Diamond in the rough! This place doesn't have much ambiance but the all you can eat sushi is great! It is not a buffet it is made to order. You can get anything from sashimi, sushi, hand rolls, special tools, Japanese food, etc. Try the kani salad it's really good. Service is friendly!

I'm usually pretty happy with the Groupons/ Living Socials that I buy, and usually end up finding pretty decent restaurants that I would never have tried in the first place, but not so with this place. I bought a Living Social because how can you go wrong with half-off sushi? Well, apparently it can go very wrong, especially when the sushi restaurant serves mediocre rolls with high prices. I agree with another Yelper that the specialty rolls could have basically been grocery store sushi and I would have gotten more for a better price from Rouses. I got the rock'n roll roll, which is a shrimp tempura roll and the Yummy Roll, which had some raw tuna, avocado, crab, eel, and mayo sauce. The mayo sauce tasted just like mayo with a squirt of sriracha and could have used both more sriracha and sesame oil and was pretty gross. The shrimp tempura roll was so wide and fat that it just fell apart when I tried to pick it up with chopsticks. I prefer when rolls are kept to a one-bite size to avoid the awkwardness of biting into seaweed or having a roll completely fall apart on the plate. I also ordered the sashimi platter, which was good and fresh and came with a good bit of sashimi for $17, but the rolls themselves just weren't that good. When I went on a Thursday night it was also completely dead and they played everything from Enya to Eminmen over their loud speakers- not a very nice ambiance.

Ignore what the 3 star and below people have said, they probably think a California roll is real Sushi. I have had sushi in California, NY, Chicago, Colorado, Nova Scotia and Minneapolis. The Sushi Village is as good as any of these. The sushi and sashimi is very fresh. Good miso soup. We did the All You Can Eat for $22, the special rolls are the same regular size as everywhere else. The regular rolls are the same also. The Sashimi is half the size as a regular piece, but who cares you can order as much as you want. Service was great, took care of any needs you have. You have a large Choice of Sushi, sashimi, kitchen food (teriyaki, tampora etc.) salads, appetizers and desert. This is a must go to restaurant.

I absolutely love this place! The sushi is pretty good AND the service is AMAZING. Every customer gets free miso soup. I have also come in so often that I sometimes receive free edamame. Service is fast...you can be in and out in 30 minutes or stay as long as you like.

This little unknown Japanese restaurant has the best Sushi and Teriyaki dishes in the city. Was a little skeptical at first, but so glad I gave them a try because I was pleasantly surprised and have been back several times. The service is exceptional and you won't be disapointed.

To Go sushi at Rouses is better. Ordered veggie fried rice as well as a roll to take away. I didn't expect much, however I did expect more than a few sad strands of dehydrated carrot which was the only vegetable in the big plastic tub-o-rice. Unless you count black sesame seeds as a vegetable. So yay black sesame seeds, boo no real veg to speak. Go on..add some peas or somethin, I dare ya.

This little place here is a gem. I have to say I was a bit skeptical about going here but I was happy I came after dinner was over. For 5 people, 4 girls and 1 guy, our bill was 115 dollars and some change. Not bad because we all had the all you can eat buffet. There is no food sitting out on a steam table. When the waitress brings you the menu, kindly ask her for the buffet fill out sheets. You will get 2 sheets, 1 for the sushi & sashimi & rolls and 1 for the apps, soups, dessert and other cooked food items. There on you can order as much as you want---the catch is YOU MUST EAT ALL THAT YOU HAVE ORDERED. If not--well you can ask the waitress what the owner does to people who dont eat all their food and waste. Also, dont be cheesy and say you didnt know because at the very top of the order list in bold caps you will find that it says please order what you can eat---please do not waste. And they right. Just think back when I was stuck during Katrina and..... Ok well anyways, our table ate alot of sashimi and I had to order rolls with all dem sushi rice in it. Some of the girls I sat with complained that there was too much rice on the rolls but trust me---Ive had worse at Hana or Zen. OK? The salmon skin roll was very good. It's been a long time since I had a good size salmon skin roll. There are some good rolls but overall nothing special. Also, please know that if you order say shumai or calamari, the sizes are small, it's for per person, so if you are say ordering for a table, make sure you order for the exact amount of people. For ex. fresh salmon sashimi, I learn my lesson, next time if I come with 5 people, just order 50 pcs of sashimi if everyone else will eat because it's 1 pc of sushi per order and I believe 3 pc of sashimi per order. I could be wrong about the sashimi, but it's per pc so if you hungry, make sure you order accordingly. You have a choice though, you can either eat buffet style or you can just order off the menu. By the look of the menu this place is cheap compared to ALOT of other sushi restaurants in the area. The sushi chefs are super nice and friendly. After the others gorged themselves they still ordered dessert---which is included in the all you can eat buffet but like I said, it's made to ordered. So all 5 people had buffet, large sapporo and green tea--bill was 115 plus 25 tip to waitress and 10 to the sushi chefs. Dont forget to tip your sushi chefs cuz they DO take care of you. Family friendly, the space is a good size, not large, cafe size, also, credit, cash is taken, parking shared in a strip mall with other retailers. I will be back.

