Not much to brag about. We were in the neighborhood with a last minute decision to check out the Pels in the playoffs. It's a perfect spot to watch a game..TV's everywhere! That was the only good thing about the place, sadly enough. A huge place with a huge lack of staff.

65 cent wings on Tuesdays. Self explanatory. Their wings are non breaded, fried, and tossed in whatever sauce you choose. Other items on the menu such as burgers or wraps are a disappointment. I've previously tried three different burgers and the buffalo chicken wrap. I wasn't satisfied with any. The wings do satisfy a craving but they've gotten saucier and smaller over the years. The sauce can be piled on so much it's overpowering. I'm not a ranch eater with wings, I find it ruins the flavor you're ordering. My typical favorites are Asian zing. I like to balance mango habenero with lemon pepper. The mango is so deliciously spicy but I would cry if I didn't have a lemon pepper wing to follow. I love the potato wedges-- yum. Every time I get the veggie basket the carrots are completely white and dried out. I should learn my lesson for next time.

Okay I'm simply writing this review on merely just the wings, and fries that we had. I was a little skeptical when we first walked in and the air of smelly feet hit my right in the nostrils , it was disgusting it smelled like sweaty, dirty feet and socks in Buffalo Wild Wings I don't know if that's a normal smell there but it was awful. So I ran back outside because I really didn't want to eat there but my boyfriend insisted we just try it because he really wanted wings. We ended up sitting outside because I refused to eat in a room smelling like dusty feet. Anyway things ended up looking up with sitting outside ,The wings were very good we got the honey barbecue and teriyaki flavored wings both were delicious the honey barbecue were much better though. The fries were so good and made very fresh it seemed like our waiter was awesome he was so attentive made sure we had everything we needed and more. So 4 stars to the wings , fries and our awesome waiter. Please do something about that foot odor you have going on though , I almost didn't eat there because of the smelly situation you have going on there.

I've been sitting here for 10 mins and no one has still came to take my order. I also ordered drinks and that hasn't came either. I wonder if I just stand up and leave, would they notice? update: these people suck. I left.

Man I'm so disappointed because I really WANT to love this place but lately I haven't had any good experiences here :-( This place seems to have a VERY high server turn over. Literally, we would make friends with a server and come back a week later and ask to sit in their section....and they had quit already, within ONE week. And this happened multiple times. I used to have my select group of favorite servers here that really took care of me but now they have all left and new servers have swept in. Which is all good and well, except the new servers are pretty clueless about beer selection and menu items. One time we asked if the server could see if they had a certain beer on draft, and her response literally was, "Sorry, I don't know anything about beer because I don't like beer," and walked away, never to answer our question.....at all....*cricket.......cricket* But on the up side...I love the wing sauce selection here! Of course, about 50% of the time the order doesn't come out right....but hey....I'm not a big complainer as long as I mostly get everything I asked for. If your a super lenient person that doesn't mind getting their order a little wrong and don't desire a remotely helpful server, than this could still be the place for you! The funny thing is no matter how bad this place gets I still come to fix my wing craving every once in while. So even though I'm giving it two stars I'm being totally hypocritical by still continuing to come back just hoping one day it might be different. What can I say, I'm sort of a masochist. I know their new locations have been struggling a bit to get started so maybe it will change for the better in the future when all the server and management switches have settled down to cater to the new locations.

My wife and I came here for lunch today and enjoyed our time. We ordered the boneless Parmesan garlic wings and the potato wedges. The wings were pretty good although I would recommend getting the regular wings because they are much tastier with the skin instead of breaded. The wedges were decent but lacked some flavor. Our server Greg was outstanding and deserves to be recognized! We will be back soon

Every time I come here, the food taste great but it never comes out hot. Just warm & the services here is ALWAYS slooooooooow!! The BWW located on the Westbank are slow as well & the Elmwood location. I just come here for the dessert nachos, which is the bomb

Worst location I've ever been to. Horrible service. Food was not up to par with what I've had at other locations. Management was no where to be found. Did I mention horrible service? Just don't go.

This place was awesome when it first opened. The last two times I came here for food the service was EXTREMELY slooooooow. This time, not only is it slow but my wings came out cold and greasy. I won't be coming back for food. Beer, maybe.

Even though I haven't eaten here since my last review, I have visited this location for a liquor promotion, and I must say how impressed I was with the staff this time! They were all super friendly and helpful. Now that they seemed to have fixed their problems with their staff, I will try to make it out to this location the next time I'm in mood for wings.

Crowded. Loud. Cold. Have little kids in tow. When these 4 ingredients are combined, usually creates a mini disaster. Luckily it didn't this go around but this being my first visit here, i'm not sure I want to tempt fate again. Came out on a super beautiful Sunday afternoon to meet the inlaws who are serious Steelers fans. Well, this looks like its the bar for you if you are a fan of the dull black helmet team (I kid) The place is huge! Almost too big, but being in Metairie, guess that is what you have to do. Go big or go home. Parking sucks serious ass. The place still had many empty tables but in order to get in , you have to park a few blocks away on Severn or other street. Totally b.s., but again since this is Metairie, its typical. This also coming from a Westbanker where the parking is always plentiful. The place was huge, the staff looked confused and overwhelmed. The AC was cranked down big time, which I would rather be cold than hot but when I have two little girls complaining, that becomes my priority. The Steelers area was in the open patio upstairs. There the server was very very attentive to the huge group of loud fans. Downstairs it looked like chaos, upstairs is the way to go. The food, the little I sampled, seemed ok, but I wasnt actually there to eat as was to hang out with the family. Beer prices are high. A Abita select French pale ale and a Canebrake, both tall glasses came up to $17. Yeouch. I could of bought the whole bar a round at Brothers 3 with that..but I digress... Its big, its loud, its cold, parking sucks and the beer is expensive. No thanks.

Terrible. I walked in and had to chase down somebody to seat me. After being seated, nobody ever came to wait our table. I left. This has happened twice.

This was the first time ever to visit a Buffalo Wild Wings. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was my feet sticking to the floor as I walked to the bar. Not a good start. The variety of Tv's and what's playing in them is cool, and they have lots of beer on tap and that's cool. The glasses for the beer on tap are not cold so you pretty much get a room temperature glass of beer which is not cool! The bar tender never asked if I wanted anything to drink or if I wanted to order food. I had to flag her down and tell her I wanted a beer. Then again had to flag her down to order food. I got the sampler platter which included onion rings, nachos, and mozzarella sticks. Also ordered some boneless wings. Both items easy to share between a few people. The food was, eh. I never bothered to order another beer because half the time the bar tender was nowhere in sight, and when she was behind the bar she had to be flagged down, just not worth the trouble. I met some people there, and if it were not for their good company I would have just left as soon as my feet were sticking to the floor. Not sure if I'll give it another try.

