Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

The service is always courteous, attentive and speedy. The food is very good and they do well with special orders. My wife is a vegetarian and requests her meals be made with no oil at all - they always oblige and it has never been greasy.

Considering it was conco de mayo I expected it to be packed and have a long wait. 3 hostesses wiping menus, 7-9 extra servers hanging out by the bar, a few empty tables around the restaraunt. First of all we didn't have a waitress for the first 15 minutes. After asking the nearest person that made eye contact it so happened to be the manager, when we asked her where our waitress was because we would like to order drinks and chips and salsa she said "oh she's probably outside" we complained and she took our order. We order cheese dip and nachos, after another 30 minutes of waiting we flagged her down again to get our drinks and she said she was going to get them now.... Another 10 minutes later my fiancé went up to the drink machine and made the drinks for our table himself. After another 30 minutes we asked her where our nachos where and she said she was making them now. 10 minutes later she brings out the worst plate of nachos I've ever seen. It was two layers of chips and the half of the toppings were underneath the chips. No cheese. By this time we were just unsatisfied. Called her back to the table told her the nachos werent even appetizing and had no cheese. She (the manager) herself picked up the plate of nachos, looked closely at them and proceeded to point out shredded cheese and argued with us about the nachos. We paid for our beer and told her we were not paying for anything else because she took the nachos back and the wait was redic. Needless to say we won't be going back here EVER!

Good food at a reasonable price. The wait staff is super attentive. The only problem I have is that the food comes out way too fast. You really don't get the opportunity to eat an appetizer before your food hits the table. All in all I will be back.

Bland food. It didn't taste fresh either. Definitely not even close to authentic Mexican food. I can see how some would like it, but I won't go back. Head across town to Los Tres Amigos instead!

Not too many people know about this restaurant so not too busy as yet! I had the Chicken Fajita's and these were some of the best I have tasted since coming here from Texas. The staff were friendly and very attentive. I will be going back again, maybe on a Thursday evening when they have entertainment.

Pretty good Mexican. Quiet place with lots of seating but not to many customers. I've been three times and it never seems to be busy. The prices are cheap (except the margaritas) and the food is abundant/plentiful.