I've tried sushi MANY times and always hated it!! My friends dragged me here and I tried it just to prove to them how much I hated it.. but much to my surprise, I not only LIKED it but I LOVED it and I guarentee it has something to do with the Sushi Village. They prepared it better than I'd ever tried - delicious!! I'm now a sushi fan! This place is a GREAT place to start loving sushi!!

I don't often venture out to JP much but this was a special trip. Unbelievably for $20 I had all the sashimi and sushi I could eat served handmade and fresh when you order. The sushi is nice size pieces and very filling. The miso soup gets you started and you then could eat to your hearts content. If your looking for octopus you are out of luck but everything else is here. A great deal that is hard to beat.

This place is a cute little sushi restaurant. Our waitress was nice and knowledgable about the menu. The prices are cheaper than other sushi restaurants I've been too and the food is still pretty good. This place is nothing special and I wouldn't drive far to eat here, but if you're in the area, it's a nice spot for a quick meal!

Kids wanted sushi while on vacation. Got there late Sunday and ordered couple rolls and 10 eel pieces. Rolls and eels were fresh. Good prices for the rolls $5.50 each and eel for $1 per piece. Will go back for the lunch special of 3 rolls for $10.50.

If you need a quick in and out lunch I would go here. I've been several times and have never been disappointed with the food or service. I can only really talk about the "fake sushi"(everything cooked) but it is excellent! Try the sweet potato roll. Now I wouldn't go as far to say bring your first date here, but if you need a quick work day lunch this is the spot to be.

Recently visited with a Groupon for dinner with a friend. Our sushi was awesome, and I thought their prices were reasonable even without a Groupon. I thought it was interesting that they had lots of rolls with fruit-- bananas, mangos, etc. I love a spot where I can get something unique. We had a little miscommunication with our waitress, but she was very friendly and attentive. This is a small spot which is great for catching up or a date night.

It's that hole in the wall that us regulars aren't going to be too thrilled in telling you about because quite frankly....we like it the way it is....and we don't want it to change. No joke...I even held out on giving this place such a good review for purely selfish reasons *guilt and shame* :-$ It's a very intimate hole in the wall sushi bar. The sushi chefs here have amazing presentation. No matter what you order from the sushi bar, they are sure to make it as aesthetically pleasing as it is tastefully pleasing. I've never had a bad plate of sashimi or sushi here. They have a very wide variety of specialty rolls if your into that. The samurai and the lovers roll are my personal favorites but they have new seasonal rolls up on the dry erase board all the time and those are always great too. This place is pretty much incapable of fault in my eyes and they are consistent which is sometimes hard to find in a sushi place. You will notice that the same waitresses will be there every time you go and you may even start to realize you have seen the same people in that place from the last time you came. That's because it's true! I've been here literally 10 or so times and the same waitress always assists me and the same sushi chefs are there too. Hey, why change when you've got such a good thing going right? Oh and also the spicy seaweed salad here is refreshing twist on the old usual japanese seaweed salad. I get it every time and I always hear the people around me order it too so it's definitely a must-try when you come here. If you like soup but tired if the usual miso and clear soup than I would suggest the seafood soup. It's a great fish broth with a seafood medley in a hot iron skillet. I crave that soup all the time now so me and this restaurant are pretty much friends for life. Please don't bring your screaming children here or I'll be in far right corner of the restaurant (at my usual table) mean mugging you....silently....but tenaciously....

Great deal here! 19.99 all you can eat. Decent sushi, not the best, but definitely better grade than grocery store. Can't beat it for the price!