Who doesn't love spicy chicken wings? I love fried chicken. And sauces. That's why Buffalo Wild Wings is a place I frequent. So many combinations of wings, great flavors, heat and price. Beer selection is adequate, but why compete against Lagers across the street? I have had some pretty good service while watching college football, and all in all there are enough screens that you never miss the action. The place is kept clean and orderly, but there a few drawbacks. The biggest problem is the time for food. And orders get messed up frequently. At lunch they have a 15 minute deal: if the food takes longer than that, then they will comp it. However, not only does it usually take 15 minutes to place an order, then there is no way to know if the server put the order into the computer immediately. This way, for example, they can wait 10 minutes to input, and the food comes out 7 minutes later. To the best of my knowledge, 17 minutes have passed. But they'll contest that and say only 7. It's a sales gimmick, and the customer, who is always right (right?), really has to argue for the advertised compensation. Whatever helps you get people in the door, do it, and worry about the backlash later, right? Someone told me they out timers on the table, but I never saw one in the several times I've had lunch there. But also at night I've had really lagging ticket times. The managers and staff were very good at letting me know they were doing their best. Their attention is appreciated. Also, they have really weird uniforms. The grey ain't working. It feels so prison like. Food aside, it doesn't really wow me (are there any more WoW! in town?). But in a town where buffalo wings are not a big thing, it's probably the best option to satisfy that crave I know we all get sometimes. I've actually never ate anything except their wings, and chips and salsa. And beer. Ok, so for a place where guys can drink and watch a game, it's a shining beacon of hope on veterans. Luckily, the franchisees have a few locations. This one being one of, if not the largest I've ever seen. Try them out a few times. But remember, the fried chicken at brothers is the greatest chicken. Ever.

Damn, James. Damn, damn, damn, James. I have not changed my mind at all about this place in so far as I can't stand being in this building, but a friend of mine recently opened my eyes to the Jerk wings and the Thai curry wings, both of which are really really really good. So, credit given where credit is due, I upped them one star but I'll still never eat there, I'll just grab my wings to go so I don't have to listen to ESPNs 1 through 23 blaring while I devour them.

Came in today during March Madness to watch basketball. HA! My bad thinking they would have more than 3 tvs in the main bar with a game on and my bad again thinking they would have the sound on for basketball and NOT Rugby! Seriously. No wonder they are always advertising for managers and a GM.

I want to like this place - I really want to like this place. I want to like it so much, I have given it the time period tester. I first went a week after the grand opening and the service was terrible. OK that's to be expected, I thought I would wait a few months and try again; still terrible. I waited even longer, in fact almost a year, and tried it out this past Thursday; still terrible! I enjoyed the BWW in Lafayette, and have had a great experience at the one on Clearview - but for some reason, the one on Veterans just can't seem to get it together. The food is great. The wings are pretty much on point and those ultimate nachos are the best while watching a game. Unfortunately, the service is worse than the Texans last season. Once a server finally notices you have sat in his/her section, be prepared to be underwhelmed by his/her lack of enthusiasm or knowledge of the food and draft options. Refills and pre-busing is nonexistent, which is a problem at a high top. You'll be waiting as long as the Saints did for a Superbowl to get anything you ordered - drinks, food, water....it doesn't matter. We waited 15 minutes for a beer - only to have the wrong beer brought out. We sent the beer back, and waited a good 10 minutes before we got the correct one. Service continued on a similar path throughout our stay. When the bill came, we were charged for both. The manager was nowhere to be found; even after asking for him/her several times to correct the mistake. After about 20 minutes of just sitting there, we just paid the whole thing in cash and left. Like I said, I really wanted to like this place. Part of me still wants to give the benefit of the doubt - "maybe the server was new...maybe it was just an off night...maybe they were short-handed" While these excuses may or may not be true, one thing that has been consistent in my experience with this location is slow, inefficient, unfriendly service. I am throwing in the towel (pun intended) with this location.

Awful. Service was terrible, they got orders wrong, had no idea what food went to which table, drinks took forever to come out when the bartender was just hanging out. None of the servers knew the table numbers, they would drop food off, leave, and then a minute later tell us it was for another table and pick it back up. One server was on staff for a crowded sporting event. Poor management.

Came here with my SO because she had a giftcard. We started off with spinach dip, which tasted like it came from the grocery freezer section. I got a chicken wrap with the Carribbean Jerk sauce. Lots of wrap, decent amount of chicken, lots of sauce. My SO got a grilled chicken sandwich. Tasted like everything was pre-made. In general it was just a disappointment. They clearly depend on the the millions of TVs more than the food to draw people in.

I go every Tuesday and some Thursday's for the 60 cent wing special. I usually get the Caribbean Jerk it's really good! It's a nice place but, never has everything some of the waiters are lazy, Raven is their best waiter.

I'm a fan of BWW but not so sure I'm crazy about the one on Vets. I've tried the locations in Baton Rouge, LA and Mobile, AL which to me was a lot better. It was my first time here since it opened up last year. One of my friends had warned me not to go until they got things figured out. I'd been craving wings for a while and it was almost the end of a long training week. Normally Hooters is our place but we wanted to try something different. Since I'd never been to the Vets location we decided to stop by before the movies. We were greeted upon entering and taking to our table immediately. It was a pretty good spot since we weren't surrounded by anyone else dining. Our order was taken immediately and brought out quite quickly might I add. It was 67 cents wings night I believe that was the amount. We had gotten so many appetizers I just opted for an order of wingless honey bbq. My friends got 5 orders of different sauced chicken. The spinach and artichoke dip was okay to me. It was like any other place but the pita chips were a favorite among my friends. The side of loaded potato wedges were nothing special either as well as the mini corn dogs. It seemed like frozen ones you could get out at Walmart. The wings seemed room temperature and my friend mentioned they probably weren't fresh since it came out so quickly. Regardless, we were hungry and devoured most of it anyways. Well my friends ate the majority of it since they aren't picky eaters and they're guys. I picked here and there and tried to each as much of my five pieces of chicken as I could. The service was pretty nice but the food could be better for me. It was just another good time with friends and the atmosphere wasn't so bad for us as we carried a conversation. Not sure I'll be back or if I will be trying the new location over in Harahan anytime soon. Can't say I'll cross it off my list completely but who knows.

When I first came to this restaurant I had the most captivating server, I believe his name was Jimmy, I remember because he had an amazing smile. I only came back because his service was exquisite. The last time I came back I asked for him and the host told me he was fired. I didn't want another server so I sat at the bar, took 25 minutes to come up to me. The bar was empty. Guess I need to go on the West Bank.

