April 25 2015. Food : filet with ribs and Chilli. Filet was excelled, cooked medium rare. Ribs are some how always burnt -_- . I asked for new ribs and got new ones. The new ones were great. Ribs are soft and fall off the bone, when they aren't burnt to a crisp.

Can't win at this place. Wednesday night decided to have grilled chicken. Problem- the chicken arrived at the table raw( undercooked). Can't blame the waitress, she did not cook the item. The manager, John , returned the meal. The only problem - he brought salmon. He apologized and stated the chicken would arrive shortly. Thirty minutes later he arrived with a piece of burnt chicken. He insisted it was cooked through and through. With that response, , the exit from the establishment was quick. John must be two nickels short of a dime to have such an attitude. As long as he is the manager, my business will not be with this establishment.

This is my absolute favorite place to eat when I'm craving that comfort food. I'm NEVER disappointed in the food or the service. The staff is incredible. I've never had bad service here. Every server gives the same pitch when I sit down and always up sells!! I'm so jealous of this incredible staff. I love that it is a standard here to tell me what comes on the chili, to explain how I ordered my steak back to me, and yes, my wife DOES want a patron kicker in her margarita! I'm always happy, always impressed, and I'll continue to keep coming back. Kudos to the management here. They keep things running so smooth. They really get it and not a lot of people do.

Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? But this place was garbage.... I came here for lunch with some family. The only thing I enjoyed about this place was their dinner rolls. Nice, hot, and fluffy and their butter spread is on point. I ordered their beef tips with onions and mushrooms, and a side of broccoli and sweet potato. The beef tips were more like beef flakes. Completely well-done after I said medium and it just awful. Also there was something wrong the sweet potato. I ordered it plain but it had this sour taste to it...... Do yourself a favor and pay another 20 bucks to go to a decent steak house.

Dined here tonight. Again. Horrible. Had a gift card. Got beef kababs ... steak house correct? Medium well... juicy not pink... nope BURNT! A crane couldnt crush it... Sorry sir. We will get a new order for you. Keep the potato. New order cooked better but not best. Came out in what felt 20 min by assistant manager. She said she would be right back. Never came back little later server checked. Salad - asked to have it with meal. They brought it right out... Lettuce lasted like it was frozen and thawed. Horrible. Then found a hair in my daughters corn. Oops. Sorry again. Assistant mgr came back again and she took the corn and said she was going to check for hair nets in kitchen. Would you like anything else? How about removing the corn from my bill or some good will jesture for our time sitting there and waiting and waiting? (Close to a 2 hr dinner for 2 people) I said something to the server, why should I pay for corn we couldn't ready? Ok good point- removed. He tried. Kitchen FAILED. However, the server should watch what they bring in and out of kitchen. Other than her smile I felt manager did not care. Nothing like mom and pop restaurants. They still are the best! I would love a customer relations personnel to reach out to me! Thank you Ok edit. Now a week later. No response from a management person for me to be able to contact them

LOVE the Roadhouse!!!! Always have a fantastic time here!!! You can never go wrong here! Everything is always delicious here! Went here on a Friday night at 5:00 P.M. I just beat the rush! Luckily, we were seated right away. Our server was extremely nice and very quick. Our drinks and rolls/cinnamon butter were at our table in a flash. As were our salads. Within minutes our 1/2 of rack of ribs and sides were whisked to our table and so yummy! They fell right off the bone!!! Texas Roadhouse is definitely one of those chains you just have to love! By far one of my favorites.

Date of service: Dec 20, 2014 Meal: Dinner, Eat in All Ratings out of 10: Quality of food: 8 Food to Spend Value: 7 Quality of Service: 8 Overall Rating: 8 Chains are hit or miss. Some have really good food but are inconsistent depending on the location you go to, while others find a way to be consistent no matter which location you go to. I have been to a few Texas Roadhouse restaurants, and in general I tend to find them fairly consistent, and this particular location is no exception. If you haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse before, it is an over the top Texas themed steak house. There is a barrel of peanuts in the waiting area that are complimentary, and even more fun is that you can throw your shells on the floor. What this does mean is that if you have peanut allergies, this is probably not the place for you. They are known for their endless rolls that come out piping hot, accompanied by cinnamon butter, and on this occasion they were perfect. We got a couple of appetizers: the fried pickles and the Rattlesnake Bites. The fried pickles are not the best I have ever had but they are quite tasty, with good breading and either ranch or Cajun Horseradish sauce to dip in. The Rattlesnake Bites, which are rounds of diced jalapenos and jack cheese that are breaded and deep fried (think a fancy jalapeno popper), were also delicious, though it might be nice if they were a bit spicier. Still, the flavor was great, with a nice crispy outside and gooey inside, and the Cajun Horseradish sauce goes perfectly with them. The steaks are well above average here, but one thing that is atypical for a steak place (and shows the Texas flare) is that they also have very good ribs. A lot of chains that feature ribs (Applebee's comes to mind) actually don't know how to do ribs, and you get very inconsistent, and usually dry and flavorless meat. The ribs at the Texas Roadhouse are super tender, the fall off the bone variety, and their sauce has a nice tang to it that is addictive and makes you want to keep eating. I got the full rack on this visit, and I opted for a side of vegetables rather than potatoes, not because the potatoes are bad (they are actually delicious), but more to avoid the carbs! The meal itself was very satisfying and quite filling. As is usually the case, I ended up skipping dessert because I was too full. I have always found service to be very attentive, and the waitresses add to the flare by occasionally doing group line dance numbers to a country song for the entire restaurant. There is a lot of variety, from cuts of steak, to ribs, to chicken and seafood, and you have a lot of options for how to finish out or accompany your steak, with many options for sides, too. The portions are huge, and the prices are pretty good for both the quality and quantity of what you are getting. Even the kids meals are huge, as evidenced by the bigger kids chicken tenders meal pic I have attached. As I mentioned earlier, the food in general at this chain tends to be consistent, and this particular location is spot on. It can get noisy, and it is quite popular so can get busy, particularly on weekends, but if you want a good steak (or ribs!) and want a fun atmosphere for a family dinner, this is a great spot!

I am a huge fan of this restaurant and this location. The service is always great and the food is consistently delicious. My family and I went last night to celebrate some birthdays and we were seated in Donna's section and she is our favorite waitress. She is attentive, funny, and she is just great at what she does. The food and drinks were great and the turn around time was very quick. Great experience per usual, I highly recommend this restaurant.

We really love this T.R. Excellent food, very good service and they've always made things right if our order has been incorrect or overcooked. We always eat around 6:00 and have never waited in line. We are also big boneless buffalo wing connoisseurs and feel that these guys have one of the top three b.b.w.'s we've ever had. Big fans! -P.S. After reading some other folks review's of this and other establishments, (this goes especially for Steak Houses in general,) if you're steak or similar dish is overcooked, it is extremely common and considered very normal to kindly and tactfully ask if you could get a new steak that is cooked to the definition of what you ordered, such as medium=hot pink center versus medium-well= cool pink center. Just know what you're looking for when you order a meat dish however as merely saying, "it's overcooked" isn't as helpful in a steakhouse. :) Giving poor ratings to a restaurant for overcooking something a little holds little merit to me, IF you don't bring it up politely and ask for a replacement or compensation, being that a food establishment is bound to make a mistake on something like 1 out of 25 dishes they're busting out minute after minute, but It's a completely opposite story if they don't compensate after asking, or if ratio is more like 1 in every 5 dishes, but that has never been the case for us here. Just a thought though, from some country folks originally from Montana. :) Happy eatin'!

They have free peanuts while you wait for your table and at your table, line dancing waitresses on occasion, free wifi, reasonable volume music, free soda refills, awesome tasting rolls, TV's in the bar area, generous portions are all good things!

I LOVE Texas Roadhouse in general, their food is consistently good and the rolls are fantastic! No need to get an appetizer with the endless cinnamon sugar butter, rolls, and peanuts. They play great country music and consistently offer free appetizers and great deals via email. My only complaint is that this specific restaurant plays the music WAY too loud when the girls go up to line dance. My daughter was screaming and even my ears were buzzing after the song. Definitely too loud, and the fact that they only have their women waitresses dance seems slightly sexist, but that's just me. They celebrate a very, very loud birthday several times a dinner, and it always scares my daughter with all the yelling and loudness. I wouldn't recommend kids or if you get headaches easily at all.

