laptop as I heard they have wifi (they do and it's quick). I was greeted by a very sweet woman behind the counter. I ordered the shrimp tacos--which I've inhaled next door and I inhaled these, too. These tacos are a perfect combination of smokey (from the grilled shrimp), crunchy (from the slaw) and creamy (with chipotle mayo). A nice heap of house made chips on the side. Still warm. Yum. It's toasty warm in there, which makes it the perfect place to linger over your laptop and people watch--before, during or after you've inhaled your glorious fare.

I want to dive into a gigantic version of your Hangover Helper burger and eat my way out of it! Great, amazing food! And the delivery service is excellent: the chaps are always fast, polite and courteous. The only weakness is that they don't have a pneumatic tube that connects their restaurant to my face and directly shoots burgers into my mouth at the push of a button. Maybe one day there will be an app (and tube) for that.

So, so, so good. I have family who lives in Easthampton, I visit there quite a bit. I've now had Riff's a number of times (both dine-in and delivery), and have had good meals. First, the menu has a good number of options, so if you're not a burger person you have some options. Everything I've tried has been prepared well, especially the burgers (Hangover Helper and Rodeo Clown are excellent) and the goat cheese and avocado quesadilla. The staff is very friendly, both in the restaurant and for delivery. This is a definite recommend if you're looking for lunch in Easthampton.

order at counter, they bring out. varied menu, lots of gf options. yay very light bright open space. peppy music. casual and happy. friendly service. fish tacos ... delicious!! lemon sauce, a little cotijo, cabbage and red onion. generous fish and good balance of ingredients. gf shells available. tacos a little drippy but so what? so yummy! served with warm chips and perfect salsa. water is lightly flavored with fresh fruits. lemon/orange my first visit, "tropical" my second. nice touch. on the second visit I asked for the gf taco shells. they don't hold up. they get soggy from the slaw and fall apart. kind of wrecked my taco eating experience -- the feel has to be just right! -- so there goes one star. in the eastworks building. easy parking in the lot. will def be back. lots of other good eats on the menu to try.

It's been several years, two locations, them opening a bar, me moving, and several girlfriends, but I still love Riff's. This is one of my standard go to places for both delivery and eating out. I will order from here pretty much once a week. I still love the veggie chili, but last year they didn't run the chili through the summer. The menu has revamped a few times, but if you had an old favorite from back in the day, they can still recreate it.. Check their facebook for daily specials. There's also a daily free water in an infuser, usually with fruit or veggies. They've had some staff shifts. Some of these have been good and some less so. But the current group all seem really solid. My orders are consistent and well prepared. And they've always been happy to make good when things haven't been right in the past. The space is comfortable. No teevees. Can accommodate larger groups. We were able to have my son's birthday party here a few years ago, brought our own cake, and they provided plates and even cut the cake for us. (There were 12 of us.) You place your order at the counter, and they will bring the food to you. The prices have gone up a bit in recent years, but I'd still say that the food was worth the value. My only note is that the pizza is not worth it. But, this is not where I get pizza from. If I want pizza I'll order Antonio's.

This place is very inconsistent with both the food quality and service. Went into today after having visited earlier this week, for the first time, and having a good experience. First time, order the HangOver Helper and sweet potato fries with the parm-garlic seasoning. No problem, paid the up charge and got the food, which was cooked to specifications. Went back two days laters, traveling 20 mins out of my way, to grab another bite to eat. COMPLETELY different experience this time. Women behind the counter said I couldn't have the parm-garlic seasoning on the sweet potato because it wasn't on their menu, and then the manager stated that it was an "inconvenience to the kitchen, because they had to switch bowls." Then when the food came, it was wrong. I had asked for no bun. There was a bun, and one of the burgers. was over cooked. After the food came out with no garlic-pram seasoning, she said they could have done it with an up charge cost of $2. Just poor service and medicore food this time. Safe to say I will not be traveling out of my way to eat here again.

Riff's is quite possibly my favorite restaurant of all time. We eat here at least three times a month. Everything is amazing and the owners are super nice. Highly recommended.

Loved Riffs! They had an awesome menu and an even better atmosphere. Everyone working was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone in my party got a different menu item and we were all impressed and satisfied. Just what you want for a low-key but delicious lunch. I had the avocado & goat cheese quesadilla which was to die for. Never had so many delicious flavors in one quesadilla in my life. Others had burgers and chicken sandwiches which they said were great and my sister had a salad which was big and wicked fresh. The iced coffee was strong, just the way I like it. They even had complementary fruit infused water which was a nice touch. We also all commented on how we loved the music they were playing! Can't wait to go back.

