Good breakfast... Nothing special but we'd go back. Fyi... Cash only. Service was good except for one waitress who literally talked to one customer at the counter who I assume was a regular and talked so loud that everyone could hear her thoughts. Annoying to say the least. My eggs & sausage was good and 2 French toast were very tasty. My wife's veggie omelette was good but again nothing special.

Place is just ok. Female manage/owner is super cranky. Not what you want for a relaxing Saturday breakfast. Our waitress brought our food and we thanked her...her response was silence. Huh? No you're welcome or even a smile? Head to heritage coffee shop instead where the people actually want your business . We tried but the wait was too long there so we thought we'd give this place a try.

Decent food...miserable staff. Go someplace else unless you like paying for crap service.

Don't get the pancakes, err, pancake. It's one large pancake about 3/16" thick that tastes like grill spray and not pancakes. Err, pancake. Everything else is typical breakfast joint food. I like the cheese omelet, or any omelet for that matter. How about eggs over easy? Maybe a little bit of bacon? Price is a little high but they are more attentive than the coffee mug place on southbridge street. I'd rather see Frank and Nancy than the gals at that other place.

We keep coming back and I'm not sure why!? The food is just OK (but it's quick) which is probably the only reason why. This past visit was just awful! After this we will never return. We walk in and they were almost full. There were 2 open 4 top tables in between those 2 tables was a 2 top table with 2 guests eating. We had 6 people in our party. We stood there before being acknowledged, we had no problem waiting for the 2 people to finish eating so we can put the tables together. We were getting nasty looks form the owner as well as her server. All of a sudden 3 people (1 adult and 2 kids) got up from the counter chairs. My father was going to sit at the counter with my 2 kids (11yr old and 7 yr old) the owner demanded in a rude tone that "kids" we're not allowed at the counter! Even tho 2 kids just got up! OK, really??!!!! At this point I didn't even want to stay, BUT we felt we had no choice at this point (we were crunched for time). The couple that just received their food kindly moved over to the next table so that we could all sit and as they did both nancy and her server had a problem with this! The couple was now sitting in a table for 4 which is apparently against the rules and when the 6 of us sat we were given attitude! We thanked the couple and the couple whispered to us they felt so uncomfortable that they just wanted to leave as well! When she took our order she rolled her eyes when I changed my bread from bulky to pumpernickel before she even left the table, apparently this was a problem. Over all terrible experience....I work in a restaurant (and have been in this industry for 24 years) and I could never ever imagine treating paying guests this way! In fact I'd be fired. I never imagined myself writing such a review but I couldn't keep this experience to myself! Just plain awful, save your $$ or take your hard earned $$ elsewhere!!!!

Amazing service, delicious breakfast, exactly what we were looking for. I got the egg sandwich with cheese and very good home fries. They also have many specials. My boyfriend got the willie special and was a fan of the ham. If you are around the area and looking for a local spot, this is your place.

What a great place! I travel all over the US on business n this place was amazing for breakfast! I wanted good, fast, n friendly n that is exactly what I got! Everybody knew each other it was nice to see how a small community is still so close!! One down fall is they don't take credit so come with cash... Fabulous food!!! YUMMY!!!

The food was OK. Nothing special to make me want to return. A very simple menu...eggs or pancakes. The staff was very friendly and the food served with little wait. Definitely a place to hang out if you need the 411 on what's going on in Auburn.

This place really just seems like any other neighborhood diner decorated with local bric-a-brac; so needless to say I didn't have high hopes for much more than stale coffee and limp bacon that tastes like the ass end of the grill. I ordered eggs, bacon, sausage and a bagel toasted w/ cream cheese, knowing three quarters of it would remain on my plate. While it was a little bit of a wait for the food to come out, it was worth the wait to see that it had been cooked thoroughly and with care. Typically whenever I ask for a bagel toasted at a diner they ignore me and grill it anyways, so I was pleasantly surprised to have a toasted bagel, an egg that was actually over-medium, and they gave me homefries which I didn't order (I planned to eat some off my boyfriend's plate) but they also didn't charge me for. The bacon was crisp and didn't taste like old grease, but like bacon, and the homefries were wonderfully seasoned and crispy. Overall it was one of the better 'local diner' breakfasts that I've had. My boyfriend ordered a cheese, pepper, onion and tomato omelette and he repeatedly mentioned how good it was while eating. We were taken care of by 2 different waitresses at different points and both were pleasant and the coffee was surprisingly good.

Wasn't really sure when I looked at the exterior. But when we got in we had a marvelous breakfast, the patrons were nice, and even the staff was superb. I'll be back often and with my relatives and friends when they visit.

Food wasn't great. I wanted to use my gluten free bread and they said I couldn't. The waitress was a bit rude. Never returning.

A very nice place to have breakfast. It may be generic breakfast food but its done very well, they have great coffee and a very friendly staff. They certainly make you feel welcome and if you go there a few times they greet you like family. The prices are on target and if you like cars they have somewhat of a Hot Rod motif, usually including a few driven in by customers. Plenty of parking and the place is as clean as a whistle.