The people who think this place is "ok" are crazy. The wait staff is great and the food is incredible. The price is extremely reasonable and the sushi chefs make a point to be artistic with the sauces with your plates when they have time. Our family has been to Japan twice so we know quality sushi. DEFINITELY WILL VISIT AGAIN!

Sushi Village is less of a village and more of a small, casual restaurant in a shopping center, however the atmosphere is comfortable and the staff (sushi chef and 1 waitress) were pleasant. Every meal at Sushi Village come with Soup and Salad. Both were very small and lackluster. The Miso Soup wasn't bad per say, but was room temperature which killed any desire I had to maybe like it. I wasn't extreme hungry, so I ordered the 12 Piece Sashimi Entree. The fish was fresh with a clean taste, however, some of the pieces could have been a little bigger. My dining partner ordered the Hibachi Steak and Salmon. He thought that it was pretty good but still was nothing write home about. I am obsessed with Fried Oreos so when I saw them on the menu, I had to have some. Typically Fried Oreos have a thick cake like batter, but I liked that these were a little lighter and that they used tempura batter to compliment the style of the restaurant. One great thing about Sushi Village is that they offer an all-you-can-eat selection so if you are trying to get a bang for your buck then this restaurant will suit you just fine but just for a casual sit down meal, there are better options out there.

Sushi village is so awesome! We did the All-You-Can-Eat sushi buffet for $20, which offers a variety of sashimi, sushi, rolls which is made fresh! Fresh as in, it hasnt been sitting under a lamp out in the open on a table all day. They give you two lists: one from the sushi bar and one from the kitchen. I LOVE THAT! And the kitchen list has a variety of kitchen food all different types of soups, salads, tempura, desserts, and other things. I mean its TYPICAL JAPANESE food.. not like the Asian buffets where its a different kind of ethnical dishes like chinese food and what not. It was all pretty good for buffet style. The server was very attentive and she looked as if she timed things well. Like, when we were coming to and end with our appetizers she brought out our ordered items from the sushibar and then later returned with another pair of lists to mark from in case we wanted to ordered again. We ordered so much for 4 people. I swear she came out with 4 platters of sushi, sashimi, and rolls and 3 plates full of kitchen/appetizer items. I've had different buffets and i know what its like to be eating that stuff thats been sitting out almost all day, this is way better. I really like it because its an all you can eat sushi buffet made to order and its perfect for college kids like us. I swear we crave sushi all the time. Pretty awesome!. Oh and one more thing, when ordering you have to put how many orders you want. Its usually one roll per order, one piece of sashimi/sushi per order. Its self-explanatory on the list.

Sushi village has really good specialty rolls that I love. However, I probably won't be going back for a while, at least for pick up. The girl answering the phone is rude. Then, when she gets everything in my order wrong, she puts the blame on me and hung up on me. When I decided to bring it back because I really wanted the stuff I ordered, and not the plain rolls she gave me, she tries to recharge me for the order. So double check everything you order there. And make sure they charge you the right amount.

Great lunch spot! The rolls are fresh and delicious. The main thing I like about the rolls is they use the right amount of rice. I'm always taking excess rice off of my rolls but not here. The prices are great as well. Don't let the outside fool you. It's in a strip mall but the inside is a great atmosphere.

I've been there twice and both times I was mostly unimpressed. The food served is mostly "On The Cheap", but served fairly quickly. The rolls on the buffet range from really mediocre to halfway decent. With a drink, and for dinner, it's around $20 per person which I find to be slightly high (for an AYCE joint) but there are some redeeming qualities. The Pink Lady Roll is pretty good, but its so covered with sauce, I wasn't sure if I was enjoying the roll, or the pink-mayo sauce. There was another rtoll that was pretty good, but after looking at the menu, I couldn't quite remember its name. We tried a few other items but the stars were the rolls (or a few of them , at least). So, I found it to be better priced for lunch, and even then, it was mostly alright.

The sushi here is okay, but I would probably only return for the all you can eat menu, which is made to order. It's about 20/person, which is considerably cheaper than ordering a bunch of items a la carte at other places. However, I ordered rolls off the menu the only time I dined here. The rolls were pretty mediocre. They were on the small side, which is neither here nor there, just don't expect monster sized rolls like you get at some other sushi joints. For the size of the rolls, the rice to fish ratio seemed appropriate. Most of the rolls we ordered included crunchies, which we didn't realize until our order came out. The crunchies seemed a tad stale to me. But it could also be because the crunchies didn't simply top the rolls, but were also rolled along with the rice and fish. The fish was average. We had everything from the tuna, salmon, yellowtail, to spicy tuna. One of the best rolls was a specialty riceless roll made with spicy tuna and avocado on top. In short, it's not the type of sushi experience that makes you feel like you had an out of body experience, but it's not awful. I would say this place is good in a pinch, especially if you're just looking to eat sushi and lots of it.

