Best starbucks I've been too, and I've been to a ton. The staff is always friendly, and they make an effort to get to know their regulars. Plus Ryan is the real mvp. Will always recommend.

Experience rather rude customer service today. 6/12/15 by the barista behind the counter. Apparently it's difficult to have a refill on a reusable cup that I purchased without being a Starbucks card member. Member or not I deserve to purchase coffee without an elaborate hassle. I am alarmed by the acrid attitude today of the staff members today when I usually receive exemplary service from this location. Sincerely a peeved customer

Clean and more spacious than the one in Springfield off Route 91. But it also seems much more empty and oddly impersonal when I visited it on a Sunday afternoon. I think the store manager can do much more to make the interior space attractive (if that's their goal) for people to come in and stay a while. Of the Starbucks I know near the Pioneer Valley I think I prefer the Springfield Starbucks as it has the best sit-in atmosphere. Even with the smaller space there they made it cosy and I find that there's always a nice energy there despite or because of the heavy and constant visitor traffic along I-91. In terms of coffee quality (I always order the large caffee latte) the local Starbucks are all decent and about the same.

At first I had a hard time finding this but once I did I quickly realized this Starbucks is way better then the others I've been too. They are quick and friendly and have even given me my coffee for free on occasion.

I frequent this location often, as it is situated right smack in the middle of my errands! The coffee order is always right, the staff is friendly, the wi-fi works well, and the food selection is fresh. One of the busier ones around, I usually do the drive thru, as there is rarely an empty table.

Its hard to see from the road, but it is close enough to Panera and Chipotle and Frozen yogurt... so its a winner just on location alone. They also have a drive thru to help America with its obsession with physical fitness.

Absolutely the best place for coffee in Chicopee :) Frank runs a great store....and all the staff are so nice....I walk in the store and...voila..there's my Tall roomy Americano...ready for me sometimes before I order it...they see my car pull up....what incredible service...thank you!
