Well, Manager Chris and his crew came through for us in a big way tonite. I usually do all the ordering, but tonite left it to my brother who isn't REALLY familiar with the ordering online bit. After a minor snafu, my order arrived but was incorrect. Faster than a speeding bullet, Chris and Co got it all taken care of and delivered it in time for me to have dinner before I needed to hit the sac. Thank you Chris and the entire staff for always taking care of me. I don't cook often anymore because I've been disabled for about 11 years, so I sometimes find myself at the mercy of delivery restaurants. I can ALWAYS count on the good people of Dominos to take of me when I need a no fuss, no muss meal FAST!!! Thanks Chris and staff. We'll remain loyal customers!!!! :)

It's been about a month since I went to this Domino's location. The pizza was pretty good. But the experience didn't leave me. So, I've decided to share. We ordered over the phone and was told it would be ten minutes. We got to the drive thru window and paid with a check card. Usually, you give your card, sometimes sign it, done. But the guy, says I need to fill it "all out" I realized then that he meant the tip line. Not catching on, I asked him when this became a rule? Well, I don't tip when I get in my own car and pick it up at a window. I drew a line through the tip line and handed it back. Well, then he says it'll be ten more minutes, there are people's orders in front of mine. I was told to go park and he'd bring it to me. I do this and I watch him leave the store with a delivery. Ok, obviously he's angry that he didn't get a tip. My husband went in and, of course, the pizza was ready. I've encountered rude employees before but this was not rude, it was mean, and coming from a kid the age of my kids. It left me feeling that that this young man was way too good at intimidation for his age. It makes me scared for his future and makes me never want to make a second visit to this Dominos.
