Pulled into the drivethru last night to grab some pizza. 3 large for only 17 bucks. Cant get much better. Got two BBQ and one Spinach. Both were perfect! Guy at the window (Shrev) was very nice, great smile. Had a great little chat at the window til someone pulled in behind me and I had to leave. I wish I was in that part of town more often, I love their pizza! I also found out through Shrev that they now deliver, unfortunately they dont deliver as far south as I live, but still good news!

So I'm from Houston, TX and I came to this Cici's because I was craving pizza and we got there and the first thing I notice is how filthy it was! No tables were clean, the plates and silverware weren't that clean either. Usually the first thing I want is chicken soup, they were completely out and when they finally brought some out, there was only broth! No noodles, no chicken, no nothing. There were like 5 pizzas out, and then the salad is all dry and old, and there was no dressing. They didn't have anything, the food wasn't as tasty and good as other places! Don't go here!!!!!!

The only good thing about this place is the price. The food sucks, the place is nasty, the service sucks. Getto people everywhere in it, well never go there again.

Went there with my family and there were tiny roaches everywhere we looked. The staff looked like they were on something and were not refilling the buffet in a timely order. I will never go there again.

Welcome to CiCi's!......Most people have heard this phrase upon entering this establishment. This is your basic pizza buffet joint. At any time, they have about a dozen or so types of pizza on the bar, along with a very basic salad bar, an Alfredo and red sauce pasta (spaghetti or penne) selection, and a few desert pizza concoctions. Most of the pizza is what I would call thin crust. I've had better pizza, much better pizza...but if I want pizza that is quick and not to heavy on the wallet, I will go here every now and then. Of the inexpensive buffet places I will go to, this one does a better job in keeping the restaurant clean and the food fresh (most of the time). They usually have someone attending the pizza so no kids (or adults) touch all over everything. All of their precautions still cannot ward against the occasional patron that disregards the fact that they are not in their own house and scratches their rear end before serving themselves a slice. Which I have seen an adult do before and immediately lost all appetite and walked out (under their sweatpants, by the way). It took me a long time to get the nerve to go back, and I now scan the crowd of eaters first for suspects. I've never done it myself, but if you want a special pizza that you don't see on the buffet, they will put together anything you wish within reason. I don't know how long that would take, I'm guessing about 10-15 minutes, I just never camped out that long enough to try it myself. Although 2.5 stars might be appropriate, I'll drop them down to a two because like the rating says...."Meh..I've experienced better".

The best place to eat pizza in Lake Charles. Good prices and good pizza. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because sometimes it can be hard to get the kind of pizza you like when its busy... other than that, I love it!

I love how inexpensive this place is for what you get. You get good pizza for a good price. To top it all off though, you get to people watch as much as you'd like. This is like going to a Greyhound station and seeing the cream of the crop. It isn't for everyone, but for me, I think it's great. If the pizza was a tad better it would be perfect, but you get what you pay for.
