This is a larger DD in Amherst MA. Has nice choices of seating types. Pleasant staff, look like students. Very easy parking and car traffic flow here. Free Wi-fi

Maybe it's bad luck? (Or managing?) but they're always out of the doughnuts I order... It's 12:30 and they're already out? Usually the blueberry ones... I only eat a donut once a month or so... I would at least like the one I want. Plus side: they don't run out of coffee. Lol

I was just at the Dunkin Donuts here and the staff was very nice. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and after I ordered I said to my friend that I wanted to try the new spicy smoked sausage and they must have heard me and put it on my sandwich instead. It is delicious and it was really nice that they tailored my order like that. It was unexpected and nice that they went the extra mile

This Dunkin Donuts continues to disappoint. One time I ate in, and the egg on my bacon, egg and cheese bagel was frozen on the inside. When I took it back to have it fixed, my sandwich came back without the bacon on it! The same sandwich made wrong twice! The manager and her co-worker were too busy discussing something to pay any attention to what was going on, and my husband and I were the only people in the store! I've had wrong coffee's given to me, wrong donut orders, wrong bagel orders. I usually go inside just to watch them make up my dozen donut order to make sure they put in the correct donuts! Save yourself the bad experience, and go down to the DD on University Drive. They at least manage to make things correctly, and while their service might be slow (they are really busy after all), your order will be right.

Visited this Dunks again today as I was in a hurry, and it is the closest to my home. As the drive-thru woman was handing me my coffee she said "Dark roast, right?" I said yes, and drove off. It was Hazelnut. Written ON the cup says Hazelnut. The occasional mistake I completely understand, and I LOVE D&D as a whole, but the employees at this particular one ALWAYS seem to disappoint. How can you vocalize my order back to me WHILE handing me the incorrect one? That goes beyond carelessness to complete stupidity.

I don't go here anymore. I have had about 10% of my orders screwed up. Twice I have ordered a sandwich and when I got down the road a mile, found out that it was still frozen...nasty. The servers are 50/50. Half the time, you get a good one that listens, and then the next day you get one that just doesn't get anything you say to them. I don't know, maybe it's the job but I have found that if I get up earlier and just make it myself, it's cheaper, better and the way it should be done.

Undue hate for this place. While my loyalty still remains with the Dunks near 4 seasons, this dunks has been consistently good on the drive thru. I would absolutely recommend this dunks.

Found nestled within many supermarkets, gas stations, strip malls and located on street corners, Dunkin Donuts are everywhere you look in Massachusetts. Personally, I frequent Dunkin just about every day, especially in the summertime where I usually catch myself there a few times. Being at school out at UMASS, my friends and I have found ourselves on countless weekday mornings and weekend afternoons at the Dunkin Donuts on College Street. Thinking about the money I have spent in iced coffees alone at this establishment could probably pay for the interest on my student loans, but was it worth my money? Compared to other local coffee shops, it is cheaper. At Dunkin, you can walk out with a large iced coffee and a bagel with cream cheese for under five dollars, opposed to other coffee shops where you may need to borrow some dollar bills from friends before you leave the register; but hey whatever suits your caffeine needs, it is your choice. The coffee is tasty. With dozens of flavor combinations and the choice between hot or iced, dark roast or regular, milk, skim or light cream- the possibilities of the taste of your coffee are vast, butter pecan, cookie dough, French vanilla, peppermint mocha, cinnamon hazelnut, toasted almond-just to name a few. Yet, depending on the day of the week and the clerk making your coffee, it may not taste anything like you may have ordered. I personally don't understand how difficult it is to make a regular iced coffee- I tend to stick with that because not only do I prefer the taste but, it's the simplest and usually very hard to mess up. YET, maybe a dozen times this past year, my regular coffee comes out and has morphed into something else. Sometimes a skim milk, no sugar, decaffeinated dark roast coffee; while other times, to my surprise will be an extra creamy, flavored with Butter Pecan or a combination of a few flavors, finished with an inch of sugar sitting at the bottom. Maybe it is possible the staff here at this Dunkin Donuts has accidentally given me another customer's coffee, made a genuine mistake and made the coffee incorrectly, or it could be over their own side conversations that they did not really listen and just played a simple game of "Guess what kind of coffee this girl wants?" The food is edible. Some days when the dining common food just seems so unappealing a trip to Dunkin will be sufficient. Typically, when I get food I usually order a bagel with cream cheese, but don't stray very far from that. I used to get breakfast sandwiches on occasion but about a year ago they changed their egg and now I abstain; the sandwiches are now a mealy, rubbery gross yellow disk that is slapped between a bagel and a slice of cheese. Yet, sticking with a bagel and cream cheese even still can leave you dissatisfied, burnt bagels and funky, sour smelling cream cheese are sometimes a common occurrence-but luckily if you complain they will get you a new, slightly under-cooked bagel with hopefully a new cream cheese. The service is surprisingly efficient. Most of the staff is friendly here at the College St Dunkin Donuts, and at a chain establishment that can be very rare. The shift manager may be the same age as us college aged kids, and in my experience when the manager is of a young age, the service suffers. Yet, in the case of this Dunkies, it is the opposite. He runs the store with passion and strives for customer satisfaction. The parking is mediocre. The parking lot is small and makes maneuverability sometimes challenging-some people do not realize it is a one way, and that can cause much chaos. Otherwise, if everyone sticks to the rules of the road, a quick and easy in-and-out trip can be satisfactory.

Morning crew at this Dunkin Donuts is fantastic and the coffee is usually right on the money. I've only had my order messed up a couple of times in my years of going here (and keep in mind I visit DD a couple times a day for coffee.)
