The pizza here is solid. The crust is medium thickness, not paper-thin like a cracker and not "pizza hut"-style thick. Pizza here is cheesy and gooey but not greasy, and the sauce is great. I highly recommend it, and the price is reasonable!

We ordered food for delivery via their OFFICIAL WEBSITE. Our card was charged & we received a confirmation email. 1.5 hours later we called to see why the order was taking so long... And we were told they did not deliver "to Dorchester - too far". WTF We are on Dorchester Ave in South Boston less than 2 miles away from the restaurant! We asked them to refund our credit card since they would not deliver it even when we explained we were not in Dorchester. Why they couldn't call us & tell us in the first place or design their website to only take orders from their bizarre range - who knows. Additionally, it has now been 2 weeks and our credit card was never refunded. Time to dispute the charges with Discover. Two thumbs down!

My go-to pizza spot, and not only because it's down the street from me. The pizza has good dough, the right amount of grease, and some good sauces; the sides are a good bang for the buck, but every extra topping is $2 even if it's just simple garlic or onions. The guys who run the shop are all good people, though. Overall this place is nothing fancy or special, but what they make they make well.

Great late night pizza !!!! When you first walk in looks like a dive , but I must say the pizzas really good and not greasy. We got a large Greek pizza and a cheese pie. Both were good.

Good bbq chicken sub. First time trying this place and I enjoyed it. Reasonably priced.

Pizza by the slice is quick, cheap and yummy. The pizza was definitely on the oily side, but I don't expect this place to be super health conscious

Quick, convenient, cheap. Open super late. I'm not one to judge pizza, but when I'm starving at 3am this is the place. Right across from mgh. Right around the corner. Decent pizza. The slices are big. They heat up the pizza slices for you. Plenty of options, including calzones, are available to go. Not my first choice for pizza, but definitely a good one based on ease.

We called and asked about delivery, which is supposed to be offered (staying in a hotel 1.6 miles away) and were told it was far, they were busy, etc. so my husband said we would pick it up instead and the employee said that's good, and hung up. Without taking our order. At that point I would have called somewhere else, but given the time there weren't many options. I called back to order and the person asked me to wait, then he was talking to other people, I couldn't tell when he was talking to me and when he wasn't. I said what I wanted, he said 20 minutes, and hung up. Didn't ask for a name, confirm the order, nothing. When we got there they were busy with the bar crowd, they do sell pizza by the slice when you go in. The food was ok. Nothing great. The curly fries were dry and didn't taste very fresh. The buffalo chicken pizza was good. I don't know if I would order from here again.

I give you as many stars as I can give you I would love to give you some more. I've been coming to a pizza place for years and it's always tasty and delicious. You want to good piece of pizza or pie make sure you check this place you will love it

I don't get to go here often because of the distance, but it seems like the ownership has changed hands since the last time I was in here (maybe a year and a half ago). The new owners are very friendly and happy to help so I have no qualms with that. Unfortunately, they used turkey bacon on my bacon cheeseburger sub which just isn't cool with me. This is the third different place that has done this to me in the area now. Only in the city have I encountered this. I like turkey bacon, but just not on subs, it has no crisp texture and the flavor isn't fully there. It belongs next to eggs and hash browns, not on subs or pizza. Anyways, my sub is mostly okay, but a bit on the pricey side. I understand since the area is expensive though. I plan on going back and re-trying the pizza, but for now, this place is just okay in my book.

Feeling stressed and going through pizza withdrawals, I decided to cheat on my diet and get a slice [okay, two slices]. I work across the street at MGH, so this is one of the closer pizza joints in the area. I haven't been here in almost a year, but I'm pretty sure the pizza was better last time. Today I got the slice of the day, buffalo chicken, and a slice of plain cheese. The buffalo chicken pizza was really greasy and didn't taste like buffalo sauce at all. It was drizzled with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Couldn't tell which because everything was just "blah". I ate half of that and moved on to the slice of cheese. I was annoyed to find that most of the cheese was stuck to a paper plate that was used to hold the buffalo chicken slice. I wish I had the foresight to ask for the slices to be packaged separately. However, I think they should have known that would happen and packaged it separately to begin with. The slice of cheese was a combination of blah and meh. I ate half of that one as well and then threw in the towel. This pizza is okay in a pinch, but not worth sabotaging your diet over. Next time I'll ignore my cravings and wait until I get home to order from my favorite shop.

We were at Liberty Hotel for our Spring Formal and wanted some food! A friend suggested this place so we walked over. There were a decent number of people here around 1 but as it got later more and more people came in. I had a slice of the pepperoni pizza. It was 3 something but I just tipped the change it cost me $4. This pizza was NOT WORTH $4. It was cold, greasy, lacked flavor, oh and did I mention COLD? This place gets a decent amount of traffic through late at night and I get served a $4 slice of cold pizza? Disappointing... I've def had better. Not sure what everyone is raving about.

