Quick service even though very BUSY This DD is one of the busiest I have experienced. But, the behind the counter staff really know how to keep the line moving.

OK, first the things they sold were substandard like I mentioned in my previous review. Came here in a pinch, and they were out of everything on the shelves. Not only that but the nice staff they had looks like it was replaced by the fellowship of the miserable. It also seems to be a magnet for the local trash to hang out. No more visits here!!

I was given access with my service dog as the Manager remembered my visit from two months ago. Having been publicly humiliated, and excluded from the purchase of food by other establishments, it is nice to see easy access for me, a disabled man, lawfully being presenting with my INDEPENDENCE DOG.

I know, I know- aren't all Dunkin' Donuts alike? Well, you'd be really surprised because the level of quality (both food-wise and customer service) can really differ depending on location. I've only stopped a few times at this one, and I have to say that I had the most informative and best customer service experience that I've ever received at a Dunkin' (or any franchise coffee store)! I wanted to try something different, so my friend and I asked the cashier if we could mix french vanilla and raspberry. Not only did he say yes, he gave a great explanation about syrups (even showing us examples in small cups) and told us that all of their syrups are sugar free. I was so happy to hear that! They should have signs letting customers know that. I'd love to order more of their sweet drinks but I try to stay away from too much sugar, and now that I know this I'll feel better about ordering anything with mocha or caramel. He also told us that none of the coffees are brewed; I had always thought that they had a hazelnut and french vanilla roast to go along with the regular roast. I feel it's kind of odd they don't do that when they sell those roasts in the store, but I'm glad that I was told about. Prices were the same as every store, and the coffee was delicious. I really recommend french vanilla and raspberry iced coffee!

This Dunkin Donuts makes me long for the spotty service of the one in our old neighborhood. The "service" here is absolutely the slowest I have ever experienced from any branch - and I drink a lot of coffee. The only thing that triumphs the god awful service is their ability to ruin a regular iced coffee. Terrible.

All everyone does is always complain about how they can never understand the people who work at Dunkin Donuts and they always get the order WRONG. So why do you go back?

I won't get into the fare at DD since we all know what that's all about but I will say that this is my favorite local Dunks! What a beautiful building to be in and generally the service is done with a smile but there are many times when language is a barrier. Good service, good cheer and a great location just makes this DD a favorite!

all of the cuckoo birds hang out at this DD. i don't like stopping at this one because it is really busy, all of the local Beverly homeless, YMCA residents, and misfits hang out here in the afternoon and sometimes early morning and nurse their small coffee all day long. also i am giving 2 stars because one day i had asked for a medium tea with milk and instead i got a medium coffee with milk. by the time i realized it i was half way to work. and i am not a huge hot coffee fan.