I went to this place for a weekday lunch with a few co-worker's. Prior to this, they told me about the fabled Sushi Village "buffet," so the expectations were very high by this time. The place tucked away in a strip mall & is tiny. It looks like this place only has about 10 tables, most of which fit only two people. When you ask for the lunch buffet, you basically get a couple of cards to fill out with your choices. It tells you what the quantities mean when you enter them i.e. 1 means one 8 or 10 - roll or 1 piece, etc. Basically, its dim sum for a flat rate. The sashimi was a bit on the thick side but good. All of the rolls were excellent. Ditto for the tempura dishes. You NEED to finish off the meal with the fried bananas & ice cream. You will be happy that you did. The service was pretty good. The only complaint I would have is that the orders are not served in any particular order, so it is easy to forget that you have more food coming. Another example of this is that we placed an order for dessert alone @ the end of the meal & we were served dessert first, then an order of tempura battered crab followed that (we placed that one on the first order). I am going to have to try this place again but ordering off of the regular menu next time. This was a pleasant surprise

I hate to do this, but man this place is sub par. Mediocre at best. But really, it was dismal. The music playing was straight out of a 20th century music box with a dancing ballerina in it. Place is dirty. When I flushed the toilet, it sounded like a pig was suddenly being slaughtered. It was like a toilet from 1950. I mean, the bathroom was nasty. Holes in the walls all over the restaurant. They are clearly struggling. I bet they thought the groupon deal would bring in business but this restaurant needs so much improvement. It's going to fall apart. What's even worse is that the server was really nice so I feel bad having to rate her restaurant so poorly. The miso soup was, without a doubt, the dehydrated stuff from a pouch that you buy at Winn-Dixie. What it was lacking in flavor it was even lacking more in garnish. It was all broth. And while the broth was steaming, the bowl I was handed was ice cold. Like probably one kept in the freezer for ice cream service. Which means the soup cooled way fast. The images of the sushi rolls are completely misleading. These were some of the smallest rolls I've ever been served. For the "special" rolls, the price is over 11 dollars. Those rolls were an absolute rip off by mass. And the presentation was terrible. The only thing separating their quality, flavor and texture from that of a supermarket's is that they serve tempura that has been recently fried and not fried over an hour ago. I didn't take a pic because I was so disappointed, I just wanted to eat and leave. I was eating alone. I never eat alone but I was in the neighborhood when I remembered I had that Groupon. There is no way possible that the Groupon deal would satisfy 2 people. Thirty dollars of food there is like 10 at any other sushi bar. And almost any other has better food and a better atmosphere. Even at 5:45pm on a Saturday, I was one of 5 people in the restaurant, including the server and sushi roller maybe there was someone else, doubtfully, in the back) I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will never go back.

First time visitor today. Needed a quick lunch and wasn't interested in a super-expensive one. I found what I needed around the corner in Metry at Sushi Village. Clean, fast, and inexpensive lunch specials (e.g., 3 rolls, soup, and salad for $10.95). I was literally in and out in under 30 minutes, which was perfect. The gyoza was nothing to write home about, but I ordered them steamed (as opposed to pan fried), and they were fine (shrimp). I will be back.

Worse sushi I've had in a while. Baked salmon had raw salmon. There was nothing baked. Used teriyaki sauce instead of eel sauce. They skimped on everything! Best thing was the salad that all Japanese restaurants had. The salad dressing was thick and was the only thing that wasn't skimped. The miso soup was also decent. Had three small pieces of tofu and one piece of seafood. But the broth was flavorful and pulled me through the meal. Rolls were on par to the stuff youu get at grocery stores and all-u-can eat buffet. Way too overpriced. Especially for just fish and rice- no veggies whatsoever. For another 5 minute drive, Fuji has far superior rolls at a cooler place. For $5 cheaper. Ordered the rock and roll. Got the dragon roll instead. Boyfriend doesn't like eel. Funny thing was that the waitress repeated our order correctly. When we tried to return it and correct the mistake, she refused to listen. Overall, very disappointing experience. Spent over $50 and we are both still hungry. Will not go back.

