BEWARE!!!! Never. Again. I work several stores away from this Dunkin Donuts, and I used to get my coffee there every morning. Half of the time, they've messed up the order and I end up going back. I have never made a scene, and I just politely ask for it to be re-made because I know it's not easy with the large amount of customers they get in the mornings. However, this morning I was screamed at by a psychotic female employee for asking for it to be re-made because it was incorrect. After the employee remade the order, the she shoved it in my hand and walked away. I was on my way, and had to return because I found the order was incorrect again. When I went back, the girl SCREAMED that she made it in front of me. The other employee tried to make her be quiet and attempted to re-make it to cover for the scary, screaming girl, however I asked for my money back. Scary girl was at the counter while the money was being refunded, and she called me some choice words. I am a manager for another store close by, I have been going there since it opened, and I buy coffee regularly for people at my store. I am polite to people because I work in retail myself, and I know it's not easy. However, I will never be returning. If anyone is making a coffee run, I will give them extra cash for the gas it takes to go across the street so I don't give this location any more of my money. I would rather be treated like a human being when I spend my money than be the target of a spiteful, rage-filled girl who treats people with disrespect. And I'd rather not be shanked in the parking lot. This coffee addict will be taking her $1,200 a year vice elsewhere on principle.

I was facing my third night of insomnia, and, paired with maybe being bored from not bring able to sleep, had some SERIOUS hunger issues. So, it was 2 in the morning and I thought where can I get a bunch of random food? The Dunkin Donuts that is a couple miles from me is open all night and before I thought it was a little sketchy. This is because it looks half closed in the middle of the night and there is practically no one in there. However, it turned out to be a fantastic experience (besides that I binged on junk food in the middle of the night). There was one guy working and I wished I got his name because he was so nice. I got 4 individual food items and a strawberry "coolatta" (sp?). Weird and kind of disgusting I know to get all that food. The beauty was the guy working was totally positive about it and did a good job making everything and talked to me. As far as Dunkin' Donuts go, especially late night, this one rocks!

Just terrible. They always get my order wrong ... On this occasion they confirmed my order three times and it was still wrong, just too bad. I had to go down the street to pay twice. Won't be back

Other Dunkin Donuts, specifically the other Providence Highwa location by Bed, Bath and Beyond is MUCH better. First, no drive thru here. Second, the service is slow. Finally, the lighting is horrible. Come on Dunkin's, can't you do better than that, it's a major highway for traveling, shopping, eating and more, not a deserted country road.

My order is messed up at least twice a week. I should not need to double check my coffee every single time I order. It's like they don't care what they are doing in there. It wasn't even busy! Another thing that grinds my gears is when going through the drivethru, once you order they ask, "What else do you want?" I find that rude. How about "Would you like anything else today?" I'm going to begin going to another location.

At least 4 Stars because I'll come because of perfect large iced cof. Caramel swirl. I think it's a convenient location which is important to me. Their donut choices are few, but I love Lemon so 4 Stars for flavors and selection. The Wifi is Fast, but it gets 4 out of 5 because NO Plug Outlets!! If I come back it deserves a 4, and that's all there is to say.

25 cents extra charge to get a hot cup with my medium ice coffee?? Are you kidding??Ridiculous and I will never go to this Dunkin Donuts again. I am a Dunkin Donuts addict, and I leave $3 every time I get a medium ice coffee (which is about a 50 cent tip not bad). In essence you are taking the 25 cents out of your employees' tips, when the hot cup probably costs you a fraction of a penny. Not good business practice.

I really like the coffee, but the donuts I had there last week were a little stale. I would have brought them back, but I was hungry and ate them anyway....!

Dunkin Donuts started in New England and you can tell. If you think there is a lot of Starbucks..you should see how many Dunkin Donuts there are. Dunkin Donuts in my opinion is a place people take for granted. I now live in Los Angeles and dont have the luxury of going to Dunkin Donuts every morning but when you dont have it all the time....you tend to miss it. There donuts are average...they can be good if you get them first thing in the morning. But its the other things that they sell that makes you want to come back...the bagels, coffee rolls etc 84/100