Do NOT order online. Order placed online in the morning. 30 minutes after scheduled delivery time, I called and was informed they had no record of order. I provided the confirmation number and they said they'd call the online service to figure out - and call me back. 30 minutes later and no call, so I call and find out they haven't done anything. Oddly, they seemed irritated with me when I was upset that $25+ order escaped in the ether. After some back and forth, I realized they never started the food. So, my volunteers went unfed and we are still hungry.

Oh my god the best pizza!!! Get the buffalo chicken pizza when it's the slice of the day :)

Best pizza I've had in Boston so far. The steak and cheese subs are awesome. I usually order to take out but it's also great place to sit down on your lunch break. Very busy around noon. The pizza alone gets five stars...

Cheese cheese cheesey cheese goodness. One of the greatest things about Felcaro's s Felcaro's is its one of the few places in Boston open late night on weekends. Comparatively it's also one of the worst things about Felcaro's. On a regular weekend night it has a line out the door with drunken mobs and only sells slices and full pies, a smart way to keep the line moving quickly. Outside of the hectic weekend nights, Felcaro's is a pretty average pizza joint. Nothing too fancy on the pizza menu and they also do some gigantic grinders and cold subs. Their standout dish is definitely their calzones. If you love cheese, this is your haven. Order a cheese calzone with ricotta and parmesan and thank me later.

Pizza was bland and utterly uninspiring. 1.5 stars at best, but feeling generous so I will round up. Won't be going back there.

Ok. Friendly staff and quickly prepared food. Place was fairly empty for a Friday. Pizza is average in taste. No real flavor in the sauce (couldn't tell it was there). Certainly wasn't terrible but wouldn't go outbid my way for it. A nice stop if walking by. Cheese may be the best choice. We had the supreme and the NY style thin crust couldn't handle the toppings.

I didn't go to the place, but my dad did bring home the pizza from this place and I liked it a lot. $13 for a large.

If i could give this piece of shit place negative stars, i would. What a bunch of rude idiots. We called several times and these fools didn't pick up. We kept our cool and kept calling but they kept hanging up. Finally my friend got through and we asked for delivery of 2 sandwiches. This rude excuse for a chef said ' sorry only pick up for pizza, am tired i cant deliver' and he hangs up. Like fuck you. Never ordering here again.

Need to revisit their delivery strategy. Somehow it takes 2 hours for food to travel 0.6 miles.

Stayed at MGH for a couple of days . Looked for a local near by quick bite and this Felcaro came up. I tried their pizza, and it was Okey. The 2nd day I ordered Kofta sandwich and French fries. It was the absolute WORST Frits I have EVER tested ( I don't know what type of car oil they use to fry the fries?) Kofta sandwich was in the form of unseasoned trestles ground beef. It was greasy and mad with oil on a pan not grilled. Never again

So here's the long story short with their pizza - when you buy by the slice the pizza is very mediocre but if you order a full pie the pizza is pretty decent. There's a huge difference in quality. I won't touch their by the slice pizzas anymore and I only go here if I'm going to order a whole pizza.
(3)
KeepItReal N.
I have had subs and pizza there and the quality is aahh not all that. Subs are 95%bread 5% WHAT EVER SHOULD had been in it. Pizza is good if your starving.
(2)
Lillian C.
I usually go here when I'm craving something unhealthy (pizza or steak&cheese sub) and I want it quick. The pizza is thin crust, and not spectacular. They usually have whole pizzas in a display and will heat a slice or two in the oven once you order. The steak & cheese sub is extra unhealthy and the meat is sliced very thin (the way I like it). The curly fries were disappointing as they were somewhat soggy. I wouldn't take a friend or anyone here, but if you're looking for a quick fix, it will meet your needs.

This is my go to pizza place in my neighborhood. We get delivery pizza and/grinders at least monthly. The pizza is awesome (cheese, chicken parm, margarita), as are the jalepeno poppers, chicken finger sandwich and buffalo chicken wrap. They are always very quick with delivery, although I'm sure that being around the corner from them helps. It is an added bonus that they are open late on the weekends for when you get the drunchies!

Everything is DELICIOUS! They do not fail. I've had just about everything. Always fresh, hot, and cooked well. I highly recommend. Great customer service.

I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM THESE GUYS EVER AGAIN, unless I somehow forgive them and give them another chance. First time I ordered online with them today, took 1.5 hours, COLD COLD PIZZA delivered at my door. Coldest pizza I have ever received. Yes, colder than any Dominos or Pizza Hut I've ordered in the past. I ordered from them cause of the raging reviews on Yelp (currently 4 stars from 47 reviews)....UGH. I highly recommend not ordering delivery from them. We ended up having to turn the oven on (which took an extra 15 minutes) to finally be able to fill our empty stomaches....

Rebecca R.
This pizza is decent after a late night (weekends only.) Veggie was mediocre at best, bruschetta only slightly better. I was reminded of another pizzeria I love with better dipping sauces so I may not be giving it a fair shake. You can't really screw up pizza though.

Lori N.
We tried a shrimp pesto pizza & garden salad from here for a quick meal since it was near our hotel. The place doesn't look like too much from the outside, but the pizza was decent & the medium was really big for only about $12. There was a good amount of shrimp & the pesto wasn't too greasy. The garden salad was underwhelming, just basic lettuce with a few tomatoes, onions, cranberries, & walnuts - not worth the $7. I don't know that I'd go out of my way to come here again, but if I were in Beacon Hill & was craving pizza, I'd surely stop by.