Overall, it's your standard chain-restaurant-steak-house. Even on a random Wednesday afternoon when we went with my in-laws, there was a 40 minute wait. So, you definitely want to take advantage of the call-ahead seating feature. Or, if you want to stuff yourself full of peanuts while waiting, that's fine, too. The food was just okay. Of course, how can you hate on the rolls and the honey cinnamon butter? I could gorge on those things all day. I ordered an 8oz steak that was cooked perfectly medium rare. Hubs had a porterhouse and my in-laws had shrimp and salad. However, I don't think there is one remotely healthy option at this restaurant. Even the green beans are served in a cup with oil and bacon. Oh well. Once you're finished stuffing yourself full of peanuts, who is really counting? The service is okay. Our waitress was definitely busy, but she was kind and she did a great job. The restaurant is loud, but a lot of it is because of the high ceilings. It wants to be a family kind of place, yet they crank up "Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy" while the waitresses do the saddest country two-step ... stop. Just stop. It's pretty clear that none of the waitresses want to do it. Dancing to a song like that should be reserved for the Foxy down the road.

The prime rib is a great deal here. Love their rolls as well. The only draw back is that a bunch of 16 year olds run the hostess stand so it is always a mess to get seated. Way more complicated than it needs to be. The waiter service is great as well so it is really just if they can better seat folks. If a manager reads this I would like to better understand the process.

I'm writing this review on the experience my mother had. The burger took a half an hour to come out. When she took off the top bun of the burger she found out it wasn't even a burger, it looked like a child chewed on it and spit it out. It was absolutely disgusting. Not going there ever again. Assistant manager did not help at all to fix the problem. It was like pulling teeth. Only good thing was no charge for the burger. - J.P.

Everything was just wrong wrong wrong! The waitress was no where to be found. The steak either came out raw or well done. Not a happy medium. The sides weren't correct or never came. The manager could care less either. Multiple meals came and went back not correct. Only 1 of the 4 meals that were wrong came out right and it was a salad. Hard to mess up. I'm so tired of giving this place chances. Last time they charged my credit card with not only my meal but another guests meal too. I'm done. This place is another food chain that lost touch with its priorities.

The food was awesome, the service was friendly, and the drinks were cold. What a great restaurant. This was my first time in, and I will definitely be back. The owner even introduced himself. All in all, this has been one of my best trips to a restaurant.

We are a regular customer here and the steak is always on point. We only come on wednesdays to take advantage of the Wild West deals. The rating for my experience generally is 5 stars. But last week's experience brought it down to three stars. The reason for this is that Texas always offers unlimited bread. We asked for another basket of bread (its what we do), and the bitch ass waiter SHOOK HER HEAD AT US. We also asked her if we could have a table with the squishy chairs instead of the hard chairs. She said no because we have to go back to the front. Um excuse me this is the first time I have ever seen this. THE THING IS THAT THIS PLACE WASNT EVEN GETTING ANY CUSTOMERS. The whole place was practically empty and we could have easily moved to the squishy chaired tables without interfering with the flow of things.

19 of 20 times we got the wrong cut for take out and dine in combined. Overall the food is good but the fact that more than 99% of the time there is no distinction between the top or bottom cut (prime rib) with the staff is sort of disappointing. Yes, once I did call to suggest they spend less time teaching line dancing and more time deciphering specialized cuts of meat. At the end of the day, we will return but likely not do take out.

Long time patron that will not be going back anytime soon. Salads smaller and not as tasty. Dinner came very very quick after salads. I soon figured out why, our steaks were not cooked as ordered. Mine med/rare( came out rare) and the sirloin should have been med and came out med/rare. Sirloin full of grizzle (most of which was uneatable) think it wS manager that suggested a new steak. Took the new one home and found that one the same , full of grizzle. We have always been pleased with our meals here but will not return. Maybe new chefs? Owner? Something is definitely different.

I'm not really a fan of chain restaurants, but Texas Roadhouse is my favorite! Great steaks, ribs, and other dinners! They offer an early bird special when you visit on Monday - Thursday before 6. Extremely friendly staff!

The food is good... The service sucks. I have been here probably 50 times and I can honestly say the only great service I have received was from the waiter named Michael and a bartender named Ana Lisa. The waitresses are rude and don't seem to Give a crap. The hostesses at the front are very nice. The burger is very plain and lacks seasoning. The country fried chicken is probably the best thing on the menu. This place could easily get 4-5 stars if the waitstaff gave two shats!

First time visiting Texas Roadhouse. Recommended by my co-workers as having the best hot rolls around and ability to pick out your own steak. Sounds good to me! My lovely Wife and my wonderful Son came along for trip. Me and my son decided to co-review Texas Roadhouse after experiencing some pros and cons. We were seated promptly 6:30 on a Tuesday night after being asked by the Hostess if this was our first time visiting. When being seated there are hot rolls straight from the kitchen that the Hostess brings to the table. On our table we had a half bucket of peanuts with an empty bucket for the shells ( other unoccupied tables had full bucket of peanuts). The aluminum peanuts bucket and empty bucket for the shells are not replaced after each meal. I am not a fan of a community feeding trough concept. The highly praised rolls did not impress this roll snob : ) I am used to the hot fresh rolls from my favorite Italian restaurants. The cinnamon butter was not for me. My chili side was too salty and the ribs from my combo meal were dry. My sirloin steak was good and cooked the way I asked. The steak will bring me back if in the area again. The waitress did not inform me however of the option to choose my own steak! I noticed the display case to where the steaks can be seen on my way out. Although gimmicky it would have been pretty cool for a blue collar guy to choose his own steak. This is what this chain is! Think 99 Restaurant. Place to take the Family for an affordable night out. Best deals for me in the future would be to pick my own ribeye with 2 sides for less than $25 and many entree options in the $10 to $15 range. My pros: Good affordable steaks / free peanuts and hot rolls / loud music where the kids can be loud themselves / free refills / we were given a welcome package for being our first time which included a free bag of peanuts, free desert and an option to enroll in their club for a $30 meal voucher.

One of the best chains around! Pros: friendly service. Servers are polite and quick. Food. It's great. Free peanuts for while you are waiting to be seated. Rolls are delicious. Steaks. So good! Honestly some of the best around! Buffalo chicken and salads are good too. Atmosphere. Nice, Texas style roadhouse. It's awesome here. Cons: the wait. It can get long especially on the weekends here. Use call ahead seating to prevent this and hop in line a bit sooner!

I was thoroughly surprised at the quality meal I received when I visited the Texas Roadhouse. Immediately when you walk in, you are introduced to a lively atmosphere. We were immediately seated and outstanding rolls and cinnamon butter were placed on the table. If heaven had a taste, it would be these rolls and butter. Right after sitting down our server came over and welcomed us. She was delighted to answer our questions- and we had plenty of them. The menus are full of amazing options and when we finally decided she was there to take our order AND came with a new bread basket. She didn't even have to come near the table and have us ask for one. Just as my father and I were commenting on the great service, she placed a fresh diet coke on the table and took away his finished one. We were in awe of how attentive our waitress was!! (The place was packed!!) For appetizers we has the boneless wings which were incredible! The meat was juicy and flavorful. We also had the shrimp which were extremely tasty. As a meal my dad had the sirloin steak and raved about it! My mother had the full rack of ribs and cleared her plate!! I had the pulled pork dinner and I cannot fully describe how delicious it was. The best part of the meal was the sweet potato side. I had it fully loaded with MARSHMALLOWS AND CARAMEL SAUCE. It was spectacular. Everyone should visit because thistruly a quality restaurant with amazing service and incredibly satisfying food.

Let me preface this by saying I am not a fan of country music. The entire atmosphere is based around a country-type feel, with birthday boys placed on saddles and sang to. This, coupled with the immense crowds of people there eating at all times, can make for a disruptive atmosphere that I was not a fan of. Service was great; Our waiter joked around with us and was friendly. We got a bucket of peanuts brought to our table to snack on before ordering, as well as a basket of bread with apple cinnamon butter. I ordered a strawberry margarita and a steak dinner, both of which were delicious. Price is fair for a steakhouse. If the food and service can make me get over my dislike for country music, then it is a good place. I definitely recommend Texas Roadhouse.

Enjoyable for the most part. Food taste and quality is always up to par. Some of the servers seem to need a quick lesson on alcoholic drinks/general bar knowledge, as they generally seem very uneducated on the subject, but never any real issue. My main gripe is the rushing. Every time I'm there, as soon as they see your plate getting low, they are on you with the "Are you all set? Can I get you anything else?" like rabid dogs on a dead raccoon. I understand keeping things moving on a busy night, but their pushiness is just obnoxious and unsettling, and it's enough to keep me away from there during the dinner rush.