I enjoy going and having some wings and doing the whole B-Dubs thing. The apps are just what you need for satisfying that craving you get for that whole thing. You are at a wing place, eat wings... as I generally tell people who come to New Orleans I always tell them that simple rule. If you go to a wing place, eat wings. Burger place, burger. Etc. Also it does seem that over the past few months that the spice level has come up on many of their sauces, which is great if you are like me an enjoy the heat. Remember that you can always ask to sample the sauce you are considering before you order it. If you are in doubt, always ask for them to whip it out... the sauce.

Terrible service, we walked and were promptly seated by a manager as the hostess was seating someone else, we were never greeted by anyone, multiple servers and the hostess walked by us and didn't even acknowledge or ask if we were helped. A drink order was never even asked to be placed. We waited 5 minutes, not a single word was spoken to us. Customer service goes a long way, I would rather spend my money at a place that wants to help their customers and wants our business. Upon exiting we looked for a manager and not a soul was found. This was our first time in this location and it will probably be the last. Just look at other reviews we aren't the only ones that had this happen to us recently.

so frustrating. After four incorrect take out orders I decided to post a review. There is always something missing. Today our takeout meal was missing the coleslaw. The food is good, don't get me wrong, but when you don't get what you order, it is beyond frustrating.

I'm not a huge fan of buffalo wild wings. I don't want some national restaurant 7 miles popping up to the near restaurants near me screen. New Orleans is a local city we frequent local businesses. Plus our local businesses are amazing, and are what our visitors want. Especially given that people both those that live in my zip code and those that visit here don't travel by car much. We have local places to get wings. Ok, wow is only about the quality/feel of the national buffalo, but there is truly local places that have wings. I think I may grab some from buffa's due to buffalo's advertisement over here 6 blocks vs 7 miles. Now perhaps it will disappear from my local searches.

Total garbage. The place looks like trash. The servers look like they are dopesick. The tv's are blurry and have bad picture quality. I mean how much is a decent 40" tv cost nowadays? Also, invest in a vacuum cleaner cause the floors look like people have been vomiting on them. Food is mediocre at best. For such a prime location you would think it would be one of the better wild wings out there. Instead, it's a total joke.

Sad. Only 1 positive Wings were hot and fresh.. fries ice cold.. was brought 2 blue cheeses. Not busy by any means. For 7:00 on a monday night.. with the wings are supposed to be celery and carrots. And after ordering 2 large orders of wings for the group of 4. We are alerted of no celery and carrots. Not a big deal to most but its in the price if the order, BUT THERE IS 3 GROCERIES NOT EVEN A QUARTER OF A MILE A WAY, WHOLE FOODS IS 100 FEET WAY. Could get server attention get a refill. Even though she was training a new staff member 2 tables away. Wouldnt make eye contact or even check her section. Management needs to be on the ball. Staff needs to give a crap. I hate going to a place where the staff make you feel like a burden. Will not go back, 3 strikes your out.

I am pretty open minded when it comes to giving restaurants 2, 3 or sometimes 4 chances. I've given this place (location) 4 chances. Every time, service fails. Food isn't bad, but service is so bad that I have to give it 1 star. I barely ever give 1 star reviews... Even if the place isn't busy, I always seem to have to flag down any waiter for anything...napkins, the little paper boats (that you put your chicken bones in or dips or whatever), drink refills, drink orders?!, forgotten items that we ordered, anything. If this was any BWW besides this location, I'd give it 3 stars. But onto the food.... 1. Garlic parmesan sauce for the chicken! My son's favorite 2. Asian zing sauce (for chicken) 3. I love their corn dog bites! The honey mustard dip that comes with it is delish! Other than that, everything is decent. It's okay. What not to get: 1. Cheeseburger sliders. It's worse than the microwaveable ones at home. It's dry and they weren't dressed, with anything. Just the meat and cheese on the bun. 2. Vegetable sticks - the celery and carrots were a bit browned....I guess they don't sell much unless I got a bad batch

I don't get it . I like beer. I like sports. I like wings. I don't like this place. It's loud. It's F'n loud. It's so F'n loud that I couldn't here my 2 daughters talk to me while sitting right next to me. I swear I'm only 36 and this isn't one of those old people bitching about noise. The food is mediocre at best. We all got some wings. 1 daughter and I got the traditional wings which were all dried out and probably sitting under a heat lamp and then sauce dumped on them. My other daughter got the boneless wings. Let's be honest and call this what it is, chicken nuggets. Quit calling them WINGS. The meat isn't probably even from the wing. There was so much breading on these that i'm not sure if there was any meat in it at all. The fries we got were cold and soggy. I use to go to B-Dubs(yeah i'm cool and can call it B-Dubs) in Indiana and it was a cool place to go but this one is too big and noisy. Oh and Valet Parking??? Really? Come the F#*k on! That's like McDonalds having a damn wine list! "Yes I think the Boone's Farm Strawberry Hill is an excellent choice to go with your Fish-Filet" . Quit worrying about dumb crap like that and concentrate on making the product better.

Honestly, ask for Billy the waiter. Best waiter. My friends and I went there for the Blackhawks game last weekend. We all needed separate checks, which he anticipated before we even asked. He also changed like all the TVs to the game since we were at a round table and all looking at different angles. Obviously it's Buffalo Wild Wings and if you are expecting really good food you should not eat here. But it's a fun place to watch games with friends (if you have Billy as your waiter)

Its okay ... The most spicy i have tasted yet was mango habanero . The thing about the. Wings was that they where dry . Sure of course the sauces was there and the meat and it was fully cooked but a little dry. Maybe u have to get drunk first to enjoy it bt they are a good place to watch a sports event on screen the TVs are everywhere

If there was anything I could love more than sushi it would be Chicken Wings! So, being in a new city, it was imperative that I find a good place to get wings. I have seen Buffalo Wild Wings locations in a few different place but for whatever reason, I have never tried them out. I figured what better time than now to give them a try. This Buffalo Wild Wings location is huge. It has a sports bar setup with tables inside and outside with a upper level deck outdoors. There were TVs everywhere but most interestingly there was a small screen at every table showing some kind of sporting event. I thought that was a really cool idea! What took away from the place was that they had games upstairs like basketball. With people playing upstairs, down below where we were eating, it just sounded like a lot of chaos and was distracting if not annoying. I came here for the wings, so I intended to try them. They list the wings on the menu based on their hotness level which is great for those worried about spiciness. I however found the scale to be inaccurate and those said to be hot weren't and vice versa. We ordered the Jammin' Jalapeno. It was in the mid range of spiciness despite the Jalapeno in the title. It wasn't really spicy at all. It was fact was sweet with a thick jelly sauce. I didn't like it, it was way too sweet for me. Going up in spiciness, we also got the Hot BBQ. Again I didn't find it to be hot, and the BBQ sauce wasn't very good. You cannot go to Buffalo Wild without trying their signature Wild sauce. On the scale it was second to the top of the spiciest, and to any normal person it probably would be. It was fine, I just enjoy regular hot sauce a little more. The final flavor we tried was the Mango Habanero. It wasn't as high on the spicy scale but I found it to be hotter than the Wild. I actually enjoyed this flavor and it was my favorite of the night. For our side, we had French Fries. They are said to be dusted with Salt & Vinegar, but my taste buds didn't get much of that flavor, they tasted plain to me. My conclusion is, it is a great place to hang out and watch a game, however, I wouldn't recommend it as a great place to eat wings. The wings aren't horrible and if you are craving and don't have any other options, you will be satisfied, but if you can find a local joint, not apart of a chain, you will most likely enjoy it it a lot better.