I was in the neighborhood one night and needed a bite to eat. This was the closest pizza place to where I was, so I ran in for a couple of slices. It was your typical neighborhood pizza place, with pizza subs and some other dishes. I was surprised at how good their pizza was. It is a real Italian style think crust pizza, and the crust was soft. It had a real good flavor. I would recommend this place.
(4)
Judith G.
We ordered a large pizza from here (and onion rings) and waited 40 minutes before Yelp had to call us and say they were "too busy to fulfill the order". If we knew that at the time of placing the order, we would have been able to order from somewhere else. Hugely disappointing, I will never try them again.
(1)
Emily A.
The good: Cheap, greasy food to fill you up and hit the spot. Convenient location (though that's subjective) and unusually late hours. The chicken Caesar salad and the French fries are pretty good. The bad: Customer service is subpar. Make sure not to make any special requests, because they will be denied. Want more than two flavors on a pizza? Too bad. Want half of your pizza not to have tomato sauce? Too bad. Want to pay with two cards? Too bad. Prepare yourself for surly, hostile employees. And the pizza, their supposed strong suit, really isn't that great. The ugly: They messed up our order. It wasn't even close. We asked for a pepperoni pizza and we got caprese. Though I will continue to go because it's convent for me, I wouldn't recommend making his a destination. If you're rifling around for a good pizza place, just go a extra mile to the north end where the service is good and the pizza is authentic.

A true asset for the neighborhood, this place serves good, solid Italianish food. Their pizzas are standout, one of the best in the city, maybe a little overpriced at about $15 for a large pizza with olives on it. Calzones are also tasty, as are their greasy Boston-style sandwiches. If you're looking for onion rings this is it, they serve the big breaded kind rather than the gross stringy kind you normally get in this city. Easily the best onion rings in the city. Fries are nothing to write home about. One of the best things about this place is the hours, they're open really late on weekend nights and decently late other times. They're also still open and delivering through calamitites, such as the blizzard in early 2013. That was a much appreciated sandwich on a nasty day! I usually order online (grubhub) or by phone as I'm walking home from Kendall Square and the food is ready by the time I'm back in Beacon Hill.

The best pizza in Boston, hands down. Seriously, not sure what what they put in their pizza, but I dream about the stuff. The staff is quick and efficient -- no funny business. My go to late night food spot (and really the only thing open in the neighborhood past 2). Would recommend to ANYONE craving a quality slice (or two).

So happy to order in some decent food!! Just in from out of town and found this place on Yelp. Didn't know the area but lucked out. Delivery to hotel was fast - 20 minutes and everything was hot and all the order was there. Thank you so much!!

We flew in from California and arrived at the nearby hotel at 1:30 am. All the bellman told us to head up the street to this spot which was open till 4 am. We arrived to find a line of 10 or more young adults fresh from the pubs trying to lay down a base to soak up the alcohol. We ordered a range of slices from the 8 or so pre-made choices. They rewarmed them in the oven for us and off we went. They were all really good and cheap. Not a bite was left when we were done. We thanked the bellman when we got back. For a cheap middle of the night big slice of pizza this is the spot near the MGH.
(5)
Ramin S.
Worth it if you're looking for a quick slice or if your up late after having gone out, other then that I don't really recommend this place. Beacon hill needs a better mom and pop food place then here and it would do so much better.

I grew up in new york, and trying to find a great NY style slice in boston close to where I lived was a struggle when I first moved here. I lived in the south end at first, and considered all the pizza places around me terrible (I tried 5-6 different ones). Now I move to Beacon Hill, and Felcaro is my heaven. Sure the north end has great pizza obviously, but I'm just looking for the typical neighborhood pizza joint where you can pick up a cheap floppy delicious slice at 2am within 5 minutes walking from your apartment. When the bars close, there's a long line, and for good reason. DId I mention that few places are even open until 3am on fridays and saturdays? This place could go head to head with any classic NY pizza place I went to growing up. Calzones and subs are also great too.

* So close, yet so far! * This is a fairly average NY style pizza parlor. I imagine if they would actually have heated up the slice before serving it that it could have been better. But they just served directly from the display to plate. Reading other people's reviews it sounds like sometimes they heat it up for you - which they should. But alas I was unlucky. I had a sausage, pepper and onion slice as well as a regular slice. The crust on both was ok, but since it was lukewarm it had hardened up a bit more than it should. The sausage on the topped slice was a bit burned and tasted like commercial sausage rather than a good handmade one like a top notch pizzeria would serve. The bell peppers on that same slice were a bit undercooked, as were the onions. The regular slice was a bit better, because at least everything was cooked evenly. Photos: yelp.com/biz_photos/s5li… and yelp.com/biz_photos/s5li… Alas, Boston is so close to NY, yet SOOOO far when it comes to pizza!

