Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

We love J's for a change of pace, and we definitely get it when we are feeding friends or family from out of town. One problem with tonight's order. I asked for mushrooms and olives. The receipt says, "MO." Our pizza is mushroom and ONION. Very different. Make sure the guy on the phone writes enough info for the cook. :-) Good pizzas, anyway. We'll still be ordering J's from time to time.

Okay. I'll admit I was hesitant to get pizza from someone's refurbished garage but this place is legit! From the outside it looks like a house and if not for the unassuming sign on the side of the road I would have driven past it. After parking in the enlarged driveway I walked up to the side of the garage and saw a kitchen that you would see in any pizzeria. The two gentlemen preparing the pizzas were extremely nice and invited me in. The kitchen seemed immaculate. Bright lights, clean floor and walls, and counters near except for rolls of dough waiting to become pizzas. I brought the pies home and my kids, hesitant at first because the olives were not slices but whole, loved it. As did I. I'm definitely going back.

OK, but much too salty. Weird that the pizzas only come in one size.

This is a really great pizza. I actually think it might be the best bar pizza in the area. Great crispy crust and nice taste...it was a little too salty for my taste but I will be going back for more.

Great place. Its been my default pizza place in Bridgewater for years and I always look forward to it. Garlic sticks are to die for. Only issue is consistency. Sometimes I'm absolutely blown away. As good as any pizza I've ever had. Other times it just seems off. Like someone had to fill in that night and burned everything. I guess it comes with the territory and running such a small place. But the good days are good enough and frequent enough that I would recommend Jay's to anyone.

For the record I love the pizzas at Flying J's. We've been ordering them for years. I appreciate a family owned and operated business and will always choose to support one rather then the chain. That being said, I can't offer a review for the last order that was placed on 7/20, to be picked up for 730pm BECAUSE we never got them. When my father went to pick them up he was told that they didn't have the order and he must have called Cape Cod instead as this happens often. Really?? Called CC when a Flying J's menu is sitting on the kitchen table?? A few minutes later while speaking with my mother on the phone, he remembered the order and said that someone had already picked them up. Ok, so they were given to someone else by accident. I understand that mistakes can and will be made. I think that what's important is when you make one, own up to it and do what you can to take care of the customer. I've owned a service for over 21 years. If I or one of my chauffeurs makes an error, I am on the phone with the client and doing whatever I can to correct the situation. I don't appreciate this guy treating my father, a loyal customer in this fashion. He never offered to make the pizzas again or apologize. His attitude was basically, 'sorry buddy.' The pizzas at Flying J's are great, BUT in this instance the customer service at Flying J's...crashed and burned!

J's has a special place in my heart as my family ordered from there while I was growing up. J's is a family-owned operation for take-out/delivery only, and has some of the best bar pizza in Bridgewater. Their pizza's (pies) are consistently good. I normally opt for the classic pepper and onion, or black olive. A must try!

Most of these people must have grown up on Celleste and Ellios, it's okay and doesn't come close to Cape Cod or Lynnwood by a long shot..Not awful but average..But seriously what kind of place doesn't take debit cards in this day and age??? Had to drive 2 or three miles to find a ATM after I went to pick up my order and they dropped the cash only bomb on me. Seriously guys get a card machine it's not the 80's...

Perfect bar pizza ala cape cod cafe. No seating so you have to bring it home or for a picnic. Pepperoni and cheese are the best. Crunchy, cheesy flavorful. For a delicious garlic appetizer get the bread sticks. They come with a side of dipping sauce. But beware: if you order them once you'll never be able to order without them again.

Possibly the greatest pizza to ever come out of a garage, love this place!! Fantastic crust. It's absolutely worth the effort to find this place, though I hear they deliver too--I haven't tried getting delivery yet.

I heard such great things... I'm not sure what everyone is talking about. My pizza was soggy, and largly flavorless. I got a white pizza with veggies. The mushrooms were from a can, (yuck) and the spinach wasn't fresh. The garlic was heaped in the middle of the pie. Even the garlic lacked flavor, I'm not sure how they did that. I just ended up eating around some of the edge of the pizza, the middle was just mush. Maybe it would have been better if I just got cheese and pepperoni. I will never know.

Best pizza in Bridgewater! Very similar to the now defunct Anthony's Charcoal Pit. Flavorful charred edge bar style pizza. Been enjoying it for 35+ years! Seen reviews with soggy concerns, veggie pizzas tend to be soggy...anywhere.....just ask for it well done!

Best bar style pizza around. Better than Cape Cod Cafe, and that's saying something. Bar pizza may not be everyones cup of tea, but if you like a delicious pizza with a crust of caramelized cheese, you owe it to yourself to check out Jay's.

Best Pizza in Bridgewater, just a small step behind the Lynwood. I laugh at the review that claims Jay's is not as good as Lynwood then goes on to complain that they only take cash. Umm Hello? Lynwood only takes cash, so you obviously have never been. Local, family run business, great pizza. Would have been 5 stars if I could order the pepper pizza as a ring instead of chopped, but its sill my #1 favorite. My son loves the linguica. Can't go wrong with a plain cheese. Love them.

This place is awesome! I have been going here for over 30 years. Great pub style pizza. Better than tip top, Cape Cod and Ron Emma's (all good pizza's).
(5)Tom B.
GREAT bar pizza. Thin, crispy crust. Only thing that keeps this from getting 5 stars is the toppings. Stick with the basics (pepperoni, sausage, plain, etc.) Vegetables are not fresh (onions and peppers are the little frozen perfect squares, garlic came from a jar and was overpowering). I'm a pepperoni guy at heart, so I'll keep going back for the incredible pepperoni pizzas, but be careful if you try to step outside the box.
(4)Mike S. ..
Jay's makes a great bar style pizza. Jay's.can hold it's own against the big boys like Cape Cod Cafe and Town Spa. Jay's also has a delicious Bean special that rivals The Lynwood in Randolph. This is the best pizza around.
(5)Lisa R.
Just moved to the area and I was missing lyndwood in Randolph. Heard about this privately owned place (it's attached to a home) and loved it! Great bar room pizza!
