Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

I ordered the Margherita pizza. One of the better ones I've had. To dough is excellent and it had the perfect amount of toppings. The basil was fresh and the sun dried tomatoes on it were excellent tasting. The cheese is of a higher quality than your typical pizza place. I did hit some dead spots on the pie where there was no taste only the taste of cheesy bread. The flavor was not evenly distributed. Delivery took about 30 minutes and the pizza delivery dude had manners.

This isn't the first time this location has disappointed me. Don't get me wrong I love reginelli's but I was really upset when I ordered a saltimbocca pizza. I asked for extra lemons. (Not an unusual request). the delivery driver showed up with no lemons in hand. Also the kitchen didn't even attempt to cut my pizza. Guys get it together like all your other locations.

Stopped by for lunch during the week and was totally unimpressed. Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. The marinara on the pizza literally had half of a roma tomato in it. The pepperoni was ridiculously thick, as was the italian sausage which was in the shape of meatballs and rolled off of the pizza every time I took a bite. Furthermore the price of the pizza did not reflect the quality of the ingredients I expect from a place that calls itself a "pizzeria". This place is definitely overpriced and overrated for what it is, PIZZA. Putting the word "pizzeria" at the end of the business name is a pathetic attempt to justify the price. Don't be fooled- you're not paying for a pizza with fresh, quality ingredients; you're paying to eat at a self proclaimed "pizzeria"- Fail!

Good service, but waitress didn't ask if I wanted large or small pizza. Large is better for the money. She brought small. Tasted great, but I had wanted large so I could take some home. Be specific when ordering. Bright and family oriented. I will return but make sure I order which size even if she doesn't ask (which she should have). 2nd visit everything perfect!!!!!!!!

BEST HUMMUS I've ever tasted and the Hummus Pitaco is to die for! My entire family LOVE Reginelli's and my son claims it as his FAVORITE restaurant of all time . OK, so we have gone numerous times to the Kenner location, the Magazine one , the Poydras one, and our fav since it's close to home the Clearview one. I LOVE the booths and the service has NEVER disappointed. Management must be awesome, because each server makes you feel like royalty. The food gets no better and the customer service is AMAZING. I had my daughter's baby shower a week ago and picked up Reginelli's catering. I strongly recommend the sandwiches, the spinach and artichoke dip, the Caesar salad (also the best Caesar salad I've ever had-how do they do this?) and the hummus. Your guests will love you and you can relax! I couldn't be more pleased with Reginelli's. Thank you Reginelli's for making my guests thrilled and for being my son's favorite restaurant.

Great little neighborhood place...clean, consistent and good. I had never been a fan til it showed up on Clearview in Metairie. My grandson loves the Pizza and me too! He loves the kids space and I can have a beer! Hope it can survive on our little neighborhood's support. It's good and I like it and will be a regular as long as they'll have us!!!!

I ordered delivery from Reginelli's and was quite disappointed. I got a small pepperoni pizza (hardly any marinara sauce in it... Almost tasted like cheese bread) and the Italian market panzanella salad (not a big fan of arugula but thought I'd give it a try and it wasn't good... Mostly croutons and hardly any prosciutto). My big reserve is that I asked to have some ranch sauce on the side and the lady told me they don't have "that dressing." I couldn't believe it. I will not be ordering again from here

I wasn't always the biggest fan of regenelli's, but this Clearview location is so close to where I live that I eventually gave in. My favorite salad from Regenelli's is the Ancona salad. It comes with their delicious bread underneath, and plenty of chicken and tomatoes. I ask for the avocado on the side and give it to someone else because I don't like avocado. A big bonus about the pizzas and calzones at regenelli's is that their pepperonis are thickly sliced. This is the only place I've ever had pepperonis this thick. The employees are always friendly and the price isn't that bad. I wouldn't call it extraordinary, though. Food delivery is usually adequate. I'd also give their tomato soup a go if you like tomato soup. They have it on a regular basis and it is consistently good. This location is pretty open, so it's usually pretty noisy. There are tv's around and that doesn't help the noise level.

We ordered the Reginelli Gumbo and Honey Island Swamp pies, both "large" but medium by my NYC standards. But tasty. I chalked the price up to "real, actual toppings". Reginelli Gumbo pie consisted of andouille, spicy smoked tomato sauce, Crystal marinated shrimp (no idea, but we tasted Tabasco sauce), roasted eggplant, holy trinity and pickled okra. Honey Island pie had triple mushrooms (portobello, white button and shiitake), fontina cheese, herb garlic sauce and topped with wilted arugula. The pies themselves were pretty tasty, and delivery was prompt. I wish they offered a larger size but I'm not a local so it's an ignorable wish. I really liked the Honey Island pie as I'm a mushroom fan. The pickled okra was interesting and gave a little vinegary kick to each bite. Id order from them again if I'm in the area another time.

I really like Reginelli's, especially their huge salad's. The price always seems too high at first, but I never regret it. We also tried a sample of the hummus, which turned out to be delicious! We'll be getting it next time.