Great little lunch spot where I just had a excellent sandwich. Decor is cool a bit loud and had a great sandwich. Ordered the grilled chicken pesto, cooked right and enojoyed the flavors. I a huge sandwich for lunch guy so have had my share, this is high on my list. Comes with chips and salsa both were good, seems like an odd side to come with everything but not complaining. If in the area again wouldn't hesitate to return.

A little noisy but the food is just great. Go to the hideaway lounge for the same food and prices with better service and presentation. Truffle fries and burgers are the way to go here!

Love Riff's! Great gluten free options, the chicken pesto sandwich is killer! Almost addicting! My fiancé loves the Gaucho. We've never been disappointed. Love the vibe, love the people, and love the food. Love that they have Reeds Extra Ginger Beer and Mexican Coke among other great drink options. They always have fruit infused water too! Never been in the bar, but it seems to be gaining popularity!

I used to come here regularly. Last month they took the best sandwich off the menu for no reason- nothing weird or inaccessible, just a fine brisket sandwich on sourdough with tart pickles and tender beef. Since then, they have moved to pork belly sandwiched and gussied-up fried chicken. Trendy but at what cost? The brisket on sourdough was the best sandwich in the valley. The food here has always been good and very well-prepared, but the graveyard of inconsistency (RIP Thai chicken pizza and now brisket) impedes me from going back too often. Heartbreak and heartburn come in tandem here. A pity as this was the highlight of my trips back to the valley. You can keep your trendu fried chicken with bacon, I'll stick to the Bluebonnet for consistency.

Had dinner here. The atmosphere was neat, it was really warm inside but still neat. The food wasnt my favorite. I know that fried foods have inherent greasiness to them but this was out of control. The onion rings and fries were dripping. I had a falafel sandwich that managed to be simultaneously greasy and overly dry. My girlfriend had been here before and was also left unimpressed with the food. I don't think I'll make a return trip.

Based on the recommendation of my Yelp buddy Scott L., I made the drive from Westfield one night to check out the excellent food at Riff's Joint. The restaurant is located to the right (that would be east) of the traffic circle along Rte. 10 in Easthampton. You then follow Pleasant Street till you see the renovated Eastworks mill located next to Lower Mill Pond. Riff's can be found on the lower level of the mill. Inside are rough-hewn wooden floors, a large counter where you place your orders, an open kitchen with some bar stool seating along the counter, and then a mixture of tables around the dining area. You look up over the counter to see the menu written on panels suspended from the ceiling, place your order with the cashier and then take a seat. Your food will be delivered to you. The restaurant has a very eclectic and extremely delicious menu including homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and pizzas. They've managed to combine those items with a mix of Mexican, Greek, and Thai cuisines, and give everything on the menu a fun, playful name. "The Wedgie" salad, "Speedy Gonzalez" burrito, and the "Hangover Helper" burger as examples. I ordered the pulled pork eggrolls for an appetizer, and they came straight from the fryer with a sweet Thai chili dipping sauce. For the main course I had the Thai-Dyed burrito with diced chicken. The burrito was made with Jasmine rice, diced carrot, daikon radish, bean sprouts, Napa cabbage, scallion, cilantro, peanuts, and peanut sauce. Both were excellent! The owner / manager made a point of walking around and saying Hi to everyone and checking on the food orders to be sure that everyone was happy. That's always a nice touch of customer service which I appreciate. Riff's is a casual spot that serves beer & wine along with the food. They also offer free WiFi to their diners.

Lackluster overpriced food and poor lighting and a weird table you couldn't put your legs under. the fries were soggy the fish smelled very fishy the burrito was even way worse than a bueno burrito, like no joke, what's the point of this place? what are all these other people experiencing that I'm not experiencing? buncha lying dummies if you ask me

The Gaucho might just be the best sandwich in Western Mass.

Absolutely LOVE this place. I was in Easthampton for business and stopped by for a quick bite and I was NOT dissapointed. Their Ragin Cajun chicken sandwich is fantastic and the service was just as good as the food. I was in the restaurant for a few hours after eating since I was working on some stuff for work and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