Food is good and service even better! This was my 3rd visit and I will come again! But please ! The air condition must be set at way to low! Sit at the bar and you'll be well served.

Just got back from another awesome meal at the Brockton Roadhouse.. I've never been to Texas but this place makes a great impression. So I must say their rib slabs are a whole lot of fall off the bone goodness. Roadhouse sets the standard on ribs.. Fresh cuts of steak also phenomenal.. Add their fresh dinner buns with cinnamon butter and bucket of peanuts and this City Yankee has no room for dessert.. Can get loud but that works to my advantage when my two kids start acting up no other patrons get offended or stare.. Margaritas and tall glasses of draft beer. Now I understand the country song the guy sings about all of his exes live in Texas.. Fun for the whole family and priced accordingly.. Stop in have some fun and get your grub on!!

I went for the first time today. The service was excellent. I was greeted by very friendly people and they were interested in whether it was my first time there. The girl who brought me and my friend to the table gave us some ideas of what to order. Once at the table the waiter was awesome and the owner came to our table to greet us, which I heard was not unusual for him to do. On top of the great service the food was excellent. Free peanuts were on the table. We started with the free warm bread with cinnamon butter. Sooo good! Way better than olive gardens bread in my opinion. I ordered the grilled barbeque chicken with mash potatoes and corn. The chicken was juicy and hot! I also ordered a warm apple pie with ice cream which was wonderful. On or way out, almost every worker we walked by acknowledged us and said goodbye with a smile. I enjoyed my experience. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

If you go here on the weekends be ready to wait an hour or so. But it's def worth it, atmosphere is great. Food is quickly served, and it's always good. But the best part is the friendly staff. Been going here for years and never had an issue.

I came here nearly a week ago and meant to write up the review but got side tracked. Here goes: It was a Saturday night and my friend called in advance to see if they take reservations. The person on the other ends tells him no and there is currently a 40 to 45 minute wait. We didn't care because I suggested going there and they didn't mind. The three of us got there 20 mins later and put our names in. We went to sit in the waiting area with our nuts in our hands. While we were cracking them and eaten them up, I saw the HUGE side behind one of my friends that says you can CALL IN ADVANCE and have your name on the list. When you get there, it would subtract the time of the wait. DOH. So i was already irritated by this because we didn't need to wait another 40 mins but instead could have just been 20 or less. Regardless, we finally got seated in a 6 person table. No big deal. There were 3 of us. We had room to move and kick back. There was a family of 5 next to us with a baby on the side because that was the only place that could fit a toddler in a high chair. There was already a bucket of nuts waiting for us... The waitress came over introduced herself but i couldn't hear her name. She took our drink orders and returned with a bowl of little breads and a cinnamon butter spread. I wasn't eating carbs or sugars so I didn't eat it. It smelled really good thing. One of my friends enticed me to just give it a taste especially with the spread. I tasted a little piece in my mouth and it was full if flavor. I didn't swallow it and he got upset with me... lol. They both ordered a Strawberry frozen Margarita in a giant glass and it looked really good. My water with lemon and lime was good too. There were 2 big pieces of lime and lemons slices. They look freshly cut too :) Onwards to the orders... I ordered the 24 oz Porterhouse medium rare which the boys didn't think I could eat with two sides - Green beans and Broccoli. One boy ordered the NY Strip - Medium well with a caesar Salad and loaded fries. The other boy ordered the ribeye medium rare with a caesar salad and loaded mash. The orders came out weird. The boys got their salads and I was just there watching them eat the bread first, then eat the salads and I was starving. They kept teasing me about eating the bread and asking if I wanted some of the salad which I didn't want to eat because of the dressing being all over it. Finally our food came. The porterhouse was gigantic, sitting on an entire plate by itself looking really good but lonely. The broccoli was on the side cup. It looked overcooked and limp. I prefer my broccoli al dente. The beans were HORRID. It was cute about an inch long. It looked like they took it out of a frozen bag, heat it up and throw it in the cup. It had some onions and looked merky. It did not look appealing at all. I asked the waitress if it was possible to switch it out for another side of Broccoli instead and she was fine with it. In checking the meat - which she didn't give us an opportunity to, it was a little bit more on the cooked side than I'd prefer. The boy who ordered the ribeye was happy with his because it was cooked the way he wanted it. His was topped with onions and mushroom which looked delicious. His load Mash was in a gigantic dish which he wasn't able to eat/finish because he was already full. HA! That's what he get for eating all those nuts!!! LOL The boy who ordered the NY Strip wasn't happy with his either. When the entree came, they forgot his potatoes. While he was working on it, someone else brought over the potatoes and apologies for the delay and told him this was a fresh batch because they just made more. His NY Strip was VERY pink inside and he just ate around it. He of course didn't finish it either and nor was he able to eat the potatoes. Needless to say, I finished my entire steak - minus the FAT and the Bone. I also ate the middle RED piece that NY Strip boy wasn't able to. Did I say I was Starving? YES. Challenge Accepted and Won. I felt great after. Wait... where was my side of broccoli? That's right, she forgot. I was nearly done and she came back with refill of water and brought the check over but forgot the broccoli. I kindly asked about it and she apologized she forgot and will be right back with it. Well, I ate that too -- most of it. In conclusion -- I've never been to a Texas Roadhouse before and this was quite an experience. Service was meh. The hostess were just standing around joking. The waitress could have been more attentive and asked how the food was early and refilled drinks. The waiting area around the restaurant with the shells really creep me out. As you're walking, its moving around and creating dust everywhere. The waiting area is just full of it. I did notice when we were leaving that they swept up the entire area. However, it doesn't change that it was still dirty. Would have given a 4 Star if service was better.

If I could give less than a 1 I could me and my family spent 45 minutes waiting for our buzzer to go off which was fine even though the wait was 15-20 per the hostess, after this waiting we were asked to stand "on deck" and then after 20 minutes of standing there watching everyone that got here after us get seated my dad asked if we were coming up next to the hostess and she says "I completely forgot you guys were here" and then after 30 minutes we got seen at a 4 person booth when we have 5 people making the 5th person sit in the walk way of all the servers. I work in retail and having this experience makes me appreciate how good the customer service is at our store. I'm not sure how this place is still open.

First off the fried pickles were awesome! Not greasy at all and cooked to a golden crisp. Our entrees were perfectly cooked. When we got "Togo" boxes out waitress even gave us extra rolls and cinnamon butter to take home. To top it all off the manager came over to see how our dining experience was. The Brockton Texas Roadhouse is the best one I've been to so far. Two thumbs up!

The food was overall good. I had an 8oz Sirlion and they served it the way I asked. Service was okay. Not fast but they were very busy. The one thing that I completely disliked, was the loudness. Music was too loud, the spontaneous dancing from the waitresses was a bit overdone. I will give it another chance, but not one of my favorites.

I ordered the mushroom jack chicken sandwich to go on a busy and crowded Friday night, first ever visit to Texas Roadhouse. The girl who rang me up told me it would be about 25 min. I thought to myself "this better be good". When I arrived back at the restaurant, the girl saw me walk in and with a great big smile said "I was just looking for you! Your food is ready." She confirmed the order again and I was on my merry way. As I was leaving, there must have been 4-5 servers/staff waiting by the door. Each one of them said goodbye, thanked me for ordering or told me to enjoy my food!!! With such great service, my meal could have been terrible and I would still rate highly. Will definitely be back. I loved my sandwich and rolls and the cinnamon butter!!!! Can we use hashtags on yelp??! #nomnom #gobblegobble #yummyinmytummy!!!

My wife ordered 6oz sirloin med-well and it came out well, but they apologized and cooked a new one that was the right temp. Im from TX so it reminds me a little of some southern cooking. I had the country fried chicken, it was good and crispy. Service was pretty good too.

Great good for great prices.. The service is always on point and food is always consistent. Wait times can be long but that's only because good restaurants are busy.

Unfortunately, the consistency at this place is lacking, BUT let's pretend that's not the case. The steaks are delicious and cooked perfectly (70% of the time), the mashed potatoes are BOMB, and the bread is to die for!!! Lets be honest with each other, the main reason I love this place (and I'm sure I'm not alone) is the delicious, mouth watering, heavenly bread. I have also tried the pulled pork, ribs, burgers, fries, blooming onions, and everything is really tasty! The atmosphere is fun, and somewhat rowdy. The waitstaff is friendly, and efficient. They offer unlimited peanuts, and you can just toss your shells on the floor. How cool, aye?! The drinks are good, and don't forget you can buy a cute glass boot to take home after your done with your drinks for an extra $2, totally worth it. Enjoy.