Alright, let's talk about it. I work at MGH so it's conveienent, it's cheap as far as pricing (and quality), and they're fairly quick to make your order. My fav thing to order is the grilled chicken ceasar salad because that's the only thing they seem to do right. I've tried their pizza and their calzones, they just don't do it for me. I'm never impressed, and everytime I want to spoil myself with some Pizza or a calzone I always think "I should have just gotten the salad" I wouldn't recommend it unless you're in the mood for a chicken ceasar salad.

Last night, after dieting FOREVER and losing 35 lbs, I decided to treat myself to something delicious and all I've dreamed about is pizza. So I ordered a small cheese, some mozzarella sticks and a garden salad with chicken. All delicious, all there within 25 minutes and exactly what I needed. AND, the guy met me at my door and took my trash downstairs(4flights!) for me. How sweet!! I'll be back soon, for sure.

After searching high and low; both near and far; I have done it. I HAVE DONE IT! I have found the Holy Grail of pizza in Boston. Is it in Allston? Nope. Brookline? Good Lord no. North End? Yes, it must be in the North End. WRONG! The delicious pie I sampled was in the charming and unassuming Beacon Hill at Felcaro Pizzeria. Thin crust, delicious cheese, perfect amount of sauce. Service is fast, staff is friendly.... I am happy. I will stay.

Arrogant attitude and horrible service! I ordered delivery while staying at the liberty corner which I cancelled and never received but charged anyway. I spoke to Muhammad to try and and issue a return who said to me "what do you want me to do about it? Call your card and cancel it." Thanks for nothing!

Pizza was decent, nothing special, and it was cold. It was late and there aren't many options around here, so we ate about half and threw the rest away

I walk by this place all the time, but somehow didn't make it inside until yesterday. I broke my "no dairy" rule for this place, so I was pretty excited for some real cheese pizza. It's pretty small, with a few counter spots and maybe 6-8 tables. The staff wasn't too friendly but were polite enough. I didn't order from the full menu, just slices. They didn't have tons of slice options out, but they all looked good. I ended up ordering 1 cheese and 1 special (white pizza with tomatoes on it). And a bottle of diet coke. All of that only cost only $7... really cheap. The staff brings the pizza out to your table for you. The slices were HUGE and I couldn't eat the entire 2 slices, despite the fact that I walked in starving. I was really surprised by how delicious the slices were. The cheese was significantly above average but the white pizza was AMAZING. Apparently this place is open late- luckily I don't live nearby, or else I'd be here every weekend after going out!

I like this place. I live nearby, and I walk by it every day on my way home from work, and I often stop in for a calzone. I've also been part of the typical late night bar crowd getting slices to go, and I've gotten regular pizza delivery and pickup here many a time. Inside the place is not particularly inviting, and the guys in there aren't particularly friendly, but they get your food quick and they don't screw around. Calzones - Probably my favorite thing in there, but sometimes a little inconsistent, because they do sit out, and who knows for how long. They typically taste pretty good though. They throw some butter/garlic/parmesan sauce on them and toss it in the pizza oven before giving it to you, and serve some marinara sauce with it. The chicken parm is probably the best. Pizza - I'm careful about coming in for a slice of pizza at a random time, because the pizza sits out like that too. During busy times however (11PM - 2AM Fri-Sat), no problem, because they probably turn over about 200 pizzas during that time. So if you get it fresh, it's pretty bomb. Even the standard pepperoni/sausage isn't bad. They make a mean buffalo chicken pizza -- definitely my fave. The pizza is a thin, somewhat greasy type, with fairly chewy crust. The value at this place isn't bad. You can fill yourself up for $7 or so. Not sure about the sandwiches/other stuff at this place, because I've never gotten anything but pizza or calzones, and I've never seen anyone else either. Overall, pretty decent pizza place, and I'm glad it's here in my hood.

One of the highlights of my stay in Boston. Pizza was only $2.50 - 3.00 per slice and was excellent. Ordered a sub for my kid later and he liked it as well. Weird occurrence though, I ordered sub, chips and drink for 7.49 and added another soda. The total after tax, 9.11 And the owners are Arabic (seem nice BTW) It was just weird

Great pizza sober or otherwise. I've only ever had the bruschetta pizza here but it is off the hook and hits the spot every time! Didn't think there were late night spots in Boston, right? Wrong! Felcaro's is open till 4 am on Fridays and Saturdays (why aren't there more like this?) I thought Bova's and 7-Eleven were my only two late night options but now that I live in Beacon Hill I know better. Finding a table here isn't easy right after bars close but you can always get a box "to go." Next time you're craving something greasy and wholesome late night, hit up Felcaro's: it'll change your late night eating habits forever, for better or worse!
(4)
Jonny C.
Pretty basic, and pretty good. "New York" style pie, which is to say thin crust and mixed cheese, but pretty good. A bit greasy, but tasty. Sandwiches, that while positively void of flare, are big on satisfaction and comfort. It is like that sandwhich you get from get from the deli counter at the back of a general store in some small town: no frills, just big and filling and tasting exactly like you knew it would. They are a bit slow, but not annoyingly so and the counter staff was friendly. A solid take out or quick bite option if you are in the area or are coming/going from the hospital as I was. Atmosphere and lighting will make you feel drunk, because it has that "open all night" feel to it.

