This has got to be one of the most busy Dunkin Donuts that I know of. Seeing that its next to a train station I'm impressed how the employees are able to get you in and out in such a short time.

I find most Dunkin Donuts to be pretty similar, so there's not too much to say about this location. It's across from Ashmont, which is where I get off the and get on the bus, so every once in a while when I'm too lazy to make and eat breakfast at home, I'll stop in here. Some mornings it's crowded and others it's not, so it's kind of a gamble. But they generally move pretty fast, so as long as you give yourself about 10 minutes you're not going to be in danger of missing your train or bus. The one thing I find annoying about this location is the placement of the fridge that holds the bottled drinks. It's right next to the counter and you can't get into it if there's someone else standing at the counter paying. So you have to either wait for the person on the right to finish paying and then swoop in, or try to get around them, which is pretty much impossible. But otherwise, I have no issues with this Dunkin Donuts.

Consider this Dunks gentrified! The inside was updated recently and looks great. Gone are the tables where the area's homeless were allowed to linger over the paper and try to grab some shut eye. The staff are as fast and efficient as ever and the coffee' s great. I just hope my homeless friends have a new spot to relax in!

The only good thing about this Dunkin is if you're desperate for caffeine after getting off the train from Ashmont annndd you can't wait to go up a few more blocks then it's convenient. All you have to do is walk off the train, cross the street, and it's right there. But besides that, you won't find me in this Dunkin's. I'd rather not have to shoo off bums and drunks after I get my donut and coffee fix. No thank you ma'am. Boston is full of Dunkin Donuts, just walk up the street in either direction and you'll find another location.

The employees are nice enough but they are damn slow. I used to work at a Dunkin and I know it can get busy but really they don't seem to be too efficient. They close mad early and they have a wicked limited selection of donuts at this location, which is unfortunate since it's my local dunks I live right down the street from here. It just doesn't have the best coffee, I like my coffee strong but it seems like they brew there's with too much water. And I mean I've seriously had to wait twice as long here compared to other Dunks where there was half the amount of people. Maybe their manager needs to schedule more people to work or something. Lately I been grabbing coffee near where I work in Field's Corner and have only been here 1-2 a week later in the day I guess they could be faster in the morning when they got more people on. It is pretty small inside, only like 2 tables so you can't really sit in there but who really sits down in a Dunks anyway? There is a tiny parking lot here if you actually drive plus lots of street parking...and they got a walk up window but I never seen it open

I wish i could give it 5 stars, only thing holding it back is the size of the place it's tiny. The staff are very friendly, quick and accurate. They have free wifi and are playing dunkin radio so they can't change the station (sorry kiss 108 peeps). As for selection of food they seem to have everything unless someone buys it all. They have a cooler with juice, milk and soda that gets a little light later in the day. Their coffee always tastes fresh whether it be hot or iced regular or decaf. Yes this place is busy and if you walk in and see 5 people in line don't worry it takes about less than a min per person to place orders which makes the line move quickly. Not the best dunks in Boston but better than most.

You're very small basic Dunkey stop. Conveniently located right across the street from the T. There are no surprises here. The staff is efficient. The food is ok. The usual plastic eggs and what New England thinks is "the usual" the quintessential cup of over sweetened light roast coffee. Yes it is very small , and very busy. There is only one tiny table crammed against the wall this is not a good place to hang out and check your email or have anything but the most basic of caloric and caffeine intake. There is a tiny incredibly dangerous parking lot but I think you can probably only get in and out w/ magical powers Ala Harry Potter. during rush hour it's probably easier to just park in the 15 minute parking spots along Dot ave. Run in and get back on the road.

This dunkins always offer a variety of food seeing that it is not owned by watermark. However they do need to do some arrangement about the fridge, it's always a hazard place to put it seeing it's next to where the guest stand in line. They never seem to give me my receipt ever as well otherwise I would have taken the survey for today's incident. But if they were to move it elsewhere or even behind the counter to prevent injuries for those who have no clue what the term "excuse me" means then it would have been a better experience otherwise I give it a two star.
