Went to eat and watch the Final Four on Saturday evening and served by a super waiter named Steven. The impressive number of televisions delayed ordering but Steven patiently waited and showed his stuff with his description and recommendation of the fried cheese curds; out of this world! Wine is by the glass and we had the Barefoot Merlot. Extra napkins without even asking were great for eating the Black N Blue Burger and Custom made burger ordered by spouse. Burgers were a little over cooked, the onion rings greasy, but the service and atmosphere more than made up for that.

I've eaten at more than ten BWW's around the country. I've probably eaten at this restaurant chain 25 times total if I was to add up all the meals (and dollars) that I've spent at this chain.... and I have NEVER had such a disgusting, horrible dining experience as I did at the new BWW on I-49. Let me give you an overview of this place, and you will understand why I will never go back to eat at this chain again. Let me start with the decor. Apparently BWW has lowered their budget on how they build these places. For a medium priced sports bar, I've never seen such cheap tables and chairs, ugly carpet, and a minimum of dollars spent on the rest of the decor in the place. It looks ugly and cheap, and combined with the fact that the carpet was dirty, and various tables were covered in dirty dishes, it gave the place a totally unappetizing and unappealing quality. We almost left right after we sat down, as the whole atmosphere of the place was dirty and disorganized. Now, lets move on to the waitress. I think she may have been speaking English, but I am not sure. I (and my date) couldn;'t understand a word she was saying. This made it extremely difficult to communicate what I wanted.... Can't this place hire servers that can at least speak the language and communicate with a customer? Next, the food... We ordered chicken nachos and they were gross. Some sort of frozen chicken on some velveeta goo ladled over a bunch of chips.... gross.. And when we asked for plates, they brought us those little paper baskets... really? They don't have real plates any more at BWW? There was not one redeeming quality of this restaurant. Bottom line... this chain has gone downhill, and the new location in Lafayette is at the bottom of the heap of this chain, in all aspects.

I've been wanting to try Buffalo Wild Wings for years. Finally got the chance to go. We went in and waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Not bad. Then we waited 30 minutes and never was served. We watched three tables with people seated AFTER us order and receive drinks. No one came to our table. I asked an employee at the front desk, and still no one came. We were very thirsty and decided to take our business elsewhere. First time to Buffalo Wild Wings......and last time.

Waited at our table for 20 minutes before anybody asked if our drink orders had been taken. Kitchen messed up our appetizers. We ordered the tortilla trio. It came with brown quac, hard orange nacho cheese (they were out of queso and didn't tell us) and spinach dip instead of salsa. Sent it back and ordered chips and salsa. Received stale chips and what smelled and tasted like cold chili. One of our orders of wings had obviously been sitting out for a long time. Our server forgot to remove the appetizer from our check. It's took 2 managers 20 minutes to adjust our check. Our server initially came off as nice, but she seemed very new and careless. She was not apologetic at all. All of the staff we encountered were rude. If you're craving BDub's save yourself the trouble and just go to the Ambassador location.

We waited an hour - for our appetizers. At 1:30 in the afternoon. The wings took even longer. They kept telling us how behind the kitchen was. Turns out, that's not my issue. I will not be coming back here.

The map on here is in the wrong place. Other than that, good food and good place to eat. Especially for sports fans

Place was hoppin'. Friendly staff. Put the Bulls game on for us on the big screen. BWW food is pretty consistent and always pretty good.

I decided to leave a review because of all the negative reviews we read prior to coming here. The service was great, we didn't wait long at all, and everyone was friendly. They even changed the channel so we could watch one of the games specifically for us. This place does not deserve the low rating that it currently has. The address on yelp and Google maps is slightly off, yall may want to get that addressed. We had to call the restaurant for proper directions