Farien F.
I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I came here all about the late night pizza run. I didn't expect the best pizza in Boston because the restaurant is normally only busy during what I call the post-drunk hours. I ordered a couple of slices with friends and when I was two bites in I found a short brown hair in my food. I wasn't completely appalled but recognizing that the hair was not from my head I asked for a different slice and the man working accused me of putting my hair in it and refused to give me another slice. Which was fine considering the first one had HUMAN HAIR ON IT. I don't know if I came on a bad night but the staff lacked basic customer service skills. If there is a hair in my food, I've told you it's not mine and you refuse to reimburse me or make me something hair free, I won't be coming back anytime soon. Gross.

I got sick from eating just one slice of pizza. They have new owners so i am thinking they are not very sanitary.

Best pizza in Boston? Probably not. Is it the closest pizza in Boston to my apartment? Yes. Is it open until 3am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday? Hells yeah. The pepperoni is acceptable. The cheese is suitable. The bbq chicken is pretty good. The eggplant is fairly tasty. Note... they only accept cards if your order is more than $5. Things to avoid: anything other than pizza. You're pretty much guaranteed anything else came from a bag picked up at the 24 Hour CVS down the street... and it probably had freezer burn. I will say it gets very crowded after 12:30am and is full of men wearing Affliction brand tshirts smelling of Axe body spray and women wearing way too much foundation while smelling of regret.
(3)
Zhanwen C.
Not the cheapest, but definitely the best. Thin crust with perfect amount of sauce. It is generous about the size and the stuff on the pizza. What else do you expect from a place like this?
(5)
Steve S.
Well, what do you want for 2AM? It's my own fault; ecco pizza wouldn't pick up their phone and I got Felcaro. Yes, delivery was actually the most courteous part. The pizza arrived cold, the pepperoni calzone I didn't order was warmer and the onion rings were hot. "What's that pizza, we should get some pizza" someone said in my hotel lobby. I should have just given it to them. It's probably still outside my hotel door; I'm going to have to pay the maid extra to move it.
(2)
Dennis B.
I was in the neighborhood, so I tried Felcaro because they had calzones on the menu. I don't often find them offered. I ordered a spinach calzone. I was disappointed. The crust and sauce were good, but it tasted like it was filled with canned spinach. Canned spinach doesn't even come close to the taste of fresh spinach. Bottom line, it didn't taste very good to me.

Great Pizza not the biggest fan of steak and cheese calzone but bruschetta pizza and chicken and roasted peppers was Amazing! Can not beat 2 slices plus soda for $5.50! I have been to MGH many times over the past year and I wish I checked Yelp earlier!

This is the BEST pizza in Boston! And I'm not exaggerating....I have had them all Santarpio's, Dough, PIzza Regina's, Upper Crust... and many more! It's not fancy gourmet pizza, just good NY style pizza. The crust is perfect and the sauce is delicious with just the right amount of hot bubbly cheese. I'm a little girl and I ate half the pie which is unheard of... yes... its that yummy. It's delicious, affordable and open late on the weekends..what more can you want? :)

Probably the only thing in the area open after the bars close. Decent pizza and calzones make this a great 2am stop.

let's just put wheels on this thing so i can cart it around with me wherever i go, ordering their buffalo chicken pizza at comfortable intervals (on the hour?). your crusts are perfect, your prices are right, and though my stretchy pants are growing ever tighter, i am happy inside. inside my belly.

Whoa there Yelpers! This place is alright but not the second coming of Lombardi's! Repeat after me UTILITY PIZZA. That's all this place is. And it's average utility pizza at best. Now all that being said, it's sorta hard to come by decent utility pizza in Boston (hence the ridiculously high rating)...but still!

1 Star for being super close to my apartment 2 Stars for not only being super close to my apartment but is always on my walk home from any adventures that included alcohol where carbs are needed 3 Stars for ALWAYS having bruschetta pizza (which is my favoriteeee) not to mention its really good bruschetta pizza 4 Stars for being super quick...youre always in and out with a HUGE slice of pizza and the 5th and most beloved star is for being open until 4AM, thats right 4AM on weeknds. that in itself is amazing.

Best pizza in Beacon Hill without a doubt. I have really high standards for pizza and Felcaro's gets the nod. Open late on weekends, very reasonably priced, and right down the hill from my apartment. Thin, NY style... beats out other spots including the gourmet expensive joints.

Hi, my name is steve and I'm a bachelor who doesnt like to cook... Felcaro is the best walkable option in the west end/bottom of the hill neighborhood for take out. Great subs, calzones, fries, and of course, pizza. They do breakfast too but I've never tried it. The pizza is better than upper crust, so for most bostonians, this review is over. To elaborate though, their crust is chewy and flavorful, with hints of garlic and salt. and when I say hint, I mean hint. It teases you to taste more than is actually there...its just wonderful. My standard is an extra cheese and grilled chicken. Friggin good. Loads of cheese and they grill the chicken fresh, no reheated frozen chicken here. Large w/ two topings runs me 15. BOOYA. They also have specialty pizzas. Order the diavola. cheese, red pepper, chicken and garlic...awesome.