I would rate this a 3.5, but I'll round up. I only come here for the "all you can eat sushi buffet," which is $19.99 on Mon-Thurs and $21.99 on Fri-Sun. I've been here a few times and the food and service have been consistent. For the "buffet," the ordering system is more like a dim sum ticket card, in which you mark the foods desired and its quantity. There are two lists of food, kitchen and sushi bar, both which are delicious! Kitchen: The gyoza, chicken katsu, and pork katsu are fresh, crispy, and juicy! I do not like sauces in general, but my friends enjoyed the sauces that came with each dish. I love getting the shrimp tempura from Sushi Village because it's inexpensive in quantity and always comes out steaming hot! Freshly fried and so juicy! I tend to burn my mouth trying to eat them because I like my tempura crisp and hot. The tempura udon comes in a small "sample size" soup bowl with a tiny amount of noodles, mushrooms, scallions, and a giant shrimp tempura on top! You can always get more bowls, but one was enough for me since I wanted to eat other foods as well. The broth was good and hot, not too salty. Sushi bar: Majority of the special rolls are okay, kind of mediocre. The presentation of the sushi is average and some of the rolls are not tightly rolled, so some of the sushi pieces would fall apart when picked up. I really enjoyed the maki soft shell crab roll, but then again, I enjoy any dish that has soft shell crab in it! What really takes the cake is the sashimi! A few of my friends come to Sushi Village solely for the sashimi because of its price and freshness. We ordered by the number of sashimi slices. However, be warned, the sashimi slices are relatively small, about half or a third of the size of a normal sashimi slice. But you can still order a mountain of sashimi to satisfy your tummy. It comes out cool and freshly sliced, not partially frozen like some places. I love salmon and red snapper the best! Overall, I really enjoyed the food from the "all you can eat buffet" menu. The quality is rather decent for its price, and the sashimi always seem fresh and tasty! I would definitely come back again!

I love this place. We've been 3 times in the past two weeks. It fills the all you can eat sushi void left by Big Tuna on Manhattan and Oki Nago in Metairie. Quality is surprisingly good. Don't go in expecting quality like Mikimoto or Ninja, but for $19.99 and a la carte, all you can eat, it's a damn good value. The service is on point. The food is tasty. Love it. Needs more customers.

Initially, we were introduced to Sushi Village with a Group-on. And since I am visiting New Orleans, it was an excellent idea. The facade of the restaurant can be Deceiving. Don't let it fool you! As unassuming, as it may appear, the quality of the menu and their subsequent dishes are delectable. We ordered the Hawaiian Roll, and it included hand-drawn art which was a charming touch. It was an unexpected combination of fruit and crab, tart and sweetness. Definitely, a must upon our return. And as a previous yelper mentioned. It's best to close your dining experience with the bananas and ice cream. In regards to service, it was attentive and swift: Both were appreciated. Our waitress Lisa, kept a keen eye on my endlessly empty cup of hot green tea, which she diligently kept at full cup. We are telling all of our friends and family. You guys rock! #Woot.

I see the 5-star reviews and I really wonder if we ate at the same place. A while back I gave Sushi Village a try and was seriously unimpressed, especially at the price. But it's been two or so years and Groupon had a deal, so I figured I'd see if things have improved. First I ordered the only option they had for sake, a small, generic hot sake. I swear I heard a microwave running behind the curtain to heat up my sake. Right after my sake came the standard ginger salad and miso soup. The ginger dressing on the salad was abundant, which was nice. The soup was lackluster. It tasted...off. Something wasn't right, like maybe the mix they used was expired? For an appetizer I ordered tuna tataki, which I hadn't had in a while and decided to treat myself. Take a moment and Google some images on what that dish should look like before you read my description of what I was served. My place was a half dozen pieces of tuna laying flat and spread out. Rather than the outside rim being seared, which means a large piece of tuna was seared and then sliced, each slice had some very mild searing on the surface. Uneven searing at that; it didn't look like it came from a heated surface, maybe from a brulé torch. Rather than the regular ponzu sauce they were drizzled with a weird, this yellow sauce, almost lemon in taste. Usually when I get sushi I'll order chirashi. It wasn't on the regular menu but the waitress said it was on the lunch menu but they would be happy to make it. When it arrived I was again disappointed. In the continuing theme the portions were small. For $15 i got three small slices each of tuna, salmon, white tuna, and something that looked like maybe amberjack. The sashimi portion was ok, but nothing special. The seasoned rice that is part of chirashi was a tiny amount, no more than 1/3 of a cup, probably enough to do three or four nigiri. Rather than season the rice it was just sprinkled with black sesame. After eating what should have been a filling meal I was still quite hungry. I decided to finish my order with a volcano roll. Every other place I've ordered this roll it's been four large pieces of snowcrab roll as a base then piled high with tempura, snowcrab, and sriracha mayo. What I was served was a base of small California rolls with a small pile of Krab, tempura, and a dab of spicy mayo. The entire meal was disappointing. I don't think I'll be coming back.

