I used to go here and probably have been here a dozen times. I honestly liked it and used to sit at the counter. I have read many of the reviews and can say I only experienced good service. I also know better to stay away from all breakfast places on weekends and holidays. The only reason I left is I thought the prices were getting a little high. Plenty of parking but a little tough up front. It has become a hang out for the local retired so even during the week it can get tough to get a booth. By all means it is a place to try. As far as the hours, they are perfect for the small business owner who does not want to worry 24/7. I would do the same if I owned a similar business.

I swear this was a new scene from Children of the Corn... It seems as if this place is run by 16 to 24 year olds. Which would explain a lot of the previous reviewers frustrations. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, and the temperature (at the time of mid July) was maybe about 5 to 10 degrees cooler than outside. The food is honestly nothing special, it's about average for breakfast, the descriptions on the menu are EXACTLY what you get, no special seasonings, no proprietary sauces, just cut and dry bacon and eggs. I don't mind that, I like basic breakfasts, but the fact that there are only kids running this place (as far as I could see for the hour we spent there) kind of made me uncomfortable. If you're looking for a VERY basic breakfast joint near Sharon, MA, then this place is worth a try at least once.

Nothing special here. Food is below average and the waitstaff is rude. The hostess seemed to be more interested in counting her money than in acknowledging her customers. The service is slow, impersonal and prone to mistakes. They would not even let me take my leftover food home with me. They threw it out and did not care. They did not offer a replacement either. Go to Kelly's if you want lousy service and so so food. I will never go back.

Can't beat the food at this price. The omelets are huge and tasty. The service is good, but the place could be a bit cleaner. It's always crowded when I go , so I prepare to wait about 10 minutes for a table to open up. Overall a great place to take the family for a Sunday breakfast.

Just had my first breakfast at Kelly's Place and loved it. If you get there before 9am on weekends you have no wait! The service was terrific and the food above average for a breakfast place. Go there and try it, you will not be dissapointed.

The service is as bad as the "food". ***So, someone took the time to ridicule me in the compliments section and negatively review another business, that I reviewed favorably, because I poked fun of this god awful establishment in my review. When I moved to Canton I drove around collecting take-out menus. On the door of Kelly's read "We Deliver" or something to that effect. The menu also promised delivery. YAY!!! In my opinion, the best delivery is breakfast... you can laze around all morn and breakfast just shows up. When I called for delivery. Nope. No delivery. No idea why it was on the door or the menu and couldn't say that they recently used to deliver either. Still, I'm fair. I've driven there for breakfast twice. The first time was fair and the second time was decent. I noticed, from one visit to the next, that they had improved their homefry recipe. So, the place is okay, but it would be so much better if they delivered.

I recently moved to Sharon and was hoping to find a good diner close by. I tried Kelly's based on all the good reviews and the fact that there aren't any other well-reviewed diners in the Sharon/Canton area. I don't know why this place gets so many good reviews. I have been here twice and was disappointed both times. The service is fast and friendly, it seems like a great local place. But the coffee is terrible and the breakfast food isn't good. I am not sure how you screw up breakfast....I could certainly cook better and home and that isn't saying much.

This place is offensively bad...why? -The fruit that tops the waffles and the vegetables for the omlettes come from cans...(maybe not the bananas...but it seemed like everything else) -I got potato pancakes, which were dry, tasteless, and I am pretty sure the potato came from a box -I ordered bacon and it was lukewarm at best Not sure when it changed over from Mcguff's...butit was waaaay better back in the day

Food was good, not spectacular but good. Service was decent too. Biggest downfall to this place is their hours of operation - closing at 2:00 is entirely too early on weekends for folks that want to do a late breakfast/lunch (most places are open until 3:00). This is a big reason I wont make the hike there from Quincy/Braintree even though it is convenient for my friends that live in the Stoughton area. No real maple syrup (not even for an extra charge) - deal-breaker for me if I'm gonna have pancakes or waffles (bring your own - they don't mind! BTW- not sure what Scott O is talking about - they DO take credit cards.

I would have given them a 5 but they do not take credit cards. ( I need my points!) The food was great, I got eggs with turkey bacon and english muffim. They have a chalk board with almost 100 breakfast specials, for shhiits and giggles we ordered pumpkin pancakes. The pancakes tasted like dessert and I felt like family at this cosy little place. Expect to wait on a weekend for a table, it was busy but worth it.

We've been going to Kelly's for years. Kid friendly and the wait staff is friendly. The food is good and reasonably priced. The place is well kept and the atmosphere has continually improved. Prices reasonable but not greasy spoon low. The food is not greasy compared to other breakfast places in the area.

I have been here several times over the years since opening. After not having come for four years I came today. They don't really do anything wrong, but the food is merely average. Basic, but not good basic. On a good note, they do have real maple syrup for an extra $2. I won't be returning any time soon, as others have said, there are better choices in the area.

i had the eggs benedict and a grilled blueberry muffin. They were both fantastic! I highly recommend their muffins because that may have been one of the best blueberry muffins I have ever had...no lie