I have a new favorite- BBQ Chicken Pizza. They only have it on certain nights (I think Thursday and Friday), but it is soooooo good. I still love the veggie, but if they don't have it, the bruscetta pizza is a good substitution!

I can't say that I have ever been here during the day but I have made countless trips on my way home from a night out at Harvard Gardens and have even had cabs drop me off at Felcaro's before heading home. The pizza is cheap and the slices are pretty big. Expect to wait in line if you wander in here after 1:00 AM on a weekend - they're open until 3:00 AM and patrons from the nearby Harvard Gardens, Liberty Hotel and Hill Tavern tend to stop by on their way home. It can get a little chaotic with a crowd since it's a pretty small space but hang in there - the pizza is worth it and you never have to wait more than 5 minutes.

What's that you say Felcaro? You are open late on weekend nights and about five seconds away? Well then! This place is great! They are always packed from around 1-2 AM when the late-night crowd rolls in, and now I understand why. Seriously delicious pizza.

Pizza ' til 3AM Fridays and Saturdays?!? I only just discovered this lodestar of late night nutrition (a kind word for their food indeed). It's like Hi-Fi ( tinyurl.com/HiFi-Pizza ) for the highfalutin inhabitants of Beacon Hill. At two in the morning, you'll still find a steamy glass display filled with pies and calzones. You'll also be able to dine on typical deep-fried menu occupants plus some Greek fare. Reports of food poisoning be damned. If you go after you're drunk you can eat great late and blame illness on the alcohol.

Great pizza. Really enjoyed the thin crust - crispy and chewy. Good mix of ingredients and toppings, not too greasy and stays together when you take a bite. Whole pizzas or by the slice, open late.

By chance my son and I went into this little shop on Cambridge St opposite MGH and ordered a small cheese... Honestly, I was not expecting much as I just randomly walked into this place, not knowing a thing about it or how good/bad the pizza was. After a few bites, my son and I looked at each other and said, "man, this pizza is excellent !". My son and I regard ourselves to be pretty good pizza critics with having had Patsy's and Grimaldi's several times in NYC, not to mention Sally's and Pepe's... This pizza I would rank close, if not equal.. seriously, it was excellent thin crust NYC style pizza!! If you closed your eyes, you could be sitting in Brooklyn...

Literally the best pizza I've EVER had in my life. Even a friend of mine -- who takes great pleasure in shrugging off or disliking anything that I like -- had a bite of my pizza one night after we'd been in there three nights over the course of a week. I expected him to just "meh" it off, but as he chewed (ew) he let out an "AWWWW YEEE-UH" and now he always gets a slice with me when I go. Thinnnn crust (the kind you have to fold to eat), but slightly crispy on the bottom so it's not like eating soggy dough. The sauce is perfect, and there's just the right amount of cheese (plenty, but not so much that it's gonna pop out when you fold the crust). A slice of cheese, with tax, is $2.50. The BBQ chicken pizza is also DELICIOUS (nice and sweet), as is the buffalo chicken pizza (a reasonable kick broken up with bleu cheese). The bruscetta pizza was fine... I wasn't a huge fan because I don't like white pizza, but that's not Felcaro's fault. Including tax the specialty slices are $3. And the slices are huge!!! Aaaaaand... BEST part... open until 3am on the weekend! Can't go wrong with this place.

I've searched high and low for good late night pizza in Boston. I'm from New York, so my standards are set pretty high. I've tried some places that were decent enough to nix my craving, but nothing really special aside from that. After trying this place, I have to say this is the closest I've found to good pizza in the area, luckily for me its right down the block. I don't know how I missed it all these months.

I live downtown, so while not immediately located in the "downtown" neighborhood, i call it my favorite pizza downtown since they deliver to Me. Very nice food.

Anyplace that is open till 3 in the morning thurs-sat, and has good pizza is freaking awesome in my book, there is nothing better then stumbling in late night and grabbing good pizza on the cheaps..there crust is very flavorful..me likes..And since i am ughh not into the cooking. i frequent there for the decent cheap breakfast sandwiches as well.

I work at MGH and go to Felcaro's fairly often, in fact I went there for my dinner tonight, three slices of fresh out of the oven pepperoni and cheese They have solid menu and great pizza, especially when its fresh and hot, if you cannot get fresh pizza, be sure to ask them to heat it up for you. All the guys there are cool and friendly. I highly recommend this place and if possible you MUST get their buffalo chicken pizza, simply wow.

I could probably eat at Anna's seven nights a week. Fortunately for me, my companions during my first trip here can only withstand Anna's for two nights in a row so after a brief power struggle one evening a few weeks ago we ended up at Felcaro. Now I'm a very harsh critic of pizza in Boston. Guilty until proven innocent is how I approach any slice up here. Ordering for the first time required the first standardized test of any pizza joint: a slice off the tray. The slice was still warm and required no heating - bonus. One should also notice that they carry Orange Crush in bottles... something that was once very rare but is making a welcome comeback. The first bite was a hit. The pizza has an average thickness. The crust was not too big and doughy and was just enough to hang on to. The sauce was sweet, the cheese was evenly coated and the crust had just a slight hint of garlic. No napkins were required to soak up excess grease before consuming. All around the slice was decent and something that any self respecting New Jersey transplant wouldn't turn their nose up at. I like Felcaro and I will definitely return when I am in need of pizza in the Beacon Hill neighborhood. Future testing includes: delivery of pizza, whole pizza in-house.