Not usually somebody who frequents chain restaurants, but this place has the best steaks I've ever had! I've been here probably 6 times and have never had a bad dining experience here! It can be very crowded, but the service is quick and efficient! Worth the wait! Grab one of the best margaritas ever while you wait!

I had heard so many favorable things about this place that I simply couldn't wait to get here. Went the day after my birthday for a belated birthday dinner. The rolls and butter ARE to die for- simply put. I'd come back JUST to have those, and the delicious sweet tea. Really. The rest of the meal- gross. Everything was over salted, my steak, although cooked just right (they get points for that- it was perfectly medium) was tough to chew, the green beans that people rave about were FILLED with bacon, not a few pieces of bacon chips for flavor, but the dish should be called "Bacon and Green Beans", and again- way too salty, further to add insult to injury we waited what seemed like forever for our food to come out of the kitchen after the appetizer (a pitiful pile of previously frozen steak fries with hardened cheese that had been sitting under the heat lamp waiting to be brought out, topped with BACON chips). Server was really nice/good, manager came by a few times (she was nice), LOUD country music was great, atmosphere is fun. Here's the deal: I liked the place, but didn't like the FOOD, and I went to EAT. I'd go back if someone else were paying AND if someone else suggested it, but I wouldn't choose this as a spot to come to. Besides, it's too far out (Brockton?), and the other one is in Everett. Oh- the prices are quite reasonable.

Seriously amazing from start to finish. It was my husbands first time in so THE OWNER came over and brought us samples of some of their from scratch selections. The staff was attentive, friendly and HIGHLY service oriented. We had a great time and then they gave us a 30% military discount. That was heart warming as my husband had just gotten off a plane from a stint away from me with the military. Feeling the appreciation. Bravo!

love it! the bread, the chicken critters, the ribs, rites and price is all great! Great amount of food for the price. We can either split an entree or if we each get one then we always have leftovers for the next day. Most the entrees come with 2 sides and one can be a large salad. So it really is a huge meal.

The rolls are what I come here for. They are AMAZINGLY GOOD. Mmm mmm, and the cinnamon butter, DELICIOUS! I have to stop myself before devouring basket after basket before my meal gets there. Oh and I also took a basket full to go today.. :-/ The food is ok, there are good days and there are bad days. Today was a good day. I usually go with the sirloin steak and it's a pretty good deal for steak + 2 sides. The food itself isn't amazing but it's decent. I come here now and again. Oh, and I think this is new, their 911 hot sauce, supposedly the most spicy of them all. I tried it and liked it. It didn't make me cry but it's better than the Tobasco alternative that I always went for. The atmosphere is fun, but the employees could show a little bit more enthusiasm doing the dance. Most looked like they were forced to do it, which they probably were.

Good food. Not enough booze in the drinks. Did I enjoy my last visit? No, it sucked. That's why I'm back. And let's be honest, the bones don't fall off the ribs. They are good but let's be honest here. Portions seem to be getting smaller. Prices aren't going down though. And why do these places insist I get a fried onion every goddamn time? I'd rather eat a tire than a 5000 calorie fried onion.

The four stars are probably excessive, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We had never been to a Texas Roadhouse before, and we usually shun chain restaurants, but we were hungry and exhausted after driving to Brockton from NJ for a family funeral following a winter storm. The service was prompt and enthusiastic, on a Friday night (we had no reservations). My husband found it too noisy, but I liked the energy - an attractive, diverse crowd: families, groups of young people, couples of all ages, etc. Our burgers were large, juicy, and delicious, and the price was very reasonable. I am not a big country music fan, but I enjoyed the atmosphere. We will certainly consider eating at another Texas Roadhouse if we find ourselves in locations without unique options. I would recommend it over many comparable chains (e.g. TGI Friday, Chili's, etc.).

I absolutely love this place! What is there not to love?! You start off with the most amazing buns and cinnamon butter of all time. Every time I come everyone gets full off of the bread before the food even comes! Then the Apps. I have only ever had the pizza skins and top notch! Then the entrees...From the ribs to the bbq chicken to the AMAZING mashed potato and butter corn. This place is just perfect! Also, really great wait staff, maybe not up front all the time but definitely while dining. Go for a date or with the kids and family. SIMPLY AWESOME!

Everytime I come here, I get great service. They're portions are great. I am not a huge chain food restaurant person, but I like it here. It's always busy. Call ahead! It's better than sitting around waiting for an hour or more.

Came here on 2/11 for a quick bite to eat after work after being stuck in 2 hours of traffic. Yeah, there is no such thing as a quick bite here because there is ALWAYS a wait. It's a Monday night at 7:00 and there is a wait. UGH. Okie dokie, i'll just go grab some wine and wait. So as i sit at the bar (there were 2 seats next to each other open! SCORE!) there is a LEAK on the ceiling and of course it's dripping on me. Well...found the reason there were seats! I'm greeted by a really nice bartender who got me a glass of wine and my boyfriends drink very quickly! Not too long after our pager vibrated and we were off to get our table! Good bye leaky ceiling! Our server came right up to the table and was very sweet! I think she was really busy and had tables scattered around, but she always made sure we were taken good care of. I got the ribs with a salad and a sweet potato. The salad was fine, Then my ribs came out. They were a little drier than usual (this place has amazing ribs, they always fall off the bone), but they were still great. The sweet potato was huge and really good! They can put marshmallows and a ton of nonsense on their sweet potatoes, but sweet potatoes (in my opinion) don't really need anything to jazz it up. I don't know what else to add. If you ever want to come to the Texas Roadhouse, be prepared to wait and leave very full and happy!

You feel so welcome here. They really do care if you're happy with their service and it shows. Great and quick service. The staff look happy and work well together. They hold the door open for you on the way out. Out of all the chain restaurants, this is my favorite. Great place to come with kids, they have a kids menu. The bread with the cinnamon butter is really good. You can pick out your own steak, then they'll cook it the way you want it. The ribs fall off the bone. The magaritas are frigging huge and leave you feeling just right. Prices are not bad at all. I almost forgot to tell you about the bucket of peanuts at every table. You can throw the peanut shells on the floor if you want.

The rolls are A MAZING!!! The combination of rolls with their cinnamon butter or whatever it is makes it worth coming here alone. Now, on top of that, I always get the Rib-eye steak. This is hit or miss, depending on what mood the chef is in I guess. Sometimes it is cooked to perfection and each bite provides a juicy, tender and flavorful piece of meat (or fat...mostly fat I guess haha). Unfortunately, about 20% of the time, my meat is cooked incorrectly and comes out dry. The amount of food you get is pretty large with all the sides and rolls...yes rolls so you will leave full. This is my favorite steak place that I can afford more regularly, otherwise I would hit up Del Friscos.

Me and my girlfriend went here on October 1 and the beginning of our dinner was not a pleasant experience. The hostess sits us at a table made for 6 which is fine if we weighed 600 pounds. So we asked her to move us to a smaller table because we were celebrating my birthday and we wanted to be able to talk to each other without having to text or call from the huge table. She puts us at a smaller table with our delicious bread and butter. And we wait......wait.......wait......wait... The are waiters and waitresses taking care of the tables around us not acknowledging us at all. After 20 mins of being ignored we grab a waiter and ask him who is suppose to be taking care of us. He looked shocked that nobody had come over to us yet. He then has the manager come over to apologize and they comp us an appetizer which was very nice. The waiter gave us impeccable service. Food came out fast drinks were always full and he was an overall great waiter. His section changed later in the night but he would still come over and take care of us. He dropped our bill and said no rush and then he came back and got us more drinks. A lot of waiters and waitresses will complain and cry about a table sitting and drinking but he was perfect. He got a great tip and he made our dining experience 1,000,000,000 times better after being ignored.

Well, The food here, although tasting good, is not exactly healthy for you. Everything has heavy amounts of butter and sugar. Just eating the loaded sweet potato could put you into sugar shock. That said, The food was pretty good. I enjoyed the ribs. They were not the best that I had, but still better than average.

Texas Roadhouse is a family friendly joint with good food and a fun atmosphere! Be prepared for peanut shells and dust scattered all over and very loud country music as well as line-dancing wait staff. Enjoyed a lunch here yesterday - 11/11/11 - crowded, but expected. We haad about a 15 minute wait, which wasn't bad considering how busy it was for Veteran's Day. We were seated with a basket of warm buns and cinnamon butter - YUM!