Worst service ever... I go to BWW for games and wings. In this case the Heat and the Bruins were both playing. I had to flag the bartender down to order both of my two beers because she didn't come to me (I was sitting at the bar). I ordered wings and after 30-35 min found out from the bar manager they hadn't been put in the computer. I canceled my order and still paid for both beers. The manager of the restaurant Brian was very nice and apologized when I brought this up to him and offered me a gift card. I declined and said I'd rather him talk to his staff about customer service. He is the only reason I gave 2 stars, otherwise it would have been 1. I've been to several BWWs and never had service like this. Not sure if this was an anomaly or if its always this bad but I'm hesitant on coming back.

Well me and some friends went out to grab something to eat for another friend birthday(about20ppl including 4kids)so we decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. We get there and was greeted kind of with an attitude but we didn't pay it no mind, so as time moves on we talked amongst each other and placed orders. When we received the food everything was freezing cold, chili and cheese were stuck to nachos, cheese wasn't melted on fries, everything was just a disaster. Some ppl sent the food back just to get it reheated and some didn't even receive their food.A couple of friends asked for the manager to let her know and she basically said "she wasn't bothered by our concerns what we ordered is what we pay for.As time went on we went to wrapping things up and was asking for to go boxes bc majority of our food wasn't touched bc it was so cold so we just was packing it up and trying to get our tickets to pay and leave. As we were getting ready to go we look up and about10-15polices were walking in. So everyone started looking around to see who called the police and why were they called because we were the only ones there. A friend gets up and ask the manager she simply replied "she didn't feel safe, she felt we were going to skip out on our bill and wasn't going to pay." But our tickets was never printed out and noone ever said they wasn't paying. I felt humiliated and just in disbelief because I had my 9 year old son with me whom had to see us get treated like dogs only bc we were black.

I often try to give business a second chance if an experience was less than stellar. With Buffalo Wild Wings I'm glad i did. This time was much better. For New Year's Eve I traditionally have a dinner of chicken wings. Since in 2013 that happened on a Tuesday, which is the night wings are on special. You can read my previous review to get a feel for how the place looks, I'll skip right to the important part: service and food. This time our server was super helpful and attentive. When I asked about a beer list I was told they do beer tasting flights, which is right up my alley. I get to taste six different beers? Sign me up. Turns out they also rotate the selections in the flight. We ordered wings (of course) and a pretzel appetizer. The pretzel was great but heavily salted for my taste. Then again, it was salted about as much as a normal pretzel would so I don't hold that against them; I just prefer less salt. The dipping sauces, especially the queso, were quite tasty. i got two flavors on my wings. Half were Medium, which had a good flavor but less heat than I was expecting. The star was the other half other wings which were Sriracha Sizzle, a "limited time" flavor. I really hope they keep it on the menu because that flavor was one of the best wing sauces I've ever had. It was simply outstanding with a bold flavor and solid but not overwhelming heat. So, go on a Tuesday for a special on wings or Thursday for a special on boneless wings. And get the Sriracha Sizzle while you can.

This place has only been open for 3 weeks. I don't understand how quickly reviewers jump on a newly opened spot. I understand the dilemma's faced in the environment with staffing, scheduling etc. I am especially passionate about locally owned businesses. How can you walk in a new place and say the service was horrible (on first visit). That's horrible. That's not what Yelping is about!!! Peoples l livelihoods are at risk. People make decisions all the time not to go in a new place based on 'poor star' reviews. I must say, I really liked the sports bar environment. Orleans/ Jefferson does not have many options. The boneless wings were not my favorite. Not sure if they were too hot for me or what. I prefer sweet. As far as sauces, there are plenty of options to choose from. There are plenty of TV's to watch sports. Wide array of beers. The customer service was not the greatest but I can understand and expect that 3 weeks in business would not be the greatest. The parking situation was not well planned, I agree. They should invest in a lot that would accommodate all customers. For Saints games, get there early. If you don't plan on getting seated after half time. That seemed to be the point when people started exiting. If the Saints are down like last night, the rest of the crowd started getting checks before it was over. Here's my challenge: On the first visit, make an assessment on the place. Maybe even mention your concerns with the management team. Give it a few, go back then review it. I plan on going back in a month or two with an update. It's only fair.

This is nothing but a MONSTER sports bar with average-to-below-average food. Literally 100 video screens showing more sporting events than I knew were televised.... several basketball games, golf and a monster truck competition. Is that even a sport? Our server had NO idea about the selection of draft beers, which was a pretty nice selection, but she did share that she didn't drink, so she didn't know much about it....Hello, dear server, how about It's Your Job?? We had some frozen onion rings, the macaroni & cheese, which was probably Stoffer's, and, I have had better wings from my local ghetto seafood joint. We won't be doing THAT again!

It's a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and fast. Like the music and tv channel variety for all types of sports!

This place is awesome! It's 10 x bigger than any other Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to, and it seems to be the absolutely perfect place to watch a football game! There is a large bar area, the main dining floor, and then an upstairs bar and outdoor seating, and of course, huge TV's all over the place. There's free valet parking and every type of buffalo wing you can think of. BOTTOM LINE: Great place to drink beer, eat buffalo wings, and watch football.

Not bad, considering some comments people have told me about this place. I keep hearing postive things about it and having it all hyped up for me, but I see from the reviews on yelp that it's an okay place. This place is pretty huge and spacious, great to go to watch a game, eat, and just hang out. I ordered the buffalo wings with the asian zing sauce and mango habanero. They tasted so good! My favorite would have to be the habanero one, I love the spicy flavor to it. I like how there were so many ooptions for your sauce and I love how I had so many to choose form in the "spicy" section. I can't wait to come back to try different other sauces. Overall I like the place and atmosphere, its very spacious and comfortable. The wings were really good here. Only bad thing were the fries. They were cold and kind of soggy when they came out and I kind of expected a better selection of fries. Love the wings !

I love BBW but this location just doesn't do it for me. It's something with the staff. The most recent visit was good. Our waitress was attentive but the overall vibe is different. I'll probably check out the Elmwood location soon to see how it compares.