Ordered delivery based on yelp reviews. Good phone service and nice delivery guy showed up even sooner than promised but....pizza very disappointing. Bland, not much better than chain pizza.

I go for lunch regularly, while the calzones are still fresh. They're amazing for the price your paying, definitely recommend it. The pizza slices are also very good and large. Never tried any of the sandwiches but you can't go wrong with the calzones or slices.

My office ordered from this place a couple of times. The 1st time it was dynamite the second time... eh. Not bad but not great either. I seriously just think it was because it was a last minute order, because the first time was so good, they couldn't screw up that bad. The pizza is flavorful, and taste super fresh; I felt like I was eating something healthy. Just an fyi--- if this is a big order make sure you give them ample time. Definitely recommend. Best veggie pizza I tasted.

This place is the absolute worst and makes me question everything I read on yelp! People giving it 5 stars because it's close to their apartment and open when they're stumbling home late from the bars to pack more calories into their already too-wide waists right before they pass out at night. The pizza is disgusting and I routinely pass this place up, even when it's late and everywhere else around is closed! Do yourself a favor and grab a digiorno from the 24 hour CVS on Charles St. instead. The pizza has a soggy crust that tastes like cardboard soaked overnight in dirty water and it ain't cheap either, at $2.37 a slice. Head up to Myrtle St. and go to Primo's instead. You'll thank me.

We ordered fish and chips and the MGH pizza. MGH pizza is ok. FIsh and chips? Forget about it. It smelled fishy and tasted like it just came out of a box. Delivery was fast and the delivery guy was pleasant.

I stopped in the other day and purchased a slice of pepperoni and a slice of Pizza of the Day. The crust was thin, crispy and chewy with a hint of garlic, salt and olive oil. Better yet, the pizza wasn't greasy so I didn't feel like a heavy, sweaty greaseball after eating it. The stuff here is as good as the pizzas I've had in more expensive places such as Cambridge One...just minus the pretension and noise. Definitely a keeper.

This place is the best, fast, late night pizza place in Boston. I love getting a slice here on my walk home from Faneuil or North End on the weekends.

This is basically the only decent pizza that I've had in Boston since I moved here. Unlike most Boston pizza, when you pick up a slice, the cheese doesn't just slide off. This place is much better than Pizzeria Regina and you don't have to wait in line for an hour to get it.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Amanda D.

(4)Mish M.
Great late night pizza !!!! When you first walk in looks like a dive , but I must say the pizzas really good and not greasy. We got a large Greek pizza and a cheese pie. Both were good.
(4)Autumn M.
Good bbq chicken sub. First time trying this place and I enjoyed it. Reasonably priced.
(4)Olivia D.
Pizza by the slice is quick, cheap and yummy. The pizza was definitely on the oily side, but I don't expect this place to be super health conscious
(4)Taj K.
(4)Megan K.
(3)Kelly G.
This place hits the pizza spot. Great to bring back to your room after doing the tourist thing.
(4)Anthony P.
I give you as many stars as I can give you I would love to give you some more. I've been coming to a pizza place for years and it's always tasty and delicious. You want to good piece of pizza or pie make sure you check this place you will love it
(5)Tyler A.

(2)Lillian C.
(2)Cory M.
(1)Rachel H.
Oh my god the best pizza!!! Get the buffalo chicken pizza when it's the slice of the day :)
(5)Jasmin M.
Best pizza I've had in Boston so far. The steak and cheese subs are awesome. I usually order to take out but it's also great place to sit down on your lunch break. Very busy around noon. The pizza alone gets five stars...
(5)Nisreen G.
(3)Mike B.
Pizza was bland and utterly uninspiring. 1.5 stars at best, but feeling generous so I will round up. Won't be going back there.
(2)Jason G.
(3)Chris P.
I didn't go to the place, but my dad did bring home the pizza from this place and I liked it a lot. $13 for a large.
(4)John S.
(1)Aj B.
Need to revisit their delivery strategy. Somehow it takes 2 hours for food to travel 0.6 miles.
(1)Tarek M.
Never again
(1)Alexandra S.
So here's the long story short with their pizza - when you buy by the slice the pizza is very mediocre but if you order a full pie the pizza is pretty decent. There's a huge difference in quality. I won't touch their by the slice pizzas anymore and I only go here if I'm going to order a whole pizza.
(3)KeepItReal N.
I have had subs and pizza there and the quality is aahh not all that. Subs are 95%bread 5% WHAT EVER SHOULD had been in it. Pizza is good if your starving.
(2)Lillian C.
(3)Jurgen L.
Great pizza. One of the top 5 in the area. Staff is very nice and the establishment seems very clean.
(4)Joelle K.
(4)Cassendra L.
Everything is DELICIOUS! They do not fail. I've had just about everything. Always fresh, hot, and cooked well. I highly recommend. Great customer service.
(5)M. N.
(1)Rebecca R.
This pizza is decent after a late night (weekends only.) Veggie was mediocre at best, bruschetta only slightly better. I was reminded of another pizzeria I love with better dipping sauces so I may not be giving it a fair shake. You can't really screw up pizza though.
(3)Lori N.
(3)Chandra V.
It's 5am and I have a serious case of food poisoning after eating there last night :/ save yourself and go elsewhere!!!
(1)Robert L.
(4)Judith G.
We ordered a large pizza from here (and onion rings) and waited 40 minutes before Yelp had to call us and say they were "too busy to fulfill the order". If we knew that at the time of placing the order, we would have been able to order from somewhere else. Hugely disappointing, I will never try them again.
(1)Emily A.
(2)Jonathan F.
(5)Libby F.
(5)Eulanda S.
So happy to order in some decent food!! Just in from out of town and found this place on Yelp. Didn't know the area but lucked out. Delivery to hotel was fast - 20 minutes and everything was hot and all the order was there. Thank you so much!!
(5)K M.
(5)Ramin S.
Worth it if you're looking for a quick slice or if your up late after having gone out, other then that I don't really recommend this place. Beacon hill needs a better mom and pop food place then here and it would do so much better.
(3)Jeff B.