Not too shabby. Big bucket of peanuts for a free starter. The sweet butter for the rolls was not my cup of tea, but The Bride liked it. My sirloin kabob and chili were tasty, (and only $9.95) and she liked her "Road Kill" chopped steak. Both our salads were good sized. Draft beer selection weak; Sam's Summer was the only funky one. Nonetheless, we'd go back. I consider a 3 a good score.

If you like making mess, this is one place that you can leave a mess and it's OK! How often can you throw peanut shells down to the floor without getting a dirty look? Complimentary peanuts in a tin awaits you at the table. Freshly baked buns are tagged along as you get seated. I can be happily satisfied with these 2 already, but I heard good things about their steak so I can't just stop at that. As I was debating about ordering a chili, my bud told me that I can order that as my side. I was so ecstatic to have that brought to my attention. I thought I was in heaven while going thru the list of sides to choose from. As a 100% Bostonian, I ordered baked beans as my 2nd side. Maybe it's a Texas thing but it's called Boston baked beans for a reason! Boston - Beantown! Duh~ The recipe here has a hint of smoke. I imagine that they put in some smoked meat in it aside from the molasses. Of course, I still savored it. I'm a proud member of the molasses flood prevention club. The chili was respectable as well. It was garnished with shredded cheddar and diced raw onions along with saltines. This is the first, saltines with chili! Must be a Texas thing. Chunks of meat and tomatoes along with beans and a decent kick. Ft. Worth Ribeye was nicely cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper. I wonder if it's shipped from Ft. Worth? It did not come out overcooked which is a huge PLUS! Juicy and tender. Maybe I am just picky, but I don't believe my server lived up to the motto of Legendary Service. For some odd reason the computer did not save all the orders and she had to come back to retake the orders. REALLY? I want to know what POS they use that doesn't save when you fire the food. My drink was on empty before she came by and asked if we want refills on our lemonades. I was dying of thirst as I ate and finished my chili which she never asked how our 1st course was. Further more, she did not leave me a straw when she dropped off the refill. I had to ask for one when she came back to check on us moments later and 1/4 way thru with refill. These are the reasons why I did not give the 5th star. All in All, for the price, the food is great. Or... Great food at attractive prices! By far the best casual chain steak restaurant I've been to. I would come back just to eat the hot, fresh bread if they let me!

Let me start by saying I tend to avoid chain restaurants BUT this place is a pleasant exception. My family has come here many times and it is virtually always spot-on perfect. The service is very attentive, the rolls and salads are wonderful, the steaks are very consistent as I have never beed disappointed. I have tried pretty much every type of steak, always ask for it to be cooked medium, never anything less than delicious. But the one item that is the BEST you will ever find is the baked potato! You might think why get so excited about a baked potato but I have been to many places that treat them as an after-thought but not here - it will melt in your mouth every time. We rarely have room for desserts but when we have ordered one it has been wonderful too.

Pleasantly surprised! Hadn't been here in years. Dropped in for dinner Monday night and the place was packed. We were seated quickly and we started off with an order of fried pickles. Delicious and generously portioned. Both of us had the bone-in rib eye steak, medium rare. Again, delicious. Prices are very reasonable, service is excellent. No complaints. We'll be beck!

Visited this location for the first time after going to the enchanted village nearby. The wait was expected to be about 30 to 45 minutes and it took about that long, it was a busy night. We were seated in a far corner in a cramped booth, 4 adults and 1 child. Our waiter was friendly but I believe fairly new. Asked if we wanted drinks, and returned with drinks and rolls. The rolls and butter are almost like candy here. We ordered our dinners which took awhile to come out, during this time no visit from the waiter. When the dinners came out three of the four were missing sides. One was mixed veggies and mushrooms, the other 2 were french fries. The irritating part is we had to ask where they were. He told us they were slammed and the reminder would be coming out. We were about 1/2 done when the remainder arrived, never did get the mushrooms which I had to ask to have taken off the bill. Overall, not a great experience, food was adequate, service very lacking, probably should have spoken to the manager but just wanted to get everyone home. Can't say we will be back anytime soon.

My wife and I took the kids and a friend of the twins to the Roadhouse. As usual on a Friday, packed. We used call ahead seating which worked out perfectly - highly recommended. The service was good but, the food, eh. My wife and I split a full rack of ribs. From the first bite it was clear that the ribs had been smoked/cooked well in advance and simply slathered with and over-abundance of barbecue sauce and slightly warmed. The accompanying steak fries had seen too much time under the heat lamp and were warm but chewy. We sent the dinner back asking if it could be served hot. The waitress was very accommodating and whisked the plate from the table and apologized the entire time. The ribs came back much warmer with a fresh batch of fries. However, by this time my wife and I had lost our appetite and the boys were just about done. Think I'll take a break for a while, at least.

If I'm in the mood for a great filet, and dont' want to break the bank, hubby and I head to the Road House. The rolls and sweet butter are amazing. My favorite drink is a Margarita with a shot of Chambord on the rocks. It costs just over $6.00 for this massive goblet of awesomeness. This place is a great place to bring the fam. I always pick out my own steak in the front, which is the way to go everytime! Service consistently good, fun party laid back atmosphere.

My wife and I agree that they have the best rib-eye of all the steak places around. The salads are very good too. Served on chilled plates. You can't beat the rolls. The waiter offered another helping but we had to resist it rather than getting too stuffed. Yes, the place is loud, but that's what they are known for. Don't go on your birthday unless you're prepared for a crowd with loud singing. On a recent visit, the waiter brought the wrong steak to me. When I told him, he agreed it was the wrong one. The waiter and the management couldn't apologize enough for the error. They took it back and brought me the correct one. And then the didn't charge me due to the inconvenience. That was great customer service.

This is not a "Peanut Free Zone"! Texas Roadhouse is exactly how I picture Texas, big and loud. Singing waitstaff, dancing bartenders with both kinds of music; country AND western! A friend and I went on a Wednesday evening, about 6:30pm. We were seated immediately (with the aforementioned peanuts) and approached quickly by our waitress. Drinks, bread and cinnamon butter were served quickly amidst the din. Our waitress expertly weaving between rapidly filling tables (and patrons). I ordered the 16 oz. ribeye with 2 sides, mashed potatoes and a side salad. The steak, ordered medium rare, was closer to rare which is better than going the other way to me. The salad was good and fresh, the blue cheese dressing was tangy and chunky. The potatoes were the weak point of the meal, with little taste and a very small portion. Surprising when you consider the large portions of everything else. My friend ordered a combo of bbq chicken breast and sirloin steak. The steak looked good, but the chicken breast looked like it had been fried in a pan and then slathered with bbq sauce. He also had a loaded baked potato, which was very good. All in all a very good meal. I'll likely go back again

I love eating in this place, always good and cheap prices, i had my two year old twins birthday party there, I decided it was too hot for an outdoor BBQ on short notice and brought my family there, they thought it was good too ! Off all the bigger BBQ chains, I think this is the best !

I hate this place. I don't use that word a lot. The floor is covered in peanut shells so god forbid you have bad traction on your shoes cause everything is covered in a film of peanut grease. The food is decent but I wouldn't be surprised if there was a heart attack a week there. Its always packed and loud with country music blaring and waitresses dancing in the aisle. Just kind of obnoxious. The food isn't good enough o put myself thru all of that.

Texas Roadhouse serves good food Well worth the try. Took the wife to birthday dinner with the kids. Not bad. But, Remember: the place is called Texas Roadhouse. Loud Country music is the flavor of the day. Peanuts on the table and peanut residue on floors (Nut allergists can't enter the premises). No markdowns for being what you advertise. The markdown to four stars is for one reason: 1) The food was GOOD not GREAT. We all sampled the other's entrees: RIBS were outstanding! literally falling off the bone. SMOTHERED CHICKEN was good. STEAKTIPS with rice was wonderful as well I ordered the dual grilled CENTERCUT PORKCHOPS. I could only finish one chop. The porkchop was actually GREAT, my sides (chili and "flavored" rice) were so-so. The wife and kids were happy and commented about coming back. That doesn't happen much.

