I JUST WISH THEY HAD MORE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! Other than that, it was AMAZING! I would love to see them have gluten free grilled tofu and maybe spicy noodles with rice noodle, etc. I would eat there most days if they did! Maybe substitute the soy sauce with Tamari gluten free soy sauce?!

EXCELLENT!!! :) My brother and I were in the area traveling from Northern Maine and Thankfully "Yelp!" directed us to this WONDERFUL little GEM :) Soo sweet & COZY, Pleasant Aromas, Very Nice to be served by the owner; Elizabeth, and Food Creator who is very Pleasant and Helpful. A wee limiting on indoor seating w/only 4 seats today BUT, the food MORE THAN makes up for it. :) We had the Roasted Tofu (YUMMY!), Sesame Noodles, Rice Noodles w/Peanuts and Salads. All was graciously priced and abundant, we will return if in area again! A 5-Star rating is easy to give and may not be high enough :) Keep up the great work!!

I'm all for fried foods and burgers but you won't find any of that here. There is always a daily soup -- as I write this review the soup is a finely-chopped mixture of fennel and arborio rice. There are also platters of salads, tofu, noodles, beans, etc; that you can buy at set prices or by the quarter-pound or such. You can choose from eating the food cold warm up in your microwave. She also has a microwave on-premises if you prefer. It's all delicious so go on and say hi.

Outstanding. The food is amazing, healthy, and organic. If you are looking to a much better alternative to your normal takeout, you have to stop by.

Whoa. Just took a new job up here in Amesbury, and was worried about the lack of decent food options to be had. Well this place is a gem, for sure! The lentil meatballs were fantastic, and the spicy noodles were seasoned PERFECTLY! Will definitely be back here.

Best food ever! Elizabeth makes everything fresh each day! Her food is to die for! She has 30 years experience working in the food industry and it shows! They accept credit cards and cash and there is parking out front and in the back. The owner has something different each day. Her soups, salads, pastas, sandwiches, bread everything is made fresh that day and she uses local farm veggies! She also has Tofu! Her tomato soup is so good and she always has a desert too! She is not over priced either. Love this place! Check it out!

One of the best places and Amesbury, and (besides Flatbreads) the only vegan-friendly place in town! The spicy noodles are my favorite, but everything that Elizabeth makes is good.

Delicious, fresh, interesting home cooked vegetarian food. And why wouldn't it be excellent? The owner used to run Porcini's in Cambridge for years and was always busy. The number of 5 star reviews says it all. So happy there's an alternative to the pizza and roast beef shacks on every corner.

A healthy version of Take-out. We fondly refer to the shop as the 'Noodle Lady's Place'. She fresh makes her dishes every day, so the selection changes constantly. Items are portioned out of large bowls, so what you see in the cooler is what is on your plate. Everything is priced by weight and tends to be between $7 - $9 per Lb. for items in the bowls, and $3 - $6 dollars for any sandwiches or grilled items available. All dishes are vegetarian, some might be vegan. As I'm not on a vegan diet I don't know for sure and haven't asked. Sometimes there are grilled sandwiches, my favorite is the grilled tomato and cheese on wheat bread. My boyfriend loves the peanut noodles. I've seen Asian, German, an Mediterranean dishes, the variety is wonderful. I love having somewhere to get affordable takeout that isn't just pizza or fried food. I hope our 'Noodle Lady' will be here for many long and happy years :)

Walk down Friend Street and if you blink, there is a chance you'll miss this little gem. Really the name should be "Elizabeth & Co." From the moment you open the door, its her super smile and authentic accent, warm environment and the smell of food crafted from a woman who simply cares about taste, quality and your health. Great food, nutritional and just the best stuff you've had in your body in years and all of this in Amesbury? Yes. To be honest, with a lot of questionable places to eat in and around town, Wild Garlic certainly is a little out of place. But chalk that up to a changing demographic and owners like Elizabeth who pop onto the scene with a fresh idea from the heart that resonates. For me its one of my local lunch spots. I've been here more than a dozen times and can count on great tasting food that is not stuffed with fat and all sorts of evil and unnatural ingredients. Tempt your pallet ( or expand your mind ) with highly crafted Tofu creations, exotic soups, vegetable medley's, rice noodle thing-a-ma-bobs with good stuff in them and some other stuff I don't even know what it is but it tastes great. Prices are decent. Usually around $6.95 tp $8.95/lb. And Elizabeth has really been mixing it up lately with some new hot items, breads and some smashing desserts. Its just high quality stuff at the right place and the right time. No five stars here simply from the fact that its super cozy with hardly any place to sit. 95% "To Go" Which is fine most of the time, but sometimes when its raining and you walk over it would be cool to be able to grab a stool and relax a bit. A gem for Amesbury and I hope she stays and does well.

Everything is amazing!! Tofu, in any form the owner makes, is phenomenal. The chick pea burger with a spicy, sweet chili side sauce is so good, even the next day. I wish I had these recipes!

The take out food here is amazing and has yet to leave me unsatisfied. If you are in the Amesbury area and looking for fresh vegetarian dishes this is the place to go. The owner always changes the menu, so you can always expect something different each week. Just let it be known it isn't a sit down cafe, but they do have a couple of seats if one wishes to sit and enjoy their meal.

Tried this place while passing through Amesbury to Tuxbury Pond. Got the gnocchis. They were delicious. A little on the soft side but otherwise very tasty. Not easy finding good vegetarian fare especially out in the suburbs but this place does a great job.

Always good. Friendly staff. The spicy noodles are my favorite. Those with a side of focaccia is the way go!

Thanks Yelp! We were passing through and hungry for a healthy lunch. This is a keeper find. The selection was perhaps 8-9 dishes and changes daily. Between the two of us we tried 6 of them, all delicious, and could not pass up the plum custard with raspberry sauce. Yum!!! We were directed to a small parkour around the corner with benches next to a waterfall to enjoy our lunch on this beautiful summer day. It was all perfect.