(2)Lauren M.
(2)Jessica B.
(5)Alyssa J.
(4)Neil M.

(3)Zhanwen C.
Not the cheapest, but definitely the best. Thin crust with perfect amount of sauce. It is generous about the size and the stuff on the pizza. What else do you expect from a place like this?
(5)Steve S.
(2)Dennis B.
(2)Me K.
Great Pizza not the biggest fan of steak and cheese calzone but bruschetta pizza and chicken and roasted peppers was Amazing! Can not beat 2 slices plus soda for $5.50! I have been to MGH many times over the past year and I wish I checked Yelp earlier!
(5)Mary S.
(5)Franny G.
Classic NYish style pizza, awesome and affordable.
(4)Adam F.
Probably the only thing in the area open after the bars close. Decent pizza and calzones make this a great 2am stop.
(3)Billy Su B.
let's just put wheels on this thing so i can cart it around with me wherever i go, ordering their buffalo chicken pizza at comfortable intervals (on the hour?). your crusts are perfect, your prices are right, and though my stretchy pants are growing ever tighter, i am happy inside. inside my belly.
(5)Aboud Y.
(3)Ashley F.
(5)Chris S.
Best pizza in Beacon Hill without a doubt. I have really high standards for pizza and Felcaro's gets the nod. Open late on weekends, very reasonably priced, and right down the hill from my apartment. Thin, NY style... beats out other spots including the gourmet expensive joints.
(5)Cam S.
Good late night spot, open til 4am on thurs to sat. Wouldn't go out of my way to go here but hit the spot at 2 am
(4)Steve D.
(5)Sara S.
I have a new favorite- BBQ Chicken Pizza. They only have it on certain nights (I think Thursday and Friday), but it is soooooo good. I still love the veggie, but if they don't have it, the bruscetta pizza is a good substitution!
(4)Renee R.
(5)Tenley W.
What's that you say Felcaro? You are open late on weekend nights and about five seconds away? Well then! This place is great! They are always packed from around 1-2 AM when the late-night crowd rolls in, and now I understand why. Seriously delicious pizza.
(5)Damon I.
(4)Ben C.
Great pizza. Really enjoyed the thin crust - crispy and chewy. Good mix of ingredients and toppings, not too greasy and stays together when you take a bite. Whole pizzas or by the slice, open late.
(5)Jon B.

(4)Chris S.
I live downtown, so while not immediately located in the "downtown" neighborhood, i call it my favorite pizza downtown since they deliver to Me. Very nice food.
(5)Maria Z.
(5)Zane G.

(4)Will G.
Things get really busy around lunch time. Try the Club Med Chicken, it's pretty good.
(3)Diane D.
Ordered delivery based on yelp reviews. Good phone service and nice delivery guy showed up even sooner than promised but....pizza very disappointing. Bland, not much better than chain pizza.
(2)Patrick D.
I go for lunch regularly, while the calzones are still fresh. They're amazing for the price your paying, definitely recommend it. The pizza slices are also very good and large. Never tried any of the sandwiches but you can't go wrong with the calzones or slices.
(4)Trice B.
(3)Louis B.

(2)S Z.
(4)Erin P.
perfect crust. can't waste a bite. just perfect. great prices.
(5)chris m.
This place is the best, fast, late night pizza place in Boston. I love getting a slice here on my walk home from Faneuil or North End on the weekends.
(5)M L.
This is basically the only decent pizza that I've had in Boston since I moved here. Unlike most Boston pizza, when you pick up a slice, the cheese doesn't just slide off. This place is much better than Pizzeria Regina and you don't have to wait in line for an hour to get it.
(4)David W.
Very good and friendly. Great bruschetta