One of my recent discoveries is indeed, the Texas Roadhouse. And I'm pretty happy I decided to give the place a shot that day, and I've been back ever since, due to the amazing food. It's the food that will bring you back for more Roadhouse action. The second you walk to your table, a bucket of peanuts are sitting there, waiting to be eaten by it's consumer. Then, the next minute, the server brings out a basket of soft, delicious, warm and freshly made rolls with amazing cinnamon butter. It is almost impossible to resist the yummy rolls. You may even be stuffed from them by the time dinner comes. I've gotten two things here: the ribs and the burger. The ribs are the best I've ever had with some amazing sauce and delicious and tender, fall off the bone meat. And they do make a mean burger. The burger comes with a nice juicy patty with melted cheese and a fresh roll. I enjoy getting the steak fries with my meals. I was really amazed by the food they serve, especially the ribs. I'm looking forward to trying the steak next time. Don't expect a lot of cleanliness in the restaurant. A ton of peanut shells and dust scatter all over the floors, which seem to just sit there untill the place actually closes. Usually they are in separate piles or under the table. I once even saw a couple of peanut shells in the restroom, which kinda scares me. Almost makes me think that someone is eating peanuts while doing their business. I actually hate country music, but you will see many pictures of popular country singers and loud background music. The biggest annoyance is when the waiters and waitresses gather around and sing and dance at random times. It's pretty obnoxious, and probably happens once every 15 minutes. The only thing I like about the atmosphere is the big huge wooden barrels full of peanuts and the steaks inside the display case. The service is average. The servers usually come over for drinks within 3 minutes, and the food doesn't take long at all. Maybe 15 minutes for an entree. And not to mention, the servers, are for the most part, friendly. The Texas Roadhouse has some amazing food, but if you're a country music hater like me, just make sure you block your ears. Other than that, the Roadhouse is without a doubt worth eating at, especially for the ribs, which tend to drag me back in every time. It will make you say, "Yee-haw!".

I love their cinnabuns and its unlimited!!! also have unlimited peanuts. I got a half-slab ribs, but came out to be a full-rack! No complains :D I paid for half-slab. It was warm close to cold, wish it was hotter. The sauce was very juicy, has its own significant taste. The food was a little pricey, but it seems like they have a lunch deal for $7.99 entrees before 6, Monday - Thursday! I gotta try that some time :)

It took me years to finally make it into this steakhouse chain. I've heard lots of love-hate reviews from friends and family over the years, so I was excited to finally check out the Texas Roadhouse myself. I love peanuts, so the buckets of peanuts in the shells were a welcome site. It was true, you can eat nuts there ballpark style. Just peal them and throw the shells on the ground. The fresh baked bread they give you when you sit down is also a nice touch. It is loud in here, and there is plenty of country music but it's called "Texas Roadhouse". I wasn't expecting to sit down and listen to the Boston Pops while discussing tax codes. So be ready for some loud table conversations, and order your drinks when you still have half of your last one. The steak was pretty good. They did have a good deal if you get there before 6PM. It was $7.99 for a 6oz steak with two sides. Not a bad price for a mid week dinner. I was happy with my steak, but another member of our party asked for rare and it came out well done. They cooked her a new one with no questions asked but that was kind of a let down. The waitress was nice, but just not attentive enough to our good size group. To many glasses were left empty, and there were a couple small mistakes in the order. I'd go back to the Texas Roadhouse. As far as chains go the food is better than most. It is a fun time if you have a group of 6 or so friends who don't mind yelling at the table.

I'm so-so about this place. Some days I like it, some days I don't. Some days I want the half roasted chicken and some days I don't wanna eat anything but that yummy sweet and buttery bread. My hubby likes the BBQ ribs and the steak. I mean, it's not the best but it's not the worst. And it's fun to eat peanuts and throw the shells on the floor. If you feel weird about that... this is not the place for you. side note: birthday singing from the waiters can get annoying and old REAL QUICK!

Okay, so the peanuts on the floor gimmick is totally lame, and the wait is completely ridiculous, but once you have a Razzle Snake Margarita it seems well worth it. The liquor is measured, which stinks but the food really is good bbq. Smokey Bones seems more authentic in the realm of bbq, but the food and atmosphere are different than other restaurants in the area. I had the Portobello Chicken last weekend with salad and fresh veggies and was very impressed. I left feeling stuffed since it was so good. My mother-in-law raves over their steak tip salad, but I have yet to try it. The rolls they give you are dangerously good, so I always tell them no for a second basket!

The Texas Roadhouse is one of those places that you see a huge line for a table, and I can actually understand why people wait an hour + for a meal. The bread and butter is out of this world. Also their dinners are quality barbeque and very reasonably priced. I love how you can get a side salad as an appetizer instead of one of your two sides that comes with the meal. Love the pulled pork. When it comes to chain restaurants, the Road House has the right idea. P.S. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want a quiet, romantic dinner...simply not going to happen. Enjoy!

SImply put, it's my favorite steakhouse, and it's a chain restaurant!! I like the rolls and sald. And the steak is consistently great (I prefer rib eye). THis is not one of those high class steak houses (Capital Grill, Morton's etc), yet for a steak that's less than 1/2 the price of those fancy ones I find the taste just as good. Can't ask for much more for a reasonably priced steakhouse in this economy.

I don't eat steak, burgers, or most meat, but I love this place. To start, there are rolls covered in a sweet glaze, served with cinnamon sugar butter. Each table also gets a big bucket of peanuts. I don't really care for the large amount of shells thrown onto the ground, but thats what everyone does. Here's a bit of common sense though - the peanuts come in bucket that is in another bucket. Separate the two, and make one your trash. The selection of beers and mixed drinks are good. The second to last time I came here, my margarita was awesome. Not sure if its the goblet it comes in, but it seems a bit larger than you typically get. Also, it costs about six bucks. The last time I went, it wasn't that great, but still decent. I haven't had a problem with the waitstaff, which other reviews seem to mention. I do think the current shirt they wear is a bit ridiculous, it says in giant words on the back, "I HEART MY JOB". That's a bit over the top for me, but I guess I don't work there. I did use the bathroom, and two chefs/busboys came in after me and started talking about some women they work with. I don't mind, but it wasn't exactly professional things they were talking about. I left my cell phone here once, and they put it in their safe until my friends could pick it up. That does show some decent service. It is a bit loud and cluttered with junk on the walls, but what do you expect with a name like "Texas Roadhouse"?

I have a deep dark secret. As a child, I used to eat ... butter. Sure, all that butter chunked me up to a decent size until I grew into my "butter weight" in my late teens. It was a decade later when I took my first trip to Texas Roadhouse. On the way to our booth, our hostess asks, "Want some rolls?" Well, duh, of course we want some rolls. What I didn't bargain for was the butter accompanying those rolls. It's like this whipped cinnamon sugar goodness -- and for a few moments, I'm a festively plump 8-year old again. Ah, nostalgia. Anyway, the steaks here are decent, but the ribs are where it's at. I get snotty unless they fall off the bone, and these certainly do! I usually get 'em with steak fries and caesar salad (with crack croutons? I don't know, but they're really good). The margaritas are always delicious and don't seem to vary between bartenders, which is also pretty key. Oh, and I have to mention that I have a tender spot for the center-aisle line dancing. I wish they did it more. I'm not gonna lie; I get excited when I hear the jukebox get turned up a notch as a bat signal for the servers to get assembled. Step, step, clap-clap-step. Yeee-haw!

The Texas Road House has decent steak and the cost isn't outrageous. I usually get their little 6oz steak and it's usually cooked just how I like it--still a bit mooing. On the side I get their yummy ceasar salad (though I cry when I think of the calories in their creamy dressing!) and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. I've been there enough to know that the place is LOUD, and I really hate when it's someone's birthday (have to get the entire road house's attention). They also have the staff do line dancing (which I bet they hate and sometimes has held up service) and they are in the way when getting seated occasionally. I think the food is yummy but the atmosphere isn't really my thing. I can't hear my friends talking and sometimes our orders have come to us wrong because I think the sever couldn't hear our orders correctly! I wouldn't want to work there, I'd be deaf. We always call ahead when eating there. It's worth it. I wouldn't wait an hour to be seated.

If you're allergic to Peanuts, Stay Away! There's peanuts everywhere. I only come here for their bread and cinnamon butter. You need to have it right away because once it gets cold, it's not tasty anymore. The portions are huge. My bf and I share the full slack of ribs and he had to take it home for late night snack. The ribs didn't fall off as you touch it but it had great taste. The side rice was salty. Sweet Potato is always a safe bet. It's LOUD here so go elsewhere if you need a deep conversation kind of dinner. I don't understand the staff line dancing and most of are off beat.

