Great service, plenty of hard ice cream flavors to choose from, a sherbet, a sorbet and 2 frozen yogurt flavors (although no soft serve, I'm not a big fan anyways) so something for everyone! Reasonable price, too. Cute little shop, just what one would look for from an ice cream place and nothing more. Right across from the train bridge, so great location as there are a few shops, the canal and a small park right there. We'll be back!

While the ice cream was good not awesome the fella or maybe the owner behind the counter was incredibly rude! We went in with 5 adults and 4 kids and of course the kids wanted samples. They all asked for a few each and that seemed to really annoy him since he looked at the kids and abruptly and loudly said "no more samples"!! It was really obnoxious and upset everyone. His entire demeanor was really off putting. Bottom line spend your hard earned money elsewhere where people are appreciative of your business!! We spent $30 there last night but will never visit again!

Amazing, creamy, fresh ice cream! Grab a cone and sit outside for a gorgeous view of the canal. They don't seem to do featured flavors / rotate flavors, but at least they have a solid and diverse selection of staple flavors. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

30 great ice creams and unique toppings with an amazing view of the canal and park. It's located on a nice strip with plenty of street parking , good for walking or window shopping. The owner was welcoming and knowledgeable. He was very helpful with questions about flavors and the area. No rude or inattentive staff here. There's plenty of room to eat inside or outside. I'll definitely be back every year.

Solidly delicious ice cream and super-friendly service can be found in this adorable shop. Perfectly situated for train travelers, it's an easy walk across the street from the Buzzards Bay station. There are enough flavors to please just about anybody, whether their tastes run to the salted caramel or the bubble gum side of the ice cream spectrum. Lots of toppings on offer too - including potato chips! Do I need potato chips on my ice cream? No, but I was damn sorry I didn't have the guts to try it. Go. And if you get the potato chips, let us know how that works out.

Two words. Pie Shake! An ice cream milkshake or frappe as we call them here in Mass blended with a slice of apple pie. It's like drinking pie a la mode, and it's DELICIOUS! The chunks of apple mixed well with the vanilla ice cream with great cinnamon overtones and the perfect texture of pie crust swimming in the creamy vanilla ice cream brought the whole thing together. We stumbled into the creamery while window shopping in the various antique shops along the way and were pleasantly surprised. The flavors were varied and i wanted to try one of everything, the atmosphere was fun and inviting and the owner was knowledgeable and super friendly. Brian explained his dedication to using biodegradable, recyclable and compostable materials in his shop and we shared our disdain of Styrofoam. Next time I am back in the area I am swinging by again and bringing as many friends as possible.

I stopped by Canal Creamery for an ice cream cone and was very pleased. The owner walked over and introduced himself and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. They have very fair prices and delicious ice cream! i had the chocolate peanut butter cup and it was full of Reese's peanut butter cups and the ice cream was rich. I will definitely be returning!