The food was meh! The service was absolutely atrocious. Our waitress was more interested in finding her lost phone than serving us. I'm sorry you lost your phone, but that shouldn't be more important than your customers. Look for in when your shift ends. If you are going to look for it, maybe check in on your patrons once in a while. The food took much longer than expected to arrive, and I'm sure this was part of the reason. There were multiple servers that appeared to be doing nothing but chatting with each other. At one point one waitress tried to get another's attention by calling across the dining area. I understand this is not a white table cloth restaurant, but the staff needs to learn some professionalism. I'm sure the lack of a manager does not help. The food was OK. Standard fare for a BWW. Some of my wings were lacking in the sauce department. By the time our food finally came, we were so ready to eat that I didn't notice we were missing our side of celery sticks. After eating wings, one tends to need to wash one's hands. You would think the best place to do this would be the restroom. I was shocked by what I saw. One of the two sinks, and surrounding counter tops, was covered with someone's freshly shaven beard trimmings. In my mind I hope it was beard trimmings and not hair from any other bodily parts. I wanted to mention the beard sink to a manger, but there was none to be found. So, I thought I'd mention someone might want to clean the restroom when I walked past the host stand. I didn't because I didn't want to interrupt the three employees that were having a conversation and did not care to acknowledge me on my way out.

This b dubs is out of control. It's huge but the crowds are crazy! A valet at Buffalo Wild Wings - for real? Next time I'd sit at the bar or a bar table. The dining area kind of loses the sports bar feel since it's such a vast sea of tables. Food was the usual Buffalo Wild Wings fare. Wingy!

I love wings, beer and football. I've enjoyed myself at several other BWW locations over the years and was looking forward to them coming to the area. What can I say? That spicy garlic sauce speaks calls to me sometimes. Sadly, I only went once and seriously doubt I'll ever be back. First of all, this place is enormous. That's not really a critique so much as an observation. It's a little overwhelming. I went on a Sunday during football season not long after they opened. We got there early and it was basically empty when we sat down. And we sat. And sat some more. There were tons of servers scurrying around doing who knows what, but no one came to our table. Finally a guy shows up and asked us if we were staying for the game. Nope, just having lunch. And, so the tone was set. I felt like the rest of the time we were there, we were being rushed so our table would be available for the "real" customers who were coming to watch the game. Which would be *almost* understandable expect for the fact the (1) the Saints weren't playing that day and (2) the whole place was empty except for a handful of tables downstairs and the crew of Steeler fans that have apparently laid claim to the upstairs area. (We were told that they are regulars. All I know is that they came in packed up with stuff like it was a tailgate. Seriously, there was a dolly and elevator involved in getting everything up to their spot.) Then came the food. The wings were undercooked (not raw, but also not even a hint of crisp to the skin) and had waaaaay too much sauce on them (and, remember, I love the sauce.) It was disappointing to say the least. But, hey, at least we got the obligatory visit to BWW over and done with and have long since move on. Side note: The parking situation really irritates me. I don't want to valet my car at a sports bar. Especially one that's in Metairie with a HUGE parking lot.

BWW is an okay place to go for wings and gatherings. The place is over-hyped though. I love the Lemon Pepper rub, my all time favorite at BWW. It adds a nice peppery tang to my wings without the copious amount of sauce. Thai Curry tastes great, just like curry, and it's not spicy. However, the Mango Habanero is mouth numbing spicy after eating a few wings. I like it, but it's much too spicy for me to causally enjoy my wings. The Parmesan Garlic and Spicy Garlic are good, but too much sauce in my opinion, and the sauce for the Parmesan Garlic has a odd, slimy texture. I do not like the Asian Zing, it just does not taste right. The fries are delicious! Not too salty, and it has a nice chew to them. My sister likes the Ultimate Nachos, but I find it to be mediocre, tastes just like any regular nachos, but pricier. I really enjoy the Black Cherry Mojito, yum! This place is decent, but the wings are rather small in size and slightly expensive in comparison. Service is either average or sub-par. Beware, on Tuesday $0.60 wing night, it gets packed and it may take a while for your order to come out! Otherwise, an okay place to get wings.

Went there mid afternoon on a Sunday. Place was more than half empty but the service was so slow, food was barely warm by the time it arrived. Even drink service was slow. Waiters seemed distracted or even confused. Food was marginal at best. Stay away from the onion rings--they're worse than Burger King. I will not be returning.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location is the worst I have ever been to. Service is slow and I sat at the bar. No sense of urgency in the staff and it took almost 30 minutes just to get 6 wings. Many of the people sitting at the bar had to constantly get the bartenders attention to get more drinks or refills. The wings were good though but I wouldn't recommend this location because of the slow service.

This might have been a good review if a server would have come to the table. There were at least 10 employees at the vestibule and at least 20 more on the floor and no one bothered to even take our drink order in the 6 minutes we were there. I typically leave 10 minutes before walking out but when there are double the employees compared to customers I expect speedy service. There is no excuse for a load of employees walking by without even having our drink order taken. It was empty and they had an abundance of servers. There is no excuse for this. On the positive side, I might visit this location when I want to watch a sports event completely free. I could likely go a whole UFC fight without having to buy a brew, much less being asked if I want one.

The food taste like they opened a plastic bag and thew it in a fryer. Nothing taste fresh. The wings are good, but how can you mess up wings. The service is awful. I booked a private party two months ahead and could get the manager to answer my calls. I finally had to personally go over there in order to get things done. When we arrived for the party, nothing was ready. We stood around while they stocked the bar and made food. It was so embarrassing.

Kind of disappointing...... This is a new building on the corner of Severn and Veterans. Parking is kind of a pain but they do have a valet to help the process. It is very impressive, sports bar motif, lots of room, lots of TVs, outdoor seating - looks like a great place to watch a game. We visited between sets at Family Gras, the restaurant seemed empty although there was probably 50+ people there - it's a big place. A little confusion at the door, lots of help, but no one apparently in charge of seating us. We were eventually directed upstairs with "sit anywhere" guidance. So we did. Took forever to get service, we finally flagged down someone walking by. To be honest, I wasn't even sure they were taking orders at the table. Turns out they were, they just aren't very good at it. Large beer list, reasonable pricing. Just for fun I had a PBR in a bottle. You never see that on a menu. It's probably been 30 years since my last PBR. I'm not sure if I ever had a PBR that wasn't in a can. The trip down memory lane was special but nothing that I have to repeat anytime soon. So, forever to get drinks. The food service was a little more reasonable. Wings were small, sauce was ok. Buffalo chips were a big disappointment - just slices of potato, no sauce, no flavor and not a whole lot of them. Maybe I am missing something but aren't Buffalo Chips suppose to come with wing sauce? Great building, great atmosphere, good beer list, below average service and food. Overall, no reason to come back. Walk across the street to Lagers.