WOW... Now this is the Place! If you like Steak Then you must try this place! I go and Like to sit at the bar, All the Bartenders are very nice and you never wait for a Drink! The place can get a bit too loud, And I can't stand Country Music However for the Hour or so that I am there it's worth it to put up with a bit of the Hee Haa Music! The ribs are to die for and the food is always hot! The Bugaboo is almost across the street But don't think it's the same thing there, It costs more, The place is dead most of the time, and it's no where near as good as The Road House So if you can take some loud Music, Loud Sports on TV, And singing waiters then this is you're place to try!

Yeee ha! Here's my advice, go there and have the bread WITH THE BUTTER that they serve you once you are seated. This is by far the best part of this place. Anyways, I always get a salad from there with honey mustard dressing... yummy! But everything is good (I always pick at my friends' plates). The lamest part is when the wait staff start line dancing or when it's someone's birthday...they shine the light on the birthday person and scream some bullcrap about it being so-and-so's birthday. I DON"T CARE! I just want to eat! Happy friggin' birthday. Bathrooms are clean.

Not many places offer the high quality steaks for the price like TR does. Sirloins are better here than most places that charge 2 or 3 times the price. An added benefit, I can bring the kids and they can drop as many peanut shells on the floor as they like!

the food is not bad. its pretty pricey, but worth the money. I always grab steak when I am there

I had never been here before, nor had I even heard of it. I was a bit put off when my boyfriend told me that they serve peanuts there & you throw the shells on the ground. I just found it somewhat perplexing. I was taken out last night and Texas Roadhouse was the restaurant of choice. The bread in the beginning with the cinnamon butter was perfect. We had the combination appetizer platter with Chicken Critters, Rattlesnake Bites, and Tater Skins. For our entrees, I ordered a half slab of ribs with 2 sides: Caesar salad and mashed potatoes. My boyfriend ordered the N.Y. Sirloin with 2 sides: a House salad and seasoned rice. While eating the appetizer, the salads came out and after eating just the appetizer and salads I was completely stuffed!! They do not skimp on the portions. When our entrees came out - perfect. The meat on the ribs fell off the bone without any effort, the mashed potatoes were super buttery & super creamy. The N.Y. Sirloin was nice & juicy as well. I only had two bits of my entree because I was so full after the appetizer, but I must admit that I was VERY satisfied!

This is my first written review...and also the last restaurant I've eaten at with my wife and 2 children...I eat here at least once a month...sometimes more...the food quality is usually outstanding and the atmosphere is noisy enough where kids behavior is drowned out ( my children are saints of course)...This is not the place to propose to your loved one...or go to after a somber funeral...prices are reasonable, portions are good, and as I mentioned...the quality is usually outstanding...My last visit I did encounter a very long hair on the plate where my loaded mashed potato once sat...the manager apologized profusely and my meal was free...The manager always comes to our table to check on things-I believe they do it for everyone...did I mention the coldest draft beer I've ever had??? Love this place...I have gone here at least one hundred times since it has opened...no exageration...possible more than that...I have had 2 less than fantastic experiences with the food-never the staff...one i allready mentioned..the other time i got a steak that was just a bad cut...which again the management quickly rectified...I have dined at hundreds of places...but for steak or ribs at a reasonable price...the Roadhouse just cant be beat!

Been to Texas Road House before. This time was the same as the others. loud, burgers, peanuts, girls dancing, cowboy hat, orchestrated rowdiness. Its nice. Nothing to write home to mom about so I'm keeping this review light.

Awesome food! Lots of customers but you will still get seated fast! Food comes out fast and is absolutely delicious! Ribs amazing and also the country fried chicken, big portions and decent prices!

Ok, so the Texas Roadhouse is a chain. Go into this place knowing that. This chain gives you buckets of peanuts and there are shells all over the floor. What the Texas Roadhouse does well is gives you large portions of decent food in a gimmick-y environment that is great to bring the kids to because you wont worry about your kids getting too loud, as the Roadhouse is LOUD. I have had steaks here, and they aren't bad. Certainly not prime, but good. The sides are plentiful, and the bread with the honey butter is yummy. You will not be getting gourmet food at the Roadhouse, but you will get a filling, tasty meal for less cash than the Outback, and you wont have to worry about your kids annoying the people next to you. That being said, if you are looking for a quiet place to talk to your companions, you may want to opt for another restaurant.

The Texas Roadhouse gets a bad rap most of the time, due to the area that it's located in and because many think of chain restaurants as being 2nd class. Regardless, I enjoy my visit everytime I eat or drink at The Texas Roadhouse. The wait can be grueling on busy weekends, but they have complimentary peanuts for you to munch on. The signature cocktails are yummy and a nice size for the money. The warm rolls with cinnamon butter are always the big highlight with my friends. Chicken and steak dishes are well prepared the way you like. The wait-staff is great 9 times out of 10, they act as if they really care that you enjoy your experience. When you go to The Texas Roadhouse, you have no choice but to get in a country state of mind...I haven't seen one in years, but I always liked when some of the servers got up and did a little two-step jig to the music. But birthdays are big here, so expect to catch a few "yee-haw's!" while you dine.

Roadhouse is excellent! They have great bread and butter, and the best salads that come out in cold dishes! I highly suggest this for a fun night definately nothing fancy haha.
(4)
Elizabeth M.
Their rolls and butter, and Italian dressing are definitely the highlights. Other than that, everything is just average. Steak tastes like steak, chicken tastes like chicken. Nothing special. Most of the time, it is very loud. They accommodate a lot of birthdays, so the staff is yelling once every couple of minutes, which can be annoying when you are trying to have a conversation.

The combos are big enough to be splitted by 2 adults - ribs, chicken, ribeye, or sirloin. while the price is not always fair (a little onions and mushrooms on a half steak costs $1.99 while a whole chopped steak meal is only $9.99.... what?!?)... its relatively low compare to other chains like outback.... and btw... the cacti in this place are FAKE and glued to the seating dividers... which is so Chinese and not Texan. oh and... the service is really slow. ordering only 1 entree at post lunch rush (~2:30 pm) was enough to have us wait 20 min for our meal.

I will break this up into several stars so you see how I got to my 3 stars: * Ambiance-You walk in and it is a mad house. Between the loud open kitchen, people yelling, staff singing and dancing and people slipping everywhere on the peanut shells. Really annoying unless your 7 years old. ***Service-Good. Just Good. I love when they ask if you have ever been there before and their whole spiel is comprised of information that you really never needed to know. Nothing was bad about it. Server was quite efficient. *****Drinks-They do claim to have "World famous margaritas" and I have to admit, they are pretty amazing. Raspberry frozen margarita was fantastic!! ****Food-The ONLY reason food gets 4 stars is the RIBS. Holy S#it! They were the best I think I have ever had. Fall off the bone tender and the sauce was remarkable! The bad was....everything else. The chicken finger in the appetizer were rubbery. The potato skins were dry and overcooked and the jalapeno cheese poppers were so overcooked they were hollow. The side with the ribs were also bad. The ribs were the only good part of the food and good enough to make the rest up to 4 stars. The rolls you get when you sit down are really good as well. Really good. So, ribs and the rolls 5 stars...everything else 1 star. *Clenliness-Clearly they are going after the nasty old Saloon feel for this place....They do a nice job. Its dirty. From the table settings, to the floors, to the restrooms and everything in between. Looking into the kitchen on the way out I got scared. The floors were covered in garbage. No excuse guys. Open kitchen....Hire 1 person to just sweep the floors. ****Value-Good value for the money. A Full rack of ribs at $16 dollars if really good compared to many places I have been. Total 3 stars....Good, but not great. I would go back, but not soon.

I can honestly say that I have given this place 3 trys and 3 times I was disappointed. I think that is is very pricey & the menu isn't all that great. It is so loud in there!!! The only thing that I really like about this place is the endless peanuts and the bread that is served before the meal. I have never had a friendly waitress or really enjoyed my food that much. But I think that you should try it anyway because I am just the type of person that loves flavor in her food but this place isn't a big fan of salt and pepper.

I've been here twice, and both times have had a pretty good experience. Their ribs are delicious, and the baked potatoes soft and tasty. The room itself was a laid back barn-like style with peanut shells on the floor, and country music playing. The music can be a bit distracting at times. Great steaks! I don't think the last reviewer gave it a fair rating, being a vegetarian going to a steakhouse. That's almost like someone who is lactose intolerant, reviewing an ice-cream place.