The all you can eat deal is probably the way to go here as the rolls are pretty tiny. I ordered the regular two roll lunch special that came with miso soup and salad and I was still very hungry and had to go to second lunch elsewhere to make a full meal of it. The sushi wasn't terrible but it didn't get much above pretty mediocre at best. It really didn't inspire me in any way that would really make me want to return. A very average and bland kind of strip mall place like you might find in Anytown USA... Have I mentioned I hate strip malls?

We didn't have a Groupon. In fact, we are regulars. This establishment is as good as it gets. The food is fantastic (vegans, there is food for you here), and the woman in charge of serving (owner?) is absolutely amazing. She remembers our usual order every time and we always feel welcome. The prices are great, and they serve free miso soup for everyone!! This is quite possibly my favorite restaurant in the NOLA/Metairie area. I encourage everyone to check out this "hole in the wall" restaurant. :)

I went here with my boyfriend and his friend for lunch for the first time the other day and it was amazing! The service and intricate attention to detail put into everything was amazing. Especially for such a reasonable price! My boyfriend and his friend are both very picky and very critical of restaurants, but both of them left very full and happy. My boyfriend got the all-you-can eat sushi buffet and was amazed at how excellent everything turned out. I opted for the lunch menu and our friend ordered the sashimi. At first our friend was complaining because there wasn't anything she could see on the menu that she wanted...so they kept bringing her menus! I think I counted five different menus. They really have something for everyone. Overall, we were all very pleased and my boyfriend has decided to make Village Sushi a weekly venture.

To all those who give glowing reviews: WTF. This is one step above grocery store sushi and I really hate to say that because I've had some grocery store sushi that's kicked ass. I give it 2 stars because you can order online, the lady at the front was nice, and I didn't actually find any foreign objects in the food. That's a plus, right? If you are looking for sushi and want to eat fresh ingredients and spend your money wisely, go somewhere else in Metairie. I should have listened to my co-worker, who got takeout from here a few weeks ago and seriously hated it based on unappealing textures, flavors, and small portions. I didnt listen. I ordered this for lunch based on how close this place is to my office, and regretted it. There was not a single person in there when I went to pick up my order, while all the other lunch spots nearby were crowded. This was during the noon hour on a work day in an area teeming with offices. I wondered why the "snowcrab salad" was only $4.50. I understand that "snowcrab" is basically the hotdog of the sushi world, but I love it anyway and don't care what anyone says. All I can say about this "snowcrab salad" that I just ate was that it tasted majorly OFF (fishy, warm, like it was turning rancid). Thank God for sriracha [and that the factory isnt shutting down after all]. I also got the "Volcano Roll." This thing was $11. ELEVEN dollars. Holy crap, what a joke. The menu description is "snow crab [there I go again], avocado inside & baked snow crab, salad w. crunch & tobiko on top." Mine came with no "crunch" on top. No "tobiko" on top either. And "baked snowcrab"? Um, mine had some smushed snowcrab salad on top mixed with extra mayo shit to give it that red tinge. Baked things should also be warm. The rolls were literally the size of quarters. I took a picture of this mess of a roll and posted it. My total (2 items), before tip was $16.50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you know how much lunch that could buy somewhere else?

Probably the best sushi you can have in NOLA area. Taste really good and people here are super nice and friendly! I hope I can stay at NOLA longer and have more of their sushi :)

When people think of all-you-can-sushi immediately think low quality. Boy was I in for a pleasant surprise. I've been to sushi bars in Japan so I know quality. Everything I ate here was fresh and I'll definitely go back. They also serve regular Japanese food which was a plus.

Came here for the all you can eat sushi at $19.99 per person. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a craving for sushi and are looking for quantity over quality at a decent price!