I will go along with the other reviewers to say that the food was mediocre. For it being a well known sports bar/ restaurant chain, I was expecting it to be nothing less than what I have already experienced at the other locations. The server was new, and working in the restaurant industry I can completely understand with the newbie problems. But still when in doubt get a manager. The problem continued when even the manager didn't know what to do The valet was the only plus side to the establishment. The guys pulled up very quickly to retrieve my car and when I was getting ready to leave, had my vehicle was pulled up promptly.

Huge place with many big screens but horrible food, slow service and pop music being played over the sound system instead of sports. I was very disappointed.

I've only been here twice. So far, I'll say the staff is nice and the building is HUGE. The inside is spacious, plenty of legroom between tables and TVs at every angle. The sauces for the wings (I order tenders) are good and they have quite a variety. I don't have a sensitive taste palate and I enjoy spicy food but I think their definition of mild is above my threshold. Having said that, the sauces still taste great. I've just had to temper my taste buds before ordering. The garlic sauce is the best! The chicken tenders are a disappointment. Sorry to say. They are SMALL! They are white meat and edible, but sometimes they are too hard to chew. I'm not old and I have good teeth, but damn! My jaw gets a work out after eating a couple of tough ones. They are called "tenders" for a reason! Thankfully, some are not as hard. I just have to learn to spot the difference between the "hard tenders" and the actual "tender-tenders." Despite all that, I plan to return when the occasion is right. The daily lunch hour here is packed. They need the valet parking for a reason. I've been in at 2:30 and 11am. I've visited during non-lunch hour both times and it was pretty calm and the service was quick. I avoid this place from Noon to 1PM.

I have Handicap so i was lucky to park, but the rest of my group didn't have the same luck. The parking is terrible WTF where they thinking when they designed this place, its massive can sit like 500 hundred people but yet only have 70 parking spots. And they have Valet you serious you really need Valet at a wing place. When we went the wait was over an hour to sit down, the waiting area is very small. Many people complained about there food being cold, yea it might have tasted good, but all that BS is not worth it. I am sure i will never go back to this place if its up to me.

I see now they worked out all the problem that I had an issue with in my last review. They know accepting to serve people 30minutes before closing time. I'm glad that error was just because they been open for a short period of time. I go every other week on Tuesdays since that's a promo they do. It makes the buffalo wings considerable cheap which gives you the option to pig out and try other favor you usually don't get. I'll be a regular here from now on. Oh and do yourself a favor and order the parmesan garlic if you haven't. Sure it smells like sweaty socks if you're not eating it, but if you are then it taste and smell wonderful! You could also ask for extra sauce on the side if they don't put too much on your wings.

Plastic wrap in a friends burger.....horrible. Will NEVER go back.
I have been here twice. The first time I sat at the bar and the second I was in the dining room. I like sitting at the bar better. I didn't have to scream at my friend so she could hear me. We were sitting under a very large speaker and it was extremely loud. Not where you would want to be sitting if you were trying to have a conversation but an excellent place to sit if you're interested in listening to the daily sports game. My first and second visit consisted of the jalapeno bites. I really like those. I had Thai Curry wings the first time and didn't care for those. I had the Asian Zing the second time and those were okay. Both experiences with the wings were that they could have been cooked a tad longer. I like my wings a little crispier. There weren't very hot. The service is excellent. The bartenders are friendly and attentive as are the waitstaff. Service with a smile. I used the valet on the second visit. It wasn't worth trying to park three streets down because the back parking area was full and the road out front was as well. For such an enormous establishment, parking is rather annoying. Keep in mind that parking hassles are one of my biggest pet peeves and can keep me from going to a place if it continues to be a hassle. I don't mind paying a bit for parking if it's convenient.

Well I just came back from Buffalo Wild Wings, aka Buffalo B-Dubs. LOL! (I cringed when I said that.) Anyhoo, I was surprised when I walked in because holy crap! TVs everywhere and it's a lot bigger than I thought it was! I can imagine how it gets rowdy during games....and then looked back at the parking lot where I had just parked and cannot IMAGINE how chaotic it must be on game day....I digress. We went on Tuesday, which is the 60 cents/wing special (great deal, by the way). We were seated right away and had *excellent* service by our server, Garrett. He was very attentive! :) In fact, he made this a 4 star review instead of a 3. We had buffalo, terayaki, parmesan garlic, honey bbq, and Asian Zing. All were really good--just a few of the wings seemed a bit dry or over cooked, but for the most part were juicy with lots of sauce. That's all we really had, besides fries and onion rings. I wish they served some Texas toast or something bready as a side dish. Anyway, I enjoyed it and we decided to return soon--to brave the crowded parking lot, try some more wings and cheer on the Saints.

I only go to this restaurant on Tuesdays when the wings are on sale. Last time I ordered a 20 piece wings with my favorite sauce Asian Zing. This is my usual order, well I decided to purchase a bottle of the sauce after I purchased my wings and gave the cashier a 20% tip on my TO-GO order. She decided to WRITE HER OWN TIP IN AND GIVE HERSELF A 3.00 TIP ON A 4.00 BOTTLE OF SAUCE. I did not catch it until I reviewed my end of the month bank statement. Thus, when I called the restaurant they refused to do anything unless I could bring in my receipt. I found this solution to ridiculous as I was more than happy to go through my bank and produce a receipt copy. Thus, BEWARE DO NOT LEAVE A TIP LINE BLANK EVEN IF YOU PURCHASE A $4.00 BOTTLE OF SAUCE BECAUSE THIEVES WORK HERE AND WILL STEAL FROM YOU. The part that made me most mad was I use to work in the Service Industry and I am a regular 20% tipper on to go orders. Thus, this girl was plain greedy and apparently felt she needed a 300% tip on my sauce. I now drive to the Buffalo Wild Wings that just opened on South Clearview.

Love chicken wings. No matter where we were stationed we frequented B dubs many a times, no less that once a week. But my experiences (twice) at this particular location left a lot to be desired. We sat down in the bar and waited just a few minutes for someone to greet us and get a drink order. First off the inside was unbelievably cold and when I commented to our waitress about it, she joked "I know, right? They always crank it down too low, and it drives people mad." It took around 50 minutes for us to get our food, without so much as anyone (and I mean anyone, waitress, bus boy or manager) to, at the very least, communicate to us or even throw a "sorry" in our direction. As we were leaving I blew off the whole experience, because we were having such a great weekend. An hour later, I though "you know, at the very least the manager working would like to know to fix some issues." Long story short, I called the store two times both times I was put on hold for the "MOD" one time waiting 5 minutes and almost 10 the next, so I just hung up and gave up. Just another example of a lack of concern. Sadly, a very uncomfortable experience.