Ok, so it's a chain BBQ restaurant, you have to go there with that in mind. The food was good, very large portions. Waitstaff was your typical scripted service, though I expected my server to have more flair on her uniform! Overall it gets an average grade for me. I seriously would not wait more than 15 minutes to get into this place. I don't see it being worth a 1+ hour wait, which is typical for a weekend night.

Parker H.
Hands down the chain steak winner by far and away for anything in miles and miles of here. You could eat at Bugaboo, Outback, LongHorn, Smokey Bones, etc and pay 30-40% and get 20% less portion size. Where else has a slew of ten dollar entrees that come with a choice of two sides (salad included and the best baked potato anywhere), unlimited fresh yeast rolls with fresh whipped honey-cinnamon butter, and all you can eat Peanuts? Nowhere. Place can get a little rambunctious, but that's half the fun. And don't leave without getting a Margarita (there's no one that does them better) Friendly servers and eager to please management make this a HUGE winner.

Quite a wait for a Sat night...the place was packed! Luckily we called ahead, but it was still an hour plus wait. The front lobby was standing room only, and they were quoting a 3 hour wait for people coming in. We were finally seated, and the server was really good. He was on top of refills. When the food finally came (a little slow, albeit the place was packed), I wasnt really all that hungry, but the catfish was awesome. I only ate a small amount, and the server came back to make sure I didnt want something else. My only other complaint was the loud music. They kept turning up the jukebox. I like country music, but it made it hard to carry on a conversation (especially for me....I have larangytis, which i why I didnt eat much. My family couldnt hear a word I said, but that's not their fault.) All in all, not too bad. They did their best to handle the crowds, and the food was good. I would go back.

I think that TEXAS Road House is the best of the Steak House chains. I think their prices are great for what you get. My wife and I were extremely impressed the last 2 times we went. The service has always been fantastic.

The texas roadhouse is a fun atmosphere. The music is loud (country) and the waitstaff is spunky and personable. If you don't like country music do not come here because it is turned up extremely loud. There tends to be a wait but you can call before hand and put your name on the list before getting to the restaurant. The ribs are really good, but if you're not into getting messy I've had a grilled chicken salad that was huge, and delicious. I've also tried the steak cabob, which was ok, the steak was kind of dry, but the rice that it came with and the veggies were very good. The marguiritas here are awesome. It's worth spending an extra buck for the cuervo. The price is reasonable but certainly not cheap. Do not go here for a romantic date though, it is loud and there are alot of children. Go to have fun and chill out.

(5)Kevin L.

(4)Emily T.
(5)Whitney R.
(5)Margaret M.
Kaitlin is the best! Yummy bread, awesome skinny margarita and the filet? To die for!!
(5)Tom G.
They have free peanuts while you wait for your table and at your table, line dancing waitresses on occasion, free wifi, reasonable volume music, free soda refills, awesome tasting rolls, TV's in the bar area, generous portions are all good things!
(5)Kate G.
(4)Amy C.
I normally love this place. I'm just glad that wasn't my first visit there. I would not have been back.
(2)Katie C.
(3)Emily L.
(4)John P.
(1)Rebecca A.
(1)Raymond C.
The food was awesome, the service was friendly, and the drinks were cold. What a great restaurant. This was my first time in, and I will definitely be back. The owner even introduced himself. All in all, this has been one of my best trips to a restaurant.
(5)J C.
(3)Tracy Y.
(3)dawn o.

The brownie sundae makes me happy in so many ways. Most of the food is good and the staff is friendly.

I'm not really a fan of chain restaurants, but Texas Roadhouse is my favorite! Great steaks, ribs, and other dinners! They offer an early bird special when you visit on Monday - Thursday before 6. Extremely friendly staff!
(4)K K.

Fun atmosphere, menu & cocktails. This place is always busy...regardless of any less than positive reviews you may occasionally see here.

Fun ambiance! The drinks are great and the steaks are awesome. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're not eating the steaks.

Great food great experience, its loud but fun. The sweet bread is to die for. The grilled Shrimp is the best ive had.

(3)T D.

(5)Yesenia R.
Looks wise the food looks amazing but Salty as heck $$$$ chArged a arm an a leg for food that's gunna kill you for someone on a diet I deffinately do not reccomend to eat there
(2)Christopher B.
Seriously I can't see how one could rate this any higher. Sadly the food was so bad I am going to write a letter to corporate office rather than to post here.
(1)Dusty G.
Outstanding as always. Every Thursday look forward to dinner I sit at bar. Kiley heather always awesome. Food top notch.
(5)Umair K.
If you go here on the weekends be ready to wait an hour or so. But it's def worth it, atmosphere is great. Food is quickly served, and it's always good. But the best part is the friendly staff. Been going here for years and never had an issue.
(5)Vicky H.
(3)Brendan C.
(1)Diane D.
(5)Sean R.
(4)Des B.
(5)Chris G.
My wife ordered 6oz sirloin med-well and it came out well, but they apologized and cooked a new one that was the right temp. Im from TX so it reminds me a little of some southern cooking. I had the country fried chicken, it was good and crispy. Service was pretty good too.
(3)Ian J.
Great good for great prices.. The service is always on point and food is always consistent. Wait times can be long but that's only because good restaurants are busy.
(5)Lynne B.
Enjoy.
(4)Bryan D.
Great staff, good consistent food and good drinks
(4)Bob G.
(5)Adrienne T.
(2)Nichole C.
Bravo!
(5)Cleo H.
love it! the bread, the chicken critters, the ribs, rites and price is all great! Great amount of food for the price. We can either split an entree or if we each get one then we always have leftovers for the next day. Most the entrees come with 2 sides and one can be a large salad. So it really is a huge meal.
(5)Khoa N.
(3)Jason K.
(4)Ann T.
(4)Brandon K.
Bad service, ok food. Walpole location better.
(1)Brandon N.
(4)Crystal A.
Everytime I come here, I get great service. They're portions are great. I am not a huge chain food restaurant person, but I like it here. It's always busy. Call ahead! It's better than sitting around waiting for an hour or more.
(4)Lindsay A.
(4)Suzie L.
(4)Tuan P.
(4)Justin M.
(4)Steve R.
(3)Annette C.
(4)Robert H.
(3)Catie C.
(4)richard k.
(5)Paul C.

(3)Lynn A.
(4)Marc B.
(4)Joe M.

(3)Christos A.
Best ribs anywhere

Enjoy!
(4)Jonathan P.

Things I love about Texas Roadhouse: 1. The bread 2. The massive frozen and delicious beverages 3. The bread 4. The chicken tenders 5. The barbecue sauce 6. The smell of barbecue sauce 7. The bread 8. The mashed potatoes 9. The fries 10. The bread 11. The Southern veggies 12. The barbecue chicken 13. The bread 14. The fun atmosphere 15. The country music 16. The bread Things I don't love about Texas Roadhouse: 1. It's right outside the Brockton Mall. Eek. 2. The wait, even when you call ahead.

Not honest, substituted ribeye for t-bone thinking no one will know.

Yeee-haw!
(5)Becky B.
(3)Taylor H.
(3)Six B.
(5)Joojie R.
(4)Craig P.
Not many places offer the high quality steaks for the price like TR does. Sirloins are better here than most places that charge 2 or 3 times the price. An added benefit, I can bring the kids and they can drop as many peanut shells on the floor as they like!
(5)Thanh L.
the food is not bad. its pretty pricey, but worth the money. I always grab steak when I am there
(3)Victoria J.
(4)John H.
great food, extremely generous portions, and most important of all, they are very good priced!
(5)Dan R.
(5)Derrick S.
Been to Texas Road House before. This time was the same as the others. loud, burgers, peanuts, girls dancing, cowboy hat, orchestrated rowdiness. Its nice. Nothing to write home to mom about so I'm keeping this review light.
(3)Ray S.
Awesome food! Lots of customers but you will still get seated fast! Food comes out fast and is absolutely delicious! Ribs amazing and also the country fried chicken, big portions and decent prices!
(5)Dawn A.
(3)Beth R.
(3)victoria l.
Roadhouse is excellent! They have great bread and butter, and the best salads that come out in cold dishes! I highly suggest this for a fun night definately nothing fancy haha.
(4)Elizabeth M.
(3)Juggy W.
(4)Shelly D.
(3)Jay G.
(2)Doug H.
(4)Steve M.
(3)Parker H.
(5)Pam O.
(4)Bill L.
I think that TEXAS Road House is the best of the Steak House chains. I think their prices are great for what you get. My wife and I were extremely impressed the last 2 times we went. The service has always been fantastic.
(4)Elizabeth H.
