After a weekend of dealing with servers that at best were indifferent towards their customer and at worse were rude or even pretentious, this place was extremely welcoming. I'm not much of a cookie or cupcake connoisseur; but the coffee is the best in the area. If you like your coffee, as I do, go directly here!

We stopped by when they were near closing time and had started putting away their stock. But they were very friendly and welcoming, and offered to bring back out any cookies we wanted. The cookies we had were delicious and still warm. If I was a Local, I'd be a regular. Alas, I was just in town for the day.

Disappointing. Based on the reviews, we choose this place for our treat of the day, passing by many other spots while saving the Chatham Cookie company for our late afternoon spot. Ordered the white chocolate macadamia cookies and found them to be overdone and nothing special taste-wise.

Chatham Cookie Company is the greatest !!! The cookies are fresh and you can smell them cooking when you walk in the door. Very Cape ish with her specialty "Beach Toes", lobsters. Would make a wonderful favor for weddings or baby showers. They are located in the heart of Chatham...stop in for a cookie, cupcake, scones and a cup of fresh coffee....highly recommend !

I really enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie. I would have given five stars but it seems like they just open up when they feel like it. I went to town yesterday to get some cookies at noon and they weren't open. Door hours say 10-5. I called at 1 and they still weren't open, someone answered (which must have been a cell) and said someone should be there in five minutes. I went over at like 130 and saw someone in there but they still weren't open. She let me in to buy a cookie which was nice. Went back today around 2 and still not open.

Best cookies! Hands down. The macaroons were the best ever. Not even kidding. Awesome!

Every drink, cookie, or pastry made here is a work of art!! Amazing cappuccinos and lattes, by far the BEST IN TOWN! The owner is a lovely woman, who gave me and my boyfriend two free chocolate chip cookies that she had been experimenting with - there were oreos inside! So delicious and she is really so kind.

Really good fresh cookies. We went to buy 4, and bought a dozen. Really friendly staff. Free wi fi while enjoying inside.

Exceptional cupcakes. Among best we've had -in the ranks of Manhattan's best. We tried the one that looks like a hostess cupcake (Chocolate, cream filled) and vanilla cupcake too. Very generous size and mouth watering. Coffee is very good there too. Only wish we could go again!

This place was NOT open when it said it would be. Was so looking forward to a hot drink. Take seasonal hours into consideration, Yelp.

We came at 5 PM, thinking that the cookies probably were baked in the morning. But, just as we arrived a fresh batch of triple chocolate cookies was coming out of the oven. We ordered some and they were piping hot and delicious. When walking around Chatham, definitely save room for dessert and stop by here!

seriously the best peanut butter cookie i've ever had. crumbly and soft on the inside while being chewy (not hard!!!) on the outside. baked fresh by the hour... and for $2 how could you pass it up!? i hear the coffee is great as well but i have yet to try it. definitely a must stop.

What a fine little bakery. Nice pistachio lemon biscotti, but the peanut butter cookie is grand - big and crumbly like they're supposed to be, not sweet and chewy like at other places. Nice seating area with big, interesting aquarium. We'll be back!