This place is well put together. When you walk inside there is a greeter with the wait-list and to the left is the to-go order/line. The bar and restaurant is HUGE with two floors and a well done indoor-outdoor section/patio upstairs which is a great place to chill on a cool evening. The food is what you can expect from BWW, consistently good and unhealthy. The beer selection is also quite broad and nice. This is a great place to catch a football game (college or professional) and fills a huge NEED in the New Orleans area of a quality and affordable sports bar. The service still needs to work out the kinks but I'm guessing they didn't expect such an excitement over the opening as there seems to always be a line and wait to get a seat in the restaurant.

Classic bdubs. All your sauces, all your burgers and all your excellent appetizers. Too many tv's to count(only 121 :-] ) and no complaints with the beer selection. Can't wait for my next return trip.

I went between 4 and 5 on a weekday. I walked in to a large amount of servers/hostesses grouped up by the entry engaged in conversation. At first I didn't know where to go so I checked the place out. I went back to the front by the entry. I was spotted and greeted. I asked for upstairs seating but I was politely told that it wasn't open yet. It was very warm when I walked in. This was immediately noticed by someone there who adjusted the temp. I moved spots to the end of the bar to avoid a smell that I noticed when I walked up to the bar. During my trip to the men's room to wash my hands I discovered that someone had forgotten to attempt to clean up after trimming and grooming and the rest of the restroom could use a sweep. The trimmings consistently covered the countertop and one of the two white sinks. I brought this to the attention of an employee after no change when I washed up before leaving. The bartender was and friendly and familiar with the menu. The wings were hot. The celery and carrots were very dry. The ends where white and brown and the carrots were pale and spongy. I drank, I ate, I paid, I left. Just the facts. Never again.

First, I start by saying that I love their wings and jalapeno poppers . . . HOWEVER . . . This may actually be the worst restaurant - chain or otherwise - I have ever experienced. The staff . . . can't understand them even though they are speaking English. Mostly they stand around bitching with each other. Severely sucks compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. . . management and staff should be fired.

Whatever you do don't come here for the food.. Everything tastes like it was quickly emptied from a plastic bag on to your plate. Come here because you need your senses totally overloaded. Come here because you're tired of communicating with your friends without having to yell over the background noise. Come here when you feel the urge to watch 47 different television programs simultaneously while playing poker, trivia while being hounded by a homely yet well meaning waitress that is hamstrung by a sedated back kitchen . Come appreciate acoustics that would make a monster truck rally inside a gymnasium sound intimate. I had hopes that given how fancy and dynamic the place seemed, the food would be at least acceptable but everything I tried was really below average. Even their French fries were just sad

Really strange experience here today... The place was empty and the hostess told us there was a 20 min wait for 2, on a Sunday at 4:30. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes and gave up. On our way elsewhere. :/

Great for viewing games with friends. If you're going to do just that, make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes in advance so you get a good spot. Overall the food is decent, the atmosphere is good, and the service is above average.

Will not be a regular! I met my mom and two sister for a late lunch. It was a nice day, so we sat on the patio. The waitress only came about 3 times the whole 3 hours we were there. We would call to her, but she would she pretend she didn't hear. I ordered a wrap and fries; they came together in a basket, and my fries were soggy from the juice from the wrap. I could not eat it the fries, and what I tasted of the wrap, was not that good. My younger sister complained about her chicken being very hard. I think this place is comparable to fast food, but they just throw everything in a basket. We waited for almost 2 hours for our food then had to get up to pay because the waitress was no where to be found.

Yesterday was my first time trying the newly opened BW3 in Metairie. Im a fan of this restaurant and the food didnt let me down. The service did though. I understand that my waitress just got the table because another worker went home but after I was seated, I waited about 10 minutes before someone came to the table even though I saw many people just standing around doing nothing looking at my table. When my waitress finally came, she was very nice and provided me with great service. They need to make use of all the employees that are just standing around. It will make the service a lot better.

Biggest complaint, VERY limited parking for such a huge restaurant. The food was pretty good, nothing special but I'd eat there again. The staff could definitely use some more training (restaurant opened a couple weeks ago) our server was not very familiar with the food or beer menu at all. Hopefully it will be a better experience in a month or two after the staff figures out what they are doing.

I've been here twice and I think the bone in wings are very good, especially the dry rub ones. The problem is that both times the servers just sat down at our table and proceeded to have a conversation with us about various things. I don't mind chit chatting for a few minutes but both times it was overkill. Also, the music is so loud inside that both times we sat outside. On the bright side the servers were very accomodating.

So slowwwwww, seriously?! You have 2 stories of entertainment but no kitchen to expedite the orders?! I mean I understand it's a Friday night but I have been to other BWW locations n the kitchen isn't this slow!!!
I just walked out of BWW after sitting at the bar for 20 minutes. I ordered a beer from two different bartenders and never received it. When I sat down at the bar it was pillled with trash and a nice piece of chewed gum holding a wet coaster in place. The bar was staffed with 3 bartenders and a manager and I still couldn't receive service. I have given this Bdubs 3 tries and each time it gets progressively worse. It explains why business has declined since its opening. I will not return.

Let's just start off by saying I will never enter this establishment again. We asked to sit upstairs on the outside patio, but we had to wait to be escorted up there. Once we got up there, there was confusion about where we should be seated because a huge party of 30 was about to get up there. The hostess brought us to one table, but we were shooed away when a rude waitress came up and told the hostess about the party of 30 people. The waitress who reprimanded the hostess was very rude and did not acknowledge us. Once we were seated, we were looking through the menus and kept getting whiffs of a very foul smell. After looking through the menus, we realized the smell was from THE MENUS. THEY STUNK!! To top it off, we had to wait 15 minutes for our waitress to even approach our table and take our drink order. I had two friends who ordered beer- a Miller Lite and a PBR. The Miller Lite took a whopping 20 minutes to get to the table; however, we were told by the waitress that she was going to "check on the PBR." Mind you, we still haven't gotten our appetizer, which we had ordered when we ordered our drinks. She came back to the table yet again, and still didn't have the PBR. She then informed us that there weren't any PBR beers. We had ordered fried pickles. It took 45 minutes to get those pickles. THEY WERE GROSS. They were fast food pickles doused in layers of thick, greasy batter with a mediocre dipping sauce. Oh I forgot to mention that we didn't have any utensils, appetizer plates, or napkins when we got the appetizer. Normally, that's the first thing you're given when you sit down at a restaurant. When we asked for utensils, we were given the to-go packets with a plastic fork, knife, and napkin while the table of 30 next to us was given metal utensils wrapped in a napkin. Did I mention that our waitress was very unfriendly and she never showed us a smile or an ounce of pleasantry. I'm sorry, but if you can't interact with people and show some sort of personality then please choose a different job. Okay, moving right along. One friend ordered the sampler appetizer as her meal. When our food came out (over an hour after ordering it) our waitress handed my friend the wrong meal. It had to be taken back to the kitchen, but was then brought back to us while the correct meal was being prepared. By the time her correct order came out, everyone else at the table was finished eating. The food was by no means good- it was pretty nasty. It took a while to get our checks because the waitress had to remove the wrong meal off the check, but when she brought us the checks, the incorrect meal was still on the check!! She had to have the manager come and remove it, then come to our table to apologize. Needless to say, my friends and I have no desire to return. PS, the food will give you the runs.