Very good food, reasonable prices, friendly and attentive servers. Some unique and really good menu items not found anywhere else. Went for lunch and had sandwiches and both were very good. Service was also excellent.

Worst reginellis in the area. I have tried all the reginellis in the NO area. The service here is awful, and the staff is just terrible. The fact that they were having a manager meeting and our service was so awful was outrageous. The baked brie still had the outer coating which tasted awful they also didn't present it properly. My mom had the caprese salad which she usually gets with her gluten allergy, she said it was awful thats something that takes a lot to mess up. GO TO ANOTHER REGINELLIS!

We came here on Mardi Gras day, because we planned to go to That's Amore, but they were closed (I didn't plan this very well). Anyway, my daughter wanted pizza, so Reginelli's was open, and we decided to go there. The food is kind of average, as is the service. It's kind of the same at every location. Usually this would be worthy of 3 stars, but since we came on Mardi Gras day, I'm bumping it up to 4. It's awesome that they were open, and most of the servers were in costume for the day. Plus, we left with a Reginelli's coaster, wine bottle opener, and mini football. I don't know that I would come back here, especially with so many other food options in the area. However, in a pinch, it's pretty good pizza and decently priced.

Consistently decent food. They reignited my love of a caprese salad. The twist on theirs is that it comes with cucumber. Hmmmnn....that didn't sound appetizing, so our helpful server offered to sub avocado instead. It was DELICIOUS! Beware of the pies with "garlic butter sauce." I guess my brain was on a break when I ordered this because I was thinking it would be a pizza with alfredo sauce instead of a tomato based sauce. Not. Just garlic butter and then toppings. I hated that pizza. But, it wasn't their fault, so I sucked it up. This location is very roomy and service was awesome!

Reginelli's in the thing I always crave, at both lunch and dinner time. The best part is that no matter where I am, home, work, or out and about, there is one nearby enough that they'll deliver. Staff are good supporters of the product and can usually give you a good recommendation when you just aren't sure which way you want to go. I definitely can never decide between salad and an app, or a sandwich, or pizza. My favorite pizza is a hybrid of the El Fresco and the Parthenon. The Hummus Pitaco is the perfect lunch, and pairs oddly well with a bottle of coke - it's just an old ritual of mine. Their hummus may very well be my favorite. The salad pizzas, as I call them, are such a cool idea and the Ancora Ceasar is a great deal, and even more so when you share it and get a Baked Brie Calzone app. Don't forget $10 house wine night on Wednesdays.

I used to frequent the Lakeview Reginelli's on Harrison Ave., but this one is closer to where I live, so tonight I thought I'd try it out. They just opened about 6 months ago and it shows- everything was clean and still had that new restaurant smell to it. The girl who takes the phone orders was friendly and greeted me right away, and brought menus and took my drink order immediately and with a smile (which is hard to find these days). I ordered a pitcher of Abita, which is only $2 on Monday and Tuesday(!!!), and the Smoking Chicken. The Smoking Chicken is the best pizza that has ever walked on our planet. Anyone who has lived and died on this earth has missed out because they have never experienced the joy of smoked tomato sauce, caramelized onions, pancetta, marinated chicken, and green onions in their mouth. Amazing is an understatement. I always try to get something new, and it is very possible to go once a week and not have the same thing twice. They have a very diverse, yet simple menu, and it is not pretentious, but not what you would expect from a pizza "chain". They have lots of vegetarian options, a vegan option here and there, and TONS of amazing toppings. But I digress... In a nutshell, Reginellis Clearview: Service: Great. They were on the ball. Just when I thought I may need a napkin BAM! a napkin arrives. Another pitcher? Why, you must have read my mind! I got my pizza in less than 10 minutes, or something crazy like that. Our waitress was really with it, and nice and cute. I wish more casual restaurants out there would hire staff like this one (talking to you Juan's...). Food: SMOKING CHICKEN!!! It came out quick, it was hot, beer was cold (and $2!!!). They've got salads and apps and pastas and sandwiches and all that good stuff that I have yet to put in my belly. Best pizza in town, fo' sho', and with the coupon I got on their website my huge ass amazing pizza was less that $15! Two pitchers and a pizza for less than $25!!!!!!!!!! Decor: I sat in a huge booth that could easily hold 7 people. I think there were 2 booths like that, and a few regular ones. They have tables and what looked like a party/event room with video games and little kids making their own pizzas (I think it was some kind of birthday pizza party thing- which is pretty awesome). It wasn't loud, but wasn't eerily quiet. You could see in the kitchen which is always nice. I like a restaurant with nothing to hide. That kitchen looked like it had never been used. The oven was still glimmering it was so shiny and new. I'm glad Reginelli's is finally in my neighborhood, and to you my Yelp pals: you need to check this one out. I know I'm probably going to be spending lots and lots of time here, eating lots and lots of amazing food. Maybe if I hang around long enough they'll give me a job, and pay me in pizza. One could only hope......
