    When would Southern California see the first Dunkin Donuts outlet? There are stores already in Las Vegas and San Francisco (DD website). One more donut heaven for our Boys in Blue. Don't make us wait too long!!!! Your coffee is already here and where are the donuts??? But we need to get 'em ALL in one place.............with your variety of the fantastic flatbreads, of course. So how much longer the waiting gonna be?

    I know I know...Let me preface this by saying that I do indeed Work Here! Dunkin Brands Inc owns Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. I work in the Operations Department for Dunkin Donuts. I am strictly reviewing our business as a whole. I know we have some work to do. That is why I took this job. We have some new items in the pipeline, they are great. We have some renewed operational focus, that is awesome. And our building has a "demo" Baskin-Robbins and a DD....great and very cool! I read Eric G's review and he and I have corresponded. I get what he is saying, and I totally don't work in the Consumer care dept....but believe me...I hear ya! We r workin on it. EDIT: And I thought I should add the Consumer Care line to this review. If your Dunkin needs some work, or u have praise, or even a nutritional question....call them 1-877-800-2922

    Over 6,000 business locations worldwide and over 6 billion in revenue this is another impressive company from business perspective. I like the coffee and an occassional treat too. Don't we all like a treat sometime too? Congrats DD!! "Time to make the donuts" is what I say when I go to work early too everyday thanks to that early DD commercial. LOL!

    Dunkin Donuts uses Styrofoam cups which are terrible for the environment. When you write to them to ask that they switch to paper, they say "they are studying it." Please pressure DD to switch to paper cups! UPDATE: Paper cups now are used!!!!!

    As usual, the Dunkin Donuts in Peabody, Mass. (corner of Lowell St. and Bourbon St.) let us customers down again. We all know that it is exceptionally hot outside, but this place has run out of COOLATTAS every day by 1:00 PM. Why don't these places have an extra machine for the summer months? It does not take a rocket scientist to figure that out. I did go to a few other Dunkin Donuts and they too were out of Coolattas. So, I tried the new Honey Dew Doughnuts on Rte 114 in Danvers and they had EVERYTHING. Hmmmm, now if only we could get Honey Dew on Bourbon Street and get rid of Dunkin Donuts. Oh by the way, their ice coffee is not consistent, it is burnt most times. Yuck. They usually run out of donuts by dinner time.

    Update- (bi-annual) Foreword: I loathe all chain restaurants but have fond memories of Dunkin Donuts when they made the best fresh donuts bar none. Dunkin' Donuts Today It can only be for brand association keeping DONUTS in their name because more often it's becoming hard to find an actual friggin donut at a Dunkin DONUTS. Donut, is 50% of their name. The other 50% is about dunking, which requires A DONUT!!!!! [ I'm yelling. A minute to regain my composure please. ] HQ's primary strategy seems to now revolve around outdoing Starbucks in the challenge to make the most sugary disgusting coffee drink possible. It's a high-fructose battle royale. Back to the disappearing donuts... There's less shelf space for donuts now with all the new fat-ass muffins and other wonderful things our obese country needs like SAUSAGE PANCAKE BITES!!!??? The food is getting downright freako- more like an twisted experiment in chemistry than cooking. The "cooking" area in a DD looks like a big stainless steel hospital lab. DD has eliminated trans-fat from the donuts but now you can get a 400 calorie turbo-charged Milky Way Hot Chocolate. That's Bait and Switch bullsh*t. "Look stupid people, our donuts have less fat. Ooooh!" But surprise! the blueberry muffin is way, way fattier than almost all of the donuts. Bye-bye ethics. It always comes back to this- Stop Screwing Up the Donuts. If DD wants to keep making disgusting new stuff, fine. Go make that 1,400 calorie Chocochino-fudge-rageous Caramel SlamJammer with Rachel Ray's face in jimmies on top of whipped cream with a spoon made out of Skittles. Go crazy stupid with fake fruit fillings in muffins. Put M&Ms on the f*ckin bagels. Melt an entire Snickers bar on top of a cotton candy croissant. Just put the donuts back the way your founder left them. One more time so it sticks- !!!! Stop Screwing Up the Donuts !!!
