You know the old adage - pizza is like sex, when it's good, it's very good. When it's bad, it's still pretty good? Well, if this was really true I think I'd remain celibate from now on after eating this pizza. If you like pizza and know what good pizza is, then you'd have to agree that this is a half-step above the frozen food section at Super 1 Foods. If you love Little Ceasars and think that's what real pizza tastes like, then this is definitely your place. Let me paint the picture: cheap, artificial-tasting cheese, semi-thick, doughy crust that doesn't seem completely cooked and leaves you feeling nauseous afterwards, and yes, a round pie that is sliced in rectangles which for some reason seems to impress a lot of people. This is one of those places that piles on the toppings trying to mask how bad the pizza really is. (Tip - eat the toppings and throw away the pizza.) And at $12 for a 12-inch 1-topping pizza, you can't even use the "it's good for cheap pizza" excuse. Instead, go down the block to Rouse's for an infinitely better 12" 5-topping pizza for $9. Or a 3-topping pizza for $6. It's pretty bad when a supermarket can put your pizza to shame.

Always a solid choice. BJ's has been consistently good for years. Give their burgers a try next time you go, weirdly enough they also have the best French fries in town. Delivery is reasonably priced as well.

Great pizza! This place is nothing fancy and that's the way it should be. They are a big supporter of the local university which is always a plus. They cut their pizza in a very unique way, rectangles. The prices are reasonable and of course they serve more than just pizza. I would recommend this place to everybody. I use to come here just about every week back when I was in college. Support your local restaurants

When you walk in you feel like you are transported back to the 80's. The good ole days of Aqua Net and Jellies. The food, on the other hand it nice and fresh! The must try is the Peggy's Delight. It is an app but could easily be your main course. It is a french loaf with sauce, meat and shrimp! Yum! If you like an 'everything' pizza, the Full House is a wonderful choice. The crust is neither thick or ultra thin here so it creates a good balanced crust. And lastly I love the unconventional slicing of the round pies....because I am so into rectangles!!

One of my favorite pizza places in Lafayette. I have fond memories getting pizza from this place every week. And really the only pizza I can think of cut into 14 rectangles. I'm not sure if they still have it but they have a great weekday deal, which I think is on tuesdays. The pepperoni is my favorite but I remember everything being good. They also have an old looking seating area that reminds you of a typical pizza joint. I will be back once i'm back in lafayette.

BJ's Pizza is the best in town (even better than that place starting with a "D")! I've been going here with my dad since I was a child. Their pizza is seriously bomb. If you've never been here, give it a try. You might like it as much as me.

It's cheap pizza. Nothing fancy, but they aren't trying to be. Genuine. I remember going to this place as a child, for our soccer parties. Nothing has changed 15 years later (ah, has it really been 15 years??) They slice the pizza into rectangles, toppings come from a can and the place reminds me of my childhood. Oh, I've had better pizza. Much better. But nothing beats the atmosphere. I absolutely love coming back to this place when visiting Lafayette.