Food was good, but had to wait 30 min to get a table when 1/2 the place was empty. I did see groups of six or more staff members standing around. Management would walk buy but looked tired and disengaged. $85 for a family of four seemed a bit high. Would go back one more time.

(3)Megan M.
Worst location I've ever been to. Horrible service. Food was not up to par with what I've had at other locations. Management was no where to be found. Did I mention horrible service? Just don't go.
(1)Nick C.
This place was awesome when it first opened. The last two times I came here for food the service was EXTREMELY slooooooow. This time, not only is it slow but my wings came out cold and greasy. I won't be coming back for food. Beer, maybe.
(1)Roxanne C.
(3)Eddie C.
Crowded. Loud. No thanks.
(2)Jonathan S.
Terrible. I walked in and had to chase down somebody to seat me. After being seated, nobody ever came to wait our table. I left. This has happened twice.
(1)Kate D.

(4)Jennifer T.
Came in today during March Madness to watch basketball. HA! My bad thinking they would have more than 3 tvs in the main bar with a game on and my bad again thinking they would have the sound on for basketball and NOT Rugby! Seriously. No wonder they are always advertising for managers and a GM.
(1)Michael K.
Great for kids. you can do whatever you want there. Awesome local draft beer list, great wings of all sorts, and the wait staff is incredibly friendly.
(5)Heather L.
Food is consistently good but the service is sometimes great and sometimes awful. Lots of messed up orders (with attitude, of course) and sometimes they take forever.
(3)Leslie C.
(2)James S.
Always a favorite, I used to eat at b dubs growing up, they never lose the touch. Parmesan garlic and spicy garlic all the way! Always a great place to catch the football games. Great for the kids and buddies alike
(4)Emily W.

(2)Torre W.

If you are in doubt, always ask for them to whip it out... the sauce.
(4)Matt I.
(1)Sharon L.
so frustrating. After four incorrect take out orders I decided to post a review. There is always something missing. Today our takeout meal was missing the coleslaw. The food is good, don't get me wrong, but when you don't get what you order, it is beyond frustrating.
(2)Tyrus E.

(1)Gabe R.
(2)Jordan R.
(5)Lisbet V.
(3)Jo W.
(2)Jim M.

Best place to get wings in NOLA!!! The blazing and mango habanero are awesome! Service is either hit or miss.

(2)Arthur B.
It's a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and fast. Like the music and tv channel variety for all types of sports!
(5)Matt R.
(5)Victoria T.

Wingy!

Freaking loud( maybe I'm getting old lol) but they have canebrake !!! If you like parish brewery beer Plenty of TV's but you know that if you've been here.

Wings, Nachos, French Fries and Hamburger was delicious..the waitress was exceptional..nice clean place watch sports definitely recommend !!!!
(5)Hong Y.

(1)Terryl B.
(1)Jeremy S.
(1)Allison B.

(2)Christopher W.
Huge place with many big screens but horrible food, slow service and pop music being played over the sound system instead of sports. I was very disappointed.
(2)Dan G.

(2)Catherine N.

{mediocre food at an establishment with an identity crisis} As a fan of the BWW chain in other parts of the country I was excited to hear they were opening one in town, well close to town in Metairie, but still. The first red flag was the valet parking cones in half of the closest spots. I'm sorry, are we at a club or a restaurant/sports bar? The place is gigantic so I presume on big game nights they may have some parking issues but on a Friday night at 7pm it seemed like overkill. Onto the food, my fiancé and I dove in and got boneless, bone-in with both dry rubs and sauces. Consensus - go with the bone-in wings with the sauce. The dry rubs have very little flavor and the boneless are fried to resemble a chicken mcnugget. I'd recommend ordering in on their 60 cent wing night on Tuesdays. The dining in experience consisted of crazy loud club tunes and the same NBA game on all 20 of the projection screens in the bar area. That's right, don't request a tv change, this "sports bar" will only play the local game on all 100 tv's in the place. On a better note, they do have a great draft beer selection and our servers were very kind. Too bad they don't know if they are a club, bar, family restaurant or a brewery.

(4)Ryan C.
Classic bdubs. All your sauces, all your burgers and all your excellent appetizers. Too many tv's to count(only 121 :-] ) and no complaints with the beer selection. Can't wait for my next return trip.
(4)Jesse N.

(2)Caitlin A.
Really strange experience here today... The place was empty and the hostess told us there was a 20 min wait for 2, on a Sunday at 4:30. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes and gave up. On our way elsewhere. :/
(2)Sheena T.
Wings are delicious as are the fries with salt and vinegar! Elyse was our server and she was absolutely the best! In this chaotic mess!
(4)Kimble W.

My 2nd favorite place to get wings from.. Only been here a few times and its always been good.. Awesome place to watch any type of sports... KCCO!!!!
(5)Arthur W.
When I realized there was on a short distance from my house I had to go right over. The wings, appetizers, and wraps are delicious. I love chicken. I love alcohol. I love large televisions. I love sports. BWW has them ALL!!!!!
(4)Hank M.
(3)Allyson K.
(3)Daniel T.
I've heard mixed reviews. Went for the first time today and overall I was very satisfied! Fast service, very nice waiter (great customer service) and delicious food. There was a long wait and parking was a hassle, but it was worth it.
(5)Jamal N.
So slowwwwww, seriously?! You have 2 stories of entertainment but no kitchen to expedite the orders?! I mean I understand it's a Friday night but I have been to other BWW locations n the kitchen isn't this slow!!!
(1)Greg P.
I am revising my review from 1 star to 3 star. Originally, I said the menu it is over-priced. It still is in my opinion; but if you go on Tuesday and Thursdays, the wings are almost half priced. My gripes are that the wings are served in small paper trays, and that the carrots and celery are not complimentary. Is it really that much of a financial loss to include a small personal serving of a few pieces of carrots and celery with a $7-$20 serving of wings? I also originally posted that if you want good wings, go to WOW café; I rescind that comment. The best wings I have had to date are in Hammond, La at a restaurant called "Tommy's" which is on Thomas street in the historic district. But, I digress. Overall, if you are in the mood for wings with a vast array of sauces, then this is the place to go - if you have no other choice. The food is not bad at all - in fact, the wings are very tasty depending on the sauce you desire.
